Myriam Hantz: Les propriétaires,Christine et Sam sont hyper sympas, toujours au petit soin avec leurs clients et tout ça avec le sourire!! L' hôtel est situé au calme, entouré de verdure. Beaux appartements, refait à neuf, lit king size avec super literie.En résumé c'est le PARADIS!! Je le conseille vivement

Kirsteen Cook: Just back from a week at the Alvaflor. Had everything you need in a self catering room. We had a one bedroom apartment, two single beds in the bedroom with a large wardrobe, one person slept in the living room which had a sofa with a pull out bed. Beds in the room comfy but the sofa bed a little hard. Living room had a chair & a TV which had a few channels in English. At the other end of the room there was a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. There was also a coffee machine & a juicer which we didn't use. The fridge door was hanging off when we first arrived & the ice box had defrosted into the fridge but it got fixed straight away after reporting it. There was also a freezer. A large table with chairs in the kitchen and another table with chairs on the balcony. Large balcony that could be accessed from the kitchen & the bedroom. Rooms a bit dated & tatty but what I would expect for the money we paid. Staff in reception very helpful especially Sara who was always happy to help. They could do with a better map of the area as we managed to get a little lost on our first day. Lovely pool which was freezing ( not surprising in October). Very quiet area and no bar or entertainment in the hotel. There are 3 supermarkets about a 10 minute walk away. Took about 15 mins to walk to the marina where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beaches are about a 20 min walk away, one at Vilamoura next to the casino and Falesia beach on the other side of the marina. Miles of sandy beach at Falesia beach and the courtesy bus drops you 5 mins away but only goes at 10.30 am or 4.30 pm. There is a mini/ crazy golf course about 10 mins away which is good for adults & kids although a little expensive. If your feeling energetic you can walk to Quartiera in about 40 mins or get a bus from the marina. All in all had a lovely break and definitely value for money.

Fizemos todas as coisas certas: conseguimos uma hora marcada, chegamos cedo, tínhamos a máscara, etc. Foi-nos pedido para esperar 5 minutos para a primeira pergunta, depois mais 10 minutos para a pergunta seguinte. Depois 40 minutos para esperar que alguém mostre um novo computador. Uma pessoa diferente para cada pergunta. Negócio estranho. Duas horas de espera no total. Saiu e foi para o próximo recado. Eu não vou voltar.

Não compre na Galvin apenas para apoiar um negócio de propriedade local, compre a eles porque o seu serviço é excepcional. Não há comparação entre o conhecimento e treinamento que seus vendedores têm com uma grande loja de caixas, nem o calibre do seu pessoal de serviço. Vá lá porque eles se preocupam com o trabalho que fazem e estão por trás do seu trabalho.

Tínhamos comprado como a loja Becker e pedimos que a nossa compra fosse enviada para Maple Grove, pois estava um pouco mais perto para nós. No processo conhecemos Debra Backer e ela foi uma grande ajuda nas compras adicionais a seguir. Enquanto a loja Becker é de longe maior, a loja MG tinha o que nós gostamos e a assistência da Debras foi o que nos fez voltar para a loja MG. Mesmo com algumas das confusões que tivemos, ela levou tempo para nos entender, o que queríamos e estávamos procurando e nos ouvindo. Bem, volte para Maple Grove e pergunte pela Debra - mãos para baixo!
