2ème fois que je me rends dans cet hôtel, je suis toujours autant satisfaite de par la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel ainsi que le calme et la situation. Je suis lisboète d'origine et j'habite en France depuis de longues années je conseille vivement cet hôtel aussi par sa situation proche de tout et le calme

Hotel INCREÍBLE. Habitación super grande y moderna. Han tenido la amabilidad de dejarnos en la habitación galletas, infusiones, agua natural... El baño muy bien y muy limpio. Está muy bien ubicado.

Très joli et spacieux. Appartement bien décoré, mais mobilier plus ou moins confortable. Le lave-linge est apprécié. Malheureusement, loin des commerces. Incommodant au niveau sonore. On entend le bruit des voisins. Il y a suffisamment de vaiselle pour y cuisiner, mais aucun accomodement i.e, sel/poivre/huile/épices, ni linge pour essuyer. Le système de chauffage n’est pas à point. Nous avons eu froid (et humide) en ce mois d’octobre.

Voor het eerst eens geen hotel geboekt.....maar deze B&B heeft alles wat je als toerist tijdens een stedentrip nodig hebt. Een heerlijk ontbijt en een super ruime suite. Heerlijk...... Van de buitenkant geef je er misschien geen 5 cent voor maar eenmaal binnen voel je je meteen thuis. De ligging is prima op korte afstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Naast alles was deze b&b superschoon. Toen we vlak voor vertrek ons nog even wilden opfrissen maakten we gebruik van de badkamers direct achter de receptie. Deze was superschoon en daar mag menig hotel zich een voorbeeld aannemen. Deze B&B verdient een goede en warme welgemeende aanbeveling. We komen zeker terug als we nog eens in Lissabon zijn.

Geräumiges Unterkunft, gute Lage, Küchenausstattung sehr gut, Bett genau richtig hart um entspannt zu schlafen, Einziger Nachteil war die Wannendusche.Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, dass flexibel reagieren konnte.Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Had problem with the main door of the property, would not open when we reached late at the property and no one to help or assist, finally managed to open after lot of struggle for 40 minutes. Property was beautiful other wise and nothing to complain about other than the above issue.

My group of 6 friends really wanted to stay together so we found this great apartmenthotel-like rental! The check in was a breeze and was very helpful explaining things to us. The location is perfect! It was right on the busy streets of Bairro Alto, the lively downtown location of Lisbon! Walkable to numerous places. The rooms were clean and the place was well equipped with amenities. The only downside was the drainage system in both showers and sink, but aside from that I would highly recommend large groups to come stay here.

Great apartment, spacious just like the pictures. Well equipped. Excellent location quiet but well placed for Barrio Alto and public transport. Communication with Sweet Inn very easy via their app. Highly recommended.

The home is not what you see on the advertised pictures and is very badly maintained. The home is very tired and needs major maintenance in the bathroom. The shower over flowed and no one came to help. The bathroom sink is very very old and does not disburse water. Broken drawers and very dirty even though NO ONE comes to help you out either when you call. I think they should be taken off for false advertising ...Steep Stairs - definitely NOT good for people who do NOT want to climb up every day and have bad knees.

The apartment was really well situated and nice. The cleaninless was not top though an and be aware that there is no real shower. The shower is in the bath. The other problem with this apartment is that they dont have A/C. When we arrived in Lisboa it was 37 degres celcius outside so it was so hot in the apartment. We were worried that we would not be able to sleep at all. We decided to contact Sweet Inn directly (they have an app that you can use to chat with them and it works really well) They were really nice and got us an portative A/C and they clean the apartment for free.

Its an amazing experience staying with sweet inn. They were acommadating our check in time to 11AM since we got into the city super early in the morning. The price is great for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. The location is awesome too!

We recently stayed and had a wonderful time thanks! Rita and Joana Ferreira on Reception were fantastic and a special honeymoon surprise really blew us away! Our room with an ensuite bathroom was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great too with very attentive staff. This hotel is highly recommended and has a perfect location for the city and within easy walking distance to public transport. We'll definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location but please note that they give you different properties from the pictures. The apartment was nice and spacious. It did get very hot throughout the property. I paid upfront on Expedia and they then requested more money on arrival which I assumed was the deposit. It then turned out they thought I hadnt already paid on Expedia so be wary of this. Simply a misunderstanding and they refunded me but take note. Would highly recommend, my friends and I had a great stay.

La struttura é ubicata nel cuore del Bairro Alto. Ottimi servizi: bottiglia d'acqua in camera e prodotti da bagno in omaggio. Boccione d'acqua all'ingresso sempre disponibile con anche succhi e biscotti, WI-FI funzionante in tutta la struttura. Deposito bagagli gratutio. Stanza doppia con bagno privato comoda e spaziosa per due persone (stanza ubicata al piano terra) a differenza della stsnza doppia al primo piano molto più piccola, calda e rumorosa. Fermata del tram 28 a due passi, ma comunque si possono raggiungere a piedi molti punti d'interesse. Voto 10 e lode alla gentilezza e disponibilità delle ragazze della reception. Alcune note negative con cui si può tranquillamente sopravvivere: camera troppo calda, assenza di condizionatore ma in compenso c'era il ventilatore. Poche prese elettriche (solo due). Pulizia nel complesso molto buona ma migliorabile come anche la colazione.

El apto que rentamos fue el de Rua do Norte 28. Hay q subir una escalera muy muy empinada y de muchos escalones, lo cual no se especifica. Eramos 3 personas y nos ofrecieron el depto con una recamara y un “sofá cama”. El sofá sucio, con manchas como de orina y era imposible dormir ahi, estaba en muy mal estado y se sentían todos los fierros y resortes. El agua caliente dura menos de 5 minutos y para q vuelva a calentarse hay q esperar como una hr. El piso es de madera y rechina todo el tiempo. El ruido de la calle por la noche es insoportable, no puedes dormir un segundo. Se entiende que sea una zona transitada pero nadie en su sano juicio podría descansar en ese lugar. Lo peor fue el ruido que venia del apto de arriba. Se escuchaban muchos hombres jóvenes bastante tomados gritando eufóricamente, cantando y brincando de tal manera que el edificio completo se movía. En verdad temimos por nuestra seguridad. Al contactar al dueño del lugar este fue muy grosero y prepotente y dijo q era lo q era y no podía hacer nada al respecto. Decidimos irnos y nos dijo q hiciéramos lo que quisiéramos pero q no nos devolvería ni un centavo y debíamos pagarle los impuestos de los 3 días y una cuota de limpieza, 68 euros en total, por irnos!!!! No hubo manera de hacerlo entrar en razón, ni que nos ofreciera alguna otra opción. Si quieren pasarla bien no renten con Sweet Inn en Lisboa. Hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio o más barato.

Four of us recently stayed in a Sweet Inn property in Bairro Alto. The check in at 6 pm was quick and efficient. However, at 8:30 the next morning the power went out. Three of us had not yet showered and the hot water was run by electricity. We spent the day sightseeing and when we got back to the apt the power seemed to be back on. But the electrician had neglected to turn the hot water heater on. So another night and morning passed with no hot water. That evening, the electrician came and fixed the problem. Throuought the three days we were there the communication with Sweet Inn was very good, but no hot water for almost our entire visit was too much. We would never trust this company again. Also, there were no cleaning supplies under the sink for dishes and the shower curtain in one of the baths had mould on it. Not exactly worth the money we paid. Very disappointing.

Nice apartement in a busy area, so be prepared to a lot of noise at night. Also read the small print: a cleaning fee is required separately. All in all a nice place!

Da die Unterkunft zentral im Altstadtviertel liegt, ist es klar, dass es nachts lauter werden kann. Allerdings ist es kaum erträglich, wenn sich die Fenster gar nicht richtig schließen lassen. Der Lärm drang druch die Fensterschlitze ungehindert ins Zimmer.Das Schlafsofa war sehr, sehr hart und uneben. Es fehlten eine weiche Unterlage, als Matratzenersatz.Die Badewanne/Dusche war undicht, so dass man ständig Wasserlachen auf dem Boden hatte.Die Klobrille war locker, so dass man beim Aufsitzen stets seitlich wegrutschte.Die Wohnung ist zwar optisch ansprechend und sie war sauber, aber die oben genannten Zuständen gehören dringend repariert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Un séjour très agréable, avec des musées à visiter et des rues où se promener, des spécialités culinaires à découvrir et à déguster. Nhésitez pas à emprunter les transports. A conseiller aux personnes qui restent au moins 5 jours et aux familles avec 2 enfants.Notre voyage aurait été parfait, si le shuttle ne nous avait pas fait attendre 1 heure à larrivée de laéroport.De plus, la dernière nuit a été pénible en raison du bruit dans lappartement du dessus. Un peu comme si une équipe de foot-sall sentrainait ! Nous avons dû appeler la police vers minuit pour les calmer.Le personnel de lagence est très courtois et disponible.

This is an apartment and not a hotel. Their check-in hours are designated from 4 pm to 7 pm but they accommodated us arriving outside those hours with a downside that we had to wait about 1:30 min as they were not immediately available. Well there is no reception and it is not a hotel. The person we interacted with was very friendly, professional and helpful.There were a couple of things that did not work well like shutters we could not close but it did not imact us negatively.Some things are a bit outdated but if you are not seeking luxurious settings then the apartment was more than adequate. We stayed with our three children including a teenager comfortably. Sound insulation is not great but the neifhbors were quiet and we were as careful as we could not to bother them. There is a small office in the next street over where one can store luggage if needed. This separate place is run by an extrrmely nice vouple who helped us when we needed help. The payment for transport from and to the airport was 35 euros or less each way even with a fairly large van so using the Sweet Inn contracted transport service was unnecessarily expensive and also inflexible and look limited in their scope of meeting customer’s needs. Taxis are relatively cheap and a most convenient and economical mode of transportation even for a small group.

Kurzurlaub über die Faschingstage im schönen Lissabon mit Ausflügen ins Bairo Alto, nach Belem und zum Castello Jorge. Nachts war halligalli, daher Olympiade geschaut und lang geschlafen. Wetter hat gepasst bis auf einen trüben Tag.

Location I booked on hotels.com was different to actual location of apt, by about 0.5km. This led to confusion at checkin as we were not sure where to go!Had to download their app to interact with them. I already have hotels.com app so should not need another one. Shower was too hot, impossible to get to a reasonable temperature.Shower leaked badly on to the floor every time you used it.No hairdryer in apt, agent said he would bring one when we checked in but he never did.Overall the apt is very nice but these little things spoiled the stay.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön gestaltet. Ich fand es schön, dass es einen Innengarten hat. Allgemein ist das Zimmer zu empfehlen.

Bel appartement idéalement situé dans Bairo Alto à proximité arrêt de métro et du tram 28, idéal pour le shopping et les visites de la place du Commerce, de Alfama, Bairo Alto (couvent des Carmes, Miradouro, ascenseur Effel, ... ... Tout près : restos, magasins alimentation, de souvenirs, ...Appartement très confortable avec airco/chauffage, cuisine équipée, très bonne literie ...Seule petite amélioration : un peu plus de pression à la douce mais pas bien graveNous y reviendrons

Good B&B in a good location. I feel like they try to keep costs down while putting themselves across as a boutique hotel but saying that, the stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Showers were a bit weird though as just cabins in the entry to the toilets.

We loved the apartment very tastefully decorated, it felt like home away from home. The agent was very helpful and went through all we needed on arrival. Very clean and tidy 3 bedroom apartment. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Short walk from metro station. Conveniently located next to the Bica Funicular. Could have not asked for a better location.

There are many choices for a stay in Lisbon but for the price and location in Bairro Alto, this is hard to beat. A huge full breakfast greets you for the day, staff are so helpful as to book you tours with prices below those advertised on web sites. Trams and vista points, resturants and shopping are close. All of the main areas of central Lisbon are walking distance away. Two blocks to a sunset view of the river completes the day and preps you for so many choices for dinner. Clean, convenient friendly and helpful. Could not expect to find a better place for such a reasonable rate. 5 thumbs up.

This is a fabulous location and the apartment was big and clean. However, there is horrible construction noise starting at 7am and its impossible to sleep. It seemed like the ceiling would cave in on top of us. The representative was rude and dismissive on arrival.

La habitación muy cómoda, amplia, limpia y confortable y las chicas que nos atendieron fueron super amables. Además está situado en muy buena zona: cerca de las zonas más animadas pero sin estar en el meollo. Tienen wifi y el desayuno incluido está muy bien. Su relación calidad-precio me parece muy buena y es totalmente recomendable. Solo una advertencia: tiene muchas escaleras y la accesibilidad es un poco complicada, pero si estás en Lisboa con tanta cuesta eso no debería de ser un problema! :D

Nos trataron de maravilla. Muy limpio y tranquilo. El desayuno muy completo. Super bien comunicado, en uno de los barrios más bonitos. Volveremos seguro. Una pega? No hay zona exterior, el comedor no tiene ventanas, pero...todo lo demás compensa!

Vier Tage Aufenthalt im Herbst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Appartement.

Das Apartment liegt klasse, man kann überall hin laufen, die Einrichtung ist schön und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen. Einzige Minuspunkte waren: beim Check in kam die Person 45 min zu spät, unter dem Toilettendeckel wurde offensichtlich nicht vorher sauber gemacht, bis 3 Uhr nachts am Dienstag scheinen die Bars darunter ihr Hauptgeschäft zu machen und somit ist es sehr laut. Besondere highlights waren die Einrichtung, die tolle Ausgangslage, dass alles vorhanden ist, was man brauchte (zB Spülmaschinen Tabs, Wasser, Toilettenartikel, Waschmaschine...), das Bett war bequem, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Würde das Apartment trotz der angemerkten Punkte weitermpfehlen :) Vorsicht jedoch, es wird eine Gebühr für die Reinigung anfallen, die bei Expedia nicht genannt wird.
