I've rented car in November 2019 in Lisboa, and based on my experience I would recommend this rental service. The price for 10 days was more than reasonable, car has great, staff spoke good English and they were customer oriented. Me personally haven't had any problems with shuttle bus pick-up, since I gave them my flight number and time of arrival or maybe because I was lucky, however I agree that OK Rent a Car should improve communication with customers on shuttle pick-up time (maybe a whatsapp or viber number or so).

Transcurridos ya varios días de la devolución del coche y cargo posterior de la fianza... aun no se me ha sido reembolsada. A pesar de mis reiteradas llamadas,inviados emeils ,por todos sitios lamentablemente nadie a sabido contestar cuando va efectuarse dicha devolución. .

Após optar por não activar a via verde fui obrigado a pagar a taxa de activação por ter passado por uma scut na qual não sou obrigado a ter o dispositivo de via verde e não me deram possibilidade de pagar manualmente como qualquer cidadão que não têm via verde. Não fui informado sobre isso quando aluguei o veículo e após verificar o contracto não está descrito em lugar nenhum. O supervisor não quer saber das reclamações talvez por isso é que tem a pontuação que têm e o livro de reclamações cheio.

Serviço 5 * Atendimento fantástico.
Demora um pouco o serviço de shuttle , mas é compreensível com o transito de Lisboa. Mas para ser uma rent a car low cost ,não é possivel estarem no aeroporto. No entanto a qualidade do atendimento faz esquecer a demora. Impecáveis,vou voltar e recomendar sempre.

Serviço Fantástico, correu tudo muito bem. Funcionários educados e prestáveis. Houve no entanto um pequeno problema com a autorização do c.crédito , mas foi prontamente resolvida pelo responsável da estação . Parabéns a toda a equipa e um especial obrigado ao sr.Hugo Mendes pela rápida resolução . Boa relação qualidade/preço , recomendo vivamente! A repetir!!

Shuttle service does not work as claimed. Waited more than 1 hour. Tried calling the phone number on 5 different occasions and this number does not work. Ended up using Uber to locate the premises. Management full of excuses. Have not been refunded my deposit after more than 3 weeks. Unable to get through to phone number on the website. Never again.

Primeiro começando pelo serviço do vosso call center, existe a opção de selecionar a língua portuguesa e depois o assistente fala é espanhol e não fala português, isto aconteceu 2 vezes. Ainda tentei que passassem a um colaborador que falasse português, mas foi-me dito que não havia nenhum.
Interrogo porque existe a opção de língua portuguesa!?
Pedi para falar com alguém em inglês, mas de inglês precetivel havia pouco.
O vosso serviço de shullte passa afinal de quanto em quanto tempo?
Das duas vezes que liguei uma vez foi dito de 5 em 5 minutos da outra de 30 em 30 minutos. Na prática passou após 50 min.
Aqui o erro foi meu, fiz fé no vosso serviço, mas o carro não veio com o depósito completamente atestado... pode ser preciosismo, mas hoje atestei o carro e até ficar como o recebi percorri 60kms. São pormenores que podem fazer a diferença. Quando sabemos onde podemos melhorar, temos tudo para evoluir.

Terrible experience!!! First it took nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport while the site said it ran every couple minutes. After arriving, the receptionist rudely and bluntly informed us that our automatic car had been sold off and our only option was to drive manual. Considering neither my partner or I can drive manual, switching over was not an option. The company then basically told us we had no other options and left us stuck without a car, that we had ordered a month in advance! Terrible service, terrible business, would never use again!

Para a primeira vez que trabalhei com esta RENT fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido. Todos os carros que pode ver na Garagem eram novos e de qualidade Superior e o preço acessível. Único inconveniente é ficar fora do aeroporto mas mesmo ali ao lado, em Prior Velho, e têm um bom serviço de shuttle. Recomendo!!

As viaturas são boas e os preços competitivos. Apenas um recado para o petulante senhor careca que administra o escritório: quando seus funcionários cometerem erros com os clientes, baixe suas orelhas e seja mais humilde. Se um funcionário diz que a renovação do contrato por mais X dias custará um preço Y e o cliente aceita, ao final esse preço Y deve ser honrado pela empresa, mesmo que tenha sido um erro. Isso é básico de Direito do Consumidor em qualquer lugar do mundo. Como administrador, seu papel inclui proporcionar meios aos seus funcionários para saberem passar corretamente informações tão básicas quanto essa. Cumpra bem sua função então, ao invés de se gabar por ser o chefe. Não importa se você é o gerente ou até mesmo o dono. Nessa relação, o protegido é o cliente.

Fiz uma reserva atraves da economy booking e deu-me um valor de 145 euros para o X´s dias que pretendia o carro. Indicava o valor da caução ou seguro para o carro mas quando chego ao balcão a empresa cobrou-me mais 29 euros dizendo que é uma taxa de combustível.
Questionei se a politica nao é de deposito cheio ao que responderam que sim. Questionei então para que servia esta taxa uma vez que o deposito vai e volta cheio e responderam apenas que é uma taxa de e temos de pagar.
Ou seja é uma taxa para apenas nos "roubarem" 29 euros sem mais nem menos.
Não são honestos!Nunca mais!

Make sure to check the rims of the car when you take it. They are charging us for scratches on the rims we do not believe we made, and saying it was our responsibility to find scratches and markings when we took the car. This is clearly how they make their money.
When we mentioned we'd seen that they do this to customers on other reviews, they said they don't care about Google reviews because only unhappy customers leave reviews. Note that we'd scratched one bumper when parking and acknowledged that we'd done that damage.

I rented a car and I was double charged. I made a paid resevation through the website, but when I went to the Lisbon office to get the car they charged me again, because they could not identify the first payment. The office recognized their mistake but they didnt refund me. I tried also to contact the customer service, and they did not answer my e-mail.

Horrible expérience ! Ne réservez pas chez eux.
On arrive à l'aéroport, on voit toutes les navettes défiler, sauf celle de OK. On a attendu 1h30 avant qu'on vienne nous chercher. Entre temps nous avons appelé le service clients qui semblait n'en avoir rien à faire. Nous avons donc rappelé, voyant l'heure défiler. Ils nous ont finalement dit que le chauffeur s'était perdu... (Je précise que l'agence est à 10mn en voiture de l'aéroport, qu'ils font le trajet à peu près 50 fois dans la journée et qu'ils sont équipés d'un GPS...) C'est donc du foutage de gueule.
Une fois arrivé après 1h30 d'attente, le chauffeur ne s'excuse même pas. Pas un mot. Bon... On arrive donc enfin à l'agence et toujours rien. Pas un mot. J'ai dû le faire remarquer au responsable qui m'a congratulé d'un "Sorry.". WAH ! Quel exploit ! Tout ça après nous avoir vendu une assurance à 200 euros... Fantastique !
Oui parce qu'il faut savoir que les tarifs de location sont très bas pour une simple et bonne raison : Ils font leur chiffre sur la vente du rachat de franchise. Autrement dit : si vous ne payez pas l'assurance complète, ils vous prennent une caution de 1500 euros et vous dépouillent à la moindre micro-rayure. Dans tous les cas, vous raquez !
Bref, machine à fric, accueil déplorable, aucun sens du service client. À éviter à tout prix !

I Absolutely agree with all previous negative reviews, unfortunately. The shuttle in the airport even did not stop on the station, just passed away (in email they wrote us where we have to stay to be picked up). Thus we waited more than hour for the next one. And in-between we called to the client service and they at first call refused to help us (!!!)- because they can't wait when we find our documents/code. But the money was charged and we got confirmation via email. So they put the phone down. At second call they somehow confirmed that they have a reservation from us but after that nothing happened, we had to wait. After staying for more than hour at the station came their shuttle and picked us to this office. Here because of the queue we spent another hour to get the keys. And that all is before getting car.

They charge me twice on my credit card and also the car I asked for was not there. They gave me a smaller car and the service this time was really poor. Shame because I did really like them and the service too. The agent tried to charge me an extra 25 Euros for the insurance and after I caught him trying to still money from me instead of giving me apologies he become even more arrogant and his older collegue next to him it was even more rude. I wouldn't raccomend especially if you are not local they will try to charge you more for things they don't exist. Also the customer service on the line was very bad with the service, their English it is so poor!! And they seem to not like to help may they get too many complaints on the phone, they do like to discuss with a very low level of English. If I could give a - 10 I was going to do it!!! Shame for them as I rent cars 6 or 7 time per year in Lisbon Airport may be they prefer to still rather than make a good business

Be aware! Their business is on your damages! Low rental fares are just a hook!
I rented a fiat attracted by their low fares (almost 10€ per day). When I was offered the full cover for 15€/day I thought it was nonsense to pay more to improve the standard cover than for a car that I was going to use just for 2 trips.
However, when giving it back, the car rental guy said that there was a small scratch in the rim of the wheel that it was not reported when picking it up. MAKE PICTURES OF THE WHOLE CAR BEFORE SIGNING!
I frankly didn't remember making that stretch in the 2 trips I made with the car. However the tough part arrived when paying for that minor scratch that I could barely notice in the rim. 260€!! IT WAS THE FULL PRICE OF A NEW RIB!
I'm sure they will not change the rib with that money. They will just report it next time the car is rented (or not).
So OK car rental business is clear: atracting clients with low fares. Then, they will make the business either selling a full cover at an uncompetitive price or charging abusable fees for any minor scratch that was made during the rental or that was not previously reported.
STAY AWAY FROM OK RENTAL!

Pior serviço possivel, horrivel fizemos uma reserva pelo site economy bookings com um cartao american express chegando no local nao aceitavam amex disseram nao ter nada haver com o site da reserva tivemos que acrescentar um condutor extra simplismente por ter q usar outro cartao...saimos da fila para esperar o dono do outro cartao ma volta fizeram pegar toda fila novamente

Worst experience i have had with a car rental agency. Long story short pre-booked car on pickup (right time on contract) no car, waited one hour for my car still no car they suggested to go one hour out of my way to pick up the right car. Got to other location no car after I was assured one would be there. Was going to leave with the original car given to me in Lisbon but decided to request for a manager because was being taken advantaged since my contract specified for an exact car or similar. One hour later manager came didn't even talk to me and gave me the car after I was told that their didn't have car for me. On returning the car they charged me €500 for a scratch on bumper and for fuel (€90) after my contract specified that it was all covered and the fuel was full to empty they gave me the excuse that all agencies are the same, that's not true for fuel because I have had contracts with other agencies (full to empty) and returned vehicle and had no issues. They lied to me from pickup to drop off.

La relación calidad/precio del servicio que ofrecen es la mejor del mercado
Sin embargo el trato al cliente es mejorable.
Esperamos 1h 30 min para la recogida del coche, les falta personal y encima te lavan el coche en el momento (algo que deberían hacer antes para así no demorar los tiempos de entrega aún más)
La devolución sin embargo fue de lujo
Suelo hacer uso de sus servicios y seguiré haciéndolo pero valoro negativamente el trato recibido en esta ocasión debido a la larga espera.

Rented a car from them in July 2019, great service, very professional, nothing less than other companies. I would like to answer to the family next to me that verbally treated the staff and bitterly complained because they were looking for the office at the airport: this is a low cost rental, obviously the office can't be at the airport, although it's clearly written in every mail I've received, google map can give you the exact location. Please do a favor to all of us, do not travel, you don't deserve it.

Die Grund für Drei Stern sind :
ich habe ein Kategorie Diesel Extra reserviert und er hat mir Benzin gegeben mit die Antwort ich habe keine Diesel und auch wenn steht Diesel bekommt man nicht Automatisch Diesel sondern einfach ein Auto in diese Kategorie, finde das nicht in ordnung .
Zweit Grund Keine Viaverde für Autobahn,ist sehr mühsam unterwegs auf Gebuhren Strassse ohne , die rentcar ist 2 Monate alt, aber trotzdem sollte man alle Autos sofort haben.
Alles andere ,zuruckbringen und Kontakt mit alle Mitarbeiter war freundliche und unkompliziert

This was the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. When we made the reservation they gave us the Lisbon Airport address but when we got there, there was absolutely no one to inform or help us out. We waited for over 2 hours standing in the parking area and there was a bunch of other people waiting too. The van came and picked us up later and took us to the office and when we got there, we still had to wait for around one more hour because there was only one attendant. Completely disrespectful and not clear.
Do not recommend it at all.
