Andisa HS: Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Was on my way home after a day's work when I felt my car acting weird. I was nearby when I decided to stop there and was alerted by some locals that I had a flat tire. Went in and asked if one of the workers could give me a hand or simply put some air so perhaps I could get home (that is relatively close, and being from around I had been there before to get jobs done on my car, not exactly a stranger, if anything a costumer). The only mechanic there was straight forward rude and completely apathetic. Ranting on about shortness of staff and other worries. He send me off, not caring, to talk to the nice lady up front, who with all her kindness, tried her very best to serve as intermediary, with no use. I get it I really do, I also work with costumer service I know what it's like, but all I asked was a few seconds to get some air in ONE of the tires. I would have done it myself but I couldn't move the car (to a more helpful place) and the supplies and tools were not mine to use. I wasted 40 mins going back and forward, having no means to get home trying my best to keep my cool when I was so unpleasantly treated. At last the mechanic gave in realising the one simple thing I was asking, but not before wasting his and my time, when the thing could have been solved in under 5mins. Never going there again, I had other things I needed to fix with them, but now I'm for sure not stepping there again.

No geral, estou muito satisfeito com este Home Depot. Adam na mesa profissional é de grau A. Ele é muito profissional e prestativo. E o Maury foi o melhor motorista de entregas com quem eu já trabalhei. Ele foi cortês e atencioso com as minhas necessidades. Ken na mesa profissional é a pessoa de serviço ao cliente menos prestativa que eu já experimentei. Se eu tivesse que falar com Ken de novo eu nunca mais faria compras no Home Depot novamente. Ele talvez pudesse lidar com carrinhos no parque de estacionamento. Caso contrário, ele é rude e inútil como fonte de informação e ajuda.

E como dizem as suas críticas, posso confirmar que o Gavin fez um excelente trabalho, foi muito organizado e tem um tempo de resposta rápido.
