Beautiful apartments, with a great view. The grounds are well looked after and safe. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is enough trouble! There is a mini market open 24/7 in the reception with all the essentials and also a cafe/bar open by the pool till 5pm the food is lovely and a second bar is open from 5pm-1am. My two year old loved the baby pool which is a great depth all the way through i would 100% recommend this hotel and i'm already planning my trip back there for next year. The old town is around a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the beach is lovely. We would walk to the town and have a taxi back which was around 5 euros and easily done with a buggy ! Thanks for looking after us, cant wait to come back x

Staff were amazing, so friendly and very helpful.
Our apartment was on the bottom floor overlooking the pool, great if you just want to relax on your balcony instead of by the pool. Perfect for a family holiday. (P.s don't eat the bar food)
Surprised that the beds were the sofas but comfy enough for us
The only real downside is if you want to explore around this place is really out of the way and there's no sidewalk leading down so you'll have to walk on the road or pay for a taxi every time you leave
Taxis from here were around 5euro to the marina, 8-10euro for the old and new town areas (one way)

Very nice hotel only problem is noise from other rooms. Especially as the floors are tilled and no carpet. Would not stay here again because of that

I really enjoyed my stay here. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the equipment supplied for a self catering place. My room was right by the pool. The indoor pool was warm and there was a jacuzzi. Very peaceful stay. Cant wait to come back.

Les appartements sont vieillots mais spacieux. Il y a 1 vrai problème d'insonorisation mais comme je suis venue hors saison, ça pouvait aller. Du produit vaisselle serait 1 plus et il y a peu de vaisselles. L'appartement est propre, la vue sur piscine extra. Le centre ville est à 20 MN à pied.

Excellent place to stay and explore the Akgarve from, no same gender groups so reasonably quiet and well cared for. All the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Cleaning service unobtrusive.
One room apartment clean and well ordered.
Favourite place ,indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Lovely grounds.

Super mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en tot nu toe ( dag 5 ) elke dag schone handdoeken. Voorzien van een mooi zwembad zowel buiten als binnen.
Super nice hotel, friendly staff and until now (day 5) clean towels every day. Equipped with a nice swimming pool both outside and inside.

The rooms here are a lovely size, they can sleep up to 5 people in them. They have all the essential's you need hair dryer, kettle, hob, pots pans to make food all your utensils even a washing machine. Maids are lovely kepted everything clean. The receptionist was great so helpful booked our share taxi back to the airport & she can also book the sight seeing bus from reception.

This is probably 3 stars but I'm giving it 4 stars because in my opinion it is a no frills hotel but the service was lovely the food at the pool bar very reasonable priced. 10 mins walk down the hill to the old town centre. With a lovely run family restaurant round the corner from the hotel. Would definitely return but would like to add if you have walking difficulties this hotel is on a hill we had a top apartment with a large terrace excellent to watch the sun rise and set.

Both myself and my husband had a lovely week here. The food in the cafe was very good. The staff were great. The decor was very tired example the curtains

Espaço bem localizado mas com ambiente bastante calmo. Piscina exterior de 1,40 m de profundidade. A piscina das crianças tem profundidade máxima de 0,80 m e a interior é aquecida com 1,20 m de profundidade. Apartamentos com o básico para passar uns dias descansados. Apenas falta ar condicionado nos quartos. Já é a segunda vez que aqui ficámos e continuo a achar que vale a pena.

Very clean rooms, nice access right outside the pool, decent size pool x2, patio is also a decent size. Only thing is no air con which is horrid when it's 32* in the evening .
Lovely staff Sandra as she let us check in early as we had got here Wayyyyyyy earlier than check-in in time.
It's also a decent location to most of the things in Albufeira

Great,
Good route into town from the resort some up hill walks though !! Lovely staff in the bar and reception. Both indoor and outdoor pools are great fun but a bit chilly! The bedsheets on both pull out beds were stained and one of them you couldn't use because it was so old and uncomfortable but nice resort overall and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun ,cheap holiday
Tip: try and get top room for better room, view and a very large balcony.

Los apartamentos son amplios y la zona es muy tranquila,el centro queda bastante cerca,si tengo que poner algo negativo me faltó menaje de cocina!!luego tiene zona de jardín y dos piscinas grandes exteriores y una dentro calentita y jacuzzi.estos apartamentos son ideales cuando tienes niños pequeños.tiene tienda,bar,campo de fútbol.....etc

We travelled as a family of 4 of quite varying ages and despite being regular travellers and also regular visitors to Albu feira, I could quite honestly say this was the best hotel all-round that weve stayed at.The staff are the friendliest ive encountered, without exception, and are quite happy to go well above what could be expected just to be helpful.The pool area and grounds are immaculate and much bigger than some others ive encountered and the added bonus of a heated indoor pool was much appreciated by the children as we visited in the coldest Portuguese July since the 1980s.The only real problem we experienced was the hilly location. Its a very scenic but quite hilly walk to the old town and whilst its perfectly manageable for small children on the way down.. youll have some tired legs if youre walking back up. A €4 taxi solved our problems.All-in-all, we would definitely book again and will be doing so next year.

i have stayed in pateo village about 10 times, love the place, the grounds pool area and apartments are well kept, staff are great always helpful and pleasant, the only downside {in my opinion} are the stag parties, i stayed two weeks in june 2018 and there were 3 separate male stag parties, one was a party of 19, most were loud aggressive foul language and intimidating, the were young children there, parents retreated to their rooms very quickly myself included, however i heard very little noise at night, and will return

Estou cá desde o dia 23 e só tenho que dizer bem deste empreendimento, qualquer avaria como me aconteceu por exemplo o exaustor, foi logo substituído. O atendimento da recepção excelente.

Alugamos um apartamento para 4 pessoas e estava tudo impecável. Ficamos no rés do chão com acesso direto á piscina o que é bastante bom para a criança de 11 anos que estava connosco, e não se tornava tão preocupante, pois 5 paços e estava na piscina. Em relação ao apartamento, uma limpeza impecável, toalhas e papel higiênico á fartura, os funcionários todos os dias de manhã vinham ver se era necessário toalhas ou papel. Os apartamentos estão equipados com eletrodomésticos, pratos e talheres, só foi pena não terem toalha de mesa, para não se estragar com o quente dos pratos. A piscina é maravilhosa, existe montes de espreguiçadeiras á beira da piscina com chapéus onde se pode relaxar, tem uma fundura aceitável até 1,40 o que da para pessoas que não saibam nadar estarem á vontade, já para não falar que é suficientemente comprida para se nadar mesmo com alguma gente dentro dela.
A varanda é fantástica para de noite estar lá sentada á relaxar com uma bebida fresca e vista para a piscina que dá luzes de noite.
Resumindo aconselho vivamente e para o ano estou cá outra vez.

Nice Staff but inside swimming pool was not heated in the 5 days we stayed at this place and we choose this one instead of all the others close to the center because of the inside pool.
We could only use one burner in the electric stove because it was turning off the switchboard.

The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, I dont have any problems aside from the internet which is very bad no signal at our apartment only in the reception. our safety box was broken not working order.

Les + : petite structure, tranquille, cadre extérieur joli, 3 piscines. Attention piscine extérieure non chauffée. Personnel accueillant. Proche du centre ville historique.
Les -- : appartements mal insonorisés, demanderaient à être rénovés surtout au niveau équipements cuisine et literies... Mais ça reste correct pour le prix.
Nous sommes contents de notre séjour car cela correspond bien à notre souhait d'être dans un lieu charmant et à taille humaine

Uma experiência a nao repetir! Paguei por um apartamento para 5 pessoas, quando cheguei deram me um para 4, depois de explicar o que se passava, a funcionaria foi mal educada e arrogante e recusou se a resolver a situação, só varias horas depois de muito insistir e de pedir o livro de reclamações é que se dignaram a ligar para a gerência e preparar o apartamento!!
No anuncio dizem que o apartamento é limpo 5 dias por semana, nos éramos 9 em dois apartamentos e nunca vieram limpar, nem tirar lixo, nem trazer papel higiênico, nem para trocar as toalhas, uma miséria!
A piscina nao é de agua quente é apenas interior e quanto ao jacuzzi só borbulha de um lado
O termoacomulador dos apartamentos é tão pequeno que nao consegui dar banho as duas crianças. Dei a uma mal e porcamente e depois tive de esperar algumas horas para poder dar banho a outra.
Durante toda a estadia a água das torneiras sai negra!! Uma verdadeira nojeira! Como se vê nas fotos!
Já para nao falar que nao tem mão, nos hóspedes é barulheira a noite toda! E ainda fomos ameaçados de morte por parte de outro inclino.
Uma experiência horrível a nao repetir nem uma estrela merecem.

El sitio tranquilo y las instalaciones muy chulas. Cerca de la playa aunque hay que coger coche. Instalaciones Ok, pista de baker y fútbol y la piscina climatizada muy calentita para los niños. Le pongo cuatro estrellas porque vine el año pasado y al entrar en dicha piscina están los baños con una peste a mis increíble, cosa que este año también ocurría.

Nice location if a bit far out. Apartments were basic but clean, good value for what we paid. Outdoor pool was nice, indoor pool and Jacuzzi where lovely. On site cafe was good for breakfast buffet. And could order a limited menu from the bar in the evening.

Pools are pretty dirty, seagulls always fly into outdoor pools but obviously not much you can do to stop. The indoor pool is warm, outdoor is cold. Jacuzzi is nice but seems dirty. Plenty of sun beds and there’s mattresses available, however some sun beds and mattresses have bird poo on which isn’t nice. Outdoor area is nice and big.
Rooms are okay, one toilet in a double room though can be a problem. Also would be helpful if you had 2 keys. Many of plug sockets available and there’s a tv which can be a little tricky to sort out. Kitchens reasonably sized and there’s two lovely good sized balcony’s on a single bed apartment.
Service is good, however prices at shop and bar is quite expensive. There’s free WiFi but it doesn’t reach everywhere on the hotel land.

I don't know if irs the time of year, but there are a lot of older people here, (partner and myself are 25 & 22), good for value of money, balcony very big (top floor) only annoying this is there are a lot of seagulls around, and a constant barking dog across the way. This hotel specifically wouldn't suggest for youngsters, as a long way from the strip, and a lot of hill walking. Weather beautiful for. This time of year.

Overall a very clean, beautiful complex. There are a few areas which need some attention but understandably you do then end of season? But the place is very well kept. The rooms are very noisy however, you can hear everything every other room does. This is typical a building like this though. Location wise, really not bad is you don't mind a 10 minute walk into the town. Currently nice and quiet this time of year (October)

Cumple su función perfectamente. Los apartamentos son amplios, pero eso sí, son un poco antiguos y yo creo que con una pequeña reforma serian perfectos. Esta bien situado, muy cerca del centro, tiene aparcamiento, terrazas y la piscina es bastante grande.
En su contra, debo decir, que la puerta de casa estoy seguro de que es fácilmente forzable y da sensación de poca seguridad. Las camas no son muy cómodas y las almohadas muy pequeñas. No te dan facilidades como lavavajillas, estropajo, sal, aceite, etc por lo que te las tienes que apañar tú. Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas, se escucha absolutamente todo.
El desayuno buffet es bastante limitado por no decir cutre; tienes muchos tipos de pan, jamón, queso, huevo revuelto y yogures. Siempre lo mismo, no varian. Eso si, puedes pedir que te hagan otras cosas pero abonando dinero.

Very basic a long walk to anywhere. Nothing in the local area. Tight around the pool broken beds and only about half the sun umbrellas usable. The smell in toilets at pool area sickening. Pool could do with a good clean didn't see it being cleaned while I was there. Bar not inviting. Wouldn't recommend, best left alone.

No hay Aire acondicionado, tuvimos que pagar por uno portátil 10 euros al día. Aunque hay un cartel de que no lavan la loza no hay estropajo ni detergente y al solicitarlo en recepción nos dicen que hay que comprarlo. Ridículo!!!!. Todas estas cosas deberían puntualizarlas en su página web. No recomendamos este lugar.

Quartos sem arcodicionado,para obter um tem que pagar 10 euros por dia e não ajuda muito,por isso os são muito quentes. Eles te oferecem ventiladores, mas não ajuda em nada.
Os colchões não são bons,de mola.Se conseguir dormir com o calor acordas todo partido.
Para usar as áreas de desporto, tambem tem que pagar.
A piscina é relativamente boa,o serviço de bar é bom. Não volto mais.

Cet hôtel est épouvantable ! les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées du tout, vous entendez les voisins parler, aller aux toilettes etc.. Nous n'avons rien dormis durant le séjour. Il y des groupes qui arrivent par 20 et qui sont la que pour faire la fête, nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui n'a rien voulu savoir. Les chambres sont très humides, une odeur nauséabonde.Le ménage est fait de manière superficiel. Il y a vraiment le stricte minimum dans les cuisines. Bref, très mauvais choix de réserver dans cette hotel.

I never can imagine, that 2 or 3 star apartment hotel can be so super. Best place at the moment, for couples, families and others.

A Hora de Check In não está bem definida, no site do hotel diz 14h, na recepção diz 15h, apenas me foi entregue a chave às 16h. A justificação foi a limpeza dos apartamentos.
Reservei um apartamento para 4 pessoas e apenas existiam no apartamento camas single para 3 pessoas. Frigorífico insuficiente para um apartamento para 4 pessoas.
