It is 4* hotel and I read all reviews beforehand and I was looking forward to staying here but the experience was horrible. Firstly, when we arrived there was bugs in the bed and we changed our room. It is very noisy hotel, there’s constant noise in the room, in the hotel, there’s music playing outside the rooms which was louder than the tv. We asked for a spoon as I had dessert leftover from a restaurant that I went to outside and asked at the restaurant inside the hotel if I can have a spoon and they completely refused saying they do not serve the needs of the hotel and only for people who eat inside at their restaurant! I’ve never had this before, all other hotels have been happy to accommodate if I brought food outside and all I wanted was a spoon and this is 4* hotel. I do not recommend this place, this is worst experience I’ve had, do not stay here!

Excellent location. Close to the strip but far enough away to still be in a quiet area. Beach Wass great. Only thing I could fault was the pool. The sun loungers were pulled right to the edge of it making it near impossible to get in without feeling that your walking into people. It was an excellent hotel for location, staff friendlness and cleanliness despite the pool will be back.

Sehr schönes komfortables Hotel mit interessanter architektonischer Struktur. Nicht alle, jedoch die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr motiviert.Gestört haben des Öfteren leider stark angetrunkene, laut grölende englische Urlauber. Diesen Umstand hat das Hotel allerdings nicht zu vertreten.

Anfahrt äußerst schlecht beschildert und Hotel mit dem Mietwagen schwer zu finden, am Wasser liegt es jedenfalls nicht. Es ist meiner Ansicht nach auch kein Beachhotel, der öffentliche Weg zur Beach geht ca. 6-8 min. steil über wackelige Treppen nach unten. Die Beach selbst hat Sandstrand aber Achtung nach ein paar Metern kommen Steine unter Wasser. Weiter hatten wir mehrere Junggesellenabschiede im Hotel von den die Herrschaften aus England richtig Gas gegeben hatten. Problem die Bar liegt mitten im offenen Atrium des Hotel so ist Musik und Gegröle in den Zimmer gut hörbar, ab 22 Uhr wurde die Musik eingestellt und es war an Ruhe zu denken

Гарний готель.Святкували там День святого Валентина. Нам дуже сподобалось. Номер прикрасили пелюстками троянд, в подарунок залишили шампанське та суниці. В вечері жива музика була надзвичайна. На святкову вечерю готували страви гурме та неймовірно прикрашали. Увесь персонал був дуже любьязним. Треба завжди робить собі такі маленькі свята.

Just returned from a 5 day trip. There were many plus points.. The hotel is in a great location for the beach and the strip so no taxis needed. The decor is modern and all looks well maintained. The pool area was lovely and plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious and modern with blackout curtains. However, there were a couple of negatives which did impact the holiday. Despite being advertised as an adults only hotel, there were children staying, we saw several families with children at breakfast, around the pool and around the hotel which is was annoying when we had paid extra for a child free trip. On my first morning I accidentally left my purse at the side of my bed when I went for breakfast, I came back 30 mins later and found the room had already been cleaned by 9.30 am but 60€ had been stolen from my purse. I reported it immediately but was saddened by the response from the hotel. Obviously, I know that i made a mistake by not locking my purse in the safe but the staff member I spoke to was very dismissive. It wasn't enough money to warrant calling the police but it did upset me to think that someone had stolen from me within my first few hours of my stay and the staff se neither surprised nor interested. I would return but would be very careful of my belongings.

I can only echo the other reviews on this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights half board. The breakfast choice was excellent and you could even have a glass of bucks fizz if that's your thing.! We had the evening meals most nights and can only say what fab presentation and choice. The whole experience staying here was top notch. Such a rarity today to have service like this without spending a fortune. Well done too all the staff who made this hotel a pleasure to stay at.

Tolles Hotel mit top 3-Gänge Menü Abendessen (bei Halbpension). Die Ausstattung ist gut und das Ambiente modern. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig und das Frühstück ist etwas einseitig - hier wäre Abwechslung wünschenswert (daher ein Stern Abzug). Parkplätze sind immer welche verfügbar und es ist zentral gelegen. Die schönsten Strände der Algarve sind mit Auto ca. 15-20 min entfernt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Das Superior Zimmer ist nicht sehr superior, und ein wenig altmodisch, aber das restliche Hotel(Restaurant, Bar, Pool) hat ein angenehmes und recht stylisches Ambiente. Frühstück ist sehr gut mit Ausnahme des Instant Kaffees.

Nach meinem Portugal- Urlaub im Januar 2018 habe ich wiederholt dieses ansprechende Hotel für 3 Tage
zu einem guten Preis gebucht. Der Service im gesamten Hotel ist nach wie vor sehr freundlich - die Bediensteten an der Rezeption erteilen umfassende Auskunft. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig ... nur die Eier sind immer kalt, wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück kommt. Den Wunsch nach einem warmen Frühstücksei wird nicht erfüllt. Jetzt im Januar musste ich mir nachts noch im Schrank eine Zudatzdecke beschaffen, da der Raum ziemlich abkühlte und ich die Heizung leider nicht höherdrehen konnte. Allein aus diesem Grunde würde ich dieses Hotel in der kalten Jahreszeit nicht unbedingt mehr buchen, obwohl im großen und ganzen alles in Ordnung war.

Gutes Hotel. Jedenfalls zur Besuchszeit Anfang Dezember. Die Zimmer sind um eine Art Atrium
verteilt. Etwas Lärm zu hören wenns Musik gibt. Wir wurden auf unseren Wunsch sofort in einen ruhigen Teil umquartiert. Am Frühstück gibts nichts zu bemängeln. Lage auch gut. Parkplätze beim Hotel ohne Gebühr.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly particularly Oksana. The breakfast was very good, with dining room staff all super helpful and friendly. The cleaning room staff are also very friendly. There is a beach close to the hotel. The hotel is definitely to be recommended. And is close by to local attractions. I couldn't find any fault with the hotel.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel sympa. Nous avons testé le dîner très bon également. Attention cependant, si on vous demande de confirmer votre arrivée, ce n'est pas pour votre séjour mais pour un taxi 45 € qui vous ai attribué d'office . Le transfert en mini bus lui est de 17€ pour 2 et se déroule très bien en 1h de l'aéroport à l'hôtel.

Hôtel incroyablement beau et très propre. Chambre d’un luxe au dessus de nos attentes. Design intérieur fabuleux! Belle vue sur la plage de la terrasse! Plage privée très jolie. Bon petit déjeuner inclus! Localisation dure à battre, à seulement quelques minutes à pieds (6) de la strip avec restaurants et discothèques. Pas bruyant du tout et sans enfant. Wifi accessible gratuit et bonne qualité du signal. On a quitter cette hôtel depuis 3 jours et on s’en ennui déjà.

All round pretty good, rooms cleaned 6 days a week, pool OK pool bar OK, beach is good also, local area is OK but if you want more noise on an evening it's just a 10 minute walk to the strip, the only criticism I have is the lack of proper shower, rest room if you check out and can't keep the room on for extra time , ie my flight home was at 11pm but had to check out at midday

Übertraf meine Erwartungen. Das Hotelpersonal war jederzeit freundlich, hat uns jeden Wunsch schnell erfüllt und sich um Fragen immer lieb gekümmert. Die Aussicht, war wunderschön (bes. Vom Dach des Hotels). Die Zimmer wurden immer so gereinigt, dass man es gar nicht mitbekommen hat, zwischen dem Frühstück, oder sonst wenn man nicht dort war. Die Massage, die wir in Anspruch genommen haben, ist ebenfalls auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Von A bis Z hat alles gepasst. Bin echt begeistert

Ausser englischen und deutschen Ausfallerscheinungen, für die das Hotel nichts kann, gibt es kaum etwas auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Zimmer geräumig, der Service freundlich und effizient. Der Hotel Pool/Garten ist etwas klein für die Grösse des Hauses, und daher schnell belegt.

Just got back from a 5 day stay at this fantastic hotel with my wife. From check in to check out everything about this hotel was first class. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels despite our short stay. Pool towels on arrival for the duration of your stay is another bonus when you have limited case space!! Bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff all over the hotel from reception to both bars, cleaners who never stopped were all very friendly. Pool was a great size with a bed and space for everyone with a DJ playing on a Saturday which added to a great atmosphere. Great location just a 5 min stroll to both the strip and the beach. Old town is ten min by cab with a rank 30 seconds outside the hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Albufeira, will definitely be returning hopefully in the future

Our second visit here. Would visit again. Good location, with walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants. But by far the best restaurant in Oura is actually in the hotel!! Food is delicious. Service is great and not rushed. Prices are reasonable. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms comfortable, although for some reason the bed wasn't! They upgraded us to a better room because they weren't busy but unfortunately we got no sun whatsoever because of the position! The staff are friendly and a nice pool area. Adult only too which was a big plus for us. Recommended

Great hotel, adults only... Over 14s and close access to shops, the main strip of restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. Lovely staff and rooms are amazing... Clean, comfortable and big. Has free WiFi and air conditioning which was nice...
Only downfall was no gym but they do have massages and treatments at cost...

Im Januar sind die Zimmer sehr kalt.Es hat keine Heizung.Gut war, dass es eine zusätzliche Decke hatte.Draussen war es ( auch bei Regen ) wärmer.Mit der Klimaanlage war Heizen nicht möglich.

Nice hotel, stayed there in the middle of Jan for 3 nights. Arrived quite late in the evening due to delayed flight. No room service was available. Had a superior room which was clean and had a large comfortable bed. Had a snall balcony with a nice view. Water pressure in shower wasnt great. Light in bathroom wasnt good. Breakfast was good but the same hot dishes every day.No indoor pool which was a shame as it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. Short walk to a nice beach but the path/steps down were not great.30 mins walk into Albufeira. Taxi back was about €7

Wir waren total zufrieden. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind alle in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Wir waren im Dezember/Januar hier und es ist sogar dann noch einiges los in Albufeira sowie auch im Hotel. Viele Restaurants haben zwar geschlossen aber man findet genug Möglichkeiten. An Silvester war hier sogar die Höhle los.
Um diese Jahreszeit sind hier unheimlich viele Briten, die gerne auch etwas laut im hellhörigen Hotel werden, vorallem zu später Stunde. ;) Ansonsten haben wir sie aber als ganz angenehme Feriengenossen empfunden. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig. Man fand alles was das Herz begehrt und auch einige portugiesische Spezialitäten. Wir würden wieder hierherkommen. Auch wegen des guten Preises in der Nebensaison.

Great hotel - the only problem was the horrible piped music audible in the rooms. It’s constant and intrusive. We were moved to another room after complaining where it was still audible but no longer a problem. If it’s your cup of tea, that’s great...but it seems bizarre that guests are compelled to listen. Staff dealt promptly with our complaint but were quite dismissive.

We chose the hotel based on two features - adults only and well designed. Extremely picky (Normally we don't care), but we thought we'd treat ourselves.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are immaculate. No matter how much sand we brought back from the beach, it was always spotless after a visit from the cleaners.
The designs of the rooms itself are well spaced. Love the giant numbers on the door, and the contactless locks are fantastic.
I read grumblings about the double beds being two singles pushed together. In fairness I've never known any different in Europe, and let's be honest it makes no difference.
The bar, in the evening, is great and breakfast in the morning is fantastic with an array of food available.
We never spent time at the pool, preferring to walk down to the beach nearby. It's about 10 mins walk down a rickety platform, but worth the trip (Not literally) down. Soft sand and a reasonable cafe.
About 15 minutes walk to the strip, you'd never know it. The room was really quiet. We did, technically, go just before the end of season.

Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Baustelle, der Strand war unsauber die Pools etwas klein das Frühstück war mittelmäßig hab etwas besseres erwartet für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer sind direkt in der großen Halle integriert so das man Abends alles hören könnte.

Hotel is so lovely, room fantastic and clean.Breakfast was delicious very good choice for breakfast only next day we left earlier and we got are breakfast packed which was very poor, only sandwich with ham and chees, no vegetables or lettuce, one apple and orange juice.

The food was poor not enough vegetarian choices. Chef needs to know more on allergy. Pork meat and chicken should be served in separate dishes. I had half board and had to go out and purchase food from the supermarket. Very upset seeing the cross contamination with the meat dishes.

Sperienza di 6 giorni ! Albergo pulito le camere sono comode la nostra con un bel paesaggio, la collazione era buona e abbondanti, il personale molto disponibili, alla sera musica dal vivo vicino al bar/ ristorante, piscina bella e pulita! La spiaggia lì vicino è bella ( sì devi camminare un po' e scendere le scale come la maggior parte delle spiagge di Portogallo! l'unica cosa da dire di negativo ( le porte dovrebbero essere insonorizzate) e la frutta della collezione non erano buone ( spero sia stata solo urli giorni che siamo rimasti lì e non sempre )

Definitely 4 star. Easy to find. Hotel has own street sign at bus stop. Convenient to all points of interest in Albufeira. If you have large luggage don’t take the Giro bus to get to the hotel although the bus is convenient. Take taxi instead which cost 7.5 Euro. Can’t say anything negative about this hotel. The Strip is nearby and Giro bus stop is steps from the hotel for travel to old town and other parts of town.

Stunning views we got free upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a delicious choice of hot and cold foods.Adults only which was nice especially when ur leaving 2 kids at home. Pool area was lovely plenty of sun beds. Notre chambre donnait vue sur la mer, le panorama côtier et la piscine, magnifique. Petit balcon avec une table pour un verre ou un café au matin.
Le lit est grand et confortable, les chambres moyennement isolées mais ça va. Ambiance toute la journée et musique lounge jusqu'à 23h30. Belle piscine, belle chambre et excellentes prestations pour les tarifs. Nous ne sommes pas allés voir la plage. Le service aux petits soins. Le restaurant est bon, le petit-déjeuner est très varié. Albufeira que l'on a choisi pour point de chute est une ville très festive et il y a de nombreux pubs et bars proches de l'hôtel, à pied jusqu'à l'av. Sá Carneiro, ambiance forte. Je conseille aussi d'aller jusqu'au centre ville pour sortir. Excellent !!

Lhotel semble interessant mais cest de la poudre aux yeux. Ils sengagent sur des choses mais ne les respectent pas. Par exemple, ca disait que je pouvais annuler jusquau 1er septembre et ce nest pas vrai, ils nont pas voulu rembourser au mois daout quand mon ami, avec qui je devais partir, sest fait hospitaliser, puis opéré. Pourquoi donc inscrire quon peut annuler quand dans le fond on ne peut pas. On sattend à ce que les gens respectent le contrat

One of the best hotels I've been too. Nice, modern and large rooms, and exceptional service. The food is amazing, typical Portuguese dishes and we had live music during dinner. One night they put out a barbeque and we got grilled meat and fish. Breakfast was buffet and had a large variety. I was very impressed by the exceptional service at the restaurant, the reception and the room maids. Absolutely recommended!

Gutes Hotel, ca. 500 Meter zum Strand von da erreicht man weitere schöne Buchten. Transfer von Faro kein Problem mit dem Taxi zwischen 42 und 45 Euro. Dieses Hotel kann man gut ohne Transfer buchen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbar hat alles. Old town Albufeira in 40 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem tuk tuk für 10 Euro. Großer Spaß Faktor. Taxi 7 Euro. In Portugal kommt man mit Englisch weiter.

El hotel bien, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Las cenas son para olvidar, servicio muy lento, desde que entras hasta que sales te atienden 4 camareros distintos. Los platos son escasos y de muy baja calidad, intentan cuidar la presentación de los platos, pero se nota de forma muy descarada, el bajo costo de los platos, además de ser platos absolutamente aburridos e insulsos. He cenado 7 noches, y el resumen es que me pareció una tomadura de pelo.
Me han hecho esperar en el hall 20 minutos para darme mesa, teniendo mesas vacías y siendo 5 camareros para atender un total de 20 mesas.
Os recomiendo no contratar media pensión.
Piscina muy pequeña para el tamaño del hotel.
Venden el concepto de " only adults" y había niños cenando en el restaurante
Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

La foto que cuelgo del plato, eran supuestamente spaghetti a los 4 quesos ( no tenía ni uno) spaghetti con salsa de harina, no sabía a nada.
Y como colofón, la quintaesencia ( soy sarcástico) del espectáculo de poner un chorro de aceite de oliva en un cenicero, acompañado con un mini bollo de pan, lo visten como si fuera auténtico caviar.
Mucho espectáculo a la hora se servir y presentar los platos y servir las bebidas, y la oferta en cenas deja mucho que desear.

Although a rather busy hotel it is extremely quiet.
Breakfast consists of a cooked full English although it is smoked bacon.
The usual continental pastries breads and cold meats.
A large selection of sliced fruit. Various yoghurt s and seeds.
A coffee machine and various fruit juices.
The bedrooms are quite roomy with a bed that dwarfs my king size at home. There is a mini bar which can come in handy. There is the usual shampoos ect in the bathroom with a fairly powerful hairdryer.
The TV has limited English channels if your desperate.
There is a pool bar and restaurant. I tried a burger and chips and the girls had pasta and pizza. The prices were on par with outside restaurant prices.
The only downside was the guests leaving towels on the poolside beds for hours at a time, from breakfast until late afternoon, without coming back to use them. My solution was to take an unused brolly' and put it next to my bed. Never had anyone complain to me as most people felt the same.

Hele fijne accomodatie. We verbleven met zes personen (waarvan 4 kinderen) in een appartement op de begane grond. Met twee badkamers, een aparte keuken en een tv kamer met slaapbank en dan natuurlijk nog de trie ruime slaapkamers hadden wij meer dan voldoende ruimte. Ook een tuintje was aanwezig.
's Avonds kon het gebouw wat gehorig zijn, maar wij hebben het niet als storend ervaren. Bij de appartementen hoorde ook een zwembad. Geen glijbanen aanwezig. Wel een leuk bad met diepe en ondiepe gedeeltes. Achterin de tuin bij het zwembad stond ook een springkussen.

I went on the soca weekender 2017 and stayed at this hotel. As we walked up to it from the coach it looked lovely and we were not disappointed as we came in to the grand entrance and reception area either. Pleasant reception staff speaking fluent English and very informative. Various services on offer from the hotel from ironing to laundry and internet Wi-Fi etc. Our room was also lovely with a balcony that looks over the front of the hotel and a sun shade shutter that could be slid across to protect you from the sun. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with toilet shower and bidet with complimentary toiletries available for your use. For the time I spent in my hotel room it was well worth it. It made my holiday very special.

This adults only hotel is very well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and very personable. Breakfast featured a wide selection of very tasty warm and cold foods included in the price. Situated very close to supermarkets and local bus service which is every half hour to the old town, takes about 10 minutes and only cost €1.40. Taxi costs approx €8 to €10.

Our second stay at this hotel is turning out to be just as beautiful as last year. The staff are warm and friendly, the accommodations very comfortable. The included breakfast is a fantastic start to our day, the food selection is wonderful. The location is perfect - numerous restaurants within ten minutes, a thirty five minute walk to historical Albufeira, a couple of minutes to the sea. These are some of the reasons we returned here this year...

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und damit ein tolles, luxuriöses Zimmer!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Das Frühstück war toll, viel frisches Obst und auch Salat, alles einfach nur gut!Die Dachterrasse hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Sonnenuntergang dort oben genossen.

Excellent adult only hotel, stunning decor, very relaxing, good value, close to restaurants, breakfast was of a very good standard. For the price the rooms were comfortable and the beds were above average with good bedding. They did not overcharge for drinks from the bar. They were very welcoming and efficient at both check in and check out. I would definitely stay again and would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.

I loved staying here and are hoping to go back in September. The hotel and staff were great especially the lady that cleaned our room she made us feel so welcome . The only problem we had was as we were there at xmas some evenings because things things were closed we stayed in and tried to watch telly we had 3 channels 1 worked twice in 2 weeks and the others were stop and start and when they did work we couldn't hear because volume is set at half so when either heating was on or band playing we couldnt hear it I hope this can be improved then it would be perfect

It was OK, the reception was helpful, they gave a free upgrade, Breakfast was good and manageable, but very expensive services even during off season made the experience not that great. Seeing over 40 booked for wedding we was put in all different apartments some guest was only with us for days and had fab rooms some who stayed 10 night was placed in cheap scruffy basic rooms. Didn't get the logic in this reception woman was rude when the party arrived too

Un lugar muy lindo. Habitacion comoda con una vista magnifica hacia el mar y tambien hacia la zona de las piscinas. El personal muy atento. El desayuno variado y riquisimo. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme en este hotel.

Guter Service, gutes Hotel, allerdings wurde nach einer Woche das Frühstück stark reduziert.Erwachsenenhotel stimmte nicht ganz, da sich auch kleine Kinder dort befanden.Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Cant go wrong with this place. Everything was to the point. The place was so clean an modern. The rooms were great, beds wer good. Pool area is wonderful. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly. I can not complain about this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Estive alojado com minha mulher e filhos num dos apartamentos deste complexo turístico em Setembro de 2017.
As instalações eram limpas, acolhedoras e o pessoal que ali trabalha muito prestável e simpático.
O complexo fica muito próximo da praia, de cafés, restaurantes, supermercados, etc..
Gostámos muito e prometemos lá voltar.

El día de entrada hasta las dos no pudimos ocupar la habitación por no estar preparada. Nos guardaron las maletas y nos fuimos a comer.
Cuando regresamos la habitación estaba bien y nos habían subido las maletas. Un detalle.
Sin embargo duró poco la ducha se soltó el botón de sugetar la altura y hasta el día siguiente no lo arreglaron. Bueno no fue tanto tiempo.
El segundo día la habitación no se hizo hasta las tres. Por cierto solo estiraron las sábanas. Las toallas no las cambiaron y eso que las metí en la bañera para que se las llevasen. Sorpresa las doblaron y las volvieron a poner. El siguiente día la habitación sucia cama estirada y almuadas todas juntas encima una de la otra en el.medio de la cama. Y si cambiaron las toallas pero... No se llevaron las sucias todas en.un montón en el baño. Muy mal servicio de limpieza de habitaciones.
Hablemos del desayuno. Buena calidad y servicio en general, pero muy malo el caf'e de máquina y sabía fatal. Hablé con la encargada y como algo especial nos invitó al café sin abonar el 1,50 € que aunque tengas contratado el desayuno si quieres café expreso has de pagar!! Incomprensible pero por lo menos se dio cuenta de la cara que puse cuando me dijo que era 1,50€ aparte.
En general lo mejor el servicio de recepción son encantadores. Y por su puesto el buen hacer de la metre en el restaurante al observar la extrañeza del cliente ante tal explotación con los cafés.
Aunque tiene 4* les falta profesionalidad y servicio de atención al cliente.

El hotel es muy bonito. Moderno, con buenas instalaciones, la cama es enorme y comodisima, al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno tipo buffet, no tiene mil cosas pero si tortitas, distintos panes, fruta, bollería y cereales, más platos calientes de huevo, salchicha, etc. La cena consta de un menú de tres platos, con tres opciones para elegir. La piscina, tranquila, muy limpia. El personal del hotel muy amable, excepto algún camarero, que nos dejó esperando más de media hora entre el segundo plato y el postre. Menos esa anécdota, son muy amables y serviciales.

Hotel aceptable aunque con distinción según las habitaciones, unas con más facilities que otras Iluminación pobre y falta de enchufes, la nevera se desconectaba al retirar la llave/tarjeta con lo que nunca había nada frío en ella al volver al hotel

Stayed here for mine and my wife's honeymoon. Really couldn't find a fault with the place. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. 10 min walk to the main strip which we done every day. We loved the private walkway that lead down to the beach. Will defiantly be back here.

Lovely apartment the only things about them are you are quite a distance from the beach and we had no balcony or terrace in our apartment. Otherwise you could have lived in them no problem.

Friends were staying in the hotel. I was staying down the road. I went there to have lunch with them and it was absolutely the worst. I don't mean bad as in typical Portugal slow, I mean absolutely the worst place I have ever been. We sat down and that's fine, there were 6 of us. They said they would be there in a minute. That's fine. They can back over and asked what we wanted to order. Someone then said can we please have menus first? They said yes and came back with 3 menus for 6 people and walked away. After we ordered it took an hour for our one course meal to come out. I had ordered drinks that didn't come 20 minutes after ordered. I went to the bar to get them there was one person paying, one person ahead of me and myself. The guy pays and leaves the girl orders which took forever. By the time the bartender was almost done 2 more people came up next to me. The bartender finished her order and then had to ask the 3 of us who was next! He clearly could not focus on more than one thing at a time. Not a great place to eat at all.

3yrs ago we stayed here, all was good apart from internet,very haphazard.. Thought after 3 years it would have improved with todays technlogy but if anything its worse So if you just want a place to sleep,its ok,.. .Sadly wish we had gone elsewhere,price does stipulate wi fi in all area,s sadly thats very wrong so paying for a non service item...Despite my questining this at the reception its falling on very Deaf ears..So be warned if you want good wi.fi,like us go to bar across the road..We have put many reviews on here this is the most depressing one..Very sad..

The nicest staff and in a really nice location. The room was big and well appointed. I can't say enough good things for the front desk staff as I had flown in from London but left my phone charger plugged into an outlet in Gatwick airport. The gentleman at the front desk located a charger for me, very late at night, and delivered it to my room and told me I could keep it! Now that is service! He made my trip and I will never forget his kindness and generosity. I only wished I'd gotten his name but I never saw him again after that.

Stayed here for 4 days in July 2016. Hotel is spotlessly clean and of a high standard. Rooms very comfortable and public areas are decorated in very modern decor, although I did notice that most guests just pass through these areas and dont seem to use them very much. There is a grand piano in the lower bar area next to the restaurant and I did see a pianist playing one night and another night a singer/pianist was playing but there were no guests, so maybe the hotel need to look at providing appropriate entertainment to entice guests to stay in the hotel of an evening.My stay was bed and breakfast and this was adequate. I had breakfast at 9 ish and there was plenty on offer and the breakfast room wasnt too busy at this time but it did get very busy later on and there seemed to be a lack of glasses, crockery etc. Maybe just a wee bit more organisation or staff required. Reception staff were ultra nice and couldnt do enough for you but the pool bar staff were not so. It took a while to be served at the pool bar and when staff appeared, they obviously decided one person serving was enough so disappeared again. One girl in particular tried her hardest not to smile or to engage with guests, I felt she found guests a bit of a bother.Pool area is quite small but fine for the size of the hotel and there always seemed to enough sun beds for guests appearing at any time during the day.All in all I had a lovely stay and would return to this hotel.

what we liked: very good breakfast with huge spread, comfortable queen size bed, very close to restaurants nearby, hotel interiors (common space) was very stylish
what we did not like:
WIFI (poor and did not work reliably even after complaining twice to reception), water pressure in shower was not good enough (also complained to reception), lighting in room was not comfortable (bathroom was dim and bedroom very bright- should be other way round ?)

This is a very smart and modern hotel. It's rated as 4 star and I would say it more than reflects this. For my stay I upgraded to the deluxe sea / pool view room which was worth it. Considering the hotel was built in 2008 it's decor and furnishings are very modern - a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the room as a whole was spacious. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was powerful and held its temperature well. The room has a good sized balcony which overlooked the pool. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis which offered the usual mix of continental and greasy British fry up. The pool was quiet and plenty of sun loungers were available, although this was probably due to the time of year, April. I can imagine the hotel will be much livelier in the summer months. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I would stay again and would recommend to a friend

Hotel recién renovado, las habitaciones son amplias y acertadamente decoradas. Las terrazas de las habitaciones con vistas laterales al mar son las que más merecen la pena en relación al precio. Eso sí, deberá ser al menos de la segunda planta hacia arriba. Tiene muchas alternativas para comer, pasear a pie y acceso a pie a una buena playa, pero es recomendable acercarse en coche o tranporte al centro de Albufeira (3 km)

Adults only - das hat seine Vorteile: Keine umherrennende Kinder, kein Geschrei, keine Familienatmosphäre. Für uns, die wir diese Zeiten hinter uns haben, die Kinder erwachsen, ist die Ruhe eines Adults only Hotels schon ein Genuss.Das Hotel ist schön, die Lage gut, das Personal sehr sympatisch und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant bietet gute Küche zu einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Frühstück ist beispielhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Me and my partner went in November 2014.
Was impressed with the hotel with the decor and layout of the hotel. Must admit the hotel was not busy, but the staff were very good.
Buffet breakfast was good and plentifull.
Try it ...I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fourth time we have stayed at the hotel and standards as good as ever. I was however disappointed to find the outside dining area closed due to refurbishment. We were not notified of these works until we arrived in the resort. Also, i had emailed the hotel requesting a third floor room if possible and had been allocated a first floor.

Ok hotel, located nearby the strip (a local bar street in Albufeira) and the old town in Albufeira.
Although it's a 4 star hotel, our room location was definitely not worth four stars. It was on the street side of the building and right above the entrance. So we got all the noice from outside in our room. Isolation in the rooms was quite poor as well.
Breakfast was okay but nothing extraordinary.
Staff were friendly and ok, the hotel lobby bar was nice.
Overall I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel.

Wir waren eine Woche im Aqua Pedra Dos Bicos Hotel Albufeira, Zimmer im 3. OG. Die Aussicht richtung Vilamoura ist traumhaft, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Einziger Minuspunkt - das Hotelist nicht direkt am Meer und vom EG aus hat man keinen Meerblick.

Modern clean hotel in a good location. Beach only five minute walk away. Nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle but yet just a six euro taxi drive from the old town or five minute walk to the strip. Wifi at the appropriate speed has to be paid for and still keeps dropping out every now and again. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and drinks at the pool bar are reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Towels for the pool also cost €1.50 per day with a €20 deposit returned at end of stay.I Would use this hotel again .

Отель оказался просто отвратным - сейчас там находится моя дочь, мы много ездим и как правило очень удачно выбираем отели, но тут мы промахнулись: начну с того, что мы заказали и оплатили стандартный номер у туроператора Алтосол еще в апреле, а под стандарным я понимаю номер без определенного вида, однако, мою молодую доченьку запихнули в соответственно оборудованный номер на цокольном этаже для ИНВАЛИДОВ-КОЛЯСОЧНИКОВ!!!! Причем, в отличие от других испанских и португальских отелей, где меняют номер, если он тебе просто чем-то не подходит, наотрез отказались что-либо менять. Самое неудобное отличие - отсутствие ванны или душевой кабины, просто сток в полу без шторок, типа чтобы на коляске было удобно под душ заезжать. Ну и все остальное - завтрак очень бедный, в номере постоянно выходит из строя сантехника, перегорают лампочки и пр.
Причем, отель вроде с жалкими претензиями на модерн-дизайн и шик, но все там абсолютно кое-как. Короче, дочь грозится по приезду написать отзывы всюду, чтобы народ туда не ехал и не расстраивался потом.
