Positif: La disponibilité de l'hôtesse, ses informations pour se rendre en centre ville ...nous avions 2 vélos que nous avons pu garer dans une cour fermée , c'est très apprèciable et bien placé pour venir de l'aéroport.. Négatif: Très bon accueil , chambre assez grande et propre , salle de bain assez récente . Par contre , la cuisine nécessite un certain rafraichissement, ce que je suis sûre , que ne manquera pas de faire l'hôtesse ....

Positive: La signora Emanuela che ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivati e spiegato un po' le varie attività da fare nella città di Porto.. Negazione: Tutto un disastro soggiorno rovinato, servizi igienici obsoleti lavandino con acqua fredda, i pensili del cucinino sporchissimi (peccato che non mi fanno caricare le foto) senza contare il resto, terrazza cementata con deposito molto disordinato. La camera da letto aveva l'intonaco screpolato con i fili elettrici iin bella vista. Non so come fanno le autorità locali ad autorizzare una struttura (tugurio) all'uso ricettivo. Inoltre l'ambiente emanava un forte odore di muffa e scarichi di bagno. E per concludere c'erano due cani che durante il giorno compreso la notte abbaiavano in continuazione..

Pozytywna: Wspaniałe miejsce do odpoczynku, z wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami, kuchnią, łazienką, tarasem gdzie można odpocząć po intensywnym dniu spędzonym na zwiedzaniu Porto. Manuela to przemiła osoba, serdeczna, inspirująca gotowa na wszelką pomoc, otwarta na wszystkich ludzi, sprawia, że poczujesz się dzięki niej jak w domu. Najlpsze miejsce do odpoczynku i poznania prawdziwej Portugalskiej kultury od wewnątrz, spotkania nowych inspirujących ludzi z całego świata i przeżycia najlepszych wakacji, blisko do sklepu - Lidl 3 minuty, przystanek autobusowy 1 minuta, chilloutowy park niedaleko. Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, czułem się jak u siebie. Polecam i pozdrawiam!.

Positiv: Manuela ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und ausgesprochen nette Hausherrin. Ihre Tips waren sehr hilfreich (besonders, frischer seafoot in Matoshinos! ) Mit Bus fast vor der Haustür, ist die Innenstadt in 10 min. erreichbar. Preis/Leistung vollkommen i. O.. Negativ: Fenster zur Straße leider nicht schallisoliert!.

Pozytywna: Miejsce godne polecenia. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty, łóżko wygodne, świeże ręczniki i pościel. Łazienka i kuchnia w pełni wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, miła, na początku chetnie opowiada swoim gościom o miescie, atrakcjach, cenach i co warto spróbować, jak się poruszać komunikacją miejską, co dla kogoś kto jest pierwszy raz jest bezcenne. Nie ma problemu żeby zostawić trochę wcześniej lub trochę dłużej bagaże, poza godzinami kwaterowania, co jest bardzo wygodne bo nie zawsze godziny lotów się z tym pokrywają. Do centrum Ok 4km, spacerem 40min, blisko do autobusu. Polecam z czystym sumieniem!.

Positiv: Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und einen kurzen Überblick über Sehenswerte Orte in Porto gegeben. Das Zimmer war sauber und nett eingerichtet.. Negativ: Leider war in dem Zimmer nur eine funktionsfähige Steckdose vorhanden und kein Spiegel. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr dreckig und wurde während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts auch nicht gereinigt..

Positive: Bed was comfy and staff kind. Negative: Unfortunately bathroom was external so to go there we should open the door of the balcony,and obviously outside was so cold.room was cold and also shower experience was bad due to cold water.

Positivo: Conforto.. Negativo: A falta de uma TV com melhor qualidade e mais canais de entretenimento e desporto..

Positiv: Es gibt reichlich Decken auf den Zimmern, weshalb man Nachts trotz mangelnder Heizung definitiv nicht friert. Für das Badezimmerproblem kann die Besitzerin eigentlich nichts und sie hat ihr bestes gegeben um den anderen Gästen Manieren bezüglich des Badezimmers beizubringen. Das Bad als solches ist nämlich schön und die Putzfrau kam zwar regelmäßig, kämpfte aber halt gegen Windmühlen(Gäste ohne Manieren und Anstand) Das Problem mit der gammeligen Mikrowelle und dem dreckigen Kühlschrank hat sie nachdem es von uns angesprochen wurde umgehend behoben(Die Mikrowelle wurde ausgetauscht und der Kühlschrank wurde gründlich gereinigt). Sie ist ausgesprochen bemüht, hilfsbereit, freundlich und dankbar für Rückmeldungen und auch für Anregungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ich gehe davon aus das sie zukünftig alles mehr kontrollieren wird und einige Probleme abgestellt werden. Man muss da ganz klar sagen das es an den Gästen liegt die sich überwiegend benehmen als würden sie in einer Höhle leben. Wenn sie eine Lösung für die Situation mit dem Bad findet und die Matratzen noch austauscht wäre das sehr gut. Wenn man wie wir keinen Luxus braucht und mit einer einfachen Unterkunft zufrieden ist, ist man hier eigentlich recht gut aufgehoben.. Negativ: Im ganzen Gebäude ist es lausig kalt und die Elektroheizung im Zimmer war nahezu Wirkungslos, nun muss man dazu sagen das es sich um ein allgemeines Problem in Portugal handelt. Die Matratzen sind alte Federkernmatratzen und schlicht und einfach durch, wir hatten beide nach zwei Nächten Rückenschmerzen und wirklich gut geschlafen haben wir auch nicht. Die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe. Freunde von Rückenschmerzen kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Es gibt im Gebäude nur ein Badezimmer, welches man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilt und genau da liegt das Problem. Viele der Gäste halten nichts vom sauberen hinterlassen der Toilette, Pinkeln im Sitzen oder dem Benutzen der Klospülung. Der Ekelfaktor ist dementsprechend groß. Vom Lüften während bzw. nach dem Duschen halten die meisten auch nichts, weshalb sich der Schimmel an den Wänden freut. Bei der Gemeinschaftsküche sieht es nicht anders aus. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank führten sozusagen ein Eigenleben, was allerdings auch am rücksichtslosen Umgang anderer Gäste liegt. Der Putz bröckelt von den Wänden und einen Eimer Farbe gab es zuletzt wahrscheinlich vor 50 Jahren. Und in regelmäßigen Abständen fiel der Strom aus..

Positive: Free and available parking place. We were alone in the house. Friendly staff, but unorganized. In general, Porto is a super city, worth of travel.. The temperature outside of the house was about 6-8 degrees by Celsium and in the house, common areas approximately 10-12 degrees by Celsium, in the shower as well. And do not forget that you can not use a lot of hot water, because there is not enough hot water!!! You basically could not do anything in the house, like cooking, brush your teeth, taking the shower or even taking the sh***t. Barato, accesible en coche, ahora mismo tiene obras en toda la calle, muy básico, húmedo y huele dentro de lo que cabe bien, pero mejorable, es muy oscuro y posee escaleras que dificultan la accesibilidad si tienes problemas físicos. Creo que la limpieza podría ser mejor aun y no obstante si no tienes muchas pretensiones está bien.Mejorable?, como todo; si . Recomendable? Si no te importa que dos perros ladren mucho por la noche, también.

Positive: The toilet was clean, they have really nice garden.. Negative: The kitchen was not clean and it smelled really bad, so we did not use it. For period of 5 days, they gave us just 2 towels (for me, personally, not enough)..

Но есть комнаты в цокольном. Если комната под лестницей. Возможно там не так светло и просторно как было у нас. Надо уточнять, чтобы оправдались ожидания..

Positiva: zona tranquila, cerca parada de bus que va al centro y pastelería riquísima a 5 minutos andando, habitación confortable, dueña muy amable. Negativa: Debería señalizarse un poco mas que es el casa, ya que pase varías veces, y no lo pude ver, tuve que llamar a la dueña para que saliera.

Положительный: Из однозначных плюсов - хозяйка, очень приветливая, приглашает на вечеринки для местных и подскажет где лучшие места для туристов. В расположении кухня с посудой, стиральная машинка.. Негативный: Расположение не туристическое. Добираться до центра пешком около часа, автобус ждать от 10 до 45 минут. Мебель ветховатая. Посторонний запах во всем доме. Для короткого пребывания в Порту - не рекомендую, много времени уходит на транспорт, особенно по выходным..

Positif: Personne très gentille bien que peu vu. Plutôt bien situé mais pour aller manger quelque part ou faire des courses il faut reprendre le bus ou le métro (Metro à 10 minutes). On a eu la chance d’avoir une petite fête foraine temporaire dans la rue d’à côté pendant notre séjour. On se gare sans soucis dans la rue. La cuisine est bien pratique.. Négatif: Du bruit avec les chiens du voisin. Le lit un peu raide mais la chambre est vraiment très propre et avait une très grande armoire. Une seule salle de bain ça a été un peu compliqué le matin..

Положительный: Очень уютный и чистый отель, заселялась в 2 часа ночи, все оказалось просто замечательно, заселили, ключи дали, все рассказали, несмотря на позднее время. Хозяйка гостеприимный и общительный человек. Если вновь буду в Португалии, обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь. Сюда хочется возвращаться ).

Positive: La descrizione che ci è stata fatta della città.. Negazione: All'arrivo ci ha accolto un ragazzo (ospite) che ci ha illustrato la struttura fatiscente, fredda e con una gran puzza di umido. La proprietaria è arrivata dopo venti minuti. Nel giardino ci sono due cani molto carini, ma che abbaiano senza pausa tutta la notte. La zona è molto distante dal centro e con pochissimi servizi nei paraggi. Il bagno interno la casa è vecchio e sporco, quello ESTERNO no comment! Letti scomodissimi.
