Jan Schmidt: Was here for Christmas in 2016 with my girlfriend for a skydiver event. We had a very weird stay here. The first night we came back after spending the day at the airfield, all our luggage was unpacked and put into the closet. That was already weird to say the least and we found it odd that the our privacy was violated that way. When we came from our Christmas dinner with fellow skydivers, the host Paolo was completely drunk and complained that we weren't "home" for Christmas eve. After having a courtesy drink with him he started complaining how the "Arabs" are just coming to the country to take their hard earned money. Given we didn't want to listen to more racial slurs we went for a shower and to bed. Just when we went to bed, Paolo started singing right in front of our room as loud as a man can sing. After asking him politely to stop singing and not allowing his excuse that he's singing for his dead father, he took of his shirt, raised his fists and told me that he is not scared of a guy as tall as me and will fight me (he's shorter than me, I wasn't aggressive - just told him to keep it down so we can sleep) I was not up for a fight, left and locked our room from the inside. We called the police to escort us out of the house as we were not willing to spend another night there. He tried to get past the policemen to us, but fortunately was stopped by them. We left and spent Christmas eve sleeping in the car. After falling to give back the money for the non spent nights, we pressed charges on the last day of our vacation at the local police station. There the night and him were not unknown to the policemen taking our statements. End result we were out a couple of hundred euros and had the weirdest and scariest Christmas eve of our lives. Needless to say I can only tell other people to avoid that place like the plague.

Muito ocupado. Um pouco lotado. Estava a comprar o artigo para pôr no chão até às portas. Para ajudar a manter uma corrente de ar fria fora de casa. Algumas pessoas chamam a este item em particular (cachorros quentes). Eu comprei esta mercadoria no ano passado. Falei com um empregado de loja. Este ano a loja não os tem para venda. O empregado da loja é novo exatamente do que eu estava falando.

Esta loja (Gulf to Bay Bl. Clearwater, FL) é muito mal gerida. Tive inúmeros casos de compra de itens em caixas que têm peças em falta, itens reembalados com sacos de hardware abertos e quando tenho que levar o item de volta, acaba sendo um grande negócio. Uma vez, quando comprei uma árvore de Natal, tive que devolvê-la duas vezes com o carrinho em falta. São três viagens por uma árvore! Ou eles estão fora do item ou a pessoa não sabe onde ele está e leva de 10 a 15 minutos para encontrar ou descobrir que não está disponível. Eu disse isto ao funcionário e pedi-lhe para enviar alguém para ajudar a carregar sacos pesados de pedra. Ela ignorou meu pedido e me disse para empurrar o carrinho cheio de 50 sacos de rocha pela loja até a área de carga deles.Eu parei de comprar lá há quase um ano. A única razão pela qual eu fiz esta compra lá foi por razões de tempo e conveniência. Não foi por nenhuma delas. Ao abrir com esta declaração: esta loja é extremamente mal gerida. Acrescento que o seu pessoal precisa de mais formação na relação com os clientes.
