Portimao tappa intermedia , per non fare Siviglia Lisbona tutta in uno con il bus, e Villa rio è stata un ottima soluzione per riposare bene e in tranquillità , per ripartire l 'indomani per Lisbona con il treno. Ci tornerei perché è accogliente , lo staff è gentile , la posizione centrale , ed ha un buon rapporto prezzo qualità .

Questo posto è favoloso Sembra di aver casa a Portimao...... e Portimao è troppo carina e vicina alle spiaggie piu stupefacenti dell algarve...... A destra e a sinistra del fiume andate a curiosareee lo spettacolo dopo playa rocha

Un posto meraviglioso, con una fantastica attenzione.

Quartos espaçosos num edificio com pé alto considerável e que dá um conforto significativo. As amplas janelas permitem uma excelente luminosisade interior, se o desejarmos e a sua qualidade elimina os ruídos exteriores. Único reparo para o facto de todos os quartos serem no 1° e 2° piso, com escada ingreme e de degraus pequenos. Bom para quem não tiver dificuldades motoras. O local surpreende pela positiva e numa boa relação de qualidade preço, a preservar (cerca de 90€ p/2pax durante 2 noites). Ultimo destaque para as funcionárias, atenciosas e simpáticas que tornam as instalações numa verdadeira "casa de convidados".

Struttura completamente restaurata di recentemente e con gusto. Camera spaziosa, con letti comodissimi. Anche il bagno, grande, moderno e con una doccia larghissima. Posizione centrale e personale molto gentile. L'unico punto negativo è la "sala colazioni", che è praticamente una veranda coperta, aperta ai lati, che sicuramente d'estate va benissimo ma in novembre è fredda.

You cannot enter the property unless you phone the reception. Upon doing so, we waited 5 minutes outside for someone to arrive and let us in. Upon checking in, we were told that although the room was confirmed, as we hadn’t pre-paid, we were lucky that we still had our room which I found odd. If there would have been an issue, we were never contacted about this. When asking where to park, their 3 parking vouchers were already given to other guests and so we had to find a spot ourselves and when asking for their recommendation, none were given. Just that parking meters start at 8am and we would have to be up to pay for parking then. Not what I want on holiday. They are putting a pool in which will be nice, however letting the builders start at 9am when their guests are sleeping isn’t a very good idea. This is also next door to where the guests have breakfast which is anything but peaceful in the mornings. A saving grace is that the rooms were tidy and modern, however I would not recommend, especially for the price.

Upon arrival, you are unable to enter the hotel unless you phone the concierge. Upon phoning and waiting 5 minutes, we were somewhat greeted by someone. Walking up one flight of stairs to the reception, I don’t know what could have taken so long. The concierge then told us that although we had booked a room, we were lucky to have it being that it hasn’t been paid yet which I thought was strange. Upon asking where we could park, the man told us that they only had 3 parking tickets for an underground parking lot and there was not one for us and then when asking him where we can park, he simply said anywhere else but you will have to pay the parking and get up st 8am to pay again the next day. Getting up got 8am to pay my parking isn’t something I would expect when paying for a hotel. The ‘hotel’ does seem to be putting in a pool, which will be nice when this is done, however I don’t understand why they let the builders start at 9am when there guests would still be sleeping.

Ni fu ni fa, nada malo nada que destacar.

Chambre bruyante (bruit d'allées et venues dans le couloir), accueil désagréable. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. De plus Portimao est une ville laide, allez plutôt à Lagos.

Estuve un fin de semana en septiembre y lo recomiendo. Está en una buena zona situado. En mi caso me alojé en el apartamento y es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Un pero, está encima de su restaurante y por la noche era un poco ruidoso.

Ótima localização. Quarto aconchegante. Faltou um frigobar.

Very nice place to stay when you're visiting Algarve. Polite and friendly hosts, tasty breakfasts, and clean and nice rooms. Awesome localisation in the middle of Portimao.

La atencion al cliente no es precisamente buena, el factor humano brilla por su ausencia, descartado para futuros viajes a esta zona.
