Lisa Suizu: Today is my daughter’s last day in kindergarten. I lost my job in december and unfortunately, since then I’ve had to wait until I’m financially in balance. This has affected my daughters schooling so we quit in December but was convinced by the administration to continue in January. Before Christmas we had a discussion because I knew my payment would be late. And my daughter was asked to quit on the day the payment wasn’t received. Since I was convinced to come back with my daughter. After having already said good bye to our friends, i agreed, but now as my payment will be delayed again because of a situation out of our control. Again my daughter is asked to leave on the day. It’s extrem and as an educational institution for children it’s not taken in consideration her well being at all. I’m responsible but this gravely affects her. She isn’t even given a week to say goodbye. And this for the second time, after they convinced us to come back! The time there, the two teachers especially has been precious. But it really in the end bears a mark of elitistisc and privileged children only welcome. I’ve never in 15 years with children in educational institutions been asked that my child leave the same day. It’s not accepted and I would never recommend the school because of this reason. Montessori has done everything to help in the beginning and the teachers are good, but now this. It’s tears up all efforts. We are very dissapointed as we are going through a very difficult life situation. And this will be hard on my child. Something that isn’t taken in account as long as the money isn’t in the account. You have been warned.

Eu enviei uma queixa por e-mail sobre a minha experiência com uma grelha que comprei nesta loja que estava faltando peças, mas não obtive resposta. Cuidado com a pré-montagem! O pessoal de atendimento ao cliente da loja acabou por conseguir ajudar a chegar a uma resolução não muito boa, mas aceitável, mas foi uma grande chatice até para eles.

Apenas ok..... O pessoal foi amigável. Os preços,,,, estão um pouco altos no mundo online de hoje. TAMBÉM, MUITO IMPORTANTE AQUI... enquanto na Bed Bath & Beyond tentei verificar os preços da concorrência, notei que o meu telefone (Verizon) não se ligava à internet.... EM TODOS... Eu acredito que a Bed Bath & Beyond está bloqueando o serviço de telefonia celular dentro da loja deles ..... Assim que saí para o estacionamento, pude acessar a internet e usar meu telefone!! No clima de compras online de hoje em dia.... Se a única coisa que sua empresa pode fazer é bloquear o serviço de celular para que os clientes não possam comparar preços .... sua empresa está em REALMENTE MUITO BAD SHAPE... sad.... Há sempre gente mais velha para tirar proveito da..... Eu acho que ........... Em outra nota. Por favor, limpe.... remodelar o banheiro masculino... É Bed Bath & BEYOND.......GROSS! ver fotos.... Não entendo porque as lojas e restaurantes colocam a limpeza do seu negócio uma das suas PRIORIDADES inferiores...
