Jan Schmidt: Was here for Christmas in 2016 with my girlfriend for a skydiver event. We had a very weird stay here. The first night we came back after spending the day at the airfield, all our luggage was unpacked and put into the closet. That was already weird to say the least and we found it odd that the our privacy was violated that way. When we came from our Christmas dinner with fellow skydivers, the host Paolo was completely drunk and complained that we weren't "home" for Christmas eve. After having a courtesy drink with him he started complaining how the "Arabs" are just coming to the country to take their hard earned money. Given we didn't want to listen to more racial slurs we went for a shower and to bed. Just when we went to bed, Paolo started singing right in front of our room as loud as a man can sing. After asking him politely to stop singing and not allowing his excuse that he's singing for his dead father, he took of his shirt, raised his fists and told me that he is not scared of a guy as tall as me and will fight me (he's shorter than me, I wasn't aggressive - just told him to keep it down so we can sleep) I was not up for a fight, left and locked our room from the inside. We called the police to escort us out of the house as we were not willing to spend another night there. He tried to get past the policemen to us, but fortunately was stopped by them. We left and spent Christmas eve sleeping in the car. After falling to give back the money for the non spent nights, we pressed charges on the last day of our vacation at the local police station. There the night and him were not unknown to the policemen taking our statements. End result we were out a couple of hundred euros and had the weirdest and scariest Christmas eve of our lives. Needless to say I can only tell other people to avoid that place like the plague.

Fiquei extremamente feliz por termos encontrado a Loja do Arco. Fred e sua esposa eram super acomodados e prestativos. O Fred fez algumas boas recomendações e apontou-me na direcção certa quando se tratou de montar o meu arco. Ele não me empurrou para as coisas mais caras; apenas para as necessidades. Eu disse a ele o que eu queria esteticamente e ele fez isso acontecer. Eu recomendo altamente a The Bow Shop para as suas necessidades de arco e flecha. No início fiquei intimidada porque eu não sabia nada e era bastante autodidata, mas o Fred fez-me sentir super confortável e deu-me grandes conselhos. Fred- se você está lendo isso, obrigado!!! Eu Amo o meu novo arco! Só estou à espera há 6 anos para conseguir um novo. Tinha de ser perfeito!

Eu não vou mais comprar itens desta loja El Dorado. Os empregados são mal-educados. Falta o serviço de atendimento ao cliente. Não é um problema dos consumidores que a loja esteja com falta de pessoal. Não tenho a certeza de quem a senhora está a atender o telefone, mas é apenas rude discutir com os clientes. Ela precisa encontrar um emprego em outro lugar, possivelmente limpando banheiros em vez de lidar com o público. Falta-lhe o profissionalismo.
