Avaliação negativa pelo que aconteceu. A rentalcar fez a reserva encaminhando para a av da liberdade que apesar de aberta está fechada, os seguranças indicaram nos para ir ao aeroporto, fechado, os funcionários das outras entidades referiram prior Velho sendo que atendimento nulo. Mas fomos. Unico sitio que se não fosse o professionalismo dos funcionários estaempresa nem uma estrela deveria ter mais. Deveria comecar nas avaliações Google a introdução de notas negativas tais como as que temos nos nossos trabalhos diários e nos estudos.

They crush you on the insurance. (It cost me more to ensure the car through them than the actual rental) also, beware of promises to reimburse you for days not used. I'm still waiting for my reimbursement. Rented August 2018. They were very prompt to charge me for a parking ticket I got while on vacation though.

Um conselho a todos os que alugarem viaturas na Sixt Prior Velho: quando o/a funcionário/a fizer a vistoria à mesma não se limitem a confiar no que vos é transmitido. Façam a vossa própria vistoria na hora em que a viatura vos for entregue, pois podem vir a ter dissabores, como está a acontecer comigo. Apesar de não ter causado qualquer dano a uma carrinha que aluguei aqui, estou na iminência de ser responsabilizado por um risco não detectado pela funcionária ao entregar-me a viatura. Ou seja, não confiem. Nunca. Tirem fotografias a toda a viatura, ou, melhor ainda, filme. Estamos a falar de gente em que não se pode confiar. Em alternativa (a melhor de todas) procurem outra marca de rent-a-car.

Nous avons loué une voiture à l'agence Sixt Lisbonne (aeroport prior velho). Nous sommes arrivés lundi 29/10/18 vers 20h à l'agence, après le voyage, avec notre fille de 4 ans... (mise en situation rapide de notre état d'impatience de vite nous rendre à notre hotel!) Arrivés à l'agence, on nous demande une carte de "crédit", sans laquelle on refusera de nous louer la voiture... nos cartes françaises sont soit disant inutiles, bla bla bla... Donc 2 solutions : soit nous repartons et perdons nos 140e de réservation (pour rappel il fait nuit, nous ne sommes plus sur l'aéroport, avec notre fille qui s'impatiente...)... soit comme par hasard, nous payons 170e supplémentaires pour souscrire à une assurance tout risque et du coup cette fois ci ils accepteront notre carte (toujours la même!) et nous louerons la voiture... ce que nous avons fais car pas le choix ! très en colère nous contactons le service client qui répond (en gros!) que c'était déjà une chance qu'on nous propose une solution de rechange... donc pour eux c'est une chance d'avoir payé 310e au lieu des 140 annoncés! et que bla bla c'est spécifié dans les contrats... bla bla il faut lire les petites lignes... en jouant sur les mots et les modalités sans aucune approche commerciale !!! pour nous : c'est une grosse ARNAQUE !!! alors Sixt fait de l'appel avec des prix bas par rapport aux autres agences mais ne leur arrive pas à la cheville! En effet, nous avons eu la chance de voyager dans d'autres pays, et n'avons jamais eu de problème avec les autres agences de location... même lors de notre dernier séjour au Portugal d'ailleurs !! JAMAIS !! Donc fuyez Sixt et ses prix d'appel, et préférez des agences plus professionnelles et honnetes comme EUROPCAR ou HERTZ, plus chères d'apparence mais sans mauvaise surprise et ARNAQUE !!!!

J'avais des appréhensions en lisant les commentaires négatifs avant mon séjour à Lisbonne. Arrivé à l'aéroport, une navette nous a ramené vers l'agence, qui se trouve à 3-4 minutes de l'aéroport. Arrivé à l'agence, aucune attente. Nous avons directement approché l'hôtesse qui parlait français. Le contrat a été fait en moins de 5 minutes. On nous a donné la voiture qu'on attendait (Nissan Qashqai). Aucun problème avec la voiture. Seul hic, l'hôtesse a marqué dans le contrat que le carburant est plein et qu'il faut le rendre plein. En démarrant la voiture, le témoin du carburant a sonné en indiquant qu'il reste 30 km de carburant. On s'y attendait après avoir lu certains commentaires se plaignant de cela . Sinon aucun problème pendant les 7 jours de location. Au retour, le personnel en charge de vérifier l'état de la voiture a vérifier l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Il nous a dit que tout était bon et on a signé le check-out. Pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises, on a préféré remettre le carburant à plein et nettoyer la voiture (intérieur, extérieur). Je reviendrai chez eux sans hésitation.

Horrible. Tried to double charge me after I had pre paid for my car rental, because my flight was delayed 4 hours even though they had been informed, saying they would only hold the car for 2 hours and I wouldn’t be refunded. This was for a 10 day booking!!! Staff were also very rude about this.

EMPLOYEES rent the cars for months at a time, damage them, DON'T report the damages, then leave customers to pay for them. Forced me to pay $168 extra for damages an employee made. Worst Sixt ever. To management: I want my money back, now.

Unfortunately the promised shuttle bus was not waiting for us and we had to phone the office in order to get collected. This "oversight" delayed us by about an hour and we got little by way an apology... However, the car provided was really smart (better than we expected) and the rate charged was extremely good value. Especially good news was that there were no surprises on return and payment and all the charges were as expected. We will probably try them again if we get the same low rate but at higher prices we won't bother.

The negative impression about Sixt in Lisbon right from the start has been completely confirmed. In advance they said that dents or scratches are only valid from 3 cm and therefore are not marked in the protocol. Afterwards exactly these small dents or scratches will be accounted for. In addition, you get an old car that has many such small dents.

Bei Abholung wurde mit allen Tricks versucht doppelte Versicherungen, Tankservice, Road-Service dazuzuverkaufen. Nach einigen Mühen haben wir das bezahlte Auto dann doch ohne Aufpreis am Flughafen Porto bekommen. Die Rückgabe in Lissabon war eigentlich recht unkompliziert und problemlos - eine Bestätigung, dass alles ok ist hätte ich per Mail bekommen sollen - ich warte auch nach einer Woche noch auf die Mail - zum Glück habe ich das Tablet vom kontrollierenden Mitarbeiter abfotografiert. Wie schon ein wenig befürchtet, wurden vor einigen Tagen dann etwa 75 Euro abgebucht - ohne Rechnung und ohne Grund - ich warte jetzt auf Antwort von Sixt, Vermittler oder Kreditkartenausgeber. Resume - Finger weg, um nichts besser wie billige Diskobtanbieter.

Grosse arnaque à l’aéroport de Lisbonne, vente forcée de l’assurance omnium qui coûte +- 100€ pour 3 jours, en faisant croire que c’était le prix de la location du véhicule... Plus jamais !!! Leur technique : si vous prenez l’omnium ils ne vérifient même pas le véhicule qui rentre. Si vous ne la prenez pas (comme un autre touriste que je suivais), le véhicule est examiné sous tous les angles et ils facturent des coups préexistants Plainte déposée lors de l’enquête de satisfaction et aucun suivi depuis 1 mois.

I wish I couldn't rate them 0 start they are the worst company ever I have deal with we got there early morning the car was somewhere dark somebody come and he said the car is checked all around any scratch or damage is marked we trust them we toke the car drove for hour to get home and get some rest the second day was my second time driving that car and we sow scratch on windshield from the driver side and they charge us for that 737.02 euro that is insane very bad company I have very bad experience with this company and this is the second time I don't recomend the sixt rent car to nobody

Брал машину в середине-конце июля на 8 дней. Все прошло без проблем. Дали абсолютно новый рено клио с пробегом 19км. Предлагали расширенную страховку, но я отказался, т.к. арендовал через autoeurope с возвратом франшизы с super cover. При этом должны были заблокировать на карте около 1100 евро, но забронировали только 300, на случай если верну с пустым баком.

Gute, saubere Autos. Nettes Team, teilweise jedoch mit mittelmäßigen Englisch Kenntnisse. Leider ist der Shuttle Bus nicht sehr leicht zu finden. Also im Ausgangsbereich - wo die Busse zu den Hotels ausgeschildert sind, ganz rechts sitzt ein paar Mitarbeiter mit Klemmbrett. Hinter dem Eisstand. Zusammenfassung: Schwierig zu finden, kostenfreier Shuttle, gute Autos.

Scandaleux. Du personnel agressif qui vous oblige à prendre une assurance qui vous coûte le même prix que la location de la voiture et se lève pour vous menacer si vous contestez. Une petite voiture vous coûtera au final 120 euros la journée. A éviter absolument!! Cette agence n’est pas sérieuse. Nous avons en plus du attendre une bonne demi heure pour avoir la voiture et on nous a demandé d’attendre dehors. Du jamais vu...

The worst experience ever in Lisbon. Don’t reserve on the Internet since the price at then end is double ! We payed 200euros for a small car in very bad condition. The car smelled very bad inside. In addition to that the staff was rude, only speak Portuguese and threat us to call the police. Definitely to avoid !

PERIGO não aluguem nada nesta empresa ou então levem um perito em danos antes de levantarem a viatura. Quando já estava na rua reparei num risquinho ( 7 cm ) no plástico do retrovisor direito tive que pagar mais 50 €. A colaboradora insinuou que eu estava cego que tinha obrigação de ter visto o risco antes de sair com a viatura DANGER do not rent anything in this company or take an expert in damages before they pick up the vehicle. When I was in the street I noticed a little scratch (7 cm) in the plastic of the right rearview mirror I had to pay another 50 €. The employee insinuated that I was blind that I had to have seen the risk before leaving with the car

Rented second time here (first in 2014) and again a very positive experience. Though I agree the deposit is higher that at other sixt stations, (1K€) the service I received was outstanding. Handover was smooth and in an acceptable time. I booked a Nissan Qashqai and got it. Rental time was 2,5 weeks and at the end I had an urgent situation and needed to extend the rental. The station manager was super helpful made the extending at the same great rate i had with my prebooking. Also when returning the car i had another urgent situation as i was super late for my flight (thanks to Portugal become european champion :-) ). The store manager saved me and my flight by checking me out in record time and getting me a taxi just in time. Also the final bill was as expected and no suprises. I am very happy with this great experience! Thanks to sixt liabon and the awesome manager (with curly hair)

Beware of Sixt Portugal!! they take huge 2000eur deposits and take money off your deposits with fraudulent charges (claiming fake damages). Even with photo-proof no way to get the money back. As loyal Sixt platinum member I'm beyond annoyed with the way you get shamelessly robbed in Lisbon by the fraudsters
