Hans Olsson: Spent a week in Villa Baltin during New Year with family and friends. The villa is located in a quiet area with easy access to beautiful beaches (10 min walk), Within a 10 min drive or Uber (very cheap) you reach Albufeira, Algarve Shopping mall, golf, tennis multiple restaurants and beaches. The villa is very spacious with four big bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which where recently renovated). All rooms have air condition. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected (open area) which we liked. We could easily fit nine people for New Year’s Eve dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with all the kitchenware we needed. There is a big TV screen with a Chromecast so we could watch all our ”own” channels and movies. From the living room you have access to the pool. We asked for the pool to be heated (26 degrees Celsius) which is recommended during this time of year. The pool is quite large and has plenty of sun beds etc. The bbq-area which with direct access to the kitchen which was convenient. There is a garage which is currently converted to a playroom with bunkbeds. We had two cars and could fit these on the parking lot. All in all we liked the villa and the neighboring area very much. Will be back for sure.

Estava a remodelar a minha cozinha e comprei uma máquina de lavar loiça e uma gama que me assegurei que estava em stock. Eles recomendaram que eu esperasse até que as bancadas fossem instaladas, embora eu pudesse ter feito a entrega logo na altura, em vez de em 2 semanas. Paguei por tudo e preparei a entrega. Quando chegou a hora da entrega, disseram-me que outra pessoa aceitou a entrega antes de mim e já não tinha a minha máquina de lavar louça. Eles não faziam idéia de quando eu poderia conseguir uma. Eu disse-lhes que tinha comprado uma d/p e depois eles venderam-na a outra pessoa. Disseram-me que eu não sabia como funcionava a venda de electrodomésticos. Eu recebi um reembolso e comprei um no Home Depot por menos 100 dólares.

O PALAVRA! Eles não podem ou não atendem o telefone (atualmente com 47 minutos) Trouxe meu computador para o Esquadrão Geek para remoção de vírus, mas ele não estava pronto na hora marcada de pegar, mas ninguém ligou para me dizer. É uma hora de viagem para mim em cada sentido. Fiz a caminhada de 2 horas novamente para pegar hoje, cheguei em casa, vírus NÃO REMOVIDO $200 MAIS TARDE. Que frustrante. Evite esta loja. O atendimento ao cliente é inexistente e todo o pessoal está muito acima da sua cabeça. Este departamento só existe para que você entre na loja, na esperança de que você pague o triplo do varejo por algo. Eles não são TI reais. Nem sequer são dignos de 1 estrela, mas têm de clicar em alguma coisa. Seja bem-vindo.
