This place deserves 6 stars.
Locals, owner is also the chef, food is amaizing, freshly catched, service is wonderfull and you’ll get a glimpse of a portuguese traditional place in all the fevre sorrounding the beaches.

Pude almoçar numa sala com bastante espaço e sem pessoas próximas. Comi umas sardinhas assadas que estavam boas embora ache que o preço foi excessivo 12€ a dose.

Food was ok. Service so, so. It was no menu with prices and the bill was very questionable. Different prices given verbally nad different on the bill. I can not recommend this place.

Arrivée vers 20h avec une dizaine de personnes dans le restaurant et plusieurs tables disponibles. On nous a dit qu'elle ne prenait plus personnes car trop de monde dans le restaurant !! Femme très désagréable qui a souffle quand nous sommes rentrés. Nous n'étions que 2 adultes et 2 enfants...

Hemos comido muy bien todo buenísimo, los pescados en su punto y muy frescos, ambiente muy tranquilo y los camareros y el cocinero muy amables . El precio muy barato. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Great little authentic restaurant, ate here every day while we were staying 2 doors away, the owners spoke excellent English which helped us immensely and had a good sense of humour, nothing ever seemed to much trouble, well recommended

The Restaurant and Beerhouse "O Pescador" (The Fisherman) is a simple but wonderful restaurant located in a very convenient location, close to both Marinha and Benagil, two of the nicest beaches of the Algarve. There one can enjoy both fresh fish or meat dishes at a very affordable price. Additionally to the tasty food, both the owners and employees are extremely nice and will make you feel like at home. Highly recommended

Restaurant has no menu, no price list, reason is that they have every day 3 or 4 things they coock, and all is very fresh, tasty and mostly made on grill. Prices are very fair, you get served from a cook and even before he puts a food on grill he shows you when is still fresh.
If you have any wish to try deserts be free to do it, you won't be for sure sory.
Even if you have some wish for food you can tell to coock and he'll make it ready for you for next day.

Das Restaurant O Pescador ist ein typsich portugiesisches Restaurant. Es gibt keine Karte oder Preisliste. Es wird jeden Tag frisch gekocht. Unterschiedliche lokale Spezilitäten. Es gibt eigentlich täglich das Frango Piri und ein Fisch Gericht. Wir haben für Wein und Essen bisher noch nie mehr als 10 € bezahlt. Für einen ganz typisch porugisisches Restaurant hier gerne 5 Sterne. Aber bitte nicht mit einem hochwertigen Restaurant vergleichen. Auch Mittags für einen Snack sehr lohnenswert
