Booked and paid for before arrival. Arrived and there was no apartment for us, put us in the sister hotel for 1 night, didn't offer to take our luggage to the hotel, had to find our own way there, staff and manager didn't seem to think it was a problem that they didn't have our apartment. When we got our apartment the next day, it wasn't the best. The tap in the bathroom would barely work, AC was blowing out hot air. We also got accused of something when we weren't even in the building, thought that was pretty rude. Wasn't going to leave bad review but I'm still waiting to be contacted about the complaint left.

A localização é perfeita mas os estúdios deixam muito a desejar, no que fiquei tinha armários muito degradados que davam mau aspeto.

Going to be honest, the other reviews are correct. The rooms are very dated, and they really do need a full overhaul. But, you do get what you pay for. If you're only after a basic place to rest your head for the night, then it's perfect for that. Just don't expect to be 'wowed'.
We only booked for 1 night, and for £35, it was cheap & easy.
Would I stay there for a week? No chance. Would I stay for a night? Yes.

I wouldn't stay there again and you should avoid too.
Don't fool pictures or it low price.
Hectic check in experience with unfriendly staff. They seems like have no clue how to run hotel reception, they ask ask all guests to sign so many documents one after it , request 100euro as deposit (they should give you 100euro to stay there!) Reception failed to return deposit on check out as an her excuse was Credit card machine not working. I had to chase for deposit refund.
They even dont have your booking details hence you need to send your confirmation email their email address!
Place is very old and rundown.
Beds are wooden and makes awful noise whenever you move.
Hazards everywhere such as broken electric plugs (see pictures), I wouldn't stay there if I have child. Dangerous.
Only good thing about this place is location apart from that honestly nothing.
I would say book somewhere else if you can.

Apartamento sucio, camas sin hacer y en el momento que pedimos unas mantas estaban llenas de pelos. Lo único positivo que tiene es la ubicación, podéis dejar las maletas en la habitación y no volver a pisarlo.

Nous avions réservé pour trois nuits et nous sommes partit aà la fin de la premiere tellement pitoyable!!! et en plus ils ne veulent pas rembourser les 2 nuits supplémentaires....douche chaude pour une personne, personne à l'acceuil, tout est vétuste....a fuir

located in the middle of everything in old town area . room was ok living area consisted of table and chairs single bed kitchen area hotplate microwave toaster kettle and utensils . no corkscrew tho . also satellite tv aircon and wifi . all free . separate shower room shower unit sink and loo . had a separate bedroom with another two single beds wardrobe cupboard/storage area with safe inside .the hotel has the benefit of lifts to the rooms . up from the 3rd floor has a bar area with veranda you can have coffee tea bottled beers dosent serve food tho . has pool on roof . January not open . takes 45 mins in taxi to get there .26-29th jan weather 19c day 12c night very surprised at how mild it was . personally found beds comfy . fridge had a wobbly foot . please dont expect the ritz .but excellent value for money £21 a night for room in the heart of everything had a great 3 nigt mini break

Accueil très sympathique mais qualité de la chambre extrêmement médiocre, planches cassée sous le matelas en guise de sommier! Ménage effectué une seule fois en 8 jours!
Très proche des plages et des rues piétonnes mais le bilan est malgré tout assez moyen

Die Zimmer sind nichts besonderes dafür hat es oben eine wunderbare Terrasse wo man Kaffee Bier und so weiter bestellen kann mit toller Aussicht. Ganz oben gibt es noch einen kleinen Pool und noch mal da drüber ein Sonnendach. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr herzlich das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The worst place anyone could stay in
This is not even worth one star
Paid for 4 nights and stayed one. Manager refused to meet with us to discuss our complaint. We are now fighting to get our money back. This is not a hotel this should be ranked as a squat. Travel Republic should remove this from their website.

First of all the reception staff Ellie and Paul are lovely. Helped me with every query that I had. The Pool had an umbrella in it and wasn’t to a standard I wanted to swim in. After a chat with one reception Guy I got it’s not my job I then told him it’s not mine either and that I would contact Expedia. Next day I mentioned it to Paul and by the Afternoon it had be dealt with. Pool is small but was enough for us. Rooftop is great for sunbathing and relaxing. Rooms are clean and basic but you get what you pay for. When we wanted anything ie toilet rolls towels bins changed we just asked at reception and it was always dealt with.You get what you pay for and I felt that it was worth the money. I would say it could do with updating but hey you are staying in the Old Town. Restaurants are about a 5 minute walk also there is a Spar supermarket.

The worst hotel in Albufeira!! I booked and paid 5 nights. Stayed only 2. Had to move to another hotel! Regina was the worst experience i had in the entire Algarve! (I go there very often) the bathroom stinks, the old sewer cover on the floor was BROKEN, (no extractor fan) the slide door of the shower cabin was BROKEN, the towels had BEDBUGS on it and the bed sheets had tiny black spots (their marks on it) , NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE!!! the rooftop/pool stairs were OLD, WORN AND SLIPPERY!! Dangerous to walk down on flip-flops! (I fell and luckily didn't break a leg) and the worst: SECURITY BREACH! A drunk man tried to break into our room with a staff key card. Luckily we were inside the room when that happened! There was no lightening in the corridors and i presume that was no camera too! Cause they allowed a drunk men to walk around in the hotel with a key that had access to every room! With that being said, i just need to add that the reception service was bad too! No apologies, and not willing to solve the problem. i was the one who had to look for the man inside the hotel and identify him in the reception to make him give back the card he had!! Don't know how the hell he got it. I complained on the phone, sent emails and no answer, to apologize or returning any amount of the whole reservation. The worst experience i had so far.

This is certainly the most disgusting „hotel“ I was forced to stay. If you like mold in the bathroom, beds which feel like sleeping on pure concrete, dislike any other amenities a hotel can offer or simply want to have a reason to be in the city rather than being in a prison, feel free to waste your money. I truly enjoy being outside to have some drinks in order to cope with the pain the bed is providing me. Some further shots might be warranted for disinfection. The kitchen offers basically no service since hardly anything is working properly but at least it is considered art due to its unique layout, devices could be from the early 20th century. I suggest not to look below any bed or any other furniture in order to maintain a positive spirit (drinking might be a solution here as well). At least the reception is also quite unfriendly which fits into the overall picture.
Pool: 4x4m. Suggest to avoid it.
You can have a shower for free in the entrance as there must be a broken pipe.

Great location but a bit dated. Air conditioner did not work and was not repaired before we left. Parking on location was a definite plus. If you want a decent place to sleep, I’d highly recommend it.

Puntúo con 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es bastante buena. Estás en el centro de Albufeira (aunque para ver las playas más famosas es necesario ir en coche).
Respecto a la habitación, dejó mucho que desear.
Reservamos 3 personas y nos metieron en una habitación muy pequeña con las tres camas bastante juntas. Nada que ver con las fotos.
El cuarto de baño también era bastante pequeño y no tenía pestillo.
Lo único bueno a parte de la ubicación es que tiene piscina.
El apartamento tiene parking pero si vas en temporada alta como fuimos nosotros te quedas sin sitio.

We rent for two nights and it was a night mared, I can't sleep, smells terrible and it was moho under my bed I went to yalket with the lady and she totally ignored they said they will go and clean but went came back for the tour everything was the same I never go back to this place. Travelled as a young couple. Heart of everything. Extremely close to beach and square full of shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms dated but suited our stay for the price. Rooms could have been cleaned more regularly but we spent most of our time in the square and on the beach. Balcony was a bonus. No frills but couldnt complain. Staff very friendly also.

El peor sitio de mi vida
Sin duda el peor *hotel* *apartamento* en el que he estado en mi vida. Al llegar hay subir a la 3a planta donde está la recepción... Nos indicaron que había que abonar 100€ por habitación de fianza (cuando hice la reserva no lo ponía en ningún sitio) se lo decíamos a la recepcionista la más estúpida que he conocido en mi vida y lo único que nos decía que sí no lo abonabamos no entrábamos ( de mi malos modos) ni nos escuchaba Le pedimos la carta de precio y no nos la dio. Solo nos decía que llamaramos a booking. Por otro parte estoy muy decepcionado con Booking llamamos 3 veces 15m para que nos atendieran.... Y lo único que nos dijo es que en el correo de confirmación lo ponía ( era verdad) venía al final en otros datos...... En vez de en la reserva.
Por último la habitación: el cuarto de baño con goteras y el suelo empapado por las goteras. El techo negro, la habitación sucia, la puerta rota, los colchones malisimos y un largo etc

They dont have staff to do the daily room service but they get paid for it. Not a single day in a whole week we had room service. Even the garbage we had to find a solution with the reception.Fake and premeditated. Shameless.

Terrivel, pior experiencia de alojamento até hoje, fizemos reserva online, á chegada exigiram o pagamento de 2 noites a um preço completamente for a do normal para a miseravel qualidade do alojamento e indicaram que no dia seguinte após confirmer a reserva devolveriam o valor. Agimos de boa fé, no dia seguinte fomos então regularizar a situação e indicaram que não devolviam o valor porque era esse o valor e que deveriamos pedir o reembolso do valor da reserva online. Depois de reclamar no livro e de apresentar queixa na GNR de albufeira devolveram o valor no ultimo dia de estadia e depois de muito reclamar, vergonhoso e criminoso, tenham atenção a este alojamento. Finalizo só com a indicação de que a garagem onde deixo o carro todos os dias tem mais condições que o quarto que eles disponibilizaram.

Venho desde ja dizer que este apartamento não vale o preço que é pedido , começando pela casa de banho em que uma, toalha se encontrava no chão e nem havia toalhas de banho.
No quarto o cheiro a naftalina é pior que um bar, a janela não fecha completamente,e só existe duas
tomadas,e uma delas em risco de curto circuito,o teto está degradado.
A recepçao fica sem ninguém desde as 20h ao 12h .
A localizaçao é horrivel e até o tipo de pessoas deixa muito a desejar.
À entrada do hotel estava rodeada de policias.

Utilizei um apartamento de 17 a 19 de janeiro de 2020. Ótima localização, com instalações simples, mas práticas e funcionais. Destaco a atenção e flexibilidade do Gerente e a enorme simpatia e disponibilidade da rececionista. Recomendo.

Quando lá cheguei nem nota do meu check in deveriam de ter, pois aluguei para 4 pessoas e puseram me num quarto minúsculo e nesse mesmo quarto tinha apenas 2 camas e a cozinha... que era um antigo armário de roupa a wc graças a deus era num quarto á parte, depois de avisar do erro puseram me num quarto que não correspondia nada ás fotos do que realmente tinha alugado, a cozinha era outra vez num armário, não havia talheres, a sanita estava suja, o microondas não funcionava e para 4 pessoas só deram um cartão e com esse mesmo cartão ligava se a luz... se saíssemos todos juntos o frigorífico descongelava, nas fotos mostrava uma cozinha até grande e separada por um balcão da sala, tínhamos varanda para a frente, neste tinhamos uma janela para o parque de estacionamento... paguei 169 euros por um dia ( passagem de ano ) por 80 euros o ano passado estava num hotel muito melhor, não venham para aqui!

Never in a million years would I ever contemplate staying in this place . My first night I had to sleep on a sofa in the corridor as the reception didn’t even stay open for my late arrival even though they said they would I was then put in a room which had a fridge leaking gas had no working Aircon and the phoe and safe didn’t work . I had to leave this place and found a safer alternative. If you value your life DONT STAY HERE !

At £20 a night, for two, being right in the centre of the old town, you cannot complain. The beds are lumpy, the apartment is a bit grotty, but its OK for say, 10 days. The staff are nice, but oddly, hardly ever there, even in the posted time periods they are supposed to attend. It may be worse in the winter season, but a lot of people simply cannot get in to check in, even if they arrive in the staffed periods of 12noon to 8pm. If you miss the opening times, or if the staff have gone away (normal) you will not get in, booking or not. The staff are however friendly but mostly unable to deal with problems - like missing kit in the rooms, broken showers, broken room entry doors, broken showers etc. We hit lucky compared with 2-3 people who also stayed but had many issues. As for the €100 breakage deposit, as far as I can tell, this seems to be a holding payment that expires on its own, so there is no return of deposit. In any case youd be insane to not use a credit card (which gives a lot of protection).The building is obviously being camped in by the owners, hoping to make a capital return on a future sale, or maybe looking to get a deal to sell - this may be why the apartments are so obviously under-invested and run on a show-string.On the other hand, we were OK for only €20 per night, as we were there partly for appointments, and it was only partly a holiday.

For us apartment was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned each day. Apartment good location for centre and was quiet. Was a very basic room but for the price was ideal for three lads on a boozy weekend who basically only slept there.

Hôtel très bruyant, le personnel pas très sympathique car nous avions le taxi à 8h15 on nous avez dit qu'il ouvré la réception à 7h45. Conclusion ils on ouvert à 9h . Ils ne parlent pas français donc très compliqué . La porte de douche fermer pas. On a retrouvé des personnes dans notre chambre (Erreur de carte ). En ce qui concerne les serviettes de toilette elles n'ont pas été changé de 5jours.

Great location, nice rooftop pool and pleasant staff. A/C was great. The room felt clean enough but the towel and bed sheet did have stains on them. Shower is very week. For a short stay i recommend, longer stays probably not.

Evita alojarte aquí, las fotos lo dicen todo, pero si no te parece suficiente:
1- haces una reserva en Booking y el cuarto que te dan no es el mismo. Le echan la culpa a Booking que publica cosas que no tienen ¿comoooo?
2- el precio de Booking era uno pero ellos te cargan unos 5 € (aprox) de más, también dicen que es culpa de Booking
3- el Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba, con 30° no se puede dormir, así que abres la ventana y el ruido de la calle tampoco te deja dormir
4- la TV tampoco funcionaba, un montón de canales satélite y solo 1 de veía bien. Quizás el menor de todos los males, hasta me da igual … simplemente es una muestra más de dejadez en el mantenimiento
5- la posiciona es de 4x4 m y 0,90 m de alto. No esperes otra cosa
6- si tienes problemas de movilidad que sepas que se entra por garaje, subiendo una calle con pendiente, nada más entrar hay unos escalones, subes a la 3ª planta en ascensor y tienes que subir otro tramo de escaleras para llegar a recepción.
Solo se salva el personal que es atento y tiene que sufrir las quejas de los clientes.

Appartement catastrophique!! On a était extrêmement déçu. Nous ne somme pas resté et avons du trouvé un autre logement en catastrophe !
Des champignons partout , des fourmis , cuisine avec moisissure, franchement deguelasse!! Je vous déconseille très fortement ce lieu!!
Car de plus a l’accueil pitoyable, en nous disant que l’etat était normal en nous riant au nez ! Appartement de clochard !! Dommages que je ne peu pas joindre des photos !

ESTAFAAAAA! Después de más de dos horas de espera y más de 5 meses de reservas, llegamos al hotel y no teníamos habitaciones, nos dijeron que nos fuésemos a comer y que al volver nos la tendrían preparadas, y no fue así, hablo con nosotros el subdirector, una persona mal educada y sin respeto ninguno. Al final nos dio unas habitaciones en la cual las camas estaban rotas, las habitaciones sucias, las ventanas sin seguridad, sin higiene ninguna , la cocina con bichos correteando por allí, las sábanas usadas por otros clientes. En fin, un desastre. Le pedimos que nos devolviera el dinero y nos dijo que no. La verdad que deja mucho que desear su estancia allí. Las recepcionistas estaban extorcionadas y asustadas por el hombre este. No entiendo como a día de hoy sigue este hotel abierto.

Tras 2h de espera, nos ofrecieron habitaciones que no correspondían con la reserva, cuyas "camas" eran cojines en el suelo. Cuando llamamos al subdirector, Ilidio Almeida, este se burlaba de nosotras, nos trato de manera horrible, era un sinvergüenza, machista, maleducado, sin respeto a los demás y carente de empatia. Extorsionaba a las empleadas, todas mujeres, y las cuales parecían tenerlo miedo. Las habitaciones que nos ofrecieron tras la supuesta solución estaban sucias, con cucarachas, humedades, un olor asqueroso, sin almohadas, ni por supuesto una mínima higiene. La seguridad nula, sin rejas en las ventanas. Una estafa en toda regla. Haremos hasta lo imposible por cerra el "hotel". Hubiese preferido dormir en una alcantarilla. Por supuesto, se negó a devolvernos el dinero.

¡ESTAFA!
No nos tenian preparadas las habitaciones,luego nos pusieron "camas" que eran cojines en el suelo, era sucio, con mal olor, con insectos, además de un subdirector maleducado y machista que tenia a las mujeres que pertenecian al personal extorsionadas y con miedo. No es que no lo recomienden es que deberia de cerrarse.

UNA ESTAFA. Llegamos puntuales a la hora del check in y hubo problemas para entrar, nos dijeron que fueramos 2h más tarde, a las 2h la misma historia..no había habitaciones teniendo la reserva de 3 habitaciones desde hacía meses...
Nos ofrecieron una habitación con un "suplemento", era un cojín del sofá en el suelo, increíble pero cierto.
Las habitaciones tenían humedad, cucarachas, estaban sucias...

Es el peor sitio de albufeira llegamos 20 personas con 5 habitaciones reservadas y pagadas hace dos meses y cuando llegamos nos meten en 3 con colchones en el suelo,las camas casi rotas , el baño era de lo peor ,todo con humedad y luego el personal que trabaja allí solo pone excusas para no resolverte los propios problemas causados por ellos aparte de no hablar ni inglés ,todo el que llegaba tenía problemas con las habitaciones son unos sin vergüenzas.
Deberían inspeccionar las instalaciones y que les cerraran el edificio una estafa en toda regla

El peor apartamento que he visto nos dieron uno con olor a humedad y olor a cañerías el aire acondicioado roto después de más de una hora liado por que no funcionaba x fin nos dieron otra habitación. Que tampoco funcionaba el aire pero nos dijo que teníamos un ventilador y terraza el baño la mampara rota y el agua salía marrón los techo de poliespan por cierto sobre las 5 de la mañana sonó la alarma de incendio y en recepción no había nadie a la media hora o algobmaa apareció un hombre que como pudo la paro en fin un desastre no volveré jamás y por favor las fotos cambiarlas y poner las actuales y no engañar a la gente gracias..

El peor apartamento donde estado en mi vida, nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado roto y tras mucho batallar nos dieron otra habitación, el agua cuando fuimos a ducharnos salía negra, la mampara no podía cerrarse bien se salía todo el agua, olor insoportable a cañerías y por la noche solo la alarma de incendios y no había nadie alli pa solucionarlo y cuando llegaron a la media hora no sabían ni como pararla de lo tuvo que indicar un huésped del hotel, sin duda aunque me lo regalaran no volvería jamas.

Appartement vétuste. Avec toute ma bonne volonté je ne peux pas mettre mieux : porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, pas de torchon dans la cuisine, tout est en mauvais état et bancal.
La porte de la douche (qui fuit) nous est restée dans les mains.
Le personnel était toutefois gentil et l’hôtel est bien situé, on ne peut pas tout avoir ;)

- localisé proche de la mer (3min à pied) à 5min en taxi de la rue des bars
- proche de beaucoup de bons restaurants, et "bui-bui"
Les - :
- check-in et out très lent (1h à l'arrivée..)
- cartes magnétiques qui ne fonctionnent pas
- changement des chambres à l'arrivée, propreté, matériel défectueux (porte de douche cassée et porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas du tout), pas de télécommande pour la climatisation, matériel annoncé manquant (sèche cheveux réclamé 2x jamais reçu, pas assez de linges mais donnés après demande)
- personnel accueillant mais pas assez efficace et compréhensif.
Conclusion: ok pour y dormir 2-3 jours afin de profiter de la région.

We were in room 21 it was very dated & only fit for 2 people Not 3, just too small for 3, kitchen was in a coboard , no balcony to dry clothes, our towels were not changed. On the plus side we had air conditioning, bathroom &bins were cleaned & emptyed every day, and best of all was the location

very old, smelly, dark, gloomy and filthy..... first night we arrived, the reception told us that the room was not available and we had to go to another hotel for the first night which was awful.

The roof terrace was the best bit, although we didnt use it as we went out! The whole place needs an overhaul. There were not enough powerpoints in the kitchen area and chairs were dodgy. The location was noisy, beside a steep road out of Albufeira used by motorbikes and heavy vehicles. Cleaning staff never appeared until late in the afternoon when we were wanting to rest. Reception staff gave different stories about returning our deposit. We have been to Portugal several times and this is the least favourite. Least favourite anywhere come to that.

Place is fine to be chalking distance to the albufeira scene. Nightlife etc.. and the beach. There is parking. It has a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. The place is outdated thou ... and things are patched up. Don't be expecting a very attractive place. Just a place to shower and sleep. Beds are pretty bad... I felt every spring!

Arranged late arrival in advance by email and telephone as reception shuts at midnight. Arrived at 12.20am to closed hotel. Rang numbers by door and a chap said he would be there in ten minutes. Nobody came. Rang again and stood there nearly an hour until he arrived and let me in. As a lady travelling alone it wasn’t ideal. Other than that, fabulous location. Basic but clean base for a budget holiday.

Very basic, but clean, and comfortable albeit the beds creaked every time you moved in them. Perfect location off the old town square. Close enough to the heart of it but far enough for a quiet nights sleep. Rooftop terrace, bar and pool is an added bonus. Very very good value for money.

Not ideal for families. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything. More suited to the party goers as there are a lot of people coming back in the early hours of the MOT ing making a lot of noise. Rooms are pretty basic but can’t expect more for the price!

Emplacement dans une rue piétonne plutot calme, a qqs minutes du centre et de la plage.Etablissement un peu vétuste mais tres propre.Accueil au 3eme étage par une charmante dame parlant couramment 4 langues dont le Français etSuperbe terrasse avec vue panoramique.Dommage que le solarium était en travaux donc pas accessibleTres bon rapport qualité/Prix

Tres bien place au calme dans la vieille ville et avec une belle petite piscine sur le toit. Par contre notre reservation n'a pas ete honore le premier jour et on ma mis dans un autre hotel a 300 m de celui ci. La poubelle au bord de la piscine debordait de dechets.

We arrived for a short 3 night stay, but was told there was no room for us until the next day so we needed to stay at another hotel for the night then come back in the morning.The staff were very helpful in both hotels but it wasnt ideal as we had to spend double the time checking in to two hotels.When we finally got our room is was ok but very tired and the bathroom was so small if you were a bigger person this would have been an issue getting in and out of shower. Also the bed wasnt very comfortable.Staff were really nice but I wouldnt stay again.

Horrendous and dangerous. Wouldn't go for free. Locked out on arrival 2 women in our 50's and 60's. Nobody answered emergency numbers. Then

The room couldnt have been more basic, but what an amazing location, 250 mts from beach, no more than five minutes to all shops, stalls, bars and restaurants. People in Albufeira are so friendly and made our stay memorable. The rooms have no luxury whatsoever, beds creek every time you blink, but for a place to sleep couldnt be better. Went with my teenage daughters (17 and 18) and they loved it. Im saying id recommend it, but only to people who dont need luxury.

Ingen wifi på rummet, dock utanför i korridoren. Dåligt utrustat kök, fattades skärbräda, bra knivar, konservöppnare, slitna ojämna kastruller och stekjärn.Skavda sladdar till vattenkokare mm.Ok toalett och dusch.Airkonditioner fungerade inte.Minimal bassäng, inte så fräsch.Trevlig personal annars.

Sehr gutes Hotel für die, die gern in einem älteren Hotel mitten in einer sehr belebten Altstadt wohnen und per Auto die Gegend erkunden - ein Parkplatz ist im Hause.Schöner Strand nur 300m entfernt.Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Einbauküche ausreichend für Selbstversorgung.Kleine Mängel (Wände haben ältere Wasserflecken, Badtür klemmte) nahmen wir dafür gern in Kauf - ist halt ein etwas älteres Haus.Manche Zimmer (unsers auch) haben keinen Balkon, nur tiefe Türen.Extrem netter Service!! Bettenmachen auf Wunsch täglich.Frühstück 4 €, etwas mager, wir haben uns selbst versorgt.TV etwas schlecht und nur portugiesisch, Internet nur im allgemeinen Bereich - das war lästig.Nachts ist es zwar sehr ruhig, aber leider kurze Störungen (Moped, Lastwagen), aber das Hotel hat gute Balkiontüren, die deswegen besser zubleiben - das ist der Nachteil einer Innenstadt, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts..Wir fanden es toll und werden gern wiederkommen.

You dont need to use your car if you stay here. The hotel is on city centre and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and the staff was friendly. We hope to return!!!

Estuvimos en Junio en este hotel y desde luego la sensación que nos ha quedado es que queremos volver!!! El personal de recepción muy simpático, gracias a Verónica pudimos llegar al hotel ya que nos perdimos y nos facilito la dirección exacta que introducir en nuestro navegador!!La zona donde esta ubicado es muy bonita, la playa muy bonita y prácticamente a la puerta del hotel encuentras restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia...

Apartamento ideal para ir con amigos! Apartamento perfecto, limpio, con bastante espacio, la cocina muy buena con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Esta ubicado en el centro de Albufeira (para salir de fiesta de lujo, tan solo a 3 minutos andando de las discotecas!! ) a 200 metros de la mejor zona de la playa!!!! Nuestra experiencia no ha podido ser mejor y este hotel nos ha ayudado más, gracias por todo!!

Stayed here for one night. On arrival we waiting for 20 mins at door ringing bell with no answer eventually a person carrying out maintenance work granted is access. The reception was very friendly and greeted us wel. However other staff which we met in the hotel were not so . Nothing great to say about this place only for its location is central. Damp musty smell, dirty and dated interior. Could do with being freshened up.. Not a suitable place for more then one night. Ok for person planning to spend little time as possible n the room.

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Deux superette sont à mois de 5 minutes .Le restaurant situé en bas de lhôtel est excellent (cuisine traditionnelle) et pas cher.Cest calme la nuit.

If you book a double you'll be placed in a room with two separate beds. No wifi in rooms. Kitchenette is fine but nothing supplied to wash up with. Floors were dirty. Property is a bit run down and neglected but otherwise fine. Don't use the left lift, we got stuck in there for 10 minutes with no lights. Rang the bell repeatedly but they didn't bother coming. They know of the issue but fail to fix it or even let visitors know it's faulty. You might find yourself trapped in there for a while with no hope of help.

Om du vill bo billigt och klarar dig utan stora poolområden, funkar det bra att bo här. Lite slitet men vill man bo hyfsat nära havet för en billig peng så kan man inte förvänta sig någon lyx. Tog 4 min att gå så var man på stranden. Runt knuten finns resturanger, disco och affärer men utan att det störde oss. Personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Rummen har enkel standard och vissa saker är rätt slitna men sängarna var helt ok.

Die Lage des Hotels und die im Hof vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten sind unschlagbar.Der Zustand des Zimmers, besonders des Bades und der Küchenzeile können wir nur als unzumutbar beschreiben. Daher keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

First, Regina Apartments is NOT in Faro, its in Albufeira about 20 KM away. We wasted a couple hours driving to Faro and searching for the place before we discovered this misrepresentation.Second, it was a bait and switch. We had booked two apartments for three nights at $300 per night, when we arrived the apartments werent available, they gave us some BS and said that instead they had rooms in another hotel across town. The other hotel was a filthy flophouse in a slummy area without AC or any other amenities. It was late and we had no other options, so we spent one night then escaped. Third, even though we stayed in a dirty room, in a different city, we were still charged the $300 for the apartment.Fourth, it was over 100 degrees, so we had to keep the window open, the hotel was on a busy street, the traffic, the barking dogs, the large (and obscene) music bombarded us all night.At best, this place is dramatically over priced, at worst its a scam. STAY AWAY.
