Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Lisbon to celebrate our anniversary. Room was clean, and seemed recently updated. We enjoyed the simple but complete breakfast, and got helpful advice from the staff. Great location for exploring the city.

Location, view and building wonderful. Decoration top. Maintenance could be improved though. Breakfast room has no windows and although there was fresh orange juice, we almost skipped it.

Fantastisches B&B, mehr brauchts auch gar nicht für einen Stätde-Trip! Liegt in einem coolen Viertel und hochgelegen. Ringhörigkeit hat uns kaum gestört, gefen aussen zum Verkehr gut abgeschirmt.

Gute Lage, sehr zentral; Zimmer ist sehr laut, nur bei geschlossenem Fenster leise; Personal freundlich, allerdings nicht ehrlich. Auf eine Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten, sagte man mir, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Allerdings haben wir nur wenige Gäste gesehen. Das Bad ist innenliegend im Zimmer und hat keine eigene Entlüftung. Die Entlüftung findet über das Zimmer statt. Die Wand zwischen Bad und Zimmer ist sehr dünn, man hört jedes Geräusch. Das Hotel liegt in einem hellhörigen Altbau. In Lissabon gibt es sicherlich Alternativen.

Tanto el alojamiento como la ubicación me parecieron muy buenos y lo mejor el trato por parte de recepción que me ayudó tanto con el idioma, pues hablaba español como con la información que me dio sobre sitios donde cenar etc, etc.

Centrico, pero muy cutre. Va de retro pero no tiene ni armario. Dormir y desayuno escaso. Un bed and breakfast muy escasito. Casa vieja reformada de " aquella manera" sin servicio fuera de horas.

Melhor localização de Lisboa, quartos enormes, pessoas muito simpáticas. Falta ar condicionado e uma modernização geral por dentro.

Very genuine and in the heart of downtown. Extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly staff. The room was quite tiny but sufficed for a one night stay.

Stadtunterkunft in guter Lage. Die Innenstadt ist leicht zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffett war übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war super nett und gab gute Tipps für die Stadterkundung.

Prima B&B, sfeervol, fijne mensen, en super locatie. Bushalte met trammetje voor de deur, een mooi parkje met uitspanning, en lekkere restaurantjes om de hoek. Zeker een aanrader.

It is pretty and characterful b&b, odd bathroom location inside the room lacked a bit of privacy and the only main downside was it was quite noisy. Excellent location though, super friendly staff and good value for money

This place is beautiful. We really loved the room and the area. The folks there could not be nicer! The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that the room was right next to the breakfast room, and the clinking of the dishes and silver on the marble sideboard started at 7:30 am and it woke us up. Also a note for light sleepers..the room we had looked out over the park, and at night it did get lively. That said, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for our visit.

It is possibly the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. Exquisite. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. They made wonderful dinner recommendations and gladly made reservations for us. Breakfast was everything you could want. Public transportation was close by.

Rita was friendly and helpful in getting us to the casa, in the room and getting around the neighborhood. Great location, excellent restaurants in the area. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!!

Boas acomodações e localização

The room we stay is not like the pictures we saw in the web. It is much smaller. We will not pay this price to stay this kind of room. We booked a taxi to airport 5:45 am through the hotel and prepaid but the taxi late 14 min. We could not call anybody know where is the taxi so book a Uber to airport. The taxi arrived after we booked Uber. We canceled the Uber and Uber charged me cancel fee. Why we pay double money to book Taxi instead Uber because we thought the taxi will be reliable and on time.

As this property shares its entrance with many other vendors there’s lots of noise at all times during the day / night especially in the foyer of the building. We had our baby with us and the only crib was faulty during our first nights stay. And as such our baby had to sleep with us. Not ideal at all. Breakfast, minimal, but fresh. Excellent location. I recommend heavy sleepers only!

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very quiet, clean, simply decorated and an oasis in the middle of a very busy city.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Bairro Alto, perfekt um von hier aus das Nachtleben zu genießen. Jedoch nicht ganz billig....aber trotzdem zu empfehlen.

We stayed in Casa do Principe for 4 nights, while visiting Lisbon with my husband. We've booked the historic room (which was the most budget option) and were amazed by how big and beautiful the room was. It had everything we needed and it was quiet as we wanted. The room was freshly renowated and licated jest next to the breakfast room. The staff was very attentive and we would definitely be back there once in Lisbon! It's only 5m walk form Barrip Alto and you get all the greenery without the noise. What a treat!

Rooms are awesome, with a colonial decoration, the staff was really prepared to help out with any doubts or tips needed. The hotel was really clean. Breakfast was simple but everything disposed was top quality

war meine Tochtee in Lissabon besuchen und wir haben ausgehend von der Casa Do Principe eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. In diesem Viertel gibt es viele coole Boutiquen, Bars, Restaurants etc.

Great location although at the top of many hills. You can get the tram down to the bottom of the area however we chose to walk which was around 0.9 mile downhill. Room was small but adequately comfortable. The staff were amazing; so welcoming, polite and informative. The room was extremely clean with its own little story behind it & the extremely comfy. Great basic breakfast to start the day. Could not fault the place!

I visited Lisbon for two days and took the bus from the main train station which was very easy to do. It was a bit hard to find the bed and breakfast hotel with my GPS but I asked for directions from a local and then found I was in the right area but just couldnt find the door. The hotel is nine rooms on one floor in a building. It is charming, small but has lots of character. The front office staff are very attentive in helping you with directions, recommendations for restaurants and how to navigate Lisbon. I was able to get to the Metro in 5 minutes to take the train to the airport which took 40 minutes. The room had all the necessities you need.

Prachtige kamer (de groene). Groter als op de foto's en een heerlijk bed. Ochtend eten uitstekend verzorgd en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kortom een aanrader!

Absolutely beautiful room--high ceilings, impeccably appointed with a balcony and floor to ceiling doors overlooking the street. Wonderful breakfast included, very helpful but non- obtrusive staff. Great location, also. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Wunderschönes Hotel, freundlichstes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Personal hat viele Dienstleistungen für uns übernommen: Restaurantreservationen, Taxi beatellen, Reiseberatung etc. Die Lage des Hotels würde ich als absolut ideal bezeichnen. In 3 Minuten ist man im Bairro Alto und im Chiado. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Très bel hôtel, avec un bon emplacement. La chambre est assez grande, avec un petit balcon. Les gérants et employés sont très agréables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux (salé + sucré ) le seul petit bémol c'est que la salle est assez petite. Si vous logé dans cet hôtel, allee manger au restaurant A Cevicheria, qui est sur la même place.

Very welcoming B&B, sent me an email asking how I planned to get to the hotel and gave suggestions I opted for the metro I promptly received an email with directions and a map! On arrival we got a glass of port and the receptionist took his time to mark it things to see on the map and where we should go he also then explained about the history of those and the rooms. It's a very personal touch when you stay here highly recommended.

Elegimos este B&B por los buenos comentarios sobre el anfitrión y las fotos bonitas de su web. Sin embargo, fue experiencia muy decepcionante.La decoración de la habitación es agradable y la ubicación no está lejos del centro.Uno de los principales problemas es que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, y puedes oír las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado, así como los pasillos. No hay nada de intimidad. Por otra parte, el baño es un cubículo prefabricado dentro de la habitación, y cuando te duchas se acumula mucha humedad.Contrariamente a lo que leímos la amabilidad del personal, la mujer que nos recibió era nueva y no pudo ayudarnos ni a recomendar un parking ni con sitios de interés.Caro para lo que ofrecen teniendo en cuenta la gran disponibilidad hotelera de la zona. Normalmente elegimos B&B porque nos gustan los lugares con encanto y que nos hagan recomendaciones, en este caso no salimos decepcionados con ambas cosas.

Bonne situation géographique. Nous avons attendu 10min avant que quelquun nous ouvre la porte, personne a laccueil cest une cliente qui nous a ouvert à la fin. Cétait moyen. Un peu bruyant vu que nous avons eu la chambre juste à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner donc pas forcément agréable le réveil. Sinon les lits sont confortables. Et cest propre.

We were welcomed by Pedro who was very kind. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Pedro was very helpful and recommended three great local restaurants. The breakfast was good too with plenty of choice. We would stay there again.

Chambre standart premium propre et calme. Nous avons été ensuite dans la suite bleue beaucoup moins bien en dépit des photos. Côté rue, assez bruyante et kitschissime niveau deco. Tout est trop pacotille,pseudo luxe sauf la literie hyper confortable. Par contre pas de bouilloire electrique. Lampe de chevet ne permettant pas la lecture, taches sur le canapé.. Bon petit dej

IF I WAS FORCED TO COMPLAIN...I WOULD SAY THAT THE STAIRS AND/OR HALLWAY GOING OUT OF THE HOTEL ARE VERY DARK BUT A CELL PHONE LIGHTS THE WAY PERFECTLY...I TRAVELED SO MUCH AND NEVER BEEN AS PLEASED AS WITH THIS HOTEL!

Das Hotel selbst ist klein, aber fein. Im ersten Stock eines Altbaus wurde es mit viel Liebe fürs Detail zum Casa do Principe hergerichtet, und man merkt, dass dies baulich nur mit gewissen Einschränkungen möglich war. Doch aus der Not eine Tugend zu machen ist eine Kunst, die hier durchaus gelungen ist. Das beschränkte Platzangebot wurde optimal genutzt, und auch wenn die Gänge eng und die Rezeption oder der Frühstücksraum klein sind, so genügen sie doch vollkommen und werden von der Herzlichkeit, die hier herrscht, überstrahlt. Die Zimmer selbst waren sehr sauber, die Betten wunderbar. Wir hatten die kleinste Zimmervariante, die für uns ausreichte. Allerdings sollte man diese Variante nur wählen, wenn man entweder alleine unterwegs oder mit dem Zimmergenossen sehr vertraut ist, da Dusche und WC im Zimmer sind - getrennt nur durch eine Glastüre. Das Frühstück war in Form eines Buffets und hielt für alle Geschmäcker etwas bereit, an zwei Tagen gab es frisch gepressten Orangensaft und jeden Tag gab es einen anderen Kuchen. Als großes Extra kommen Pedro oder Francisko einem zum Frühstück persönlich einen Guten Morgen wünschen und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, und zwar wirkich in allen Belangen.Die Lage des Hotels ist als hervorragend zu bezeichnen, wenn man vor hat, die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Man kann wirklich direkt losmaschieren und wird vom Zauber und dem Flair, den Lissabon zu bieten hat, sogleich gefangen genommen.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, plein de charme et de confort (très bonne literie et calme). Accueil prévenant et localisation centrale. Levés très tôt en famille, arrivés tôt le matin, notre chambre était encore prise (normal :-)) mais pas de souci pour déposer les bagages et on nous a même gentiment proposé un petit déjeuner. Donc très très bonne impression avec des gérants très présents pour nous aider, nous conseiller les visites, les resto du quartier... Ne parlent pas le français mais très bien langlais. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation!
