Impecável, excelente atendimento, calmo, correcto

Muito pouco para três estrela, sem AC nem sequer ventoinha, com pouca manutenção no geral. Cercar de 2,5 km da praia do Carneiro e super mercados a 3 km. Café e restaurante 500 mt.

Peca por não ter ar condicionado e jacuzzi.

Mon expérience est mauvaise... Des appartements mal entretenue on paye des charges pour zéro entretien !!! Salle de defrechi plomberie cuisine pas en état évier boucher obliger d évacuée l appartement avec deux petits enfants...

Empreendimento muito bonito, peca pela falta de serviços e: Um deles referente a rede wi-fi inixistente nos apartamentos e nos locais de lazer. E no único ponto de acesso, ligação muito fraca. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Roupa de banho e quartos muito fraca. Colchões de cama, do mais fraco que existe. Manutenção e conservação dos apartamentos praticamente nenhuma. Exterior do complexo, vale a pena.

Local bom e aprazível para estar com a Família, recomendo excelente para quem tem crianças, com piscinas e parque para brincar

O espaço não é, de longe, tão interessante como parece nas fotografias. Trata-se de um complexo de apartamentos sem bar, restaurante, café... ou staff. Estranhamente nunca encontrámos nenhum elemento do staff no complexo. Recebemos apenas um número de emergência para contactar em caso de emergência. Os apartamentos estão muito mal tratados, ficam longe de tudo, o que obriga a deslocar sempre de carro ou bicicleta, não têm Wi-Fi, os móveis estão mal tratados, as camas rangem com qualquer movimento, os colchão são duros e desconfortáveis, a porta do quarto tinha um fecho partido pelo que não fechava, portadas não fechavam, a sanita está colocada quase em cima do lavatório torna difícil a sua utilização. A favor, posso apenas apontar 3 piscinas com diferentes profundidades e a TV por cabo com um grande número de canais.

Apartement ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird jedoch alles recht sauber gehalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Waschmasciene, Wäschestäner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr+Besteck). Der Empfang war freundlich, Fragen konnten schnell geklärt werden.Obwohl die Anlage nicht direkt am Strand liegt, haben uns die ruhige Lage und die großzügigen Außenanlagen sehr gut gefallen. Die Matratzen sind leider extrem hart-hatte schon nach der 1. Nacht heftige Rückenschmerzen.

Sossegado, no meio do nada, ideal para relaxar, a 10mim da praia do carvoeiro, muito bom.

Apart hotel com com 3 piscinas com alturas diferentes de 50 cm até 2,5m. Apartamentos bem equipados. Perto das praias do carvoeiro e caneiros e bem servido de acessos para Lagoa e Portimão.

Тихий , уютный апарт отель . Три бассейна с разной глубиной. Стафф очень приветливый. Особая благодарность администратору Даниеле Кабрите. Не хватает только фена в ванной и барбекю.

Apartamentos com decoração ultrapassada mas com boas áreas, boas varandas ou terraços. Local calmo a cerca de 3km da praia, supermercado e cafés próximos. Razoável a nível de limpeza e manutenção. Horários descabidos para utilização de chapéus na zona da piscina (até às 18h). Receção com horários pouco flexíveis. Há dias que simplesmente não abrem a receção e nos outros encerram às 18h. Funcionários simpáticos e acessíveis.

Apartamentos limpios, espaciosos, cuidados y bien equipados. Está cerca de varios supermercados y un café. La piscina genial. Con aparcamiento para autos.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison (Mitte April) dort und empfanden es sehr ruhig und entspannend. Von den 18 Appartments waren nur 2 belegt. Der Ort Seismarias ist ca. 4 km vom Strand entfernt.Daniela an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmermädchen arbeitete zuverlässig, reinigte 2x in der Woche die Wohnung und ein Hausmeister ging ruhig seinen Gartepflegearbeiten nach.Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war einfach. Die Stühle schon in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes zerbrach die Sitzfläche von 3 Stühle beim einfachen draufsetzen. Hier besteht Nachholbedarf.WLAN nur in oder vor der Rezeption vorhanden.Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet. Das Besteck (Küchenmesser etc. schon sehr abgenutzt) war nicht besonders gut und könnte aufgewertet werden. Keine Schere vorhanden.Ein netter Pool mit 3 Becken in verschiedenen Tiefen konnte zu dieser Jahreszeit leider noch nicht benutzt werden, aber die Sonne auf den vorhandenen Liegen genossen werden.Kleiner Supermarkt im Ort, ALDI und ein INTERMARCHE kurz vor Lagoa ca. 3 km entfernt, LIDL in Ferragudo ca. 5 km entfernt.Alles in allem zu dieser Jahreszeit ein einfacher, aber zu empfehlender Ruheort, zwar an der Straße, aber nicht überlaut. In der Saison mag es schon wieder anders aussehen.Wir waren als Paar dort, aber für Kinder steht nur der Pool zur Verfügung. Hier mag die Unterhaltungskunst der Eltern gefragt sein, am besten Spiele mitnehmen. Außerhalb keine Spielmöglichkeiten.

Rain for most of early part of the week excluded use of the pool but it looked good, only marred by leaves and debris from nearby trees. Groundsman/pool guy worked every day regardless of weather keeping all areas neat and tidy. Pool pump not used for most of week (? fault) so build up of debris made the pool uninviting. However.... Mozzies! Probably due to surrounding trees, grass and field with goats and chickens next door. Several nearby supermarkets including Aldi. Purchased a plug-in mozzie killer and no further problems within the apartment. Kitchen reasonably equipped with good size fridge and microwave, however NO OVEN! No pizzas or grill facility! Plenty of hot water at all times of the day. Went to visit several restaurants listed in local guides and recommended by friends, but found most were closed! Maybe out of season (visited early April). Apartment recommended for a fairly quiet stay with spectacular views to the north from well kept mature gardens.

Used as an off-season base for a short transit through The Algarve. For us the location was good although a little distance from any life and a car is a necessity. The apartment was excellent in terms of cleanliness and amenities and due to the time of year very tranquil. Reception staff was good and very friendly and overall value for money Fantastic.

Wir dh 2 Personen waren vom 3. 9-17.92012 in der beschriebenen Anlage, waren mit dem App. sehr zu frieden hatten das Glück ein großes App. zu bekommen , der Zustand des App. würde ichals gut bezeichnen dh die eine oder andere Eche iscst schon mal abgestoßen aber wo ist gibt es das nicht hatten somit 2 Schlafzimmer wobei die Madratzen auf jeden Fall mal getauscht werden müßten nur durch Einlegen der Wolldecken wurde ein Durchhängen ausgeglichen es war leider kein Deutscher Sender auf dem Fernseher zu finden, die Küche war sogar mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ,Terasse nach hinten raus war mit Pastikmöbeln bestückt und wurde fast von keinem genutzt ,der Pool ist zwar schön angelegt müßte jedoch im Bodenbereich der Becken neu gestrichen weden,alles im allen jedoch empfehlenswert

The hotel was awful, the swimming pool was dirty as was the room. There were mosquito evidence all over the apartment, bloody stains up the wall and on the ceilings. I got bit 7 times and we only stayed 2 nights. As soon as we arrived we went to supermarket to get spray as we could still see them flying around. By the time we left our apartment we had managed to kill over 20 mosquitos. This hotel seriously needs to brush up on cleanliness and at least paint or wash off the dead mosquitos. I definitely will not go back even if they gave me a free holiday, id rather stay in a tent. Good luck if you stay here, you will need it and dont forget your mosquito repellent.
