This hotel is in a central location and offers basically everything an apartment would, so it's perfect for an extended stay. It appears almost like it used to be a facility for old folks, and the hallways smell exactly like a hospital or hospice. Luckily the only thing in the room that was clean was the bed. Although the rooms are presented nicely, the counters were sticky and the tables had crumbs and residue markings from where the last person had eaten their meal. After walking around the room without shoes, my feet became black. This hotel needs to invest in some ethanol based cleaning products to remove grease and residue from the floors and counters. With an aged cleaning staff, perhaps investing in a steam mop would be beneficial since a regular bucket and mop would be way too much work, which is probably why they don't do it at all. A steam mop would also be compatible with the type of tile on the floors, and although they cost a couple hundred to purchase, it's worth the investment over a period of time. I felt really gross the whole time, so I suggest you bring along some sponges and cleaning products if you plan to stay and then it would be livable.

Come to the paladin fight night!! Friday 28th December with a lot of Irish people fighting police called residents leaving the bar, extremely dangerous place to be, hopefully they will be thrown out tomorrow.not the hotel to be in at the momentum

Enjoyed our 6 days stay here and our first impression was how spacious the place is. Real family hotel with great amenities. Best of all, the location is everything and within walkable distance to most places with Albufeira Shopping Centre only 2 blocks away. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the restaurant which was very slow even though we were the only ones most night eating there, the wait is torture when you have a toddler and the pizza is a no no no. Twice we got the pizza, they were soggy and not fully cooked with ingredients just thrown on top and not cooked into it. The giant prawns and the steaks were divine and very tasty. The best deal are the kids meal and well prepared, overall it was ok and our disappointment with the Restaurant won't put us off the hotel itself.

Near to all amenities shops bars restraunts 10 minutes walk to old town beautiful apartments lovely staff highly reccomend to family and friends

Great hotel service is great rooms are cleaned every day and staff are all friendly would definitely go back xx

This is an excellent place to stay. So central to everything. Taxi buses supermarket and shops. Could not get a better place. So convenient to everything. And so welcoming.

We had a bit of an issue with our first apartment as it was front facing and not a pool view like we had paid for, however after speaking to reception staff for a brief moment the were very apologetic and helpful. We were moved rooms and settled in within a few minutes. The room was lovely, very clean, well stocked with essentials. The majority of the staff were always very friendly even in the morning hours. Bar & restaurant staff were chatty and hospitable. Maid services were efficient fast and thorough. The hotel itself was in a great location. Although guests could be a bit rowdy at times the location was in a relatively quiet area. For ourselves (25 & 26 years old) it took us approximately 10 minutes to walk to the New Town and the same for the Old Town. It was roughly €35-40 in a taxi to SLIDE & SPLASH. Would recommend highly I would also recommend paying for a pool view room.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Em época baixa há sempre lugar à porta. O staff é atencioso e os quartos são amplos. Todos os espaços são agradáveis e muito limpos. Pontos fracos: o restaurante (é caro e a comida não é mesmo nada de especial – pelo menos para padrões portugueses...), o bar (o volume da música fá-lo parecer uma discoteca) e o facto de não haver wi-fi nos quartos (só existe nas áreas comuns). Mesmo com estes "senãos", é uma excelente alternativa, que vale a pena considerar quando na zona.

Beautiful Hotel everything spotless beautiful clean large apartments. The but for us and a big but was not ideally situated at the side of a dual carriageway. Would have preferred a poolside room. This was our view it was really noisy and too loud even at night. Other than this I could NOT fault it.

Just arrived Wednesday so far all is good lovely rooms pool area resturant and bar all staff very friendly.

Quiet layed back atmosphere around the complex, Large swimming pool Pint of super block (local beer) €2.50 at the pool side bar. 2mins walking distance to large grocery shopping store which has reasonable prices Rooms are clean and are regularly serviced by the cleaners, apartments are basic with fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, and cutlery. Air conditioning in both kitchen and bed room at no extra cost, We had a huge balcony overlooking the busy street. Beautiful breakfast in a Portuguese cafe on the left just before the supermarket

Stayed here for 3 nights, great place!! Staff were lovely and friendly, book for a standard/nice hotel with good amenities. Only thing I didn't like was the garlic mushroom with breakfast! Still gets 5 stars!

Excellent place to stay for a holiday. Very clean and tidy. Studio apartment had everything what we wanted. Only downside was an internet which was available only in hotel reception. walking distance to old and new town.

The staff here were so helpful, polite and professional. We were given exceptional service that we could not fault every single time. The food options for half board were not sure great which let the hotel down.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Ist wohl gerade renoviert worden. Leider nicht ganz ruhig.

Stayed here for a week in May. Unfortunately the weather was awful and it rained for the majority of the week. However the hotel was amazing! Rooms were clean and spacious and the TV was certainly useful, cooking facilities basic but good. Supermarket was practically next door. We went out to eat every day, restaurants were close but the old town and new town were within walking distance (equally apart) so we had a variety of options. The outdoor pool and seating area is lovely, when we eventually got sun, but the hotels sister hotel round the corner had an indoor pool that we used once. The place was a pleasure to stay in, with helpful staff.

He estado dos veces y la verdad es que si vas en grupos grandes te sale bastante barato y por el precio la calidad merece la pena.
