Had a great stay at the guest house and would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. Very friendly owner and team and great breakfasts in the courtyard.

Visited Lisbon with open mind. Stayed in old section of city with its many hills and cobbled roads. Completely different to the modern section up the river. One has to be fit in order to cope when walking around the old part. So European steeped in history. Amazing what one finds down side streets or across the city squares when wandering. Unfortunately not enough time to see and feel the atmosphere but did manage to travel inland and along the coast and absorb the culture. Must return for longer stay.

This totally exceeded my expectations. Staff was super nice and caring. They provided a free upgrade to a room with a balcony! The breakfast in the courtyard every morning was super peaceful and delicious. The freshly hand squeezed orange juice and singing birds were delightful. You are close but, but not too close to busy areas. We walked around in the evening and had a great time and were safe. We are going back to Lisbon and we are rebooking.

This place is great! I had a wonderful stay there and it made the visit to Lisbon more romantic. Nicely decorated rooms & very customer oriented staff, Lapa 82 is totally worth the money. I enjoyed having that delicious breakfast outside, on the sunny terrace, every morning. Many thanks to Sofia - she goes the extra mile to see people happy.

Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsraum sind groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Mitarbeiterinnen überaus freundlich. Eigentlich das ideale B & B, wenn nicht die recht laute Straße wäre. Die Straße macht sich natürlich nur in den Zimmern bemerkbar, die auf der Seite des Hauses liegen. Also, wer nicht schwerhörig ist, besser um ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bitten!

Stayed in Feb19. Excellent, helpful staff. Moved to another room when the shower plumbing started to flood due to problems with a pump! Good location if you are fit and like to walk to see places.

Great safe neighborhood. Very central but not a busy neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of small shops and restaurants a few blocks away. Staff is very helpful. Good breakfast.

The team ist taking very good care of you. Whether your looking for restaurant reccomendations or any other assistants - they are there for you! The accomodation is very private and connection to all sights is pretty good.

Excelente atendimento, quarto lindíssimo, decoração original e cuidada. Pequeno almoço muito agradável no exterior. Cereja em cima do bolo: a garrafa de espumante que nos foi oferecida no quarto por ter sido o hotel que escolhemos para a noite de núpcias.

Our stay - 4 days was terrific! I whole-heartedly recommend this chic and cosy bed & breakfast, as the place itself is decorated with taste and colour, and the hosts are smiling, always willing to help. Were surely thinking of returning as it is situated very close to the seaside, a 25-30 mins walk to the old center and many intimate restaurants in a 500 m range.

Lovely place - easy to get to via tram 25 or bus 774. Uber from the airport less than 15 euros. Quirky charm - we had a large bedroom at the front which suffered a little with traffic noise and bathroom a bit dated but very clean. Very friendly and welcoming and good value. Highly recommend.

I liked the location of Lapa 82. It was quiet, and the main lounge is so cute and homey. My room was very clean, cozy, and comfy. The women running the place are all so sweet and kind. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again. It was such a good experience.

Gut erreichbar mit Strassenbahn/uber. Schlafzimmer in Ordnung/Bad hatte keinen Fenster/Luftungsanlage und wenig Seife o keine Toiletteries. Frühstück wurde serviert, kleine Portionen und kleine Tasse Kaffee. Mehr Kaffee hätte gekostet. Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgehend besetzt. Insgesamt für 1 Nacht Ok.

After having some difficulty finding the property and dealing with the small windy roads we were pleasantly surprised.The room was very comfortable and there was a large bathroom with a great shower. Unfortunately we were unable to have the breakfast as we needed to be at the airport early. Only a few minutes away from Alfama and other places of interest by Uber or taxi. I would recommend this B&B.

Definitely a boutique hotel small and friendly with quirky furniture and accessories. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Aida who cooked breakfast and cleaned the rooms always smiling. Relaxed place to stay a short walk from centre and liked the honesty bar.

It is a small boutique hotel with only a few rooms in the embassy district with some good restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very pleasant to speak to and always helpful. The breakfast was good, filling and served promptly. There is little not to like about Lapa 82.

Loved this adorable B&B! Even though we were able to only stay one night after coming back from the Algarve I wish we had more time here. The outside garden/seating area was lovely & our room was clean. I loved the bath products in the bathroom as well.

Great breakfast, one of the friendliest staffs we've ever had, but small rooms. Very clean though. The area is great for exploring Lisbon. Would we book again? Yes we would.

Loved Lapa 82. Both ladies who ran this place were so nice and incredibly helpful. Perfect breakfast every morning served. Great location right across the street from the tram and amazing rooms!!!

Bem como o nome indica, é um boutique hotel, muito acolhedor, com decoração a refletir vivências por alguns cantos do globo (ou não), quartos super acolhedores apesar das tonalidades escuras, staff super simpáticos e profissionais e preocupados. E a simpatia da proprietária. Recomendo.

Bon accueil, personnel chaleureux et disponible, chambre ( L ) moyennement spacieuse, sur route et tram donc bruyante ++. SdB très moyenne, finitions à revoir. Bon breakfast (de 8 à 11h) Emplacement excentré, prévoir taxi (8€) à 15mn du centre ville.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichetes, kleines Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Unser Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr grosszügig, top Bett und alles sehr sauber. Der kleine Austritt (Balkon) eignet sich allenfalls für Raucher. Vor dem Hotel sind Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie die Tram-Linie 25, mit welchen man gut und preiswert ins Zentrum gelangt. Wer gern bei offenem Fenster schläft, sollte Zimmer zum Innenhof wählen. Im kleinen romantischen Innenhof kann gut gefrühstückt werden. Das Hotel kann ich gut weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful rooms, great service and incredible breakfast. One negative was location. If you don't need to be in the heart of things you won't care. 8 euro cab to city center.

So wonderful! The staff is so sweet and kind and lovely. Our room was so chill and stylish and super clean. I loved it! The lobby has a chic vibe and the neighborhood is great! So safe!

Wir waren 10 Nächte im Lapa 82 und haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Bed & Breakfast liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, Parks und Supermärkte. Gleich ums Eck befindet sich auch ein Taxistand. Zu Fuß benötigt man ins Zentrum flotte 30 Minuten. Wer lieber öffentlich fährt findet direkt bei der Unterkunft Haltestellen von Bus und Straßenbahn. Der nächste Bahnhof (Santos) liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus fahren sehr häufig und regelmäßig Züge ins Zentrum, sowie nach Belem, Carcavelos (toller Strand), Estoril und Cascais. Für eine Taxifahrt zum Flughafen haben wir 12 € gezahlt, zum großen Bahnhof Rossio 8 € und zum Praça do Comércio 6 €. Erwähnenswert ist der nahegelegene Jardim Da Estrela - ein wunderschöner Park mit Gastronomie direkt an einem Teich. Unser Zimmer im Lapa 82 war in den Innenhof ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie Bad, WC und Kleiderschränke. Der gratis W-Lan Empfang im Zimmer war gut. Die Zimmergröße war mehr als ausreichend, sodass wir uns auch nach 10 Nächten nicht beengt gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Innenhof der Unterkunft befindet sich die Terrasse mit kleinem Brunnen. Hier wird das wirklich herausragende frisch zubereitete Frühstück serviert. Angeboten werden Crepe und Eier in allen Variationen, Obst, Croissant, Semmel, Marmelade, Butter, Müsli, diverse Fruchtsäfte, Kaffee und Tee. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich auch Kühlschränke mit vielen verschiedenen kalten Getränken zu sehr guten Preisen (Bier 1,50 €, Wasser 1 €). Kleine Snacks, Hochprozentiges sowie eine Nespresso- und Eismaschine sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Rezeptionistinnen vom Lapa 82 sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann alles fragen und sich hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants holen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und professionell. Wir würden (und werden hoffentlich auch) jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Lapa 82 jedem empfehlen. Das ist eigentlich das größte Lob für eine Unterkunft. Portugal ist ein tolles Land, Lissabon eine tolle Stadt und mit dem Lapa 82 wurde unsere Reise zu einem perfekten Urlaubserlebnis!

A great B&B and a great location - 20 min walk from the main centre. The staff were really helpful and could not do enough to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast is a continental breakfast - eggs, bread, croissant, juice and coffee etc... no buffet - which suited us as means you've enough room to sample the culinary delights of Lisbon! There are a couple of of great little restaurants/tapas bars that are very cheap, just down the road from the hotel, so you don't have to trawl the centre looking for somewhere to eat. Spend the day in the centre then head back towards the hotel for dinner and drinks in one of the tapas bars - off the beaten track much cheaper and tastier! We couldn't fault anything about this place, we'll definitely go back if in Lisbon again.

If you go to Lisbon which in itself is a beautiful Portuguese City then please do not stay anywhere else but here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The team of staff are simply exceptional, what ever words I use to describe them will never be enough you will need to go and experience it for yourselves. I real jewel in Lisboa
