Loved every minute of it. Awesome place...close to everything. Wonderful staff. Breakfasts lovely. Would recommend to anyone. One small criticism....only one small loo roll a day was a little difficult hehe

Hôtel très bien situé à 5minutes à pieds de la plage. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel.les chambres sont très propres la kitchenette est parfaite avec tout ce qu'il faut.le wifi est gratuit.

Just spent 16 nights here, we had a holiday at the Santa Eulalia 17 years ago and loved it.. the refit and upgrades have made the hotel beautiful all over, our room was fantastic, with very good free wifi and all the facilities met all our needs.. on the couple if days it rained and we opted to relax in our room, the satellite tv was excellent and we still felt like being on holiday☺ this has been one if our best holiday hotels ever!

T2 enorme(2 suites enormes), 3 TV's uma para cada um, virado para a piscina e estacionamento acessível a qualquer hora. Só foi pena ter apenas duas noites disponíveis, não ter separador para resíduos e não ser possível passar dos apartamentos para o estacionamento sem passar pela receção.

Nous avons occupé un studio très confortable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Nous avons également testé le dîner buffet varié excellente nourriture. Nous avons surtout apprécié un personnel très agréable toujours présent service impeccable. Nous reviendrons certainement faire un séjour.

It's ok, 10 mins walk to nearest beach, all beaches down hill about 1/10 slopes so quite a steep climb coming back especially the one at the bottom of the strip which is about 1/2 hr's walk.
Best to keep plugs in holes as drains can get quite strong to sniff. Nice pool and garden area to relax at.

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished, beautiful, impressive white marble entrance and reception/bar areas. Spacious, well-furnished rooms, immaculately clean, lovely staff. Restaurant is very good value at €15 for a full buffet menu. Slightly away from the main town, so nice and quiet, but still quite a few shops, bars & restaurants nearby. 'The Strip' is 10-15 mins walk away but is very rowdy with lots of hen & stag groups, so not for us, but the old town is lovely with nicer shops & restaurants, many of them on the beachfront.

Had a brilliant stay. There's a restaurant, a bar area, swimming pools and a spa. There's also a shop for basic grocery items just down the road, and the area with several pubs and restaurants is 5 minutes walk away. Very relaxed atmosphere and very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended.

Rooms are nice. Have own little kitchen area. Be aware that when you come determines what you get. Out of season.. pool being worked on so closed. No pool side bar. (Although advertised as part of package)

We have just come back from our weekend getaway and stayed at this fabulous hotel. I would like to mention especially Sergio M who showed outstanding customer service during breafast and dinner time. He is a very special asset as he made our stay at the hotel extra special. All in all i loved albufeira as it was clean ...Loved the beach which is only 5 mins walk ...nice area and love the Portuguese ppl who were so friendly..definitely coming back and would 100 % recommend Sanjay and family

We are a couple from Scotland in our late 40s whom booked self catering for a week in November. Found the hotel clean and modern with the added extra of dining in the hotel which was in the basement for 15 Euros each per night. Good food and enough choice in a buffet style siting. Location is quiet enough within a short walking distance of nightlife during the peak season. A visit to the ticket shop about 300 meters away, to book lots of daily activities is a must. Obviously Albelferia has about 300 restaurants so you won't be spoiled for choice. The Hop on train is 4 euros per person for a day ticket, which is good value to get around. Beaches are lovely and clean. Would stay again in this hotel.

Simpatia dos funcionários; hotel restaurado e com optimas instalações; colchão super confortável; apartamento espaçoso com kitchinet tendo todo o material necessario; piscina para crianças e adultos; animadores porreiros; localizaçao ideal, fica a 10min a pé, da praia e a 15min da rua da Oura, local sossegado. Perto de supermercado, restaura tes e bares.
A parte menos boa, a limpeza! Era efetuada depois do almoço e apenas era limpo o chão da casa de banho e feitas as camas. Acesso à piscina interior pago e restaurante não incluído

Hotel spacious and bright and easy to get around with a wheelchair. Staff excellent and friendly with good English but food-with the exception of soup-was always luke warm. Serious gripe is that during a storm there was no electricity for a few hours. Thankfully it was during the night so there wasn't an issue getting my mother, in her wheelchair, down from our first floor accommodation. Hotel fine if you don't like to go out and explore the vicinity with someone in a wheelchair. The pavements are attrocious. VERY bumpy and with kerbs about 8 inches high also steep hills in every direction. Definitely won't be back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good rooms. Location of the hotel is perfect for both trips to old twin, the strip and beaches. Recommend to go to Santa Eulalia Beach.

Highly recommended- this hotel has all you need, nice pool and garden areas both maintained to a high standard, tidy and clean. We did bed and breakfast and breakfast was good selection, our suite was perfect for us although balcony was a bit small. The suite was serviced daily and always kept clean, very friendly housekeeping lady. Reception,bar and dining staff were all really friendly and helpful. Surrounding area had everything bars, shops, lovely resraurants and nice clean pretty beaches. We would definately visit again. Thanks to all sraff

Stayed for 10 nights with my wife.
My first trip to Portugal.
The Hotel is clean and welcoming.
Staff are helpful.
The rooms are well serviced.
The breakfast selection is good but the hot food is more like warm food.
Around the area lots of bars and places to eat.
Old town is on a short distance away 7 euros for a taxi. Worth going.
Food and drink are good and good prices.
Beach only a short distance away.
Well worth it

Situado a las afueras de Albufeira, a 10 minutos del centro en coche, playa a 2 minutos en coche , super y calle con restaurantes , tiendas... a la vuelta del hotel , se puede ir caminado. Para todo lo demas necesitas coche. La habitación grande ,cocina, luminosa , con terraza, piscina , parking y WiFi gratuito.

Foi muito boa, gostei da recepção pois nos trataram muito bem. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem montados. Não fizemos refeições no hotel, mas a parte que freguentamos foi tudo muito bom.

Hotel en Albufeira de 4 estrellas. Caminando 35 minutos llegas al centro. Parking gratuito. En enero tiene un precio extraordinario. Un bufet y una cena muy agradable y en cantidad y variedad bastante bien. Habitaciones amplias e impecables. Por la noche en el karaoke un grupo de españoles cantamos y bailamos de lo lindo.

Hotel bom em infraestruturas, mas péssimo a nível de gestão. Agradeço pela pior passagem de ano da minha vida. Com a devida antecedência (uma semana antes da estadia) liguei a perguntar como seria a noite da passagem de ano, disseram me que iriam fazer um jantar de gala mas que não era necessária reserva, aquando da chegada poderia fazer isso sem problemas. Na chegada (a 4 dias do evento) já diziam que estava esgotado,expus a situação e arranjaram mesa. O dito jantar... Enfim... Restaurante menos de meio, um simples jantar como outro dia qualquer com um preço a mais que duplicar. As 10h fomos os últimos a sair do restaurante com já quase tudo pronto pro pequeno almoço. A sinceridade e honestidade vale mais que todo o dinheiro do mundo.

As lots of other reviews mention the lobby and outside of the hotel look great and have clearly benefited from an EU Regional Development grant. The rooms however are a little bit dated, they're not shabby but not to the quality of a four star hotel. Dirt, some stains and weirdly non functional switches were present throughout our suite. We had a ground floor, easterly facing room which meant the sun never quite reached us and we were treated to stunning views of a parking lot but hey, you don't go on holiday to spend all your time in a hotel. We had some issues with our room on the first day which were resolved immediately by the fantastic staff and that service carried through our entire stay. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was great with both continental and cooked options served. The refurbished spa looked very nice however there is an additional charge of €6 per day for use of the indoor pool with other treatments available. The hotel is some distance from the main town of Albufeira with bars and restaurants in the surrounding area if that's your thing. A small supermarket is a five minute walk and shockingly there are loads of beaches in close proximity. All in all it was a pleasant experience - just watch out for the pullout bed.

Excellent hotel, very close to shops & restaurants. There two beaches near the hotel well worth sending sometime walking around. The reason why 4 star is, the tall guy at breakfast time is very paranoid, keeps staring at you while you eat and get food. I mean I paid for this!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it was very clean and the staff are very friendly, to get around you will definatly need a car however all the shops and beach are very near by. This hotel is very nice I will definitely come back here again. I booked self catering so basically had food at the hotel. cooker was great and they provide us with cutlery.

Ubicación, limpieza y habitaciones muy amplias. Por contra las almohadas no son cómodas y la bañera es de plástico y da sensación de que pueda romperse, ya que con el peso se deforma.
Tiene parking gratuito, pero hay que pedir una llave para acceder y hay que dar una señal de 10€ que devuelven una vez dejamos la habitación.
Check-in a las 16:00 y check-out a las 11:00

A great hotel all round! We stayed in a standard studio half-board, the food was great and waiters are fantastic at what they do, especially Paul and Sergio! Our room was very nice, no noise and comfy beds.
Out of all 4* hotels we have stayed in the WiFi here was by far the best - probably better than at home, even on the 4th floor!

It's a lovely hotel with very comfortable accommodation. Has a nice pool, bar area and pool café. However, the food at breakfast is stone cold and tepid at dinner. The housekeeping service don't show up till 4pm every day just when most people want to relax in their room. For this reason, I wouldn't return, I hate cold food and although there is a microwave, can't microwave a fried egg!

Very clean, our room was made up each day. Had a couple of ants in the room but nothing worth bothering about or reporting. Had a lovely view of the pool with 2 small balconies. Very good food at the restaurant. We had breakfast included which was good with a wide choice of hot and cold. Couple of times we ate lunch which was of a high standard and we had a set menu one night which was 20 euros each and again was a high standard. Only complaints we had was they changed their WiFi system half way through our stay and didn't let us know, the door lock was temperamental and pool loungers were a bit flimsy

El hotel está muy bien cuenta con cocina y un salón pequeño, aunque esto no lo indica a la hora de reservar.
Lo malo es que teniendo cocina el servicio de limpieza no friega los platos ni un día y tampoco te dejar accesorios para que tú los laves.
Y la limpieza diaria en general es por encima, te hacen la cama y poco más.

Ideal location, just far enough away from everything to keep life quiet, but close to the town too. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and with the room discount is very affordable.. A big Thankyou to the evening waiting staff for a few enjoyable nights. It's been our third time staying in this hotel.

Puertas de acceso cerradas a la piscina y al parking desde todo el complejo salvo por la entrada principal y si el hotel tiene forma de C y te toca al final de todo pues nada.. a hacerte todo el pasillo, en desayuno es algo escaso de bollería, saben que es un donut? una magdalena?, etc.. , y en cuanto a ruidos también mal con tanto paseo por los pasillos no es de extrañas, los otros turistas montan mucho escándalo y el hotel no hace nada PESE hablar con recepción que solo dicen que si mañana se repiten hacen algo...
Cierto es que la habitación está muy bien equipada
pd. que sea familiar no significa que ha de ser una carcel o que solo tener un acceso a la piscina pese a estar rodeada por todo el hotel no aporta seguridad sino AHORRO al hotel..
Y no me tiren de la lengua que pese a pagar por booking intentaron cobrarme de nuevo en recepción... no se que pasaría si no llego a tener el justificante...

O hotel fica situado em Santa Eulália, a uma distância aceitável da praia, embora numa zona bastante acima do nível do mar, o que não facilita o deslocamento ao fim do dia a quem tem crianças.
O apartamento tem espaço suficiente para 4 hóspedes, embora a kitchnet tenha pequenas dimensões. Aqui, verifica-se que a oferta poderia ser melhorada com a inclusão dos materiais para a lavagem da loiça (esfregão e detergente) cuja necessidade não é referida nas características do hotel no site de reserva.
Ainda quanto a aspectos a melhorar, salienta-se a necessidade de um pequeno estendal na varanda para as toalhas e fatos de banho, que os hóspedes estendem no parapeito da varanda prejudicando a imagem do hotel. Deveria também ser colocado um cabide no wc para facilitar a secagem de uma ou duas tolhas de banho. Ainda no wc verifica-se a existência de fungos (negro) nas juntas dos azulejos que poderiam ser retirados com anti-fungos na altura da limpeza de tempos a tempos. A limpeza inicial esteve bem.
O hotel tem um SPA cuja utilização é cobrada (6€), o que não é referido no site como sobretaxa, e tem especial relevo o pagamento do ginásio, que faz parte do pacote do SPA, que não promove o incentivo da actividade física a quem a tem como estilo de vida. Poderia ser um ponto a favor a nível da concorrência, pelo preço praticado o uso do SPA.
De resto, o apartamento é confortável, o mobiliário recente, os artigos existentes são os suficientes.
O pessoal é bastante simpático e afável.

Ottima la posizione per la vicinanza al mare, 10 min a piedi per Praia Eulalia, la zo a offre l possibilità di scendere a piedi per raggiungere ristoranti e locali notturni in zona molto turistici e poco caratteristici. Offre il parcheggio gratuito con una cauzione di 10€ che ti restituiscono al ceckout. Personale gentile disponibile ed innocuo. Pulizia buona e Giornaliera. Le stanze sono spaziose e sembra di essere in un mini appartamento, con due stanze bagno e angolo cottura.

Lovely place to stay and so close to bars, restaurants and shops so no need to get a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. The staff were really helpful and 1 member of staff in particular was outstanding (wish I knew her name) booked activities we wanted to do and told us all the details we needed to know. Would love to stay again! Only fault is the old rude miserable bloke at reception on weekends.

Bel hôtel dans l'ensemble, piscine sympa, spa et massages en supplément. Suite assez chouette avec 2 chambres et deux salles de bain. Petit déjeuner assez diversifié. Seul "couac" : une kitchenette pour se faire à manger avec un lave vaisselle sauf qu'il n'y a ni savon ni éponge pour laver à la main et pas de tablettes lave vaisselle.. Pas possible de cuisiner donc.. Et le bruit dans le couloir ainsi que la nuit avec la chambre du dessus pas top.. Isolation très insuffisante.

Avoid the ground floor if you dont want to feel you are in a prison. The deck chairs of the pool guests are right by your balcony door and if you dont keep it close you go mad. The worst rooms are the ones closest to the deck chairs. I was not impressed by the fact that they made no attempt to change the room the following day or any day, as I had requested a view room, even happy to pay more. The pool area is not so nice as all you see is the building. The positive side of the pool is that on one section is deep enough. The bad part is that, closing at 7, they start cleaning the area at 6 - ish so you are being hugely inconvenienced.

Good hotel. Very clean. Spacious couple of rooms with plenty of storage space. Handy for bars and shops but on edge of Albufeira new town so seemed fairly quiet. Would come again.

Not a four star you have to pay for pool towels, the safe, water with your dinner if you doing half board. Towels changed twice a week. Cleaning services is not good. Rooms need updating. I would not do half board again, food was the same thing mist of the time, not much change. For those that like partying good location.

Tres bon Hôtels à proximité de la plage ,des restaurants et des supermarchés.
La chambre et bien équipé .le seul point négatif c'est le ménage un peu léger à mon goût.parcontre j'apprécie que le lit soit fait tt les jours et les serviettes changé tout les jours. Le personnel est très agréable.nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Great Hotel, can't fault it!!!!Beware of the Receptionist... Very Clean and recently refurbished.The breakfast is AAAA GRADE!!!Fill ya Boots till ya Drop!!!I will recommend a Stay here, anytime.... Its close to everything as well!!!!

Ignore Paul's remarks as he was in a different Santa Eulalia hotel. Towels are always changed at least every two days if you leave them in bath. This must be one of the cleanest hotels in Albufeira i have stayed in.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and was in a beautiful location. Pristine on the inside and staff were friendly and helpful, providing information on bus services and local sites. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location. Fabulous hotel. Great staff. Room was superb. Great kitchen facilities but great restaurants within close proximity.
Great breakfast even had porriage! Highly recommended.

Lit et literie très condo..un délicieux et très varié petit déjeuner..aucun bruit..tout est fonctionnel à 100%..lobby accueillant et très moderne..propreté irréprochable dans tout l' hôtel..piscine un peu froide à notre goût mais parasol et chaise longue pour tous !!

Indicado para famílias. Apartamento espaçoso. Passagem para as áreas sociais (piscina, restaurante...) apenas um acesso disponível e o apartamento ficava na extremidade oposta. Pessoal do hotel simpático e acessível.. piscina interior do spa estava com água fria.

The outside front area opposite does not do it justise. Once you step inside it really is outstanding. Well presented. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. The pool and area around is cleaned daily and the food is also to a high standard. Would visit again.

Don't know what some people want from a hotel?
We stayed bed and breakfast from 22nd June to 29th and found the hotel room to be very clean and modern with a decent TV and full facilities for a great holiday. Good that they don't allow people to claim sunbeds until the pool opens at 9am. Even then there is no rush for 'the best beds' and everything is laid back.
Seen complaints about the food being cold, but all of our breakfasts were hot enough but i can't comment on any other meals as there are so many restaurants available out that we didn't bother.
Only issue we had was with a surly receptionist on our first day. The hotel is so clean you could eat off the floors!!
We would stay here again if we went back to albufeira.

This hotel is ok, we stayed on room-only basis, so cant comment on the food/restaurant. The room was ok, though you should be warned that, although it has a kitchenette, the housekeepers dont wash your pots and you arent provided with materials to do this for yourself. You are given a tea towel, no washing up liquid or dishcloth. We used the shower gel.The shower was good, kept its temperature mostly, with a good powerful jet. It had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. The room overall, was comfortable enough, had 2 wardrobes for clothes and plenty of drawer space. We used the pool once, not because it wasnt nice, it was, just that we were out for most of the day and when we came back, they were putting the loungers away.We used Teasers, just next door, for our breakfast. The food was made on demand, tasty and reasonable in cost.
