Wenn ich 6 Sterne vergeben könnte würde ich es tun.Ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Kombination mit einer guten Lage und sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Personal.Waren hier 2 Tage hintereinander und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had to wait to be seated but it was worth it. Great restaurant with gorgeous food. The children didn't loke the coating on the chicken nuggets. I have to say I thought it was delicious but was a bit heavily spcied for kids but our meals were so large that they shared our fish dishes. A great restaurant.

Went on a Monday eve and had to wait a few minutes for a table as it was busy, always a good sign. Delicious food, lovely setting, great staff reasonable prices. I can't wait to go back.

I recommend chefs special seafood for €30. Its a 30 minute wait but you can reserve it in advance. Even if you have to wait its well worth it.

Very nice, cosy local restaurant with brilliant service and delicious local food! Found unexpected but was really astonished how well they work and how they treat their clients. Compliments!!! Will come back next time we are in Algarve.

Best quality and value restaurant I've been to in a long time. Has a good range of seafood and other dishes. The specialist local Cataplana dishes you have to order a day in advance but this ensures you get the freshest ingredients straight from the quayside. Staff are friendly without being invasive. Went back several times during our stay in Albufeira.

Belos comentários, mas eu tive azar, o atendimento não foi nada bom, e os filetes!! A localização é boa, e a zona é socegada.
O empregado pensou que vínhamos apenas comer tapas, e mandou-nos mudar de mesa, foi bastante rude, quando se deu conta que afinal íamos comer resolveu emendar o erro, mas mesmo assim não chegou lá. Foi pena. Talvez um outro dia noutro horário e outra comida.

Shhhhhhhh. Don't tell anyone about this place. A happy find on a long walk back from the marina. Stopped in for refreshments and ended up sharing a fish platter which was sublime. Quickly booked a table for four the next evening (order the cataplana in advance) the boys had burgers (though would have been happy with just the olives and fish pate) cataplana was half the price of the more mainstream restaurants. We ate like kings, lovely setting, super wine extremely child friendly and the cheapest, best meal we have had this trip by a mile. Thoroughly worth the walk. Super value, atmosphere and welcome. Would defiantly visit again.

We kunnen alleen maar oordelen over de dagschotel, die goedkoop was. De visschnitzel viel tegen, maar de gegrilde vis die ik bij anderen zag, leek prima. Erg vriendelijk dat we nog een amandel- likeurtje na kregen. En een kaartje met volgende keer 10o/o korting.

Food was average. Pasta dish highly disappointing - portion size far too large and poorly balanced flavours. Mixed fish was good however lacked proper seasoning. Mussel starter was great and nice local wine. Ideal for an easy bit of food but if you're looking for good scran I'd search elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, attentive and smiley service. I ordered the plain steak rare and it was cooked to perfection. My friend had the peppercorn sauce steak rare and it came well done. We had a good meal here and got a discount voucher for the next visit.

Location carinissima, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo cenato in pochissimo tempo. Io ho ordinato un piatto di pesce misto alla brace il mio ragazzo invece le classiche sardine. Tutto accompagnato da un'ottima sangria.

Fantastic delicious fresh seafood! I can't recommend this place enough. The dishes are very reasonably priced and I just couldn't stop eating because everything was delicious. The garlic prawns were amazing, I can eat two portions myself. It's a little bit away from all the main restaurants but if you happen to walk past it do give it a try.

Went for a meal last night. Was found a table only to be left a good 10 mins. We had to ask for a drink whereas others were served as they walked in. We ordered eventually 2 sirloin steaks... not sure what it was looked more like pork. I then found two hairs under my steak. The waiter apologised and took it back not asking if i would like something else. When they brought it back it was the same steak with no hairs. Couldn’t eat it. We then asked for a mojito and pina colada. The mojito arrived and no pina colada. We had to ask for it after about 10 mins. When we paid they apologised again and gave us a free almond liqueur as they did for every customer and a 10% voucher for the next time as they did for every customer. No refund for the hairy steak. No return to this restaurant for us it was rubbish!!!!

O lugar é bem agradável. Fiquei na área ao ar livre, que é coberta. Muito charmoso. Fica numa região que vale a pena conhecer e caminhar a pé. Eu pedi o prato do dia que era Bacalhau. Eles fazem super rápido, está gostoso e o preço é bom. Atendimento cordial. Parabéns. Recomendo.

We went a bit early (6:30 pm) with no reservation. We were treated like royalty. We have been eating sardinhas every day and these were the very best so far. The wine recommended was spectacular!

Ottimo, davvero ottimo. È stata una piacevole scoperta. Alla ricerca di un ristorante tipico locale ci siamo imbattuti nel Rossio, nel centro storico di Albufeira. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato ci hanno dato la possibilità di mangiare un piatto tipico, solo su prenotazione. La Cataplana. Ricchissima zuppa di pesce, con ogni tipo di crostaceo e frutto di mare oltre a vari tagli di pesce. Buonissime anche le Sardine, tipiche dell'Algarve e prezzo decisamente sotto costo per la qualità e la quantità. Ci torneremo.

Service was pretty slow but friendly and we had a nice conversation with the waiter. Food very good and the price reasonable, the spaghetti bolognese, sirloin steak, and petit gateaux in particular were very nice. Also enjoyed the 10% off voucher we were given. Would come here again.

Went twice in a week, food was very nice and cheap both times. It can get very busy and it's recommended to reserve tables for evening meals, however on our second trip we were constantly ignored/ forgotten by the waiters and had to wait 2 hours for us to finally get the bill after our food was collected despite asking staff for it on multiple occasions.

This is a great place the only problem that it has is finding a table outside early in an evening, as it is always busy with plenty of people there. the food is good and plentiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, I've even tried the English breakfast here one morning and have to say I was impressed.

Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Es war auch sehr familienfreundlich. Man hat sehr darauf geachtet die kleinen glücklich zu machen. Einziger Abzug bei der Lage. Kein Blick aufs Meer und der Außenbereich ist direkt an der Straße. Es ist aber klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die Preise waren akzeptabel, besser gesagt günstig. Die Qualität des Essens hat darunter aber nicht gelitten.

Service très lent - attente de 30 minutes entre l'entrée et le plat... - . Grillade de fruits de mer dont les crevettes étaient juste sorties du congélateur et non grillées et dont le serveur tentait de nous convaincre que la grillade se servait ainsi... !! (faut pas prendre les clients pour des imbéciles!) Viande soi disant originaire d'Uruguay?? Et qui ressemblait plus à un simple steak acheté à la boucherie du coin. Prix élevés sans rapport avec la qualité attendue et aucun geste commercial si ce n'est une réduction de 10% sur le prix... d'un prochain repas! Mauvaise publicité pour la bonne cuisine portugaise.

Brilliant food, service was great although there was a little confusion with taking the order, we ordered chicken breast and got chicken legs, however.it did taste amazing.. the fish with caramelized onions and potatoes was incredible, just watch out for the bone. table for two outdoors could do lighting on the tables in evening when the sun sets you can hardly see your plate. Free shots at the end when you ask for bill

Etwas außerhalb gelegenes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Tolle Fischgerichte. Kein Touristenlokal. Innen nicht sehr groß. Tische stehen sehr nahe beieinander. Bei warmen Temperaturen gibt es noch einige Sitzplätze im Freien. Sowohl innen, als auch außen sehr gemütlich zu sitzen. Personal sehr freundlich und preislich alles im Rahmen. Empfehlen dies gerne weiter.

This is a lovely cosy and friendly little restraunt on a quiet side street away from the tourist hustle and bustle, very good and tasty selection of different foods, my partner had sea bass I has chicken both delicious accompanied by baby garlic potatoes salad and vegetables, staff very helpfull attentive and friendly would highly recommend

Not recommended!
Awaiting 40min starter, another 25 minutes for Menu and 15minutes for the Bill.
The food was nothing special, senseless paprika stripes on tuna steak and overpriced in oel floated pasta.
Unfortunately the worst experience at Algarve coast.

A good restaurant. Serves good food though nothing extatic. Were willingly ignorer by staff twice. Wouldn’t go back, but worth going once to discover à quieter part of Albufeira

Friendly staff, excellent value with the menu of the day, €7.5 for a 2 course meal with coffee and a glass of wine. Main course only two choices between grilled chicken or mackerel. The mixed fish platter (a la carte) with sea bass, bream, salmon and prawn is very good.

Passed this place while on a walk. Stopped in for a drink and decided to try the mussels. They were gorgeous. While people watching all the food they were serving looked really nice. The prices were really cheap too.

Cenamos pescado y la verdad que era muy fresco y estaba riquísimo, no es caro,tampoco ponen en abundancia, y si pides los mejillones al Rossio, que están muy buenos, te pondrán poca cantidad, relación calidad precio buena. Un postre algarve delicioso!

Tras una semana en la zona del algarve es uno de los restaurantes que más nos ha gustado. Comimos una zapateira buenísima. El pescado está muy muy bueno. El trato también fue muy bueno. Además nos invitaron a un licor muy rico y nos dieron un descuento para la próxima vez que fuesemos. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos.

sehr gutes Essen zum richtig guten Preis. Waren mehrmals dort. Im Vergleich das beste in der Umgebung. Gemischte Fischplatte sehr zu empfehlen. Nachtisch Top!

Very nice, quite place. Has cheaper option for food price than in main city. Quality is very good. Taste is awesome. I had t bone steak with pepper sauce, my gf tuna with onions. Waiting time was normal, no more than 10 mins. I would recommend that place. Also we received 10% discount for next order.

nourriture excellente (poisson frais et viande tendre), vue sur la mer, endroit très calme et personnel sympathique, absolument aucun défaut car même les prix sont très raisonnables.

Jedzenie strasznie nam smakowało. Byliśmy zachwyceni jakością dań. Dorsz w wersji Rossio znakomity jak również ośmiornica. Polecam każdemu wybrać się tutaj na cataplane, tylko trzeba zrobić rezerwację min 24 godz wcześniej że względu( jak tłumaczył kelner) na małą kuchnie i duży ruch. Cena jest podana za porcję dla dwóch osób, ale spokojnie 3 osoby się napędza do syta :)

Well cooked, well seasoned fresh food in a large quantity. Good value too. Prawns in garlic were amazing as was the Lamb chops!

La comida espectacular, pedimos el plato del día por 7,50€ teníamos bebida, aceitunas, pan, el plato y café. El plato bastante grande con patatas y ensalada... La carne a la brasa buenísima!!!! El trato excelente y nos dieron una tarjeta de descuento para la próxima visita además de un licorcito de almendras riquísimo... Sin duda volveremos!!

As a family of three, we visted this place following TripAdvisor's reviews. Utterly disappointed with overall experience. Would never visit it again. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND it, especially to those who have kids.
In short, this is a tiny place awkwardly located at the corner of one of small roads with slight sea view (you have to be lucky to sit outside in order to have that heavily restricted sea view anyways).
The outisde sitting area reminds two bus stops merged together. Tables are so close to each other that even a traditional south Italian pizzeria looks very spacious. You practically, sit at one merged table with other visitors.
The inside place has four-three tables and the rest is just a tiny bar and kitchen. Not cosy, dark, with a feel of not very clean place.
During our visit we were unfriendly welcomed by one of their personnel. A Portuguese guy was obviously annoyed with new customers. Once he saw us, he started explaining that he had just one available table which was table for two - we were three of us though. After short negotiations, he offered us a place inside. Although a different - north European guy - person started serving us, the attitude changed and became even more negative. We asked for a high chair for our daughter and he brought one extremely dirty (oil everywhere - it has never been cleaned since it was bought) and full of chips from previous customers. He gave us a menu and was rude when we asked him to come and give us advice. Once he finally decided to approach us he started saying that they are very busy and half of the menu will take at least 40 mins. The interesting thing about this place is that you have to reserve (in advance) the major Portuguese dishes, otherwise you cannot order them.
As very well travelled couple we have seen all signs of this hardly called restaurant's policy. The first thing is that these guys hate families with little kids. Secondly, they accumulated good TripAdvisor's feedback and decided to stop providing proper customer service. Finally, the hygiene in this place is likely to be an issue.
After all negativity we heard/saw, we decided to abandon this "sinking ship". Stright after, we went to a different restaurant (Rustico - which we had as a backup plan) and hugely enjoyed ourselves with very friendly people, proper feel of tavern, live music and authentic Portuguese seafood. We would never advise to anyone this "big joke" which somehow got so many positive feedback on TripAdvisor and mislead holidaymakers.

We loved this restaurant in Albufeira. We dined late one evening at one of their outdoor tables. The lights created a wonderfully romantic ambiance. We had fish and seafood dishes that were superb and the fresh sangria was delicious and really complimented our meals well. Top notch service. Would definitely go again!

Pyszne jedzenie, w cenach nieco niższych niż w reszcie Akbufeiry. Danie dnia za €7.5. Mega uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobrze mówiąca po angielsku. Bezpłatny WiFi w środku i ogródku.
Jutro też tu przyjdziemy ! ☺
