Clean apartment, helpful staff and good lunch and breakfast. Caters well for sports activities running track football pitch tennis courts and large gym. I would like to thank Vaida on the front desk. I was ill one night and she kindly took my blood pressure, very kind, attentive and practical in helping me. Excellent service. Thank you

Hotel agradável com bastante espaço para a prática desportiva. O pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco melhor, para um hotel de 4 estrelas, mas mesmo assim merece nota positiva. Boa relação qualidade preço.

The potential is excellent. Ample and comfortable apartment with a nice terrace. Nice pool.The facility is poorly equipped - being an Apart Hotel. It is as though the owners did not actually want passengers to use the kitchen. An Apart Hotel can not expect guests to bring their own cleaning supplies ( dishwashing detergent, sponges, trash bags, etc.)

Fijn hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit. Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat je met alles wil helpen. Ik ben hier met een baby van 11 maand en ze proberen overal rekening mee te houden.
Het buffet is niet heel groot, maar wat er staat smaakt goed! Appartement is mooi ruim en heeft een groot balkon. Heerlijke harde bedden!

De appartementen zijn prima, ruim en schoon. Bedden liggen erg hard. Het eten is ronduit slecht. Eten ligt veel te lang in de bakken waardoor het vaak koud is. Weinig tot geen variteit. Veel pasta en pizza. Er drijven vellen op de sauzen omdat het niet gegeten wordt. Oud brood in de ochtend. Heb al veel al inclusive hotels bezocht maar deze was t minst. Ondanks een enquete formulier de klachten te hebben aangegeven en ook bij het personeel. Maar er veranderde tijdens ons verblijf niks. Voor de all inclusive hoef je niet naar dit hotel te gaan.

Un hotel con personal muy agradable, habitaciones muy grande , el todo incluido poca variedad pero de calidad con cocina en vivo, una grandes instalaciones deportivas y la piscina bien. Si algo mejoraría sería el bar se queda pequeño. Por lo demás todo un 10

We have very high hopes for this hotel in a beautiful area close to the beach but unfortunately it was lacking in certain areas. Initial room we checked in through smelled of deodorant. We went out for several hours to the beach and dinner when we came back the deodorant eire off and the room just smelled like sewage or something rotting in the room. So around 11 PM we are forced to move our room to another room attempting to take showers nothing but cold water after one shower we wound up warming up water. The next night the room above us was extremely noisy with thumping music all night long. Even after calling the front desk music was turned down but you could hear voices and music all night long and I didn’t get to sleep till after 4 AM. So basically pretty much a failure across the board in terms of sleeping.Disappointing stay Included toilet seat that looked rotted and the door handle came off we’re trying to close the door.

We just had a great family time at this nice hotel.
Upon arrival we were greeted with selection of chilled homemade soft drinks.
Check in was smooth.
Our room was as described and with great view on the swimming pools and track. This is more sunny and preferable side.
Rooms are missing some key items like chefs knives, glove for hot dishes from the oven, spatulas, cutlery is in odd and incomplete numbers. There is no electric socket for shaver or toothbrush in the bathrooms. Those are small annoying downsides which could be improved but probably they will be not, because I read some of them in the previous reviews.
Biggest complaint is cleaning team which only makes your bed and even not really swipes the floor!
Also jacuzzi was not working and kids splash pool fountains were under maintenance.
Other than that it was great stay in beautiful place, close to the beach, quiet surroundings, great sports facilities.
We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

El check in fatal! La gerente muy grosera, agresiva y con pésima atención al cliente. Solicite me pusieran las camas juntas, como venía en mi reservación y se puso muy grosera. El agua caliente del baño solo dura aprox 8 mins, asi que para aquellos que disfrutamos de un largo baño es imposible pues se acaba el agua caliente. La cama dura e incómoda. No volvería

Hotel é bonito, bem legal, café da manhã muito bom, mas alguns quartos faltam acessibilidade e limpar melhor os armarios de roupas do quarto, estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo e tinha algumas roupas de cama dentro, as portas que davam para uma sacada na parte terrea não trancavam, fazendo com que o quarto ficasse aberto, uma pequena manutenção ajudaria muito. O local é excelente tem muitos outros beneficios, além do local ser excepcional, muito bonito.

Schöne Appartements mit Küche. Pool klein. Kinderpool auf der Rückseite. Kleiner Spielplatz im Schatten. Laufbahn. Fitnessstudio.
Etwa 3min zu Fuß gibt es einen Supermarkt. angrenzend mehrere Restaurants, ein kleines Cafe und Souvenirshops.
Falesia Beach etwa 10min entfernt. Hotel somit nicht direkt am Strand.

Отличный отель для семейного пляжного отдыха. Просторные номера с террасой и кухонным уголком. Близко до пляжа Фалезия и Альбуфейры. Чистый бассейн и удобный стадион для спорта. Детские площадки,рядом магазины и ресторанчики с умеренными ценами и свежими продуктами.

Schönes 4* Hotel. Pool und vor allem Whirlpool waren sehr kalt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, große Auswahl. Nettes Personal. Hotel und Appartement durchgängig sauber. Ausreichend ausgestattete Küche im Appartement. Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Whirlpool mit 33 Grad angegeben war, aber definitiv unter 25 Grad hatte.

This hotel is the best compromise between price and quality. It is very clean and the apartment was huge. We just regret that the pool was not heated. In October, an outside pool is useless if not. The breakfast is large but lack a bit of quality.

Hotel was really great. We enjoyed our stay very much- although we didnt spend to much time in the hotel.+ FALESIA BEACH CLOSE to the hotel- amazing beach + Room- very spacey (Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and huge balcony) + Hotel in good conditions / but still remarkable thats not the newest + clean at arrival + the spanish speaking receptionista was very nice and helpful + breakfast was ok --> even with prosecco + WLAN was good (even good for netflix) but still something to improve: - breakfast : change instant coffee to fresh one and instant juices to fresh ones - garden workers DONT START at 07.30 am do cut the grass!!! Noisy - gym was closed due to revision (3 first days) - gym after that still dirty - gym equipment ok- not sooo good, not too bad - breakfast a bit expensive for PT i think (9 EUR pP) - CLEANING STUFF: seems didnt tough nothing. Please organise as well a bit too. Not only change towel and make bed (even that not right- forgot one linen). Kitchen things not organised, sand on the balcony for days, not even empty the ashtery) - Whirlpool in front of the door - noisy (room 226) In all a good stay and thinking about to come back one day. But still not sure if its really 4 Star...

Un hotel espectacular, las habitaciones son apartamentos con salon cocina etc, limpio elegante y cómodo, dispone de piscinas al aire libre, amplias zonas verdes y una pista de atletismo. A 10 minutos andando hay una playa enorme de arena fina que cuenta con los servicios habituales. En los alrededores hay bares, pubs y algún restaurante. El desayuno del hotel era muy bueno en cantidad y calidad.

Dommage que le personnel ne se préoccupe pas plus des clients de l hôtel plusieurs demandes sans retour sauf là direction qui a essayé de rectifier cette absence pendant le séjour mais différentes demande sans retour par exemple nous avons demandé une chaise bébé pendant notre séjour nous attendons tjs le retour de l accueil ....

All at all it's a very good hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, free WiFi everywhere, free safe, extra towels for the pool and beach provided free of charge. Very close to a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants. Unfortunately beds could be a bit more comfy and it has got "basic" feel to to it so I rate it 3 stars rather than 4 but it could easily have 4 if it was just a little bit more plush.

Il y a même la possibilité de faire des activités organisées par l'hôtel. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. On peut aussi louer un véhicule sur place. Il est préférable de parler l'anglais. Je recommande.

Que decir de este fantástico Hotel. El apartamento ha cumplido con las espectativas deseadas. El apartamento contaba con entrada, baño completo, dormitorio, salón y cocina espaciosa. Cuenta con dos roperos (uno en el dormitorio y otro en la entrada). El salón tiene sofá cama. La cocina cuenta con las comodidades indicadas, pero además puede acceder a varios utensilios como cafetera, plancha...a cambio de un depósito en efectivo, que te devuelven al finalizar el hospedaje. Por ponerle pegas, las cama del dormitorio eran dos unidas, algo incómodas (muelles) y que personalmente cuando salgo de casa me gustaría dormir en una cama de matrimonio. Respecto a la limpieza de 10.
Sobre el buffet con bastante variedad y reposición continua al igual que los camareros muy atentos, recogiendo y limpiando constantemente las mesas.
Las instalaciones fenomenales, piscina amplia y sin problemas para usar amacas. Zona deportiva excelente, para no dejar de usar.

Hatten nur einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Standard Apartment ist sehr groß und gut eingerichtet (kleine Küche, Wohnzimmer etc.). Alles sehr sauber. WLAN kostenlos. Parken direkt vor dem Hotel auch kostenlos. Abends aber schwierig einen Parkplatz dort zu finden. Tiefgarage angeblich gegen Gebühr verfügbar, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß in etwa 10min direkt erreichen. Nah am Hotel gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Recomendo o uso deste resort, no entanto a limpeza devia ser mais e eficaz e frequente. Quanto à piscina é óptima mas falta a presença de um nadador-salvador. Vale a pena passar cá umas férias.

L’hotel Est très propre rien a redire là dessus. Par contre je déplore le manque d’accrivite Et leur diversité. Et heureusement qu’il y a une cuisine car vu les buffets (petit déjeuner et repas du soir) pour le prix c’est une honte. 20€ par personne pour le buffet du soir alors qu’on a 2 dessert, 3 plat de salade, une viande et un poisson, fritte et pâtes. Un buffet ridiculeusement petit (même pas une petite boule de glace pour les enfants) alors qu’a 2 minutes à pieds vous avez de super restaurants où on a manger à deux entrée, plat, dessert tout les jours pour moins de 20€ pour les deux. Et la situation géographique est pas top. Alors oui la plage est à 10minutes à pieds mais il y rien d’autres à cotée donc si on veux un peut de vie ou allez boire un verre il faut une voiture. Sinon le personnel est charmant, la piscine est bien. Et l’hotel Est très calme.

Really great apartment, perfect for a few nights in between albuferia and vilamoura. Clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and more. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, well worth 9euro to start the day. Good selection of restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. Will definitely return.

Es un complejo muy bien equipado, con todo para ocio y deporte, cerca de la ciudad y de la playa, en poco tiempo llegas a cualquier pueblo o lugar que quieras visitar. Destacar el equipo de animación del hotel, Silvia una profesional increíble. Niños y mayores disfrutaron con ella, Gracias.

Staying at this hotel July 2018 half board . Aparthotel, rooms are exactly like the pictures, excellent size and very comfortable with a balcony either overlooking kids or main pool. Has good sports facilities a little out of Albafuira and away from the main strip area and the noise. Great for families abd a short walk from the most beautiful beach which must bev7miles or more long.
Food is OK but can be a little similar night to night. Staff are easy going, very helpful. Goid mix of nationalities in the hotel from Portuguese French. German Russian Irish and British a comfortable great place to stay highly recommended

Hotel situado numa zona calma e bonita. Bem conservado e com boas áreas de lazer onde se destaca a piscina e a zona do parque infantil. Ficamos num apartamento com divisões amplas e bem decoradas. A kitchenette podia estar mais bem equipada pois faltava micro-ondas e as máquinas de lavar roupa e loiça. A praia fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada e é de facil acesso. A parte negativa teve a ver com a garagem. Aquando da reserva enviei um e-mail a perguntar se tinham garagem com tomadas para poder carregar um carro híbrido ao qual me responderam que sim e que o valor a pagar seria 6 euros dia. Até aqui tudo bem mas qual foi o meu espanto quando cheguei para o chek in e o valor por dia para a garagem era de 4 euros dia. Questionei a funcionária o porquê do valor de 2 euros à mais ao que me respondeu que eram ordens da gerência devido ao meu carro ser híbrido. Para que saibam o meu carro gasta no máximo 1 euro por carregamento e nem se quer fiz um por dia. Penso que devem rever esta situação no futuro pois é discriminação. Fica a dica.

É um hotel muito bom para férias, fins de semana, uma noite romântica, tem piscina, ginásio, pista de atletismo, bar restaurante de bufê, serviços de quarto de refeição ou bebidas, umlugar tranquilo, fica a 2 km de albufeira está numa zona de pouco movimento automóvel ou de ruídos de bares iú discotecas, também tem serviço de lavandaria e parque de estacionamento interno k paga uma coisa mínima senão pode deixar no exterior um bom local para levar crianças tem quartos pequenos e grandes tem também duplex mas um apartamento da para colocar 4 pessoas 2 n cama 2 no sofá, também se coloca berço para bebé, tem piscina pra crianças

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr gute sportliche Anlagen (Laufbahn, Fitnessstudio, Crossstrecke nebenan, usw.). Das Frühstück und das Abendessen (wir hatten „nur“ Halbpension) war auch immer sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Master holiday! Aanrader voor kids, dat er een top animatie team aanwezig is, Maria en Johnathan ze houden je kids goed bezig. Zelf hebben wij een verjaardagsfeestje geven hier, onverwachts hielp Johnathan mee om zoon te vermaken. Muziek bij het zwembad en in de avond binnen vanaf 21uur, speeltje, bingo ect ect ect.... Currently at this resort. Read loads of reports about the staff, being super friendly and helpful and this is definitely the case. My room was super clean and very large. Food is excellent. Location is not too far from a beautiful, clean beach. Just don't shut the balcony door of your room behind you if you are own your own... You can't get back in due to the high security...... Thank you to the lovely receptionist who "saved" me at 11pm last night!

Came to train for middle distance running. Top class facilities, great quiet hotel, beautiful track and running surface, great gym and fantastic cross country course and dirt tracks close by. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Beautiful beach close by and Vilamoura in walking distance. Lots of runners from all over Europe so if come solo or group does not matter.

Ich war nicht Gast in dem Hotel, wollte dort den Tennis Platz mieten und würde an der Rezeption sehr freundlich von Fabio begrüßt. Bekam sofort eine Kopie zu den Platz Infos & er hat gleich einen Kontakt zum Tennis Coach Paolo hergestellt. Paolo meldete sich umgehend zurück, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Super Service.
Das Training war hervorragend. Ich spiele schon lange Tennis, aber Paolo ist einer der besten & empatischten coaches. Seine Ansagen & Beobachtungen sind spot on. Es hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Danke ich komme wieder.

Gisteren is een weekje vakantie in het Victoria hotel begonnen. Vriendelijke en efficiënte ontvangst bij de receptie. Wij kregen een heerlijk appartement. Ruim opgezet. En schoon! In elk hoekje, onder de bedden, de badkamer onberispelijk schoon. Tijdens het eten goed opgezet buffet. Het eten mag van mij warmer zijn. Maar volop vers fruit en groenten. Je eet al snel te veel. Maar dat kun je kwijt raken door een strandwandeling. Op enkele minuten lopen vindt je een prachtig strand, praira da falesia, met zacht geel zand en grillig gevormde duinen en rotsen. En een prachtig uitzicht over de Middelandse Zee. Een goed begin van de vakantie.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel.
First the good - Lots of parking, huge spacious multi-roomed rooms, great pool and exercise area. Large hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach.
Now the weird: There's a deposit required for about half of the amenities like coffee machines or microwaves, despite having a full kitchen. Not a huge deal. But they also don't have coffee or coffee filters, or dish soap. On top of that, there isn't even a little shop in the hotel to buy these things. Weird.
The whole hotel was very clean. But scratchy old bath towels and not really great bedding. It's a bit out of the way from many things, depending on the time of year. I recommend staying here during busy season, but during off season, stay closer to where things are happening. Besides the beach, there isn't a lot of things within walking distance of this hotel, and if they are, half of them are closed during off-season.

Las cafeteras estaban sin agua y tarde mucho en poder servirme un café, debería estar la información a la hora de hacer la reserva que las bebidas son de marca blanca, el apartamento está muy bien, pero poca luz en el baño, pocas zonas comunes, el personal del restaurante con poco agrado. Estoy régimen de todo incluido y no te ofrece primeras marcas, los cockteles incluidos algunos no lo pueden hacer porque no tienen la máquina, a pesar de que lo ofrecen en la carta, y los que hay no lo hacen correctamente, el vino garrafón y el bufet es pequeño y poco variado. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero poco iluminadas. En el folleto del todo incluido, te ofrecen cosas que no te dan a la hora de pedirlas. El chekin de entrada es a las 16:00 con lo cual te pierdes un almuerzo, cuando en todos los hoteles que he estado es a las 12, y la salida a las 11

First year all inclusive at this hotel teething problems . Cannot fault the rooms or the staff amazing but entertainment is dismall and the poor guy is trying so hard. Spotless clean. Foods not bad not a great choice but the staff are excellent and so friendly . Pools quite small but so far have met the nicest people and they are making our holiday as my son's a bit bored 14 and not much to do

Mooie ruime kamers met een eigen keuken.Heel vriendelijk personeel. Sport accommodaties zijn super zelfs een sauna,gym,sintelbaan,tennisbaan goed onderhouden( vraag maar aan junk sporter Ben).Eten is een min punt, bar is meer een keukentje daar moet wat aan gedaan worden.Marlene en André zijn de toppers van het horeca gedeelte. Entertainment stelt niet veel voor.Prijs kwaliteit is in orde.Ligging is lekker rustig auto is aan rader. Volgend jaar terug? Ja in het voorjaar.

Groupe de 53 personnes accueil excellent, repas buffet très bien, chambre appart très confortable. MARLÈNE nous a concocté un superbe vin d'honneur. Elle très agréable parle un très bon français est faite pour diriger ce genre d'établissement : très professionnelle

The Apartment was very nice but if you are staying all inclusive or require a meal the Restaurant/Dinning Room is like a school canteen and very noisy. The food is not great and the bar area is like a shed. Not great to have a drink in and should be totally separate from the Dinning room. Otherwise Staff were very helpful and the apartment was really nice and clean.If you like sports it has plenty of facilities which are well looked after.

Lovely hotel for a family visit, apartments a brilliant size for family with 3 kids. Brilliant location with the square a 3/4 minute walk. The pool could be bigger with more sun loungers. Beach is a 10 minute walk.

Foi o nosso segundo ano consecutivo de férias neste hotel. Repetimos porque o ano passado gostamos de tudo. Este ano havia mais hóspedes devido ao regime ' tudo incluído". Contudo o número de espreguiçadeiras deverá ser aumentando. Deverá existir também um canal televisivo infantil a pensar nas crianças portuguesas.

Great place if you have young kids, we dont. Thats our fault really, we picked the wrong hotel. But, it wasnt obvious how rammed the place would be with kids. Incredibly noisy. Sign by the pool saying do not reserve beds, but before 0830 they were all reserved with towels and no enforcement.We stayed in an apartment that was equipped with nothing. Not even a tea towel. Odd. Free parking included but we didnt get any. Hair dryer in the room, no good if you need one for styling as its just a hoover tube that blows. Awful. No indication of this when booking. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Not a bad place but, wont stay again.

The facilities are excellent for a small hotel!The gym and running track are very well maintained.The steam and sauna rooms are a great way to finish off the day.The only downside is if your not down by the main pool before 9.30am you can struggle to get a sun lounger.

Große Zimmer, super Ausstattung. Das Bett war riesig und Badezimmer mit Badewanne ein Luxus. Leider waren wir im Erdgeschoss und mussten immer alle Türen geschlossen halten, da jeder Besucher über eine Treppe auf unseren Balkon konnte. Und wir hatten nichts wo wir unsere Handtücher und Badesachen draußen aufhängen konnten, andere Zimmer aber schon.

Os apartamentos são óptimos, modernos e muito confortáveis. O staff muito atencioso. A piscina espaçosa e bem cuidada. A lamentar a opção "tudo" incluído, buffet muito fraquinho, pouca variedade e por vezes mal confeccionado (principalmente os legumes), as carnes e peixes grelhados são confeccionados na chapa com gordura. Não tem opção para intolerantes ao gluten e outras patologias . Não compensa o preço por pessoa.

Very pleasant staff, welcoming and informative. Good hotel for families and groups. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
Location is quiet but few good bars and restaurants in easyvwalking distance. Beach just a few minutes walk away.
Children's pool is in separate area from main pool area but lots of kids and kids activities in main pool. Pools looked clean and grounds were kept tidy.
We had late flight home, hotel were very accomodating with towels and holding cases.

Our stay was magnificent! Victoria Sport & Beach’s customer service is unmatched! Very responsive and accommodating. Everything that is advertised is accurate and more. You will be very satisfied. Uber is all around you for transportation. Beaches are everywhere. Plenty options for food. Nearby restaurants close at midnight, so that’s kinda a bummer bt other farther options are available. Loved our stay. Good safe area to stay and close enough to the nightlife. You will not regret your stay!

Good location. We had a one bedroom appartment with a fairly well stocked kitchen. Take washing up liquid and a scrubby thing as only a t-towel is provided. Bathroom came with toiletries which were replaced but the hairdryer is fairly useless. Beds were clean and the air conditioning worked well. We didnt use the pool and surrounding area so cant comment on that although the families using it seemed to be having a great time. It is only a short walk to the beach and the local shops and restaurants. The beach is fantastic although its only accessible by a lot of wooden steps so definitely not wheelchair friendly and quite hard for buggy carrying. Once there, there are sunbeds and umbrellas for hire at 16euros for the day (no part reduction) and the sand is clean and great for kids. Theres a cafe at the top of the steps with loos but no facilties at the bottom. Great smoothies! Theres a well stocked supermarket with delicious fresh croissants and bread as well as a few restaurants. Nothing special but good fish and nice local house wine.

3rd time back at this hotel. Previously Stella maris. Stayed11 nights. Hotel itself is wonderful. Reception staff are also wonderful. Couldn’t figure out why terrace by pool was never full as it’s such a faboulous location. After 3 lunches I found out. On first occasion we ordered wraps . After 3 Attempts the order was correct. As the guy walked away from us he threw both hands in the air to his colleague who found it really funny. I didn’t! 2nd lunch I thought maybe a bad day before. so try again. Again really poor service. Third one was the worst. Sat down outside . 1pm. Asked for 2 ham and cheese wraps. My wife ordered a different wrap straight off menu. 2 coffees and soft drink. Fifteen minutes later a different girl came out. Again 2 ham and cheese waraps and rest of order. Seemed ham and cheese was a big issue. Ham wrap or cheese wrap. She couldn’t get her head around the 2 together. At 13.30. A third staff member came. Again to take the order. He seemed to get it. 2pm our order finally arrived. Coffees were long gone but we couldn’t go through ordering more. We ate and left. As every other part of hotel is so wonderful it’s a pity this part is such a let down and if put right that terrace would be packed everyday for lunch. Will certainly return but lunch elsewhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

Superbe Hôtel et personnel très sympathique. Petit bémol la restauration, bien qu'elle soit de qualité, en demie pension c'est pas du tout varié. On y mange toujours la même chose. Pas beaucoup de desserts, mousse ou fruits. Pendant 5 jours j'ai mangé des frites. Rien pour les végétariens, pas de spécialités. Frites, riz, pâtes et haricots verts. Peu de poisson. Bref j'ai pas trop bien mangé. Je donne un 3 à cause de la restauration. Par contre les chambres et là propreté 10/10. 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et petits commerces.

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel au top et tout ce qu'il faut dans les chambres. La piscine est agréable et les petits déjeuners sont bons. Seul petit bémol, le ballon d'eau chaude de la chambre qui est un peu petit (un peu léger pour se faire couler un bain). Le reste est parfait !

É um local bonito.
Tivemos muito azar nos 4 dias que lá tivemos.
Apenas fizeram limpeza no primeiro dia.
Obras por cima do nosso quarto.
Apanhamos a manutenção aos alarmes durante 2 dias.
Acabou o papel higiênico no segundo dia e nao foram repor.
Meteram lá um micro-ondas do século 19 que fazia uma barulheira que até acordava as pessoas do hotel ao lado e ainda fizeram pagar 20€ de caução, deviam estar com medo que eu fugisse com o micro-ondas (nem dado o queria).
De resto mais nada a apontar.
Não esquecer que estamos a falar de im hotel de 4 estrelas.
Resumindo, uma experiência a não repetir.

Entspannung pur! Wir hatten 9 Tage Appartement mit 1 separatem Schlafzimmer gebucht.Das Appartement war quasi eine Ferienwohnung mit extra Service (z. Bsp. Essen auf das Zimmer bestellen). Es war mit Blick zum Kinderpool, der Anfang Oktober nicht sehr frequentiert war.Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, konnten aber jederzeit an den Buffets teilnehmen und dann direkt im Restaurant bezahlen. Wir haben 2 mal gefrühstückt. Es gibt viel Auswahl, es war aber nicht besonders prickelnd, aber praktisch. Zum Buffet am Abend können wir keine Aussage treffen.In Laufnähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mietwagen und waren dadurch mobil und in der Lage die nähere und weitere Umgebung unsicher zu machen :-).Der Strand in der Nähe ist auch wunderschön. Die Liegen mit Baldachin und Halbschirm waren mit 16 EUR für 2 Personen nicht wirklich günstig.Zu all den genannten Dingen war auch noch das Wetter hervorragend - es war ein herrlicher Urlaub!

J,hesite trois ou quatre car le balcon etait inoccupable car des hirondelles y avaient fait leur nid et nous sifflaient autour de la tete. Les meubles de salon sont defraichis et on sent l,humidite. Par contre le service est correct ne se font pas en quatre pour nous accomoder.

Nice hotel good size apartment and very good with kids pool and restaurants down stairs and lot off place near by for food and drinks

Alguns empregados simpáticos outros nem por isso. Os apartamenos são bons. Os produtos de higiene por vezes não eram reabastecidos, a limpeza diária parecia ser feita só a metade do apartamento.
Os 2 primeiros dias a comida foi horrível o peixe não prestava os legumes eram uma desgraça, nos dias seguintes já melhorou penso que a chef não estava nos pimeiros dias pelo menos foi o que me disseram. Deveriam apostar mais num melhor serviço de restaurante e com empregados mais experientes e simpáticos tinha 2 raparigas simpáticas e que se via que tentavam tudo para melhorar o serviço.
Se voltaria lá? Pelo sítio e pela qualidade dos apartamentos talvez, mas só com pequeno almoço.

Clean. Looks great. Apartments are clean, roomy, cleaning service is great. However poor accessibility for those with extra mobility requirements and people who are relying on buggies to get around with their small children. There are lifts but you still need to go down a set of stairs (about 6 steps, no ramps that I've seen). Its in a good location between two beaches, each 12 min walk ~ (and omg are these beaches amazing!). Restaurants about 5 minute walk. The nearest pharmacy is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is also a supermarket and plenty of take away pizzerias. The food in the nearest Chinese restaurant is super. The cobble stone footpaths are a nightmare to navigate witb buggies through so I'd recommend you bring good buggy. The reception staff doesn't seem to have consistent information on shuttle buses, train times, bus times etc but overall very polite. The breakfast is 7€ and great value. Kiddies pool around the back of the hotel has a few mosaic tiles missing and it looks worn but it's clean. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

El hotel en si esta bien, habitaciones amplias, 3 piscinas (1 adulto y 2 para niños) y un jacuzzi (con el agua fría) y un parque infantil. Personal del hotel amable, y limpieza de las habitaciones que podía mejorar bastante (limpian por encima). Animación escasa y precios para desayunar o cenar elevados.La playa de farlesia esta a 10 minutos andando, bastante cerca y es una playa larga sin agobios.La compra de la comida en las inmediaciones es cara, por lo que recomiendo acudir a un supermercado grande como Continente o Lidl para que salga mas económico.No hay TV en español, cosa no extraña en Portugal ya que el español es el 4º o 5º idioma. Mal detalle.En fin, buen hotel para ir con niños y disfrutar de las piscinas y de la playa cercana.Otra cosa es moverte por el Algarve, ya que por su situacion esta alejado de todos los sitios importantes de la zona.

Stayed here with our 3 kids we all loved it .it's a beautiful and really clean hotel.the staff are fantastic especially the bar staff and young man doing the kids club .highly recommend this for a relaxing holiday. Only one thing is the bar food is not great for its prices. I will definitely be back .maybe you could think about adding a happy hour in the bar or an all inclusive deal would be great.

The apartment is nice with new and comfortable beds and well equipped. The sofa-bed is not comfortable at all but we did not use it. Dishwasher and washing machine are missing. Microwave is available on demand. Great location near the beach. A supermarket and four/five restaurants in the area. Swimming pools are nice. The staff in the reception and bsr/restaurant are great!!! Cocktails taste delicious ;)

Tienen una recepcionista, Michelle, que estuvo genial, siempre atenta con mis hijos. El animador infantil es muy bueno, jugando y bailando con los críos y siempre se hacía entender. El servicio de limpieza bien. Deberían mejorar el aspecto de los apartamentos con una mano de pintura.

Agradable estancia a unos 800 metros de la playa que serán 10 min andando... se hace bien... en el entorno hay pizzería chino y supermercado... piscina bien y apartamento muy renovado...con servicio de habitaciones bien.. algún que otro ruido creo q por culpa de algún aire acondicionado con los silenblock rotos...con garaje gratuito casi vacío...cuidado con el acceso al mismo...si vas deprisa dejas el bajo del coche....repetiria??? Sin duda si

. Laatste dag wordt je morgens gelijk van je kamer gebonjourd.terwijl je pas avonds terug vlieg mag je niet meer op je kamer verblijven. Jacuzzi zou 36 graden zijn is maar 22 graden.

Das Hotel war sauber, die Mitarbeiter(innen) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Vorsaison waren nur sehr wenige Gäste da, so dass das Abendessen als Buffet sehr spärlich ausfiel und das gezahlte Geld nicht wert war zumal alle Getränke zusätzlich berechnet wurden; unsere Empfehlung außerhalb der Saison kann daher nur lauten: max. Frühstück buchen und sich den Rest des Tages in der Umgebung selbst versorgen (z.B. in den benachbarten Pizzerien). Für das Rasieren ist Akkugerät oder ein längeres Kabel notwendig, weil das Bad nicht über eine Steckdose verfügt.
Weiteres Plus: die engagierte und freundliche Neckermann-Servicemitarbeiterin vor Ort.

Sport & Beach Hotel hört sich schon super an, nur ist der Strand ca. 1km entfernt. Ansonsten würde ich nochmals dort buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal.
