Ubicado a 2 cuadras del centro histórico, y con lugar para estacionar free a 1 cuadra más o menos. Atención no se destaca. La habitación tenía olor a perro mojado.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d Albufeira. Petit dejeuner complet et très correct. La piscine est propre et on a une superbe belle vue sur la ville. Le personnel edt disponible et n hesite pas à nous aider ou nous conseiller. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Cerca del centro, estación de bus cerca, personal de la recepción muy amable, limpio, alberca limpia, Internet solo en la recepción, la playa queda a 5 minutos caminando.

Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage dans le quartier festif dAlbufeira. Les chambres sont spacieuse et propres. Piscine au 4 ème étages Pas de WiFi dans les chambres, mais avec son portable la connexion internet est nickel

A great little hotel near the old town. So you're near all the action, but set peacefully away when you do need to sleep.
Can't fault the rooms. Beds are comfortable and plenty of hot water.
Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Did I mention the prices were very reasonable too.

Chambre très bruyante (pas du tout insonorisée) (surtout les poubelles à 3 heures du matin sous la fenêtre chambre à fuir c'est la 28 et la 27 doit être idem) salle de bains avec aucun rangement

Clean tidy room with good air conditioning friendly staff buffet style breakfast was nice to kick start your day if you like a relaxing day there's a roof top pool. Not far from the square and the beach is about a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

Quite clean hotel bit dated very noisy with cleaners early and my room was at fronting the road which had a broken or loose manhole in the road so every time a car or van drove across it made a loud bang waking me up sevaral time glad to get home to get a good nights sleep

The hotel was the least expensive in the area and I was not disappointed with the property. It was convenient, very very close to the old town area where all of the activities and restaurants were. The room was very clean, so much so that I did not have them clean it the additional 3 days of my stay because of the cleaner they used was way too strong for my smell preference. My real only complaint about the hotel is that there is NO internet in the rooms, and that was a BIG inconvenience for me, because I was working while on holiday.

The only dissappointment was there was signs/smells of damp in our room other than that everything about the hotel was good , the staff ,location, breakfast,overall cleanliness, so I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Colina do Mar is a nice, quiet hotel close to a very nice beach ( 10 min walking distance) and very close to an area full of bars and restaurants full of peolple that know how to have fun untill morning. The room was clean and the staff was nice. My favourite part was the swimming pool that has a really nice view.

It was the least expensive hotel I could find during the summer holiday season, and it was an acceptable property. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, so much so that I actually had them not clean my room for the few days I was there because of the over sanitizing and the smell it left. Cool roof top pool, close to a bus stop that will get around the area and to and from the bus station, and literally 2 minutes from the old town square where all the restaurants and bars and nightclubs are. As well as 3-5 minute walk to the beach
My BIGGEST issue is not having internet anywhere on the premise except the lobby.
I had work I needed to do for those 4 days, and not having internet in my hotel room was a MAJOR drain on my time in Albufeira!

L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres des rues piétonnes, et festives d'Albufeira la noctambule. Cependant l'isolation des chambres, qui donnent toutes sur cette étroite rue, permet de dormir tranquille.
Les prises de courant manquent cruellement dans la chambre.
La piscine sur le toit est très appréciée, même si la plage est proche.
Seul bémol l'accueil de la gérante est DÉPLORABLE, les chambres ne sont pas prètes à l'heure prévue, et cette dame fort peu aimable, au verbe haut, n'est locace que le matin au petit déjeuner( très copieux, et varié)avec le reste du personnel quand vous espérez manger au calme...

Malgré la proximité de la plage et de tout le centre ville, cet hôtel est accolé à un "bar boîte de nuit" depuis cet été. Malgré nos interventions et enfin celle de la gérante, il nous a été impossible de fermé l'oeil. Et pas possible de changer de chambre non plus. Car bien sûr, ce bar ouvre de 11 h du matin à 4 h! Et tout ça, avec l'accord de la mairie. Honnêtement si rien n'est fait, nous ne retournerons plus à cet hôtel. Séjour trop fatiguant et décevant. Réellement dommage..

Проблема в персонале.Администратор пожилая женщина неадекват. В середине дня сообщила что остаться еще день.как было обговорено нельзя , хотя в отеле жили еще две пары.А так бассейн на крыше и вид понравился.Но проблем от администратор много случилось.не советую.

Clean rooms, which are serviced daily. The water is hot and has good pressure. Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast choice. It's on a steep hill though so not suitable for everyone. It's about 5 mins walk from the old town & the strip. But it's still quiet at night. Only a 10min walk from a lovely long sandy beach.

That's twice i have stayed here and certainly wouldn't rule out a third, great location albeit up a bit of a hill but no problem if you are active enough, staff very friendly especially the lady in reception, rooms are well kept, cleaned daily and the maids can't do enough for you,all in well worth a visit

On the plus side: good value for price we paid. All facilities were super clean. Conveniently located, less than 10 min to the beach, only a few blocks from several terrific restaurants. Apprecited a small fridge and kettle plus cups in our room. Small roof top pool with loungers and umbrellas. Hot and cold breakfast, never left hungry. On the minus side: sent two emails prior to arrival which hotel never answered. Requested a quiet room when checking. in, yet were given a room right above hotel entrance where tourists were chatting loudly very late at night, in addition to the noise from a bar on the corner. Did not know what to make of this. Was this to spite us for daring to ask ? Also, we were booked for a room with an extra bed but it had only one. Did not complain because were worried to be put into a worse room.

C est un hotel appartement. Je ne m attendais pas a ça. Mais au final suis super contente. Un studio avec une chambre assez grande et un lit confortable. Pièce principale composée avec un canapé double lit un frigo et un four a micro-ondes. Table et fer a repasser. Tres propre rien a dire. Le petit dejeuner est copieux. Je recommande.

Good 3* Hotel very well located for the Old Town & Marina & Beaches but in a quieter area for peaceful sleep. This hotel does not pretend to be somerhing it isnt. It may be dated and a bit tired in places but offers good basic but comfortable and clean accomodation with good service and very good breakfast choices (hot full english and cold selections). It is clean and the rooms are a good size with daily cleaning and towel changes. The swimming pool and sunbeds are a welcome bonus for a hotel in the Old Town area. For a 3* hotel we were pleased to have facilities in the room such as a good size fridge and tea/cofffee making, which is often more expected for 4* or 5* accomodation. You have to provide your own tea or coffee and milk but thats not a problem. Room also has good remote controlled aircon, Sat TV with numerous channels and free good strength wifi throughout the building/rooms/swimming pool area (we even connected up whilst using the Caribbean Bar next door). Toilettries and hairdryer also provided in the room plus a safe. (small daily charge for the safe). I would be happy to return based upon the hotels fantastic location and good facilities. If you dont expect too much but simply want clean & comfortable accomodation with a good level of facilities in a great location then you wont be disappointed. All staff are helpful & English speaking. The Blue Supermarket just round the corner offers good prices for tea/coffee & beer/wine/soft drinks/milk to stock fridge.

The hotel was terrible we would NOT recommend staying here good thing we spent most of the days away from the place. Our room was Room number T located on the second floor.Where do I start, the light in our room went out on our first day the receptionist came in the room open a cupboard where the main electric switches were and told us to switch it up when it goes off again this happen quite a few time, to our frustration we requested to change room to no avail. We honestly thought we would be electrocuted before we leave,The toilet spurt out water when it flushes we had to close the lid before flushing as you can image the seat was soaking wet we had to wipe and spread tissue around it before sitting on it. The room door was a nightmare to open it jam so many times. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of modernisation. As a family we travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel we had stayed in. We should have follow the previous reviews and avoid it at all cost but we took a gamble and it backfire.The only good thing is that is close to all the night life and restaurants but there are so many other hotels around that area. This one is on a hill and if you are not fit and full of energy it can wear you down.The breakfast is just a lot of stale cereals and bread and everything is cold including the eggs and bacon. It is just a shitty place to stay and if you are not careful will ruin your holiday. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We had a room on the ground floor on the street side. Both noise from the street and from the corridor could be heard clearly. I would not book the room again for this price. The pictures are missleading - reality looks different.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer!! Man hört viel vom nebenzimmer durch und auch so gut wie alles vom Gang! Das Bett war sehr hart (als Lattenrost fungiert nur eine simple Holzplatte, logischerweise phne jegliche Federung!), als Decke gibt es nur ein hauchdünnes Laken, das Frühstück war mickrig, es gibt laute Musik rund um das Hotel. Weiters kaputte, teils heraushängende Badezimmeraarmaturen und Halterungen (siehe Foto). Zudem ist die Einrichtung uralt und einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß, wirkt nicht sehr ansprechend. Hotel Pool am Dach ist nett, haben wir 1x Benutzt, ist aber nix besonderes. Die Lage ist für Partyurlauber generell sicher ideal, wer jedoch was ruhigeres sucht, sollte ein anderes Hotel oder noch besser einen anderen Urlaubsort wählen! Dieses "3-Sterne" Hotel hat definitiv keine 3 Sterne verdient.

Fantastic location, hotel always very clean, pool very nice.Evening reception man mutters under his breath in Portuguese when asked to do something - very rude, but nice when left alone and just saying hello and goodbye!Air conditioning was Veronica in our room, Took 3 days to get it fixed, couldnt fix it after 3 days so moved us to a different room. Could have done this on the first day - not even a fan was given to us to try keep the room cool

Worst hotel ever. It smells in entrance and terribly in rooms. Mould in toilet. leaking water that makes sound.
They clean rooms at random times.
Breakfast so poor we decided to go outside and pay.
Wifi only works in reception.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten großflächigen Schimmel an den Wänden, Kissen und Bettwäsche waren dreckig. Sogar der kleine Kühlschrank und die Vorhänge waren schon von Schimmel befallen. Im Badezimmer hat es gestunken.
Als wir die Dame an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, bekamen wir nur als Antwort, dass sie das Schimmelproblem in jedem Zimmer hätten und ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer deswegen nichts bringen würde. Und wurde trotzdem ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber wir haben dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht und sind umgezogen.
Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings waren große Flecken auf den Stühlen und die Tische verdreckt.
Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel ist die Lage, man ist in 2 Minuten in der Altstadt und in 5 Minuten am Strand.

Emplacement tres bien mais hotel très vieux, on entendait nos voisin de chambre aller au toilette ( entendait tout) . On aurai dit que ils omt decider d'agrendire les chambre car la moitier de notre chambre était en beton et l'autre partie penchait

Great place with only a few mins walk to the square,
Had a lovely time relaxing on the roof top.
This is just what I needed to relax, with the Square just a few mins walk, we dined out and drank out all the time.
Breakfast was ok, cheese & ham & crossant daily gets boaring , for €5 and a walk you get a great cooked breakfast or late lunch and entertainment anywhere else.

Hotel viejo que quizá esté limpio, pero desde luego su aspecto no lo aparenta. En la habitación huele a desagüe, tuberia...horrible. Los baños no son para nada agradables, las toallas están roídas por los lados, eso si, las cambian a diario. Muy ruidoso, se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones. La piscina está sucia, la ducha no funciona. El desayuno bastante simple, mencionando especialmente un zumo d naranja que sabe literalmente a agua. El personal correcto. Si fuera económico quizá le diera más puntuación, pero el precio no corresponde para nada con las instalaciones

Pagamos 104€ la noche por habitación doble. Sin embargo la habitación y el hotel no lo merece. Está bien ubicado, pero es antiguo, viejo. El baño está limpio pero no es agradable. La habitación muy simple. No se corresponde al precio. El desayuno normal tirando a bajo
Muy ruidoso. Por la noche se escucha la calle y por la mañana se escucha muchísimo el ruido de las otras habitaciones: limpiadoras, maletas...

Abbiamo pernottato in una camera doppia per una notte e ci è bastata. Partebdo dal presupposto che io ho 22 anni e quindi sono abituato a non aspettarmi molto dai posti che scelgo per permanere per una notte questo è stato veramentr uno dei peggiori pur considerando il prezzo di 65 euro a testa per notte. L'hotel è provvisto di una piscina, purtroppo questa nonostante l'incantevole locazione trovandosi all'ultimo piano, è molto trascurata. Sia la piscina in se, molto sporca, non ho neppure fatto il bagno, sia per l'ambiente circostante. Il lettini se non sono rotti sono lerci, la doccia per lavarsi prima di entrare non funziona. Un vero peccato considerando la vista. Le stanze nonostante fossero doppie non avevano un letto matrimoniale. Il vero problema della camera a parte la pulizia che lasciava un po a desiderae era l'odore, senza mezzi termini c'era una bella puzza. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo era veramente squallida. A prescindere dalla poca varietà del cibo, cio che c'era era pessimo. Wifi non disponibile nelle camere, assurdo per un hotel che dice dice di essere a 3 stelle, bar inesistente. Infine voglio spendere due parole anche sul servizio e sulla cordialità. La signora al bancone sembra abbasta lunatica. Al check in è stata molto rude senza assolutamente motivo, ci ha strappato le carte d'identità di mano. Quando invece abbiamo fatto il check out era molto più disponibile. A prescindere dal fatto che albufeira faccia veramente schifo, non ci ritornerei mai.

This place has a great location. The staff are fantastic especially Aubrey Pinto the night porter. Breakfast is simple and adiquate .. Rooms are clean but a little maintenance is needed. Overall a Fab place to stay.

Das angebliche 3-Sterne-Hotel ist nach unseren Maßstäben nicht mehr als eine günstige eher billige Pension aus den 80ern. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht ausgestattet, die Einrichtung komplett abgewohnt, die Matratzen durchgelegen und die Reinigung erfolgt auch nicht so wirklich. Das ganze Hotel hat einen derart hohen Instandhaltungsstau, man möchte es kaum glauben. Das Frühstücksbuffet verdient angesichts jeweils einer Sorte Wurst und einer Sorte Käse, trockener und zäher Brötchen und einiger weiterer Punkte die Bezeichnung eigentlich nicht. Der Pool auf dem Dach verkommt zusehends wie man an der wackeligen Leiter und gebrochenen Fliesen leicht erkennen kann. Zu allem Überfluss hatten wir auch noch Ameisen auf unserem Zimmer, die sich über alles Essbare gefreut haben. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr schreiben, davon würde es aber auch nicht besser.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Albufeira im Hotel Colina do Mar verbracht.Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, da man in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt in am Meer war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, leider ohne Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstückgut und ausreichend.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leider sind die zwei Zimmer die wir haben in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. In meinen Zimmer ist im Schlafzimmer das Fenster weder Wind- noch Schalldicht, diverse Lichtschalter sind ohne Funktion und im Badezimmer hängen Leitungen aus der Wand, diese sind zum Glück am Ende isoliert, von der Wasserarmatur tropft heißes Wasser an dem man sich beim duschen verbrennen kann und ein Halter für die Klopapierrolle ist nicht vorhanden. Der Pool würde seit etwa 3 Tagen nicht mehr gereinigt. Das restliche Hotel an sich ist sauber.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 Fußminuten von der Altstadt Albufeiras entfernt. Parken in Hotelnähe ist kein Problem. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Wir waren lange vor dem Einchecktermin (14 Uhr) im Hotel. Da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, wurde uns ein bezugsbereites großes Appartement mit Balkon zu gleichen Konditionen angeboten. Der insgesamt sehr günstige Preis ließ keinen allzu großen Komfort erwarten, auch die Sauberkeit ließ ab und zu wünschen übrig. Allerdings wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt.Das Hotel war recht gut besucht. Wenn wir nicht früh zum Frühstück kamen, war das Buffet desöfteren ausgeplündert. Nachgefüllt wurde gar nicht oder nur sehr sehr schleppend. Dies lag sicherlich u.a. auch an der sehr dünnen Personaldecke.

Leider ist das Hotel mit seinem Preis/Leistungsverhältniss völlig überteuert. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber und roch auch entsprechend. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer macht einen solchen Lärm wenn er kühlt, dass man in der Nacht davon erwacht. Auch das Hotel selbst ist sehr laut und hellhörig. Der Filter der Klimaanlage war voll und sollte wohl seit längerem getauscht werden.

Es un hotel barato y la ubicacion fue perfecta, en plena zona vieja de la cuidad. A 3 minutos andando de la playa y de los bares y restaurantes. No es el hotel mas lujoso del mundo pero esta limpio, el personal es muy agradable (nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos)y el precio muy economico. El desayuno viene incluido, lo cual es una ventaja. Repetiría sin duda.

es un hotel sencillo. habitaciones con algunos años, pero las camas están muy bien. Por el precio que tiene, desayuno incluido, piscina en la terraza, limpio... está a 1 paso del centro de Abufeira y a dos de la playa (son 4 mins andando). Sin duda repetiría.

Terrible night - sounds of moving furniture from every corner woken us up all the time (despite low season!). Very poor breakfast and not very friendly waitress, collecting plates and cups with most loud noise possible.
The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful, though, that's way 2 stars; otherwise we'd leave lowest rating.

Ich bin sehr überrascht gewesen von der gute Qualität dieses Hotels, weil ich lange in Portugal gewohnt habe und ich weiß wie es dort manchmal sein kann. Weil das Hotel für meine Ausflüge nicht Zentral gelegen war, hatte ich am Anfang gedacht, dass ich bei dem nächsten Portugal-Aufenthalt vielleicht besser ein Hotel in Lagoa oder Carvoeiro buchen würde. Nach einigen Tagen schon habe ich mich um-entschieden - trotz höhere Taxi-kosten (weil ich vor allem Abends, nach den letzten Busfahrten, noch mehrmals in Carvoeiro und Ferragudo gehen wollte), würde ich doch wieder gerne in diesem Hotel wohnen, weil es mir so sehr gefallen hat. Ganz besonders habe ich viel Wert gelegt auf die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Personal (Rezeption und ebenso Zimmermädchen verdienen ein großes Lob).

Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Einzigste Makel:Wollte man vor der allg. Zeit frühstücken, weil man z. B. eine Tour gebucht hatte, war es sehr personalabhängig wie das Frühstück ausfiel. Beim ersten Mal waren die Brötchen (und die portugiesischen Brötchen sind nicht groß) auf 2 Stück pro Person begrenzt, Brot gab es daneben gar nicht, dazu gab es 2 Scheiben Käse und 2 Scheiben Wurst. Zusätzlich gab es pro Person 1 Joghurt und 1 ApfelBeim zweiten Mal wurde das ganze Kontingent an Frühstück aufgefahren - so als wären es bereits 8 Uhr. Das hätten wir uns auch beim ersten Mal so gewünscht.Der zweite Makel: Die Reinigung der Zimmer lassen doch zu wünschen übrig. Es war super sauber als wir ankamen. Da wir jedoch zum Kaffee auch das ein oder andere Teilchen bzw. Brötchen auf dem Zimmer gegessen haben, fanden wir die Krümel davon auch Tage später noch. Der Boden wurde definitiv nur 1x in der Woche gereinigt. Das Bad mehr oder weniger jeden 2. Tag... - kann man mit leben, könnte aber besser sein.Ansonsten hat jedoch alles gepasst! Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Rätt slitet hotell dock med bra läge. Poolområdet kunde varit fint men det kändes lite sunkigt med smutsiga solstolar och en halvtaskig pool. Dock rätt väntat då det kändes som standarden var såhär överlag i stan/byn. Parkering ute på gatorna och vi betalade inget för det. Ett tips är att ha bil så ni kan ta er till stränderna runtomkring då de är mycket trevligare!

Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt ! Frühstücksraum lädt nicht zu Stundenlangen sitzen ein, aber wer will das auch im Urlaub.Ohne Fenster und im Sparleuchten Licht.Frühstück ist reichhaltig.Für den Preis aber Umschlagbar, gute ruhige Lage trotz nur 2 min. Fußweg ins Getümmel

vi hade en utmärkt semester på colina do mar,lite synd att sängarna var så dårliga så vi fick begära en extra säng för att kunna sova.städningen var inte nått att hurra för jag tror inte dom torkade golvet på 10 dagar.Man var också tvungen att säga till om toalett papper.Hotellet ligger i en uppförsbacke så det gäller att inte ha problem med att gå och bra om man har lite kondis

El Hotel esta situado a escasos 200 m. del centro de la villa. Y a otros 200 m. de la playa. Ubicado en una pendiente muy pronunciada Aparcamiento facil (ojo, estuvimos en Semana Santa, no sé como estara en pleno verano). Personal agradable y atento. Habitacion sencilla pero luminosa. Limpio. Buffet de desayuno repetitivo. Pero en general, muy recomendable por su relación calidad/precio.

Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 100 m vom Stadtkern und 200m vom Strand entferntDer Service war sehr gut. Wir haben höfliche und nette Leute kennengelernt.Das Frühstück war gut und schmackhaft.Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war gewöhnungsbedürftig.Der Pool auf dem Dach war sauber und klar.einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt gab es Gratis dazu.das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss war in Ordnung.Wir würden in diesen Hotel immer wieder Urlaub machen.

günstiges und zwekmässiges Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.Aber die Zimmer sind zu eng und haben keinen Balkon. Also der Zimmerkomfort ist nicht überzeugend.
