This hotel is ideally located near to the strip close to the beach and a comfortable stroll to the old town . The interior is both modern and extremely clean. The facilities are excellent and the beds comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a great choice to suit everyone with hot and cold choices plus a good range of fresh fruit juices. Within the grounds there is a lovely outdoor pool with outside terraces and areas to relax and enjoy a drink. All in all an excellent hotel .

Did not have one good night's sleep hear and not because of the nightclub across the road. Very noisy I almost went to sleep on the beach. Quite nice decor etc though

The hotel was great - everything was clean and new. We asked for a double room instead of twin and we got upgraded to an apartment with everything you need.Breakfast was a great value for the money - diverse and delicious.The location was nice - close to the Strip and to the beach (7-10 min. to each).The only negative to mention is that they say they offer free parking, and this means the 4 parking spots in front of the hotel- clearly not enough. Anyway, you can park nearby for free, if you don’t find a free spot in front.

Just back from 8 nights at the Topazio, great location, large rooms and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is one of the best we have had anywhere, loads of choice and always fresh cooked or if you prefer there is a great selection of cereals, pastries or fresh fruit. We will definitely return.

Muy buen trato por parte del personal, me gusto que tuvieran el detalle de bienvenida. La habitación muy amplia y muy confortable, la cama era enorme y la terraza también amplia. El desayuno muy completo y con bollería casera. La limpieza diaria perfecta. Como sugerencia, ya que en la zona hay pocos restaurantes de comida típica portuguesa, en el restaurante del hotel podriais añadir mas comida típica de Portugal. Pero en general, no hay ninguna queja, todo fantástico.

Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön neu renoviert. Alles ist sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze sind gegenüber der Straße vorhanden. Nachts am Wochenende ist es zwar etwas lauter draußen, da eine Disco genau gegenüber dem Hotel ist (KISS) und leider sehr viele betrunkene Engländer. Haben aufgrund der Bewertungen ein Zimmer möglichst weit weg von der Straße verlangt und es war kein Problem. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!

A remodelação do hotel feita este ano foi muito positiva e traduziu-se numa maior organização e comodidade do mesmo. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e acolhedores. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O pequeno almoço, que, agora, passou a estar incluído, é também um factor que mostra a evolução deste espaço. O hotel melhorou imenso com este refresh e com a nova gerência.

Très bien apprécié en général. À 7-8 minutes à pied de la plage et 5 minutes du centre ville. Belle piscine et de belles petites attention à la réception (eau aromatisée et des petits fruits ou patisseries offerts à tous les jours).Le seul bémol de notre séjour lair climatisé du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Mais celle de notre chambre fonctionnait bien.

Appart-Hotel (cuisinette dans le salon) moderne, spacieux. La piscine et le site est bien entretenu. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon. ATTENTION : bruyant toute la nuit, idéal pour faire la fête mais pas pour dormir une grosse nuit

Acabamos de estar en su hotel y solo podemos decir que nos a gustado mucho el personal un encanto, la limpieza excelente y el desayuno estupendo, sin duda mi pareja acertó en la elección del lugar gracias por todo, ah los detalles del café, el agua y las manzanas nos encanto.

Alles fein für einen 4tägigen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nespressomaschine am Bett :-)

The rooms are very nice. It's few minutes away from the main Street for night life. The beach is also near.

Fantastic hotel, spotless, cleaned every day and fresh towels, bed changed four times in ten days. The only downside was the coldness of the pool. Would recommend this hotel would give it 5******

Excellent apartment, checked in by Ana late at night she was excellent gave us lots of info. all other staff very good, apartment had all you could need even coffee machine with some free pods. Lots of restaurants around, old town about 20-25 mins away , new town 10 mins. There is a night club across the road was not open when we stayed but would recommend book apartment as they are at the back of hotel.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Topazio. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die tägliche Reinigung war aber nicht immer sehr gründlich, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr gut!komme gerne wieder!

Everything was great, staff were helpful, not enough sun beds though so didn’t get to sit by the pool, definitely a 3* in terms of facilities but cannot fault the stay overall

Apartment was spacious and clean. Pool area ok but very basic and small, and due to location limited in amount of loungers in the sun. Breakfast was good quality and enough choice. Service could be improved, by staff smiling and welcoming guests. When we arrived housekeeping had not left any toilet roll, I called reception and was told I could go down to collect some (As it was late and Id had a day travelling, i would have preferred these to be brought to our room). I was also made to feel an inconvenience when I asked the cleaning maid to come back later - when she wanted to clean - 2 of our group were still in bed! Girl on reception ignored us as we left for airport (no, thank you for choosing Topazio etc)... These are basics.... and without them will make me consider looking at alternative properties when we return next year.

Bungalow was very good with good amenities, although could have done with simple things like a bottle opener. Location and environment generally good but only let down by a night club over the road which was quite noisy through night. Staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly.

Recomendable, me he alojado 10 días en este hotel y todo muy bien. No le doy 5 estrellas por que si encontré algún pequeño detalle que se puede mejorar, pero en su conjunto esta perfecto. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, la cama muy cómoda y enorme. El desayuno bufé rico y completo. La piscina estupenda. Ubicado a 5 minutos de la playa de Aveiros.

Létat de certaine parties métalliques dans la salle de bain laisse à désirer (présence de rouille), la table basse est branlante tout comme le meuble dappoint situé à côté du meuble TV. Le canapé est inconfortable car vieillissant, la climatisation de la pièce principale ne fonctionne pas correctement, il ny a pas de table de chevet dans la chambre. Enfin, le bruit la nuit généré par la boite de nuit juste en face peut devenir un vrai problème si vous avez le sommeil léger. Bref pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et le prix payé on est loin du standing attendu. Quelques points positifs : le petit déjeuner et la piscine.

Très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel pourtant bien situé à proximité de la plage.Avions loué un appartement.GROS problème d'insonorisation, bruit(on entend les gens parler ou uriner) venant surtout de l'appart du dessus.Plusieurs nuits sans dormir.C'est comme s'il n'y avait pas de cloison. C'est horrible! Signalé à la direction mais pas de réaction.Hôtel qui accueille des groupes d'anglais très bruyants qui boivent (alcool) à longueur de journée.Les gobelets finissent dans la piscine.Quel spectacle réjouissant! Il ne faut pas compter passer des vacances reposantes dans cet hôtel. Grosse déception.

Hotel guests were tortured by drunken people f(mostly British and Dutch) rom nearby disco and bar EVERY NIGHT FROM MIDNIGHT UNTIL ALMOST 7AM. It was almost impossible to sleep.. Until they resolve that problem avoid this place.

It is a nice hotel for the price. The breakfast is good with options but it is the same everyday. So if you want to eat different things every day you can but the options will stay the same. There are good restaurants nearby that are not too expensive, you can reach them on foot. About 20 mins of walk. The pool is clean and alright, I did not like that all day they played music by the pool because if someone wanted to sleep it makes it a bit hard. The staff is alright. In the bar I ordered a hamburger, it seemed like they forgot the mustard or ketchup or I don't know but there was none in it, but they game little pockets of them so I could make it for myself. Burgers come with french fries as well. And if you don't want to go down to the bar you can order from the bar to the room as well. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, it's pretty close as I saw other hotels are not this close. The only negative thing is not the hotels problem. There is a nightclub across the street. The music can't really be heard but the people who go there in the morning around 3 am they start to shout so yeah, that's not the hotels problem, they can't really do anything about it. So all in all: + Friendly service (they speak English) + Nice pool + Good breakfast + Clean rooms + Pretty good equipped kitchen + Close to the beach + Reasonable price + Loads of TV channels - music by the pool (-) apes in the morning around 2-3 am shouting.

Tuvimos varios problemas con el hotel. El minibar no enfriaba apenas incluso a máxima potencia. Solicitamos que lo revisaran y nos lo cambiaron por el de la habitación de enfrente, aún así enfriaba igual (Nada). La habitación tuvimos que decir que nos la hicieran una vez porque no estaba hecha, pero rápidamente la limpiaron. Pecamos de no ver los alrededores de la zona porque justo enfrente hay una discoteca. No se escucha nada, la habitación esta muy aislada con el exterior. El problema es que con el interior del hotel no tanto. Las puertas son muy finas y escuchábamos volver de fiesta al turismo inglés de borrachera. Por lo demás todo bien, los desayunos son muy completos y la cama tiene un tamaño considerable. Por la zona se puede aparcar con facilidad.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was modern. Beds were comfortable (great pillows!). Bathroom was spotless. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only things we wished were different: more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom (there was only one towel rack in the shower), having a box of tissues would have been nice, including body lotion in the provided toiletries, designating or allowing towels to be used for the beach.

The rooms were great. However, there was only 2 mirrors in a room for 4 (including bathroom)- there were no plugs near the mirrors making getting ready for the evening difficult

Hotel is next to a disco called Kiss .This is very busy and noisey until the early hours of the morning .My room was on the side opposite the disco and I had trouble sleeping due to the noise .

We stayed in a bungalow with our 2 year old which made life a lot easier and no worries about balconies. The bungalow was beautiful inside and well laid out. Great bed! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The only thing we would have liked was a bar in the evening but we simply popped over to the British bar across the road which was ridiculously cheap and has a great kids area.Well definitely be back!

We only stayed for one night and didn’t really spend much time here but the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good for the extra €6

Horrible management and service. Rooms not ready by 2pm and staff was not proactive in solving the situation. Girl at front desk said “in this hotel, check in is from 2pm” and we were not within our rights to want to have a room for the time we paid for. Apparently our schedule should be adjusted to theirs and not the other way around. Lost a few hours in Albufeira thanks to this hotel. We were the only ones waiting for our room and the girl said cleaning staff was busy cleaning rooms in general and that was why ours was taking so long. Why not just focus on ours as we had ben waiting for an hour and were the only ones there?? Wont be back and dont recommend.

The hotel is clean and modern. There is a nice outdoor pool. It is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It is across the street from a large nightclub, but the double set of glass doors to the balcony reduces the late night noise. The bed is comfortable. There is some free street parking.

This hotel is superb cannot fault anything.. Clean bright cosy and warm atmosphere.. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.. Location was perfect as only a 5 min walk to strip but far enough away to get a hood night sleep.. Amazing hotel

From the very start before we even arrived,I was able to communicate with hotel promptly via email to clarify any doubt I had in regards to the reservation. When we arrived Walter the receptionist was amazing in taking us in and explaining things to us. The cleaning was daily and well done. The area is great we were close to 2 beaches that was just few minutes away . There's a cute return across the road that is also very nice. Theres a night club across the road,but I was never disturbed by any noise.The rooms are so clean and modern ..i loved my stay and me partner will certainly return.

Just back from a week in this hotel where we paid another 105 euros to upgrade to a studio room,i personnaly dont think it was un upgrade got to room and it was stinking that horrible sewer smell but thought it would go away unpacked all our things and went out for a bite to eat,came back around 9 opened door of room and the smell was just awful so away to reception where in all fairness our room was changed with no hassle.. This room was fine no smells but as we had upgraded so that we could eat in sometimes the facilitys were very poor,no toaster,no oven,no tin opener,no fish slice, so if a family needed to cook in here every night it would be very difficult so overall very basic. Pool area is quite nice but sunlougers were so uncomfortable that you were left achy after lying on them all day also found some of the staff quite surly and rude but the worst thing of all is that sraight across from the hotel is a nightclub,what a nightmare wakened from 3ish with people coming and going and standing at johns burger place shouting and laughing just enjoying themselves but i certainly wasnt.Didnt get much sleep the rest of the morning and the nightclub finally finished at7.10 on the sunday morning.Overall a good place for maybe the younger ones to stay but familys and the slightly older generation im not so sure.Whilst not the worst ive stayed in not the best either and i wouldnt go back. On the plus side it is near enough to the strip to walk to and far enough away to not hear the noise of it.

hotel = bien , rien à redire Par contre c'est une autre histoire avec le comportement de la réceptionniste : peut être pour vous donner envie de ne plus y revenir lamentable, on se permet même de relever votre code secret C.B. pour le cas où il y aurait d'autres frais à régler comme si nous devions nous enfuir à la tire et il y aurait beaucoup d'autres choses a énumérer; enfin assez loin à pied de la plage, du centre très animé de la ville

The staff are friendly, but some have trouble understanding English...we stayed in room 42 on a board only bases which the receptionist did not know where it was...when it rains the roof leaked on the bed...there is a constant smell of drains in the apartment, which others have reported as well ..the patio doors did not lock and there was damage to some of the furniture....more of a concern , was the hotel wants credit card details in case of any damages.....at the end of the holiday, we asked if these card details where deleted and was told not to worry......but they still had the card details......very worrying.

Hotel room was excellent -- Right at front. Breakfast was OK but I got a bit tired of "Scrambled Eggs" after three days. Eventually got fried eggs. Rooms cleaned every day but not until late afternoon and once had no toilet paper!!!!!. Overall highly recommended.

Bastante bien en calidad/precio, estuvimos 3 días en este hotel/apartamento y las comodidades eran bastantes buenas respecto al precio. La zona de playa está bastante bien, aunque recomiendo ir con coche a otras playas no tan cercanas que estarán más tranquilas. Si quieres salir de fiesta por la noche, encontrarás guirilandia en todo es esplendor. Se aparca bastante bien.

Staff were friendly and helpfull.The English was good.The one room appartment on the ground floor behind the hotel building was nice and quiet.We did hear people from the hotel rooms talking about the noise from the disco.We had no problems here and would reccomend this hotel
