Andisa HS: Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Was on my way home after a day's work when I felt my car acting weird. I was nearby when I decided to stop there and was alerted by some locals that I had a flat tire. Went in and asked if one of the workers could give me a hand or simply put some air so perhaps I could get home (that is relatively close, and being from around I had been there before to get jobs done on my car, not exactly a stranger, if anything a costumer). The only mechanic there was straight forward rude and completely apathetic. Ranting on about shortness of staff and other worries. He send me off, not caring, to talk to the nice lady up front, who with all her kindness, tried her very best to serve as intermediary, with no use. I get it I really do, I also work with costumer service I know what it's like, but all I asked was a few seconds to get some air in ONE of the tires. I would have done it myself but I couldn't move the car (to a more helpful place) and the supplies and tools were not mine to use. I wasted 40 mins going back and forward, having no means to get home trying my best to keep my cool when I was so unpleasantly treated. At last the mechanic gave in realising the one simple thing I was asking, but not before wasting his and my time, when the thing could have been solved in under 5mins. Never going there again, I had other things I needed to fix with them, but now I'm for sure not stepping there again.

A minha mulher levou-me a este campo para o meu aniversário. O lugar é de fácil acesso - não se pode perder. Eu era um atirador pela primeira vez e precisava de algumas instruções e um verdadeiro cavalheiro chamado Dukes foi extremamente útil, assim como todos os outros com quem falamos. Dukes tornou a nossa experiência especial, passando bastante tempo para responder a todas as nossas perguntas e escolher uma arma de fogo que se adaptasse à ocasião e fizesse algum barulho :) Além disso, minha esposa trouxe sua 9mm para limpá-la e para nossa surpresa - eles fizeram isso GRATUITAMENTE! Em resumo - Foi uma grande experiência e o casamento altamente recomendável este lugar!!(Dukes - Muito obrigado novamente, você é um cavalheiro e um estudioso, senhor!)

Encomendei um centro de entretenimento e 3 mesas na semana passada do Dave, na localidade de Reidsville. Eu mesmo optei por pegar as peças para economizar a taxa de entrega de $99. Quando eu peguei os móveis eles compraram 2 caixas. Foi quando descobri que tinha de ser eu a montá-las. O Dave nunca falou nisto. Estou muito frustrado com este chamado serviço ao cliente. Nunca mais vou gastar mais um cêntimo nesta loja. O pessoal parecia não se importar quando perguntei por que não fui informado de que os móveis não vinham montados. Eu desencorajo qualquer um de fazer negócios com Schewels. Os artigos foram anunciados para serem "livres de impostos". Adivinhe? Eles cobravam-me impostos.
