Katherine Dedukh: I ordered shoes of 2 different sizes 36 and 37, 3 weeks ago, they arrived and one pair was not new, somebody was wearing them before me. I returned it back to Aldo and haven't heard from them since, oo e-mail notification of return or money back! No one answers me for weeks. Horrible customer support.First of all they sell you used boots and then don't return your money.
