Beautiful place. Shutle bus service is great. Villa is larger than exspected. Plenty of room and very clean. Has everything you need. Amazing for a family holiday or friends. Very well.kept and tidy. Staff very helpful and polite. Both pools are clean. Only con would be the broken sun chairs.

Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten höchstens Bettenkomfort und Frühstück (allerdings waren wir in der Vorsaison diese Woche fast die einzigen Frühstücksgäste). Küche sonst sehr gut!

We zijn hier een week geweest met het gezin met een baby van 1 jaar.
We hebben een complete reis geboekt via Corendon.
Helaas wat problemen gehad met de auto verhuurder: Air Auto, echt een slechte firma.
Colina Vilage is een prima klein parkje met een aardige Nederlandssprekende receptionist.
De huisjes zijn prima en worden om de dag gepoetst en de handdoeken vervangen. Het meubilair is wat verouderd en diverse onderdelen zijn toe aan onderhoud.
Helaas zijn de matrassen hier echt kei hard en de kussens erg knobbelig. Ook na aangeven bij de receptie hebben we geen goede vervanging gekregen. De buren naast het park hebben enkele honden die twee nachten hebben staan blaffen.
Verder is de omgeving schitterend en alles goed bereikbaar vanaf het park. Dat maakte veel goed.

I loved this hotel! For the price you will not find a better place to stay. It had a lot of room and the whole atmosphere was lively. It was very clean and had pretty surroundings. If they can get the WiFi situation under control, I’m sure they will get perfect ratings. All key workers were very helpful and polite. The waitress even wrote down information for me a dolphin trips.

Excellent hotel. Huge flats with all the confort. The garden are the best of the Hotel, very well taken care. Supermarket and Carvoeiro town5 min by car. Great for families with kids!

Mooi klein park, met ruime appartementen. Het park kan hier en daar wel wat opknapbeurten gebruiken. Het meubilair in de huisjes is oud en soms ook versleten. De douches in de kleedkamers van het zwembad zijn nodig toe aan vervanging.

Un buen lugar pero con equipamiento y mobiliario antiguo. Al entrar en nuestro apartamento olía un poco a ajado, sin embargo estaba completamente equipado. El bar es caro pero nos atendieron muy bien.

Staff friendly, pools clean and tidy but a lot of sun beads broken and also no hot water in showers in inside POOL also shower heads in ladies showers near pool bar and inside pool need replacing , accommodation clean but could do with fixing the aerial in flat 31a also couldn't reed the oven dials.

Apartamento ( T3 ) espaçoso, com 3 WC. Bem equipado, não tem mobiliário novo, mas serve. Limpo e com limpeza frequente. Tem e tijoleira esmorrada na cozinha que a primeira vista dá a entender que esta suja, mas não.
Piscina exterior muito boa com meio envolvente muito agradável. Piscina interior muito boa também, apesar de ser água fria, mas em nenhum momento o empreendimento anuncia o contrario. Os jardins em todo o empreendimento bem tratados.
Funcionários simpáticos.
Apesar de não gostar de repetir os mesmos destinos nas minhas férias, se um dia voltar ao carvoeiro, de certeza que dou prioridade a colina village.

Lovely hotel, ants surround the apartment right outside the balcony so could be possible for them to get inside your room. The pool is big, cold at first but it warms up throughout time. Pool bar serves kids meals throughout the day and at night they serve omelette and salads etc. Bad thing is its about a 40 minute walk to Cairovero. They offer you a mini bus transfer for free but it comes very rarely.

Portoguese Manager Hotel with Bundalow Appartements and common pool 25 to 30 Meter length. Snacks and small meals available at pool. Bathroom done new but installed not a single 230Volt Plug only Shavers plug... bit poor. Rooms with air condition are in acceptable condition because anyway we went out all day and not ask for any further luxury comfort.

Ich habe im Internet im Vorfeld nur wenig Bewertungen gefundent. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist zauberhaft begrünt, mit vielen Palmen und Blumen. Das Apartment war riesig, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten, jeden Tag wurde geputzt. Das Hotel hat ein wuderschönes Hallenbad und einen tollen Pool. Aber was uns am besten gefallen hat, das war die Halbpension. Es gibt kein Büffet, sondern man kann jeden Tag zwischen zwei Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachtisch wählen. Wir waren sehr-sehr überrascht, dass alle Speisen von höchster Qualität waren, wie in einer Haupenküche. Die Salate waren ein Traum, als Hauptspeise gab es Sachen vom Grill wie Fisch, Schwein aber auch Ente (beste Ente, die ich je gegessen habe). Das Personal ist sehr nett, man ist wirklich willkommen. Wir waren sehr-sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, Benagil 3.8 km, Carvoeiro 2 km, ein Auto ist jedenfalls zu empfehlen wobei es auch ein Gratis-Shuttel zum Strand gibt.

Mooie omgeving met veel groen en lekker rustig. Mooie stranden binnen een straal van 10 km. Een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen. Verder een auto huren om mobiel te zijn.

Lençóis já usados de um cliente para outro, sujidade debaixo da cama, fichas electricas em curto circuito, tv que não permite sintonizar bem os canais, piscina interior que necessita de manutenção ( sente-se os azulejos a sair do fundo....),....e a roupa lavada é entregue de uma maneira muito curiosa....

Great place for family holidays. Good cleaning service in every possible details thanks to Tamara. She was the best cleaning lady ever and this is what you need with a baby. Efficient service at the reception with Pedro. He helped us with the shuttle to go back to the airport. He was always there for support. We also enjoyed the service from Philip who really joked with the kids. The cataplana at the restaurant was better than in town. Good restaurant. The houses were nice, excellent facilities but the bath tub should be modernised a bit and a washing machine and little supermarket on site would be welcome. Overall an amazing stay.

El enclave es maravilloso, zona muy tranquila y, a la vez, cerca de cualquier otra zona más céntrica donde comer como Lagoa o Carvoeiro (a penas 5 minutos en coche). El complejo cuenta con numerosas casitas con aparcamiento gratuito en la misma puerta de cada una. La casa amplia y cocina muy bien equipada con frigorífico, horno, cafetera, microondas y menaje de hogar. La piscina también bien aunque es un crímen ir a la piscina con la cantidad de playas increíbles que hay por la zona. Servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas a diario, eso si, la conservación del hotel podría ser un poco más cuidada y que se nota la dejadez en algunos aspectos pero bueno, merece la pena en cuanto a calidad / precio.

Schöne Hotelanlage etwas im Hinterland gelegen ruhig in kleinen Häusern aneinandergereiht, farbenfroh abgestimmt mit toller Bepflanzung in der Anlage. Wir hatten ein günstiges Mietauto dort an der Rezeption gemietet! Man kann aber auch zu Fuss den Strand erreichen. Die Küste der Algarve ist ein Traum!! Frühstück und Abendessen wurden im anliegenden Haus am Pool eingenommen.

Overall I can only state the site is not good value for money and needs some investment.Good points: - location- enough space in rooms- big pool- nice room terracesBad points:- bathroom always smelled (seemed to be the water used to fill the cistern)- no wifi- tv in room must have been more than 20 years old (with bad reception to match)- everything is charged extra (pool tables, tennis courts etc)

Fotografias desactualizadas, grande desilusão, sem vigilância, piscina interior fecha às 17h, bar fecha às 23h, para a altura em época alta acho que não faz sentido, sem rede e wi-fi no interior das habitações e fora muito pouca rede, precisam de se modernizar para darem uma melhor comunidade aos hóspedes.

Ensemble d’appartements dans une jolie propriété arborée avec piscines, tennis et parking gratuits. Les appartements sont un peu vieillots et manque déquipements de cuisine ( pas de bols, de passoire ou d’économe...), mais ils sont lumineux, spacieux et nettoyés tous les jours. Présence d’un bar et d’un resto relativement chers (en tout cas plus que ceux de la ville voisine) avec Wifi gratuit. Concerts live 3x/semaine et activités tous les jours. Très bien situé par rapport aux plages de l’Algarve (avec une voiture).

Apartamento confortável e limpo diariamente, uma piscina interior com água gelada o que nao faz qualquer sentido, a falta de manutenção do exterior é o que mais salta à vista.
Perto da piscina exterior tudo degradado , as tampas de saneamento deslocadas, na qual uma hospede caiu e se magoou .
Poucas espreguiçadeiras para a quantidade de hospedes no espaço...
Enfim nao foi uma experiência positiva

Local sossegado, muito tranquilo.
Apartamento muito limpo.
Gostei que tivessem disponibilizado sacos para fazer a correta separação do lixo.
Fiquei muito decionada com os chuveiros da piscina estarem sempre a perder água, por falta de manutenção das torneiras. Muito desperdício de água todos os dias.
Entrada no aldeamento sem qualquer segurança, sem controlo de acessos.
Achei um pouco inseguro nesse aspecto.
Os colaboradores foram sempre simpáticos.
A piscina não tinha recipientes para separar o lixo. Na mesma era permitido comer e beber e tinha apenas baldes do lixo comum.
Os copos de cerveja eram mais que muitos e não podiam ser separados por não haver condições.
Um ponto positivo são as palhinhas de cartão.

Ne pas prendre la demi pension, petit déjeuner passable, même le café n est pas bon et les dîners gras sans saveurs et répétitifs. De plus 3 euros la bouteille de 75 cl d eau et difficile d obtenir une carafe d eau... Je regrette amèrement d avoir payé pour la restauration

Muito atrativo em foto, mas quando se confronta com a realidade fica aquém das expectativas. Oferta muito má dos serviços. Fichas elétricas em curto-circuito, lençóis usados não mudados de um cliente para outro, sujidade debaixo das camas, camas muito pouco confortáveis, sendo que para um casal dormir "oferecem" dois pequenos colchões de espuma... pretende-se mais de um complexo das estrelas anunciadas, ou, independentemente do número de estrelas, de um complexo que ofereça o melhor serviço, com o brio próprio dos portugueses!

It was great my wife and will be coming back again.Staff at restaurant very friendly.The only complaint is Your reception booked a taxi for us to go to Ferragudo we were told this would cost up to 20€ for the round.We were told by the driver the return was included in the 18.55€ we were charged we I paid at the drop off in Ferragudo I thought when got back that was it but he insisted that I pay another 18.55€ to save a confrontation I did.The meter was not turned on on the return journey.I complained to the guy in reception who booked but he just shrugged his shoulders and it depends on the the time of day ,we left at 11am and came back 2.30pm.I have since found from your staff we were conned.Not happy .

Hotel isnt near the centre, you would need a car to explore not unless you are happy to stay onsite and use the daily minibus. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was very clean, maid came in every day to clean and change towels, the only downfall was the musty smell in the bedrooms

Really enjoyed our stay at Colima Village Hotel. All encounter with staff were very pleasant and professional. Will definitely be back the restaurant served amazing top quality food probably one of the best I've tastwd. Only downside to this hotel is the location wasnt the best we had gone with the intention of relying on transport but ended by the third day hiring a car, which was alot more enjoyable. Also our apartment (21) leaked when there was a thunderstorm one night which resulted in everything in the living room being soaked. This wasnt an issue and the staff handed the situation perfectly and we were relocated within the hour of notifying them to apartment (23) which was bigger and the bed were alot more comfortable. Overall would definitely be back hopfully this year if not definitely next.

Esta bien situado pero no hablan español aunque el hombre de recepción puso todo su empeño .Lo malo fue la suciedad que había te quedarás pegado en el suelo la piscina climatizada estaba cerrada y encima 3 días que fuimos a tomar café al restaurante nos cobraron cada día un precio distinto y comemtandolo con un familiar le ocurría lo mismo .

El apartamento, esta muy bien, es amplio, comodo y con todo lo necesario. El complejo en general esta bien, aunque a pesar de haber estado en semana santa, no ofrecian ninguno de los servicios que figuran en la web. Internet no tienen, wifi tampoco, la piscina cubierta la tienen cerrada, al igual que el restaurante, el minimarket , el bar de la piscina al aire libre y las pistas de tenis. El parque infantil no tiene mantenimiento ya que las maderas estan astilladas, lo que es un peligro para los niños. Si tuvieran operativo todo lo que ofrecen cuando se realiza la reserva, seria un muy buen alojamiento, por lo que yo les aconsejaria que antes de reservar y pagar se aseguren de que lo que contratan esté disponible. Debo aclarar que el personal es muy amable, pero poco pueden hacer ellos sobre lo antes comentado, mas que certificar lo comprobado.

Colina Village quite relaxing holiday complex. It is very popular with tourist as price is very affordable. We had half board and had mix feeling about the food. The first two nights I should say the rating for the food i give 2 star but last two nights the food was excellent 4 star! The service was excellent and staff was very polite and charming. This place will be four star soon enough, once they have consistency of the quality of the food!

Her gehele interieur is gedateerd maar wel netjes. Van de ligbedden bij het zwembad is het merendeel kapot. De tv geeft alleen Portugese,Engelse en Franse zenders. Met de meeste heel slecht beeld. Openbaar vervoer is er niet .Alleen een shuttle busje 3xdaags en taxi. Een supermarkt is een half uur lopen en het supermarktje op het ressort heeft van alles niets.

We stayed in Colina Village from 23rd September - 30th September and we have to say it was very relaxing. The apartments were huge and the cleaning service was excellent (everyday) Pool was fabulous as was the food. We would like to say a special thank you to Philip in reception. No matter what we wanted he provided everything, and printed out timetables of buses, trains & and all directions we needed. Thank you Philip. We will definately be back.

Plaats is goed alleen vind ik het restaurant niet zo goed maar dat is mijn mening. Ben over het personeel zeer tevreden . Wi-Fi op het gehele terrein zou zeker een pluspunt zijn.

Prima lokatie voor ( jong) gezin. Wel aanrader om een auto erbij te hebben. Schoon. Keuken ruim maar telt slechts 2 electrische pitjes. Koken is dus matig. Heel veel te zien in de omgeving. Prachtige strandjes tussen de rotsen. Waterschoenen tip!.

Geen massa toerisme. Maar je eigen woning op een klein parkje.
Elke dag word de woning voor je schoongemaakt, de bedden opgemaakt en je handdoeken verschoond terwijl je zelf aan het zwembad ligt of er op uit bent.
Het park is minder geschikt als je geen auto bij je hebt. Ondanks dat het maar een kilometer bij de zee en het dorp Carvoeiero vandaan ligt maken de warmte en de steile heuvels dit een pittige wandeling.
Wel kun je voor weinig geld een taxi bestellen en er rijdt een pendelbusje heen en weer tussen het park en carvoeiero.
De algarve zelf is echter zo mooi dat je zonder eigen vervoer niet alles uit je vakantie kunt halen.
Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en in zijn algemeenheid merk ik weinig van criminaliteit in de streek... ook prettig !

Een absolute aanrader. Kundig en vriendelijk personeel.
Elke dag (m.u.v. zondag) nieuwe handdoeken en regelmatig schoon beddengoed. Zwembad was schoon, restaurant OK.
Verbeterpunten zijn slechte wifi (voor ons geen bezwaar geweest door afschaffing roamingkosten EU), en veel kapotte stoelen bij het zwembad.
Binnen 25 minuten loop je naar het strand. 15 minuten naar een grote supermarkt.
Auto huren voor (een par dagen) is een aanrader.

Niet boeken! Ik heb dit geboekt om dit resort een 8 heeft gekregen als gemiddelde cijfer. Tot mijn spijt slaap ik nu al een week op een houten plank en verga hierdoor van de pijn aan me rug. 50% van de ligstoelen aan het zwembad zijn stuk en de inrichting van de appartament zou niet eens meer welkom zijn bij een kringloopwinkel. Het is 4de keer in 10 jaar dat ik in dit mooie plaatsje ben maar dit is in mijn optiek geen resort maar meer een camping appartementen. Hiernaast heb ik gelezen over het vriendelijk personeel op het resort. Dit klopt maar het nichtje van de baas die de bar doet bij het zwembad denkt dat ze de nieuwe Patricia Pai is behandeld je als een stuk vuil als je wat wil bestellen. Ik zit hier nog 2 dagen en blijf vanwege mijn dochter die veel vriendinnetjes heeft gemaakt zo niet was ik al lang vertrokken.

Lovely complex, bit out of the way but has a free bus service to town. Nice and clean. Good size pool. Large villa which slept 9 of us. Recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Nice place clean and tidy, quiet in may when we were there would very much recommend. Apartments are nice sized and could hold a family of 5.

Mooie ruime appartementen. Word elke dag schoon gemaakt. Zwembad is wel koud maar met warm weer is dit lekker afkoelen. Vriendelijk personeel.

Kind staff, nice big rooms, nice pool and restaurant. Apartements are cleaned everyday and there is a free bus to the beach and city center. The trees were blocking the view and there was an ant nest in our apartment.

Fantastisch appartementencomplex met grote appartementen die dagelijks schoongemaakt worden. Mooi groot zwembad en goed restaurant. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Mobiliário antiquado, a precisar de renovação, colchões e almofadas nada confortáveis, evidente falta de limpeza (teias de aranha com insectos), que não é diária. Apenas um termoacumulador que obriga a que 4 pessoas tenham que tomar duche à pressa para não faltar água quente. Piscina interior com água fria. Não conto regressar.

Kann ich ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen, Personal ist sehr nett Anlage ist sauber und schön.
Die Putzkolonne könnte einen Ticken ordentlicher sein und es ist ein wenig abgelegen. Man sollte definitiv ein Auto haben ....was sich aber an der gesamten Algarve empfiehlt.

It was a little dated, nice enough for a budget holiday. Pools were very cold even childrens pool was not suitable for a child under 4.Not very good for self catering but okay if you do not plan on using the kitchen.You need a car as it was 10minute DRIVE to the local beach (not the nicest roads to be walking along)
