Lisa Suizu: Today is my daughter’s last day in kindergarten. I lost my job in december and unfortunately, since then I’ve had to wait until I’m financially in balance. This has affected my daughters schooling so we quit in December but was convinced by the administration to continue in January. Before Christmas we had a discussion because I knew my payment would be late. And my daughter was asked to quit on the day the payment wasn’t received. Since I was convinced to come back with my daughter. After having already said good bye to our friends, i agreed, but now as my payment will be delayed again because of a situation out of our control. Again my daughter is asked to leave on the day. It’s extrem and as an educational institution for children it’s not taken in consideration her well being at all. I’m responsible but this gravely affects her. She isn’t even given a week to say goodbye. And this for the second time, after they convinced us to come back! The time there, the two teachers especially has been precious. But it really in the end bears a mark of elitistisc and privileged children only welcome. I’ve never in 15 years with children in educational institutions been asked that my child leave the same day. It’s not accepted and I would never recommend the school because of this reason. Montessori has done everything to help in the beginning and the teachers are good, but now this. It’s tears up all efforts. We are very dissapointed as we are going through a very difficult life situation. And this will be hard on my child. Something that isn’t taken in account as long as the money isn’t in the account. You have been warned.

Este lugar é o que manda, foi ajudado por este David Gio que realmente DEVE estar treinando o atendimento ao cliente, quero dizer, ele é tão personalizado e amigável, e leva a imagem da loja e o atendimento ao cliente a um nível que todos os depósitos devem ter. A loja geralmente é fácil de navegar e arrumada, e sempre aprecia as pessoas boas aqui.

Comprei ao meu filho uma busca de oculus e um laptop, O funcionário me acompanhou em cada item e foi extremamente paciente comigo e respondeu a todas as minhas perguntas. Eu não poderia ter pedido por uma experiência melhor. A loja estava limpa e muito confortável. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos, mas o que me ajudou foi acima e além para ter a certeza de que eu sabia tudo sobre os itens que eu estava comprando. Tenho muita sorte de ter conseguido este funcionário como meu ajudante. Gostaria de lembrar o nome dele, mas um grande obrigado de qualquer forma. Grandes funcionários fazem com que tudo valha a pena na minha opinião.
