É um espaço diferente do habitual, leva mais uma estrela por isso. No entanto, a comida é razoável, mas sem deslumbrar, e os preços são demasiado elevados dada a qualidade em geral.

Mau! 23h fecha a cozinha. Às 22h40 já só deixavam pedir entradas. Praticamente expulsos pelas 23h. Péssimo

Pouquíssimos funcionários. É preciso implorar pra ser atendido. Pedi o caril e ninguém informou que o arroz era pago à parte. Reclamei e obtive uma péssima reação do funcionário que parecia ser o gerente. Todas as outras opções do Lx Factory são melhores do que essa.

Lugar mto ruim. Comida veio fria duas vezes mesmo após pedir para esquentar. Na mesa para seis, 4 pratos vieram e dois faltaram. Pior experiência em Lisboa.

Good food, nice stuff, only the interior design of the place is a bit simple - an old factory decorations which are not my fav.

Excelente comida asiática e o ambiente industrial intocado de uma antiga prensa de jornais é extraordinário. Se nota que o pessoal é algo inexperiente mas por sua vez são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Pedimos un curry vermelho com camarões e un Pho e estavam ambos extraordinários. Recomendo.

Restaurante diferente numa antiga gráfica, decoração vintage, pessoal expedito e diligente, comida saborosa e bem confecionada. O preço está acima do expectável e deve ser revisto.

Com casa cheia, demoraram 1h30 a servir. Empregados intragáveis. Mal dispostos e com uma atitude muito errada. Não deveriam estar ali. A comida não era má. Mas a experiência foi péssima. Pagámos 20€ por pessoa. Péssimo! Não volto

Demoramos cerca de 30 minutos para serem servidas as entradas, e cerca de 50 minutos para o prato principal. Muito demorado

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. A group of 8 friends and I were in Lisbon for the weekend and wanted to check out LX Factory after hearing great things. We ended up at Malaca Too because most of the restaurants around there didn't have space for a large group but the food looked good so we were happy to eat there. We had a good waiter and the food tasted fine, the problems came at the end of the meal. When it came time to pay check our waiter informed us that they only take cash, Portuguese credit cards, and American Express. Being a group of students studying abroad we of course didn't have American Express or any Portuguese credit cards and did not have enough cash among us after a day of exploring much of Lisbon. The only indication of their payment policy is a very small sign posted at the entrance of the restaurant. If a restaurant is going to have such an uncommon payment policy they should be upfront about it when you walk in. One of my friends got up to withdraw cash from an ATM to cover the meal when he was hit with food poisoning and ended up having to run to a toilet to throw up. This was about 20 minutes after finishing his Beef Corean and we all shared the same food at lunch so we were able to rule that out as the cause. After he was finally able to come back from the bathroom we asked to speak to the manager. We explained what happened and that my friend had gotten sick from his meal. The manager proceeded to say that there was no way the food caused him to be sick and that it was my friends body at fault, and not the food. We didn't even ask for his meal to be taken off of the check, we simply wanted them to know that maybe they shouldn't serve that dish for the rest of the night so no one else gets sick but we were met with nothing but defensive and rude answers from the manager. After it was clear that the manager didn't care about his food making a customer sick we gave up with him were finally able to pull out cash and paid our full check (including the meal that made my friend sick) and quickly left. My friend felt ill for the rest of the night but was okay the next morning. None of us had ever been treated like that at a restaurant before, especially when the food had made someone sick. This ruined our whole experience at LX Factory and I don't want this to happen to anyone else, avoid this restaurant at all costs

Não convenceu. O espaço apesar de diferente , não é acolhedor , não é confortável. O serviço apesar de serem simpáticos não têm formação para estar a servir , nomeadamente quando se coloca a fasquia do restaurante onde eles querem colocar. A comida, sem interesse. As sobremesas então ... Não justifica de modo algum os 25 euros pagos.

O serviço é simpático, mas a comida é verdadeiramente aborrecida. Pedi o Caril Verde que foi uma autêntica desilusão. Courgete e tofu cozido a flutuar naquilo que parecia e sabia a sopa de bebé ligeiramente picante. Pagar 12 euros por isto fez-me sentir roubada.

We had Dumplings and Samosas as a snack. It was very delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice ambiente too, you sit inbetween these biv industrial mashines with little light. Its a very nice location.

Definitivamente não recomendo. O preço é alto, a quantidade é pequena e o sabor não tem nada demais. Não há justificafiva para o preço que eles praticam. Eu me senti tão enganado que venho aqui pela primeira vez fazer uma avaliação radicalmente negativa. Guardo seu dinheiro para outros lugares. REPITO: NÃO RECOMENDO.

Food was tasty, service was quick and nice. For sure not the best restaurant in the world, but you get what you pay for. I had a duck (photo), and it had that crunchy skin I like. Wife had a green curry, it was nice. We waited for food no longer than 10 minutes.

The food is a perfect blend of Asian flavours, both original and delicate which in turn are served by some of the among top 10 nicest staff in Lisbon, in-between the orange paper feeding mechanism of a huge newspaper printing machine, pointed by crystal chandeliers over stainless steel tables where colourful industrial chairs rest. The best if the fish with ginger, as something unique and although not for all, but if you like it then it's unforgettable. All of this inside a 2 story bookstore, in the LX factory super interesting industrial site.

Estava com as expectativas em alta. A sopa pho é boa, mas há espaço para melhorar. Os preços para o serviço e comida que apresentam pode e deve ser ajustado.

Very good service and great atmosphere. The waiter was very nice and polite and found out for me about allergens in their Vietnamese rolls even though I didn’t ask him, so that to make sure it’s suitable for vegans (it wasn’t btw) The interior is superb, I liked the raw factory style. I really liked the food, though I didn’t order much. A wide range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on the menu.

Worst dinner ever. Starters were frozen and pad Thai had really bad shrimps. Servant didn’t understand too much Portuguese even when I said the food was horrible.

Had a lunch menu (5.90 EUR) here with ‘chicken noodle soup’ with pork dumplings. Soup tasted of nothing at all but rice noodles, and it had a couple of salad leaves and few slivers of carrot. Only flavour was pork dumpling. Ordered a snack of vietnamese crepe as i was left starved, and received a barely wrapped crepe that disintegrated at first touch w chopsticks - it was loaded with old salad leaves, noodles and two barely cleaned prawns. Disgraceful to serve this as food.

Service is extremely slow! The restaurant wasn’t very busy the day we tried it. We were a table of 5 and the dishes came at different times (quite big gaps between two people’s dishes). Food is very underwhelming in flavour.

Comida espectacular, el padthai buenísimo, la mousse de mango muy suave y esponjosa. Algo caro en comparación con el resto de Lisboa, pero comida de calidad en un local con encanto industrial.

The payment policy of this place is very unhelpful they don’t tell you about the minimal card payment options they have until the bill is ready This itself give a bad experience no matter the food was good

É um restaurante com comida asiática, que aprecio. Quem não gosta de pratos picantes, tem opções. Serviço pouco eficiente.

Comida saborosa em que a refeição roda os 17€ a 20€ por pessoa (refeição completa). O espaço é bastante agradável e a simpatia do staff também, contudo o tempo de espera para pedidos, cafés e conta foram bastante excessivos.

The best Malaysian cuisine you could get in Lisbon.Food was inexpensive as a there is a lunch meal promotion from Monday to Friday at the price of 9.90 euros and the menu goes in a rotation and the food isn't spicy for those who couldn't eat spicy .Waiters were nice and pleasant,the place is something nobody would expect a restaurant to be as it has industrial machinery in in and tables around it but the environment was nice,food might take up to 30 minutes but it is worth the wait.The only thing that can be improved is cleanses of the place on the side walls and the window sills as my previous visit to the place i was sitting near the window and there was finger nails which kind of lessened my appetite.Other than that all was fine and there are various dish to choose from.

1 star for presentation. But other than that a poor attempt to serve Asian food. Took FOREVER for the food to come, we timed it at 45 minutes and the restaurant was only 10% full. Also will not take international credit cards! What?!

After eating here my wife and I both suffered with food poisoning despite eating different starters and main courses. The WC's were absolutely disgusting (worst I have experienced in a restaurant) and many customers were not washing their hands since the tap pressure was so fierce it was nearly impossible not to soak oneself with water. The service was also poor (is it necessary to ask 4 times for a bottle of sparking water?), but the hygiene is the biggest worry here. NOT Recommended!

I was so excited about eating lunch here but was absolutely horrified at the service and how we were treated by the waitress. After entering and saying hello to one waiter, we made our way to a table as nobody had attended to us. After sitting down at a table in the almost empty restsurant we were approached by a waitress who told us rudely, that we must go back to the door and wait to be seated. We got uo and went back to the door in shock - where she followed us, and then told us to follow her to be seated. She took us back to the exact same table. At that point we walked out as this seemed totally unnecessary and mearly an act to boost her ego!

Ambiente diferente. O maquinário dá um clima interessante porém atrapalha um pouco para encontrar um garçom, assim o serviço leva um pouco mais de tempo.

A comida não é má mas há mais sítios onde podemos comer igual. O atendimento dos piores que já vi, posso dizer que os cafés quase voaram para as nossas caras, e a prepotência do funcionário quase nos leva a crer que nos estão a fazer um favor. Um óptimo espaço com as pessoas erradas. Eu não volto e não recomendo a ninguém

Des plats aux saveurs d'un Orient que l'on croyait perdu ! La Salade Thaï était un véritable délice ! Les plats qui ont suivi pareil Et quand le service est sympathique ... Que dire de plus ...

Well, this place is set in an ancient printing factory, the scene is awesome, sitting next to a great book shop (other half of the printing press factory). The staff was lovely and helpful in the choice of wine and dishes. And as for the food, it was just delicious. Having lived in different Asian countries for years, I don't understand the negative comments I read here. Or maybe they took good notice of it and improved, which is by itself an achievement whose consequences I was able to witness tonight. Yes : great experience!

Me and my wife yesterday had a dinner there. We have ordered prawns, vegetables with tofu in sauce and pork. Everything was very tasty, but wen we got back to a hotel we became very sick, so strong stomach problem. I was so disappointed!! Today is our flight back home and we are not in a good condition. Not recommended!!!

Ambiente frio e nada profissional. Quando, ao chegarem mais 3 pessoas do nosso grupo, pedimos para mudar de mesa o empregado disse-nos "tout court", mudem, mas levam vocês a loiça... O grupo em que estava ainda facilitou, mas, mesmo assim, o dito "garçon" ainda ficou a refilar com "boquinhas" obrigando-me a chamá-lo à razão das suas funções e obrigações. Enfim, aqui não me apanham mais, até porque a comida e o preço não são nada de jeito também. Para esquecer :-(

Very helpful staff, delicious food and a wonderful location. Awesome to have dinner between the old printing presses.

So cool, enjoying nice asian food in this former printing company! They left all the printing presses intact, and placed their seats and tables around those. Love it! As I loved the Asian food. Especially their tempura prawns with tempura veggies. Very friendly staff too. Good place!
