Lovely restaurant overlooking the beach. The Portuguese Steak was fabulous and the dessert, the carob, fig and almond cake was divine. Lovely food for a great price and our waiter was really nice. Will definitely be back

Touristenfalle. Sardinen im ausgestellten Aufsteller, 7,95 €. Im Kleingedruckten, recht unauffällig „sem decoracao“. So kam es - ca 1 Std (!!) nach der Bestellung-: 3 Sardinen, 1 (!!) welkes Blatt Salat, 1 Stück Zitrone. Weder Reis noch Pommes. Da hilft auch die schmeichelhafte Freundlichkeit der Bedienung nicht wenn man hungrig bleibt.

Pic Nic is a great restaurant to have a cold beer and sit in de zon, looking at the sea. I recommend the chicken piri-piri for lunch.

Restaurant à éviter absolument ! Pas très bon, cher et serveur insistant pour que nous buvions du vin et quand on dit oui il nous apporte une bouteille de Rose Mateus qui ne fait pas de bruit à l'ouverture, qui ne pétille pas... bref qui n'est pas du Mateus !!

Ganha imenso pela simpatia dos funcionários. A comida também era muito boa. A decoração está ultrapassada, deviam de pensar em muda-la para atrair mais clientes. Estava a espera de outros preços sou sincera mas compensou quando vi a a qualidade da comida. Um beijinho para a dona Rosa.

Vi fikk maten ganske raskt, kelner var hyggelig, at det ikke fulgte med grønnsaker til maten var vi ikke klar over, kjøttet var veeldig seigt nesten uspiselig så velg fisk hvis du ønsker å spise her.
Stedet er enkelt og ganske slitt og skittent

When they wanted us to be sitted they act very polite and till taking the orders it was good but after that i cudnt see waiter near by my table. I wanted to ask for cuttleries and I called one waiter but he told my colleague is looking after this table so I am not helping you with anything. I have never seen this behaviour in any restaurant before. Later on i went myself to take ketchup and maionese for my fries. Was so disappointing.

Cher pour le repas. Poulpe hyper mal cuit, brochette de calamars sans goût ... bouteille de rosé non apporter par le serveur malgré la demande et "remarque" d'une serveuse (ou patronne) car on ne laisse pas de pourboire .... bref vous arrêtez pas.

1 estrela porque não dá para dar menos. Pedi um bife á portuguesa e a seguir tive que pedir um bitoque para não ficar com fome. E Pedir alguma coisa aos empregados é missão impossível. Uma VERGONHA! Se não estivesse neste local já estava fechado de certeza.

Uno de los pocos restaurantes abiertos en enero en la localidad de Quarteira. Atención buena pero cocina no tanto. El bacalao al horno completamente seco y por algunos sitios muy pasado, casi quemado.
El pulpo a la brasa a medio hacer y bastante blando.
Como no se si fue un mal día, al año que viene intentare repetir.

Nice friendly staff, very friendly. Food nice although Lori Lori chicken a little bony. Kebabs great. Treated to an amazing sunset & helpful staff happy to call a cab when the thunderstorm came.

Mein Freund und ich bestellten zusammen die monkfish(Seeteufel) Cataplana für 44€. Gesagt wurde uns das dort krabbe, gambas und Muscheln vorhanden sein sollte. Letzten Endes hatten wir eine Cataplana welche ausschließlich gambas und fisch enthielt, von dem auch viel zu wenig darin war. Es fehlte Salz Säure, eigentlich an allem und wir würden nicht satt. Preis/ Leistung stimmt nicht

We had a late lunch on a sunday afternoon. Ordered the recommendations from the waiter: cod, grilled pork, steak Portuguese style and octopus. All was very tasty albeit a bit oily. The waiter was friendly and attentive to our 2 very hungry children. Only downside is that we waited a very long time for our food.

A qualidade da comida estava impecável, mas em termos de serviço foi horrível. Estive mais de 1 hora à espera da comida e sempre que pedia algo demoravam 15 minutos ou mais, mesmo que fosse apenas uma água. Isso é justificável quando um restaurante está muito cheio, mas naquele caso estava praticamente vazio. O ambiente entre empregados era muito mau, estavam sempre a discutir em frente aos clientes. Já para não falar que um dos empregados de mesa, nem sequer nos queria dar o troco, assumindo que era a gorjeta, sem ninguém dizer nada.

Some of the food was good. My son's however included chunks of uncooked chicken. Very pink inside. Luckily we noticed the worst bits before he ate it but couldn't be sure he hadn't eaten some of the raw meat. The situation was badly handled by the waiter and they insisted we pay for that dish despite the obvious problem. Left a rather nasty taste for our last meal of the holiday and we were worried for the next 48 hours in case he fell ill. We would not return to this restaurant and recommend nobody else does either.

Our party of 9 visited here last night. Service was great. Very attentive. Food was fantastic. We had a mixture of meals - chicken kebab, steak, Portuguese pork and fish. All perfect. They also have a dessert menu that covers all tastes.

Worst service ever. Rude workers. Overpriced food for the quality and a scam. MY CHICKEN WAS RAW and had bits of blood in it. We told the waiter and which was very rude and blamed it on us not asking to take it back and grill it more (even though it had bloodspots on it also). After seeing it raw I felt done eating. My father orders a medium rare filé steak but got a piece of pork meat. The sangria was half way full of ice. My order was a chicken kebab which in this case was chicken and tomato pieces on a fkn stick.
When we got the note to pay we told them we did not want to pay for the RAW chicken. He was very rude to us and said he cant do anything bout it. He told us SOME PEOPLE LIKE THEIR CHICKEN THAT WAY ”RAW”!!! EVERYBODY KNOWS raw chicken is DANGEROUS! He continued with saying ”it’s not dangerous HERE”.
He refused to go get his boss. Who was fkn standing a bit behind us.
The rest of my table also ordered ”chicken kebab” which had raw pieces. One of then wanted to ordered a pork kebab but they said they were out of pork...mt dad got pork instead of his steak.
DO NOT eat there. Expensive and the worst place ever!

Restaurant tres cher, la salade avec quelques rondelles de tomates, carottes râpé, salade verte et des crevettes surgelées 12,50€. Poisson pas frais, frittes baignantes dans l'huile, trop équerant.
Bas de game, restaurant à éviter à tout pris.
Passer votre chemin, franchement ne vous laisser pas tenter par les rabateurs, car l'addition risque d'être salée, limite indigestion.

Lo que no me gustó y nada y no volveré. LUBINA POR OBLIGACIÓN. Es la primera vez que en un restaurante me han insistido tanto para pedir un plato. Ese gesto, ya de por sí, me molesta y me hace dudar. Obviamente no pedimos la lubina. Pedimos cataplana de pescado(34€,las he comido mucho mejores a menor precio) y un arroz de marisco. Qué imagináis qué llevaba la cataplana??? Acertado, LUBINA. Gesto terrible. Para no volver más.

Die Vorspeisen waren typisch portugiesisch Oliven, Brot, gesalzne Butter, Sardellen paste und Möhren nach portugiesischer Art - lecker.
Ich habe den Stockfisch ausprobiert und nachdem ich das „haupt Gräten Ding“ entfernt hatte, waren ❗️keine Gräten ❗️ mehr im Fisch. Er hat wirklich sehr lecker geschmeckt und war sein Geld wert.
Der Sangria war auch wirklich lecker
Es gibt auch gratis Wifi und hier darf geraucht werden ☺️

Near empty restaurant, 90 minutes after placing our order we were informed they didn't have it. After which there was a further 60 minute wait just for steak... And we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked and it came out overcooked anyway.

Lovely food and bustling atmosphere with superb service.
My wife had the chicken kebab and I had the Portuguese steak. These were both superb!
Washed down with a fantastic bottle of rose wine :)
Great service from the owner and his wife with recommendations for what to have.
We will go again next time we are here.

Pouca comida e mal confeccionada em relação ao preço das doses, ou seja, qualidade/preço "0".
Atendimento simpático, mas forçado e sempre com a intenção de "vender" mais... nem todos os clientes são estrangeiros e estão de férias!!
Conclusão: NÃO recomendo a ninguém.

Serviço péssimo, demorado e confuso. Qualquer coisa que se pedisse era um filme tendo de se repetir e demorando muito tempo para a coisa mais simples.
Doses muito reduzidas (no nosso caso o frango) e mal cozinhadas (esturrado por fora e cru por dentro).
Loiça suja e/ou cheia de pó que tivemos de pedir para substituir.
Água a pingar para o chão numa zona do tecto.
Preços completamente desenquadrados e caros face à qualidade apresentada.
No final ainda foram criadas dificuldades em relação ao método de pagamento.
Pior restaurante em que estive em 2015 e talvez nos últimos cinco anos.

I hate this restaurant. First the waitress is so rude, she forgot my order without saying sorry. Second, the french fry are cold. Third, I ordered a clam, it's not fresh at all. The owner was rude, too. DO NOT go to this place!! If I could rate it "zero" star, I would.

Sehr gutes Essen, vor allem der frische Fisch. Die Empfehlungen des Kellners sind immer goldrichtig. :-)
Und das Personal ist sehr nett. Schon beim zweiten Besuch wurden wir per Handschlag begrüßt.
