The house is very clean and well decorated. My room was big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Centrally located to shops and restaurants.

Lovely B&B in a great location close to the city center. The ladies there were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered a nice variety of cold items. Just be aware that, as is common in the cities of the Algarve, the streets are very narrow and parking spots can be difficult to find. Its much easier to park at Estrada do Biker which is a free parking lot just a 5-minute walk away.

Cuidado con hacerle una critica negativa al dueño ya que es capaz de saltarse todas las leyes de protección de datos para darte una mala contestación y decir incluso lo que desayunaste o hiciste. El lugar esta sobre valorado y a mi no me gusto en absoluto por muchos detalles sobre todo el olor a cañeria y la falta de intimidad de algunas habitaciones ya que es una casa y se escucha todo de una habitación a otra.Yo jamas volveré y desde esta estancia ya no me alojo en este tipo de sitios

Un lugar excepcional. MUY acogedor, con diseño actual. La cama comodísima, el baño amplio y todo muy limpio. Silencioso y tranquilo. Dispone de una terraza con fuente para leer o relajarte. El desayuno es en la planta superior y sencillamente estupendo, muy variado y de muy buena calidad. El precio es inmejorable. Sin duda, volveremos. Muy reconendado.

A piece of serenity in a party town, its in quiet lane in the historic part yet an easy walk to sights, beaches, shops, restaurants and wine bars with attentive service.

Immaculate B&B run by friendly and very helpful owner. Great communal areas and rooftop room has lovely verandah with water views.

Está a 20 metros de la calle central. La habitación es muy grande con armario con bastantes perchas y con dos albornoces con cama y minibar. El colchón de la cama es firme y las almohadas también (se duerme de lujo). El baño es muy grande y la ducha muy amplia. Todo muy limpio. Nos encantó el detalle de bienvenida. El desayuno realmente estupendo. La atención del personal también de lujo. Nos ha encantado Residencia Lagos un lugar para repetir y muy muy acogedor y aconsejable.

Es ist ein sehr schöner und gepflegter Ort mit super Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer im Parterre ist zwar grosszügig, aber ohne Aussicht, die Fenster direkt zur Gasse.

This is a lovely place with very friendly and accommodating staff. Careful on the roads if youre driving, and he prepared to park about five-minute walk away. Really worth it though!

What a great little spot, just out of the fray of the main squares. Really clean, well furnished rooms and public spaces. Best of all the friendly greeting and the scrumptious breakfast. We’d come back to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Great Bed & Breakfast in the center of Lagos. We had a big room with a private balcony including sunrise view. The breakfast was also great.

The location is great. Close to restaurants, beaches and other activities . The check in and check out service was awesome. We only stay for one night. We stayed at the downstairs room. It was very noisy upstairs on the second and third floor. I can hear people getting together in the “ living room” area. The noise did not stop till midnight and it was LOUD!!!

This location is great, you can walk to just about anything in Lagos you want to see. The gal that checks you in and check you out is a wonderful young woman… The rooms are comfortable and large, but now the bad news is even though they say parking is available parking in Lagos is a nightmare. Whenever I went somewhere I had a hard time finding a place to park my car, I came out right before I left but I had to park a long ways away and my car had been banged up. It’s a rental car so what the hell? Right? Again keep in mind even though they claim there is free parking close by… There is isn’t.

Beautiful B&B! Small, cozy and family run. We had a separate wing of the house with two double rooms and a private bathroom. Very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was nothing fancy but fresh and delicious. Parking is very problematic in the old city and near the residence so best bet is either paid parking by the marina or free parking across the marina where you can just cross the bridge to and from the old town (10 minute walk). Overall great stay and very accommodating staff!

Clean and tidy in the center of Lagos with tasty breakfast. Fresh orange juice and fruit is so refreshing.

Stunning - 5 star, first choice Wow, wow and another WOW!! We simply loved this hotel. From the moment we entered the house we were blown away by the large bright spaces, beautifully decorated, clean, fresh and so spacious. The bedroom and en-suite were huge! The enclosed patio with water feature, the upstairs seating area (with comfy sofas) and the breakfast dining area (multiple indoor/outdoor tables) were all gorgeous. Pristine clean and immaculately presented we could not have asked for anything else. This accommodation was phenomenal. The breakfasts were the best we had during our trip. From the fruit platters, the cheese and meat selection, breads, to the homemade cakes and pastries – we must add another wow! Just wonderfull - there is a free large car park within a 10-minute walk from the house. It is used by all the locals, so we were happy to park there.

We loved staying here. We had the room at the top with a private balcony, which was a great place to read and listen to the seagulls. A lovely little boutique hotel with a fantastic breakfast, set on a cute balcony. Would certainly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Staff was friendly but did not speak good English. I asked if they would call a restaurant for us to make a dinner reservation and the lady had to call her boss to ask him - he said he wouldnt do it. Dont try to drive into town to the hotel - park at one of the public parking places outside the city and take the short walk to the hotel.

There are many things to love about this hotel, particularly the style, decor, and delicious breakfasts, but for us the experience was let down by a few things.1. We were allocated the ground floor room and this had an old wardrobe which smelt terribly musty. We therefore didnt use it and left most of our clothes in our suitcase, but the odour pervaded the air in the room and none of the items that had been exposed to the room could be worn again once wed moved on to our next destination because of their musty smell.2. Although the shower was wonderful, there was no door or curtain so the water splashed onto the bathroom floor and made it exceeding slippery.3. The bathroom towels were thin and once wet had a terrible musty smell to them.4. There was a clunky pipe-type noise early in the mornings which woke us up. We were below the breakfast area so we guessed it was probably heating or hot water heating up for the kitchen and bathrooms.

The Residence is a delight, from its position in the town to its internal courtyard and terrace, its stylish decor to the personal service at breakfast; this was our second visit and met the highest standards once again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Hotel was small, friendly and beautiful. Louis looked after us brilliantly and even drove us to the station when the taxi didnt come. I really appreciated the extra touches like wine, chocolates and apples in the room and oranges squeezed when we sat down for breakfast. Breakfast was great and the espresso was perfect.

This small hotel is in great location right in the middle of Lagos but still in a quiet street. It was great to explore the city on foot. We had a small car that we used exploring the Algarve and its beaches during the days. Although there is no parking right at the hotel, there is free parking a few minutes of walk away. We were there in the middle of high season but the parking lot is big and we could always find a place. The hotel room was very comfortable and there are only few guests there at a time, so it is always quite we sent time sitting outside enjoying the weather. The breakfast was excellent. Luis, the innkeeper, is a very nice person who can give you good advices what to visit and see in the area. He does not provide recommendations on restaurants but there are plenty of very good places to eat and drink in Lagos. There is no pool and the place feels more like a bad and breakfast than a hotel. It is probably not the best place to stay if you have small children but it is great for couples (or singles). We spent 9 wonderful days there and if we go back once, we will choose Residence Inn again.

This hotel is a gem! Near to the main square and river in Lagos. The main features are that it is small and quiet, and the staff are fantastic, especially Luis who did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect.

Très joli hôtel bien décoré et équipe, bien situé même si compliqué pour y accéder en voiture. Notre chambre au rdc était super propre mais très humide. Il manquait des rangements pour nos affaires. Très bon petit déjeuner mais attention à la qualité du café, pour moi imbuvable. Un hôtel charmant et style.

Amazing Inn! Friendly and helpful staff, super clean, nice interiors, great location, great breakfast. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lagos. I highly recommend paying the little bit extra for the room on the top floor with access to the balcony - with a view of the ocean- and the living area.

This place was like a paradise... very friendly staff, and located so close to everything. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the bed was heavenly. Probably the best accommodation of our trip!
