Very large hotel complex,superb location, with large pool complex, Rooms need updating , Very basic,

Fabulous beach location, spacious comfortable accomodation & warm friendly staff, what more could one want for a great holiday?!

Stayed at this magnificent hotel for 7 nights. My children are autistic and the staff couldn't be more accommodating to our needs. We stayed in the 1 bedroom deluxe apartment sea view. The kitchenette had most utensils..pots..frying pan..grater..toaster..kettle.. electric hob . microwave..fridge/freezer etc. We've just got back(2nd week of October) had one day of rain. Best time to visit Sept. There was a bit of a walk to restaurant however if you can't use steps and need stroller or wheelchair access that is available. Only one downside which is no WiFi at restaurant and that we needed for kids entertainment. The beach was on our doorstep and strip with bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Had a Thai massage from a place opposite. Could use sauna, jacuzzi and in door pool for free. Visited Zoomarine which had a must see Dolphins show, bird show, aquarium, fake beach with loads of slides in waterpark. You could take a photo with a dolphin or bird and swim with dolphins. Loved this holiday. Will visit again.

-Old and worn down apartment. -Very Touristy. -Sound easily goes through the building, so we could hear the music from the bar very clearly. -Gym is 6 euros. +friendly staff +parking

Great place to base yourself. The Sea View Rooms are Excellent Go to Sleep & Wake up with the Sound of the Sea. Walks on the Beach Good Range of Restaurants. You are 30minutes from the Top of Monchique 20minutes from Vilamoura Habour. 10 minutes from Guia Shopping centre. Have Been Coming Here for 32 years Now. The Staff are All Very Helpful & Friendly

Positives: very close to the beach, and the pubs. Location. Decent parking options. Pool is nice Negatives: very noisy Lots or brawls and fights in front of the apartment.

Muito bem localizado e com excelentes piscinas para crianças e adultos.

This used to be a great place for families, with a cosy and traditional note of southern Portugal. Not anymore. After being under the new management the traditional portuguese was replaced by a glamour-wanabee-style that does not really fit into the local culture and tradition. The basic services such as cleaning is still good. However several waiters will speak english only. So yeah...ok place by the beach, not really fairly-earned five stars...

Localização excelente em cima da praia (este ano quase sem areal ...) e piscinas espectaculares. Ótimo para famílias. A precisar de melhorias e renovação ...

We have stayed here for many years and are saddened to see its demise. The staff try but the owners are running it into the ground. It's a shame

Fica muito aquém das expetativas, decoração velha piscina atulhada.

Visited out of season so some facilities were closed, however, very nice resort. Needs a bit of tlc, looks a bit dated in places but overall good.

Worn floor tiles, broken a/c, gloss painted bath tub, very dated furniture, poor breakfast, a very dated complex with dark dreary corridors, confusing layout, and lifts in strange areas, it is a dated 2 Star to me but, the reception and pool areas are probably 5 star! but, that's about it. The whole area Albufeira, Vilamoura and the Oura Strip are not suitable for those with disabilities, although we would return we would look for better hotel.

Perfect location literally on the beach. Lovely pool. Walk all along the beachfront and very nice restaurants for meals, snacks, cocktails, coffee, beer etc. AND FANTASTIC SUNSETS.

Parece-me desajustado, muito estranho e de legalidade duvidosa que se inclua num espaço para turistas de todo o mundo, de culturas diversas, santuários religiosos imponentes. Independente da religião de cada um, o culto excessivo da religião do proprietário é imposição difícil de tolerar e de muito mau gosto para se exibir num local destes.

Exelente para passar umas Boas Férias. bem localizado bons apartamentos e uma boa piscina, a praia fica logo a seguir.

Fantastic location and great atmosphere. A clean and safe location for a relaxed holiday and great for kids. Location is perfect with beach, shops and bars all on the doorstep

Amazing hotel!! staff were incredibly helpful all of the time. hotel is close to the beach, close to restaurants close to the strip, loads to do nearby. and the rooms were massive!! our 2 bed room could've easily fit 4 or 5 in comfortably. Will definitely be returning!

Ótima localização para quem privilegia praia. Apartamento com áreas generosas. Cozinha com o necessário. Pela segunda vez que cá venho encontro BARATAS.

Schöne Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen direkt am Meer, freundliches Personal, die Wohnungen großzügig, gute Ausstattung, wenn auch ncht mehr neu, trotzdem alles sehr sauber und angenehm.

Mooie plek om te verblijven. Ietwat gedateerd, maar door de mooie ligging tegen een rots aan toch altijd een kamer die naar de zee is gericht. Dus vooral in de wintermaanden ben je gegarandeerd van zon. En veel kamers hebben een geweldig uitzicht op de prachtige kustlijn van Oura beach. Een klein minpuntje was dat wij direct boven het nieuwe kantoor zaten waardoor we de hele dag rokende kantoormensen zagen. Dat zie ik het hele jaar al op mijn werk. Ik kijk tijdens mijn vakantie liever naar vakantievierende mensen en blijf zover mogelijk weg van werkende kantoorrokers.

Stayed May 2017. Pool not full. Breakfast ok. Was great value and had a lovely view from the apartment. 3 star hotel really. Bar had deals but is overlooking the car park...

Beautiful location great accommodation & all the night life you want at your door step. Happy hour 4 to 8! Lovely pool.

5 start turistic apartaments, in general the apartment itself wasn't bad, it was clean and it had many things like a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and all the basics like a tv or fridge. But the bed wasn't made for the kids bed wasn't prepared, it felt like a at best 3 star hotel and not 5 because of those few details. The food was good at the beginning there was a wide variety and was tasty but as i progressed through the week the food was getting worse a not as much of a variety especially with having english breakfast everyday. The bar was meant to have different drinks day by day but the staff themselves did not know which beverage was meant to be served so they served the same beverage most days. If you have a kid aged 1-4 then there is no bother for looking for any activities for children of such age apart from the small pool at the edge of the hotel, anyways the only activities for the older are the larger pool, the gym (which is not covered in the price), indoor swimming pool (in the price of the gym), a spa (with large expense for a short masage) and  the sky bar which was only open late and didn't really have any good entertainment at all. The resort did actually have a food store and a gift shop which were cheaper than the ones in the town. To top it of the wifi was patchy.  Overall the whole experience felt like a 3 star hotel than the 5 star one that it was rated at.
