Toller Pool und Balkon. Unterkunft ist ausserhalb, daher Auto benötigt. Abends ruhig, nur Rasensprenger geht nachts um 4 Uhr an.

Stayed four nights at Parque Monte Verde and had a wonderful time. The check-in was quick and easy, the reception office is on the right side as one driver thru the gate. Mirita the receptionist was friendly and spoke good English before I told her that I was fluent in Portuguese. She gave us the key, wifi pass, security code for the gate after hours, map of the community grounds and if any issues to let her know (we had no issues). The one bedroom apartment on the second level was clean and comfortable, full kitchen and view of the ocean with lovely views of the sunset.The apartment is cleaned every day except weekends, new towels and trash empty. There is a small market called Ocean Supermarket within a five minute walk that has everything one needs including wine and beer at great prices also has a coffee shop. The coastline is still a 5 minute drive and a car is recommended for exploring the wonderful beaches and caves of the Algarve coast. I would definitely consider staying at Parque Monte Verde on my next visit.

Bättre val av lägenhet går knappast att hitta om du har tillgång till bil. Stora, välutrustade och rymliga lägenheter. Det bästa av Algarve inom 15 minuters körtid och gångavstånd till A Casa Do Avo. En av Algarves bästa restauranger.

The property was spacious and the complex was well maintained. You would need a car as there wasn’t that much to do nearby. We were there at the beginning of the season and there were some issues with the apartment such as toilet not working properly. However, overall I would still recommend this property if you want a break and not into too much night life.

A definite no for disabled persons too many steps to every place and outside lighting very poor. Also guests with buggies or heavy luggage 15 steps no help .

Rustig Park langs doorgaande weg waar je geen overlast van hebt. Het is erg schoon. De bedden zijn hard maar dat is overal in Portugal. Mooi park, groot balkon met zeezicht. De schoonmaak is helemaal prima bedden worden opgemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. Wij hadden het heel goed naar ons zin.

The apartments were very well maintained/clean and had everything needed,excellent facilities. The gentleman that took care of us was very accommodating. Would highly recommend,also had a private pool,never too busy.

Mature buildings well maintained and periodically upgraded. Close to many good restaurants from budget to special occasions standards. Would suggest a car for provisions and restaurants hopping. Pool excellent. Manager Manuel very experienced and will sort any issues quickly and without any fuss. His local knowledge is invaluable.

Buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia eso si hay que moverse en coche para ir a las playas y al centro de albufeira. Recomiendo playa castelos a unos 10 minutos en coche desde el hotel.

A 15 minutos de Albufeira centro, a 3 de playas de Salgados ( preciosa).Supermercados muy cerca. Súper limpio, me sorprendió que la limpieza de las habitaciones fuera diaria!! Totalmente recomendable para un 3 estrellas!!!Cuenta con Todo lo necesario: menaje plancha tabla de planchar, microondas, cafetera, calienta leches ......

Really nice place not far away from the city center. Clean rooms and swimming pool. Fantastic playground for kids. Nice and helpful people in the reception. Rooms are ok but could be more modern. Good WiFi in rooms. I recommend this place.

Fabuloso! Mejor de lo esperado. Lugar precioso. Aparcamiento de sobra dentro del recinto. Apartamento super completo, grande, espacioso y con mucha iluminación. La cama supletoria nos ha cabido el la habitación de matrimonio. Limpian a diario y te cambian las toallas cuando lo necesites. La piscina también está genial y no se carga de gente. A 10 min. en coche de Albufeira. Muy cerquita supermercados y restaurantes. En O barco se come requetebien! uhmmm... Ah! Y como ya leí en las reseñas... la puesta de sol es increíble!!!

Un endroit superbe pour des vacances en famille. Le patron Manuel est sympathique et parle bien français. On a eut la chance d'avoir un appartement à l'étage, donc vue sur le coucher de soleil le soir, petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer le matin. Si vous comptez y faire un sejour...Prévoyez de faire vos courses car vous avez la chance d'avoir une cuisine tout équipée ainsi qu'une voiture. Cela est nécessaire pour profiter des merveilles qu'offre la région.

Un accueil chaleureux , appartement très spacieux où il ne manque rien Pour se préparer à manger. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours par les femmes de ménage , très appréciable ! Les espaces verts sont bien entretenus ainsi que les piscines. Je recommande cet établissement. Attention appartement excentré où la voiture est indispensable.

Great sleeps with comfortable beds and quiet nights. Spacious suite with large comfortable front room couch and chairs. Clean suite with lots of kitchen tools. We had a beautiful view of the city and sunset right at our patio. The swimming pool is large, sparkling clean and beautiful. Longer opening hours would have been nicer since days were long exploring the Algarve area and enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches all over the coast line. Having a vehicle is a must unless you want to limit yourself to the beautiful property and surroundings close by. If so there are restaurants and grocery places close by. The property and Algarve are thus far the hi lite of my trip.

The place is beautiful, perfect for families with children. The only thing is they don't change towels and do beds every day but there is a laundry room which can help. I would definitely come back.

It’s was spacious and fully equipped and Hugo the guy managing the properties was always available when we needed help.We are happy we choose this villa and it’s within a very peaceful quiet area. The pool was lovely and well maintained/ cleaned.Thanks again to management.

Parque Monte. Verde is ideal for those who want a quiet , relaxing holiday. The pool and surrounding gardens are immaculate and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.The complex is in a quiet area of Albufeira and you will need to hire a car or use a taxi to get to the beach and the Old Town but it’s only ten minutes drive from the town centre.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would return in the future

OTTIMA sistemazione in ampia villetta con due camere cucina e zona giorno.
Mancano solo i detersivi cucina e non forniscono ombrellone da spiaggia, come in altre strutture.

Small, clean and friendly resort. Quiet for families. Lovely little pool area and a short walk in to town for the supermarket. No bar or restaurant facilities on site but a cool little coffee shop just next door and excellent restaurant over the road.

Excelente! Envolvente de jardim e piscina muita cuidada, esta última com balneários renovados.Todos os apartamentos foram renovados, com decoração cuidada. Ambiente muito calmo e tranquilo. Vamos repetir.

First time staying here and would definitely return and recommend! Booked a one bedroom superior apartment which had absolutely everything, was spotless and spacious! Maid service was great, location is fantastic.... Near the beautiful beaches and new Aldi supermarket. The gentleman on reception was so friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out couldnt have been easier. Great value for money!

Beautiful clean and spacious 2 bed ground floor apartment in lovely grounds near to pool. Very well equipped with all you need to self cater. Cleaned every day and Manuel (manager) and Morita very friendly and helpful. Small gated complex with only about 25 apartments on hillside off the main road and safe parking.
Very quiet in May so plenty of sunbeds around pool. Vale Dr Parra about 5 miles from Albufeira, nearest beach in Gale about 2 miles away. Only a few restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so unless you are VERY athletic a car is a must. Best bet is hiring in UK to pickup at airport and return saving cost of transfers.
Only slight negative is location but would visit again.

Wir hatten 8 Tage Aufenthalt im Parque Monte Verde, im April 2018. Die positiven Bewertungen im Internet hatten uns schon beeindruckt, und sind vor Ort mehr als beestätigt worden. Das Appartement war allen Beschreibungen nach entsprechend, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mir fehlte nur eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Reinigung des Appartements war vorbildlich, die Anlage wird penibel gepflegt, vom sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommendem Manager Manuel.

Parque Monte Verde ist eine kleinere Appartementanlage (knapp 30 Einheiten), die sehr gepflegt ist.Für Ordnung sorgt der Manager Manuel mit großem Engagement. Unser Appartement war sauber, in der Küche war alles, was man braucht. Putzservice und Handtuchwechsel erfolgte bis auf Sonntag und Mittwoch täglich. In der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse mit Fernblick zum Meer haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Matratzen empfanden wir als etwas hart. Aber besser als zu weich.Der Swimmingpoolbereich ist auch bestens gepflegt. In der Nähe ca. 1,5 km ist ein Supermarkt, der sehr gut sortiert ist. Gegenüber Lidl und Aldi gibt es hier auch kleinere Packungseinheiten, eben für Urlauber. Man ist fernab der Bettenburgen in einer kleinen Anlage, die am Hang liegt. Mit dem Auto ist man überall sehr schnell, an schönen Stränden, Buchten oder in den Städten. Nur für Leute, die Party und Trubel suchen, wäre es die falsche Entscheidung, hier Urlaub zu machen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden gerne wiederkommen und auch unseren Freunden und Bekannten die Empfehlung weitergeben.

Sehr schöne sichere Appartement Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war zum Wohlfühlen. Der Swimmingpool und rundherum ist alles sehr sauber. Der Manager Manuel kümmert sich sehr persönlich um alles.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ośrodek zamknięty z bezpłatnym parkingiem i WiFi. Pokoje przestronne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Regularna wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Bardzo miła obsługa przesympatyczny menager. Duży plus za basen.

Good value for money. Rooms very clean and tidy although fixtures and fittings slightly dated they are sturdy and good for purpose. The water was very hot and the blackout curtains extremely efficient. Lots of useful kitchen gadgets. We were missing a kettle but one was found ASAP when we reported it. The pool area is also clean and tidy but the pool gets very deep and is not heated, but brilliant for a refreshing dip. The surroundings and gardens are beautiful and there is a lovely sea view from the top of the complex. Manuel, the manager, was usually around if you have any queries and speaks excellent English.

Insonorisation complètement absente entre les appartements... Nettoyage des chambres assez aléatoire (1j sur 2....), je ne recommanderai pas... Si Français attention le personnel parle très peu notre langue .Heureusement que les plages de l’Algarve et le soleil permanent sauvent le jeux!

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool. The hotel is in a great spot with a number of beaches (and other amenities) near by. The accommodation itself is well equipped with a very large kitchen that is well stocked. Hotel staff clean the room frequently through the week. The high point is a lovely pool which is never crowded. The downside was the WIFI which rarely worked but other than that is was a lovely stay.

es war alles schön. leider fehlte der tolle Ausblick. wir haben unten gewohnt. aber es waren ja nur 3 Tage. oben geht wohl berechtigterweise an die urlauber die länger bleiben.leider gab es kein deutsches fernsehen kein sender war programmiert. nachrichte hätten wir gern mal geschaut.

Die Appartementanlage liegt außerhalb von Albufeira, abseits vom Touristentrubel.Mit dem Leihwagen ist der Strand von Galé schnell erreicht (keine 10 min).Selbst fußläufig ist der OCEANO-Supermarkt zu erreichen, der gleich an der Landstraße vor der Anlage liegt und eine reichhaltige Auswahl bietet.Wer möchte, kann dort sogar ein Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft (natürlich sonnengereift) einnehmen. Das natürlich zu portugiesischen Preisen - also bezahlbar.Wir haben Orangen immer bei einem freundlichen alten Mann an der Straße eingekauft, ebenfalls günstig und super lecker.Das Appartement wurde entgegen der Ankündigung täglich gereinigt und der Müll mitgenommen. Wer das nicht möchte, sagt den freundlichen Damen kurz Bescheid.Der Hausmeister der Anlage, Manuel, ist äußerst freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit und spricht ein sehr gutes englisch.Wir konnten für den Rückflug sogar in der Zentrale unsere Bordkarten ausdrucken lassen, die er uns dann abgeholt und ins Appartement gelegt hat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Erstens war sehr netter und freundlicher Manager, Manuel heisst er. Apartament sehr gross, alles drin was man braucht, virl Geschirr zum kochen, alle Geräte sind da. Wir waren mit kleines Kind da, nach unserem Wunch kriegten wir babybett, kinder stuhl zum essen, und alles kostenlos, Dort ist sehr ruhig und sicher, in die gelände kommt keine fremde, es gibt ein spielplatz für kinder sogar.

This is a lovely place located on the outskirts of Albufeira only a 10 minute drive away. The accommodation is excellent. Decent sized bedrooms and a clean contemporary bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has basic amenities including microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and kettle. The housekeepers attended regularly to change towels and bed linen. A self-service laundry facility is provided free of charge within the complex. There's a reasonable sized play area opposite the accommodation which appeared to be well maintained and safe. The pool area is situated close to the entrance and is accessed via the rear side of the accommodation. The pool is of decent size and there's also a smaller separate pool for babies. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and there's a barbeque area opposite the pool.There are plenty of cafes, pasterias, restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the accommodation but we had hired a car and found that extremely helpful to access the nearby beaches and the centre of Albufeira. In short, this accommodation was perfect for our beach holiday. The owner, Manuel, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He went the extra mile on many occasions to ensure that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place.

Fui con pareja en semana santa, y la verdad que el sitio nos sorprendió. Está localizado en un pueblo muy tranquilo, muy cercano a las playas pero sin mucho barullo. El personal muy amable, y a pesar de no saber mucho español, nos pudimos entender sin problemas.Las habitaciones son amplias e incluyen una cocina con todo tipo de menaje.

L appartement spacieux et fonctionnel fait partie dun petit complexe. Lenvironnement est joli, calme, fleuri.Les pièces sont de belle taille; la chambre également mais la literie est déplorable, les matelas sont beaucoup trop durs, les oreillers également.

Hotel bien situé proche des plages (3km) et des commodités. Jolie piscine, alentours très bien entretenus, personnel aimable et serviable. Le seul point négatif serait peut être pour le 4eme couchage qui était un petit fauteuil convertible mais notre fille de 7 ans y a très bien dormi !

Apartamento suficientemente grande para un matrimonio con niños. Cocina muy bien equipada (aunque falta el detalle de cafetera o filtro para café), pero con vitro, horno, batidora, nevera grande, microhondas...Hay mesa en la cocina, salón y terraza, así que se puede comer en donde elijas.Al estar en una zona con jardín y árboles, entran hormigas en el apartamento (planta baja), pero es lo normal.La limpieza sí que fue bastante justita, pero a nosotros no nos importó porque no estábamos prácticamente en todo el día.Tranquilidad por las noches.Los niños encantados con la piscina y el parque.Manuel, el encargado, muy dispuesto.
