We just left after a week there (which as soon as we arrived we tried to leave but wouldn’t allow us) . It is at most a 1.5-2 star hotel. I have NEVER written a complaint but I hope this will save someone the money and TIME of taking a trip and it be awful. Pros: Location to beach Cons: * Holes in towels and linens *broken tiles all over the floors *holes in walls and paint missing and over all maintenance needs to be addressed. *ChildClub looks like a church preschool room. *no music or daily entertainment at all. *smells of dead animal in common area outside *front staff very rude and think their resort is the most amazing hotel in Portugal. *Rooms on 2nd floor literally look like you are in a prison cell. *water leaks on patios so making being outside not pleasant * only allowed one pool (completely holes) a day *Nota enough towels in bathroom m *No wash clothes *The shower broke on my daughter and I when I went to take the attachment off to rinse off our hair. *Food was bad but that’s expected for a 2 star hotel, not 4. *Son got an ear infection the day after he swam in the indoor pool *Beds have springs coming out of them and pillows looked like they shoved cotton balls and put a pillow case around it.

Gente muy amable y coches muy apetecibles, sino vas con las cosas claras te puedes enamorar de algo muy caro...

Schöne Lage. Das Hotel ist eher mittelmässig.

Bom quarto com mini cozinha com louças. Microondas. Frigorífico e chaleira elétrica.
