タコ料理を頂いた、とても美味しかった。一見堅そうな雰囲気もありますが、店員さんもとても親切で楽しい時間を過ごせます。

Très belle découverte . La nourriture était bonne et bien préparée , apparemment avec des produits frais . Accueil et service nickel . La déco est d' un autre age voire même un peu rococo . On y a passé un très bon moment .

Nice, easy, a little off the Main Street so not a whole swarm of tourists constantly by.
Food was appropriately priced for serving size for a tourist trap and the salmon fillets were great.
Service was polite but nothing exceptional, a little slow and no great attempt at personal connection but polite enough.
Well shaded for lunch but dark green shade cover radiates a fair amount of heat.
When asking for tap water, was refused and told only bottled water for purchase.
Waited almost 10 minutes after asking for the bill when plates were cleared to receive and pay and not overly busy either.

This place came highly recommended but clearly the quality has dropped and prices have risen so now it's just another tourist trap. The baked cod was quite rubbery, the vegetables were very overcooked and there wasn't many of them, the salad was tiny, the octopus was pretty decent but a bit burnt. A beer was 3.50. And to add to that they don't serve tap water (in an area renowned for it's springs!), forcing you to further pollute the environment. I would probably give them 2 stars but for that.

In addition to staff's excellent service, you will find followings are very nice and wonderful. It is most delicious food I've ever eaten in Lisbon in case of me.
1. Fillets with shrimp sauce
2. Beef steak(€17.5)
3. Beer

La salle de restaurant à un petit côté suranné, certain diront kitch, qui évoque le moyen âge avec les tentures de velours vert et les chaises en bois travaillé... n'empêche que l'accueil est excellent et que la cuisine est d'un très bon rapport. Ne pas manquer la morue à la Tacho Réal à la carte qui est vraiment succulente ainsi que les desserts maison.

신트라신궁 뒷편에 있는데 정말 맛있습니다. 그릴돼지고기는 맛나게 구운 삼겹살이고요 새우소스 끼얹은 흰살생선요리는 환상이었습니다. 주문받는 사람이 친절해서 잘 대접받는 느낌이었고 올리브나 빵 버터등을 세팅해 두지않고 미리 보여주며 먹을건지 물어봐서 안먹는다고 하니 가져가는 등 양심적으로 보였어요. 다른 음식점은 그거 하나하나 다 돈받으면서 미리 쫙 펴놓던데...
일단 음식이 진짜 맛있어요.

Very good quality food, I tried the shrimp Curry and it was excellent. I also tasted the bass and the tortellini; all very very good.
The portions are more than enough, but the food was a bit more expensive. 17.50€ for the shrimp Curry.

Olá, daqui fala um honesto(quase) tuga. A comida surpreendeu-me, assério, não estava à espera(era ainda melhor se o bife fosse 4x maior). Se quiserem fazer as vossas necessidades (número2 especialmente) é melhor fazerem em casa. O atendimento foi bom(+). Considero o serviço e comida bastante gourmet.

El la bonita localidad de Sintra se encuentra este restaurante que ofrece un servicio impecable y una comida de calidad notable a precios muy razonables. Comimos el bacalao a tacho y quedamos muy satisfechos, de los mejores que he comido en Portugal. En la puerta había un guitarrista tocando para la clientela. Ha destacar el personal del restaurante, muy amable y atento en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro.

Excellente cuisine du pays, les prix sont très raisonnable, la terrasse est dans une rue relativement calme ce qui est très appréciable. Par ailleurs notre serveur (un originaire de Sintra) était très accueillant et serviable, nous avons même discuté pendant une bonne demi-heure après le repas de ce beau pays qu'est le Portugal.

Excellent staff and delicious food. The room smells a little bit like an old house but nothing to worry about. Although the food is very good in my opinion the plates are expensive but the main reason probably is the location, very touristic.

El local es un caserón antiguo, muy bien ambientado, cuando cenamos estábamos solos en ese salón, mí hija decía que le parecía una peli de miedo.

El restaurante es una casa señorial con varias habitaciones decoradas como los castillos medievales . El marco es muy bonito y la intimidad máxima comimos solos en una habitación . La comida excelente y el servicio extraordinario . El precio un poco caro pero merece la pena una media de 30€ por persona.

This is an amazing restaurant. A hidden gem in Sintra. We bump into this place a bit by accident and didn't regret. The food is excellent, desert are amazing. Needless to say we specially came there second time and planning to come third. The waiters are great. We loved the way they serve and ready to help you any minute. Great and authentic place. Build in the place of old stable. Decorated with great care to details. It is the place that everyone must visit!

Tacho Real was an impeccable dining experience in Sintra. Tomas - our waiter was a great sommelier, attentive server, and provided the most pleasant experience plus other recommendations for our stay in Portugal. Would highly recommend.

Lamentable. La ensalada consistió en 1 tomate cherry y medio cortado en trocitos ínfimos, 5 rodajas de pepino casi transparentes y la clásica mezcla de hojas de bolsa. Pedí un pescado a la plancha y además de pequeño, estaba seco. Pedí que no me sirvieran patatas y me las sirvieron. Además, lentisimos

Ristorante in cima alla zona centrale pedonale di Sintra. Pochi tavoli all'esterno ma molto accogliente all'interno. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, i camerieri disponibili e simpatici nonostante provassimo ad ordinare in portoghese. L'anatra è stata un'esperienza fantastica, anche il baccalà (del quale non sono riuscito a fare una foto perchè lo ho divorato subito). I dolci erano un po' pesanti ma buoni. Non abbiamo capito che l'antipasto che ci hanno presentato fosse a pagamento, ma colpa nostra. Ottima esperienza

Fantástico restaurante na vila de Sintra. Aberto há cerca de 35 anos e com um atendimento super eficaz e cordial. Decoração "real" e comida baztante boa, escolhi um Pato confitado com mel e alecrim, o vinho era bom e a tarte de toblerone era igualmente boa. Recomendo!

The food was exactly what I've wanted since I got to Portugal. Though the hours are a little wonky, the restaurant a bit musty at first, and someone I was with had bones in their fish, it was an amazing restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic and super friendly, talking about his surfing adventures and his mother's baking (she apparently makes the restaurant desserts). Would go back if given the opportunity.

Очень уютный, тихий ресторан с баром в отдельных залах. Вежливые и дружелюбные официанты очень хорошо выученные правилам сервировки стола, представлению и подаче блюд. Обслуживание быстрое и без суеты. Все говорят по английски. Ужинали два раза, по бронированию через The Fork и на следующий день просто пришли уже после 21:00, т.к. не попали в другой заказанный ресторан. Приняли очень радушно, как старых знакомых. Качество блюд и местных вин превосходное. Стейк из телятены таял во рту. В туалете, как и во всем ресторане , чисто и элегантно. Очень рекомендуем для посещения тем, кто предпочитает прием вкусных, качественно приготовленных рыбных и мясных блюд с хорошими винами в спокойной и уютной обстановке.
Значок ресторана на спутниковой карте ГУГЛ не на месте . В действительности вход в ресторан находится в 20 метрах слева на углу другого дома напротив значка гостиницы Feel Sintra.

Będąc w Sintrze warto znaleźć czas, żeby cieszyć się dobra kuchnia i świetna obsługa jaka tu znajdziecie. Bardzo elegancka restauracja z daniami kuchni regionalnej i cudownymi deserami. Dobra dla osób bezglutenowych. Obsługa nienachalna, ale zawsze na miejscu, gdy jest potrzebna. Wspaniałe miejsce. Ceny bardzo umiarkowane jak na ta klasę restauracje. Za obiad z przekąskami, głównymi daniami i deserami dla dwóch osób - 50 euro.

Some people accept eating a sandwich in order to earn more time for their tight travel schedule, but I'd rather prefer to enjoy a good meal especially in a small old town like Sintra. You won't be disappointed at Tacho Real. We enjoyed every bite of the fresh fish and seafood. Even their homemade desserts were surprisingly good! Hope we will have the chance to come back and try other dishes.

The host and service is fantastic! Best bacalhau we've had in our stay in Portugal. Don't forget to have dessert - they'll wheel out a dessert trolley full of homemade desserts. Would go recommend and go back 10/10.

Très bon restaurant typique avec un bon accueil... Plats typique à budget moyen. Fortement recommandé si vous souhaitez mangez local ! Le personnel parle plusieurs et notamment le français ce suivant est très appréciable quand la carte n'est pas traduite.

Although Sintra is a very touristic place, there still are places that aren’t tourist traps. This is one of them. Decoration is very nice, very royally. Waiters are very handy, but not bothering. It’s a very old building. Bread and cheese were excellent, as were the codfish and the house wine. Prices are ok. Desserts looked very tasty, although I was so full I did not have one.

Reviews were not great for this place but I found it good. Steak with mustard and mushrooms was amazing. Staff were lovely. View of palace amazing. Not cheap but the ambience and the food were very good. I would go back. Came in the evening, do not think I would fancy it during the day, as sintra is pretty crazy during the day

Excellent quality and selection of fresh seafood. Had the grilled sea beam with potatos, the fish we was nicely cooked (not overcooked like some grilled fish can be). Very reasonable prices with outstanding service, and we were able to enjoy the warm weather on the patio.

Ristorantino tranquillo appena fuori dal caos del centro. Personale molto cordiale ed attento. Da provare assolutamente la gustosissima Scaloppina ai funghi accompagnata da una semplice insalata verde. Molto piacevole la presenza di un chitarrista classico che rende l'atmosfera ancora più rilassata.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Trotz vieler Reservierungen haben wir schnell einen Tisch zugeordnet bekommen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, auch wenn etwas teuer. Allerdings ist Sintra als Touristenort generell auf einem höheren Preisniveau.

We found this restaurant looking through google maps and decided to give it a try. The fish, shrimp and ravioli which were not on the menu were delicious. Definitely a place not to miss if you are walking around and see this restaurant not too far. Great food for a great price and the service was very helpful and friendly.

Nice restraunt in Sintra! we weren't too hungry so shared the Mushroom in cream sauce plus the veal loin. They plated the servings separately without even having to ask! The Queijadas de Sintra for dessert was delicious.

Este restaurante foi uma das grandes e boas surpresas de nossa viagem. Lugar extremamente aconchegante (assim como Sintra). Depois de "quebrar o gelo" o dono se mostra a simpatia em pessoa. Mas a comida é o ponto alto! O bacalhau, da fota, estava magistral! O polvo (do qual não sou fã) sensacional! Bons vinhos e preço mais que honesto. Merece ser visitado novamente.

We found it through Google maps and were pleasantly surprised. We've ordered the specials: grilled pork and Squid for 2. The former came with a very nice chilly sauce and the latter was served on bed of rice with mussels, clams and shrimps. All very fresh and well cooked. The sauce was cream based but very light and flavourful.

Stopped here for lunch due to the high trip advisor ranking, but I don't see why it's ranked this highly. There are far better places in Sintra with better food and a better atmosphere.
Food was okay, nothing special. Indoors is old and musty.
Would not recommend.

Excellent food - have whatever fresh grilled fish is on the specials board - and friendly, multilingual staff. Sweet little terrace I forgot to photograph, but a very pleasant place to eat lunch. Delicious bread served and they bring a selection of little starters like local cheese and ham or olives. It's a little pricier but worth it.

Google reviews directed is to Tacho Real. Decor was quirky, in a medieval setting, but the food and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Un peu excentré du centre, tres bon accueil produits frais, nous avon mangé à l'intérieur avec vu sur les toits de Sintra. Saumon grillé et poulpe très bons nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

They really do have the best views in Sintra over the palace. It was raining though but they do have nice seating inside. Food was reasonably priced and prepared well. Sandwiches on toast were fresh and tasty.

Had the swordfish with the passion fruit sauce and it was incredible. Two of our group split a steak and loved it as well. Highly recommended. And don't be deceived by the outside, quite a spacious restaurant!

I had a great dinner her on the recommendation of my guest house. The steak Tacho Real (with mushroom, ham and wine sauce) and the walnut cake were amazing. The gentlemen serving were very attentive. A great dinner all around - would definitely go back!

Very nice place.
The waitress was very nice, the plate was excellent (I loved the octopus) and the price very corrects.
2 plates, 2 desserts 1 bottle of water and 2 coffees: 37e.
Totally worth it.

Decoração ótima,serviço exelente,mas os acompanhamentos muito simples.Mas talvez se pedir outro prato,o resultado seja melhor
