High ratings imply high expectations. The were met  The Blue Moon is a small jewel in old town of Lagos. The guesthouse is located on the main pedestrian zone, which is noisy in the evening. But our room was facing patio and was quiet. The house has just some five rooms. Jose is very polite and hospitable. The owner / manager prefers quality to quantity. Rooms are nice, clean and reasonably large. They were cleaned every day. Bathrooms are surprisingly large and very clean. There is a very nice kitchen for the guests. The visitors also can use a living with computer. We liked fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Positif: Situé dans le centre de la vieille ville à 10 min à pied de la gare, du dépôt de bus, de la plage et du port de plaisance. Très bel établissement. Aucunes remarques négatives à faire. Accueil, propreté et charme. Tous les équipements sont neufs et très fonctionnels.. Négatif: Pour les personnes qui aiment le calme, évitez de choisir ce B&B en haute saison car situé dans une rue piétonne avec beaucoup d'animations le soir et une terrasse de restaurant en dessous du B&B. Sinon établissement au top!.

Positiv: Das Haus war extrem sauber, Mitarbeiterin extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Die Gemeinschaftsküche schön und gut ausgestattet! Die Lage perfekt mitten in der Altstadt! Wir waren zu 150% zufrieden!.

Positief: Heerlijk rustige locatie op een centraal punt midden in de winkelstraat van Lagos. Super schoon, erg vriendelijk personeel.. Negatief: Iets gehorig. Als andere gasten het huis binnenkomen hoor je het goed..

Положительный: 1)Гостеприимство Жозе и Сары- спасибо вам! Чувствовали себя как в гостях у хороших друзей:)) 2)Расположение в центре- идеально! Близко до пляжей, до вокзала, в центре старого города, среди кафе и магазинчиков 3) Чистота и уборка- выше всяких похвал!. Негативный: Это не минус, а обратная сторона расположения в центре- шум с центральной улицы. Наша комната была достаточно тихой, но так как окна были открыты, то шум периодически слышали... - нет кондиционера.

I stayed here for two nights while on a working mission. I was a more mature guest than the others I met who were traveling. My front room was noisy from the outside traffic and restaurants. It is the main eating area in Lagos and people walk up and down this area every day. I quiet enjoyed listening to the live music through my balcony door and felt part of the atmosphere. Much better than feeling lonely in a quiet place. The whole house is spotless from top to bottom and has a lovely terrace area and a kitchen to make snacks and have a cup of tea or coffee. Friendly staff make you feel at home and a thank you gift that was a special touch. My only complaint was the cracked cups but that can be easily rectified. Now that we will no longer have a residence here I would love to return to The Blue Moon for short breaks to lovely Lagos. Highly recommended.

Положительный: Чудесный персонал, очень приятные люди. Перед заселениям всегда были с нами на связи. При выезде сделали небольшой презент. Это было очень мило. Видно, что им действительно важно, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Номер очень уютный, чистый и просторный. Уборка отличная. Есть общая кухня с патио, где можно самим приготовить, вечером попить винца. Все необходимое для готовки есть. Есть сушилки для белья.. Негативный: Все перечеркивает невозможный шум с улицы. Гостевой дом расположен в самом центре Лагуша. Народ гуляет до утра: визг, разговоры, музыка. Спать можно только с беруши, которые выдают при заселении..

负面: 共享厨房和活动室，房间有独立卫生间，旅馆很有家的感觉，员工很贴心，正门入口有楼梯，知道我们有行李不方便，让我们走后门，有个小坡进入旅馆就方便好多了，还送了我们一瓶红酒，礼轻情意重！. 正面: 我们住的房间靠主街，楼下一排都是餐厅，每天人来人往，晚上十一点以后餐厅打烊了，街上才会安静.

Das Blue Moon ist toll. Es ist zentral, liegt perfekt und vorallem ist es sehr gemütlich trotz dem Lärm abends. Das Zimmer ist perfekt. Es hat viel Platz, das Bad ist auch sehr gut. Gibt also nichts schlechtes. Ich empfehle es auf jedenfall.

Positief: De patio en ongelofelijk hygïenisch. Negatief: Veel straatlawaai!!!! Gelukkig was het niet te warm en konden we de ramen sluiten...goed geïsoleerde ramen maar ik denk als het warm is...zonder airco....

Das Blue Moon ist fantastisch. Sehr gemütlich, liegt im Zentrum und ist vorallem sehr sauber und die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Alles riecht toll und ist perfekt. Absolut zu empfehlen

Great location situated in the old town (could be loud, but it didn't bother us), super clean and nice and lovely personnel. They even lend us an umbrella and beach towels

Positive: Rally liked the use of a well equipped kitchen. The shower was very good. The host was very friendly and very helpfu.. Negative: We thought the plastic tables and chairs on the patio were cheap and flimsy..

Negativ: Alles gut, sauber, großes Bad und eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Kaffee und Tee umsonst. Es liegt in der Partymeile von Lagos! Deswegen, kein Platz für Leute, die ihre Ruhe möchten..

Positif: Endroit très agréable, propre et situé en plein cœur des plus belles rues et restaurants de la ville. Personnel super accueillant, particulièrement Sarah qui parle très bien français et qui a su nous renseigner sur les diverses activités et possibilités de transport dans la région. Je remercie également Sarah et l'établissement pour avoir souligner l'anniversaire de ma conjointe lors de notre séjour.. Négatif: Présence occasionnelle de fumeurs dans la belle cours intérieure..

Pozitiv: O cazare foarte bună, foarte curată și cu personal foarte, foarte amabil. Amplasată în zona cea mai populară dar și intens circulată. Aproape de gară și de multe magazine și taverne. Dacă voi reveni în localitate, i-aș alege tot pe cei de la Blue Moon.. Negativ: Nimic de reproșat proprietății..

Positiv: Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und ausserordentlich sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.. Negativ: Es ist leider viel zu laut sowohl von aussen als auch von innen. Wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Die Betten und Kissen im Standardzimmer sind sehr hart und unbequem, man spürt die Federn..

Positive: Super attentive host, they provide useful travel information and clean the room everyday! The room is very clean and comfortable like home! Location is excellent, many restaurants down there.. Negative: The wifi was weak at the room, however was strong once outside your room door. Noisy street when the balcony door is opened. The shower has a smell that I can't describe when the water comes out, could be from water pipe..

Positive: Very clean, everything seemed new. Big bathroom. Friendly staff. In one of the main streets with all the restaurants, bars, cafés, shops nearby. 10 to 15 min walk from the main station/the marina and to the nearest beach.. Negative: Since it is located in the center, it can be noisy. My room was just above a restaurant and I could hear customers and people from the streets until late at night. I’m not a light sleeper so it was ok but it might not be the case for everyone..

Positiv: Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super! Nachts war es manchmal etwas laut, aber da muss man sich entscheiden, ob man lieber eine schlechtere Lage möchte. Die Strände waren auch nicht weit entfernt. Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke bzw vor der Tür.. Negativ: Gar nichts.

Positiv: Ich habe bisher noch nie eine Unterkunft gesehen die SOOOO sauber war. Wirklich richtig toll. Mit liebe eingerichtet & sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Kühlschrank kann genutzt werden, der Innenhof ist riesig. Kaffee und Kekse stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung und auch Wasser kann zu einem sehr günstigen Preis gekauft werden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.. Negativ: An dem Wochenende von der Straße her sehr laut. Unter der Woche allerdings gar kein Problem..

Positive: Bellissima struttura, in pieno centro, situato nella via principale del centro di Lagos. Camera spaziosa carinissima e colorata, pulizia ogni mattina. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Possibilità di usufruire della cucina in comune e di una terrazza.. Negazione: Niente, è stato tutto perfetto.

Positive: Stata molto bella , uso della cucina,pulizia ottima e personale gentilissimo. Negazione: Rumori dalla strada(dalla nostra stanza).

Positiva: es una alojamiento que aconsejaría y al que me encantaría volver en otras ocasiones. remarcar la ubicación es extraordinaria ! esta justo en el centro de lagos al lado de todos los restaurantes y tiendas, la limpieza es un añadido en esta estancia, y el disponer de cocina compartida y estancia con televisor y ordenador . ademas de terraza que te hace sentir como en casa. para mi aun así lo que me gustaría remarcar es que el personal, sobre todo Sara nos hizo la estancia cómoda y muy agradable ayudándote en todo los que necesitaras. muchas gracias Sara. Negativa: nada, todo perfecto. por poner una pega, que no tiene ascensor, pero es logico en este tipo de alojamientos.

Positive: Tutto il resto, pulito perfettamente sia la stanza che le.zone comuni. Staff disponibile. Negazione: La stanza non è insonorizzata. Ok la posizione è centralissima ma i rumori (non della movida che va benissimo ma gli schiamazzi sono eccessivi) si presentano 24ore su 24.

Positive: Al Blue Moon ti senti subito a casa, la posizione è nel cuore della vita di Lagos e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Molto consigliato..

Positiva: Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable mostraron su intención de ayudarnos en todo lo que pudieran. Limpieza total y en pleno centro. Genial!. Negativa: Nada.

Positief: We konden zelf ons ontbijt bewaren in een koelkast alsof je thuis was, ook drank en een uitgeruste keuken gebruiken en erin eten. Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en service-minded en hield de hele accommodatie kraaknet, elke dag opnieuw.. Negatief: Het verblijf ligt middenin één van de drukste winkel/wandelstraten waar je letterlijk over de hoofden en de tafeltjes en stoelen loopt en waar het tot in de vroege uurtjes erg lawaaierig kan zijn. Bovendien kan je er niet met een auto komen en moet je je bagage er naartoe "slepen" over de Portugese " steentjesstoepen". Stevige trolleys en tassen met wieltjes zijn dus nodig. Ook oordopjes kunnen nuttig zijn voor 's nachts (wat op zich niet zo erg is natuurlijk)..

Positiva: La limpieza es excelente y la ubicación inmejorable. La atención del personal es estupenda. Siempre nos alojamos allí y seguiremos repitiendo sin duda!!.

Just returned from the Blue Moon guesthouse . I had a great room with view of the street. Excellent staff. I felt so comfortable there. Highly recommended

Awesome hostel in the city center and near to beach (Forte da Ponta da Bandeira) very friendly staff. You will get free live music till 10pm to your room. Balcony, kitchen, living hall is very spacious and clean :)
