sono stata in questo hotel per 2 notti e nonostante la posizione ottima della camera proprio sulla piscina e con un panorama mozzafiato, la pulizia era insufficiente con bagno sporco e senza asciugamani nè carta igienica. Inoltre mancavano anche i set di cortesia da bagno che abbiamo dovuto richiedere alla reception. la nota davvero negativa è stato subire fino a notte inoltrata gli schiamazzi e musica ad alto volume provenienti dai tantissimi locali li vicino.

Katastrof! När vi kom hit idag 180619 så hänvisar dem oss till ett annat hotell inom samma kedja då alla rummen va upptagna!? Ett annat hotell som ligger 15km längre bort än vad vi hade bokat! Opålitliga, oseriösa, oansvarsfulla sist men inte minst helt utan Respekt!

Spacious rooms. Hotel in the heart of where the action is. It is very very difficult and loud to sleep at night, especially between the hours of 2300 to 0400

We were meant to be staying 2 nights but a mishap in Lisbon meant we had to reduce to 1. Before we arrrived the owner Fatima had already been in touch to check our arrival time and after we had our mishap she was able to assist us further by arranging efficient taxi transfer from the railway station. Upon arrival we were taken aback by Fatima's friendliness and immediately felt at home. The room was large and clean with a great view of the pool and beyond, the old town centre. The rooms are a bit dated but the building itself is very nice. We're 2 young at heart 50 year olds so even though after retrning to our room at 2am there was still a small amount of noise eminating from local bars it was not sufficient to prevent sangria induced sleep. Fatima also arranged taxi back to railway staion (15E inclusive of all luggage) which is pretty much the going rate for the journey and we did get excellent door to door service from a very nice local lady taxi driver. All in all we enjoyed our stay and at 90 Euro per night it just about was value for money (mainly based on location and friendliness)
