The reception staff are miserable and unhelpful. The bar staff are wonderfulThe surrounding area is uninspiring and 15-20 mins taxi or underground to the centre of LisbonAVOID the hair saloon in the hotel! Stylists are not good and they charge €2.50 for a bit of hairspray!!!The hotel is basic. To start, I’ve been in many 4 stars hotels better than this. The bed is not good, there is no mini bar ( first time I’m in a 5 stars hotel with no mini bar, what they think I’m going to still? a beer?) and why, why the Gym in only open from 8 am ( sorry in high season from 7 am) to 9 pm. At 7 I want to leave the hotel and go to work. Honestly, I’ve just check in but this is ( pushing really hard) a 4 stars not much customer centric.
Just took out one more star. I have 4 hangers in the closet. My god ‍♂️. After sleeping one night here I decided to take 1 more star to my previous evaluation. You can hear noise all night in the room from the air-con and the pipes. To all. This is not the worse hotel I have ever been. But it’s the worst 4/5 start I’ve been. This is a nice IBIS at the triple of the price. Second night in the hotel and I can’t sleep with the pipe watering noise. This never happened to me. This is the worst hotel ever. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from here.

I would say the hotel overall is okay. Front desk and manager are on point, I would give them 5*. Very helpful and professional and try to solve any inconveniences and assist with anything ASAP. However the hotel itself, rooms were a bit shabby for my liking. You can see that they have rushed with renovation, bathrooms quite dirty, everywhere are visible spots and stains from tile fillers. No kettle in rooms, nor tea or coffee. I think the five stars are a bit overrated, in most four star hotels or boutique hotels you will have better experience. Breakfast was okay, very basic though, coffee isn’t the best one, and there are lack of attentive staff. Missing cutlery, many food options weren’t present or took ages to be refilled.

Прежде всего, это не 5* Максимум - средненькая "четвёрка" или приличная "трёшка" Номера маленькие. В ванных очень неудобные раковины и сами ванны. Чайник могут дать только по запросу (при наличии). Завтрак неплохой, но плохо организован - очереди и толчея.

É posizionato un po' lontano dal centro e nei dintorni non c'é molto da vedere. D'altra parte é ben collegato con pullman e metropolitana. Per il resto é un'ottima scelta: é presente una palestra, una spa ed una piscina (chiusa nel periodo invernale), presenta il servizio in camera h24, la pulizia della camera ogni giorno e diversi tipi di ristoranti in cui mangiare.

Ordentliche, saubere und hübsche Zimmer, vernünftiges Frühstück. Der Spa-Bereich ist sinnfrei. Man muss sich anmelden, dann kann man den Bereich nutzen. Jederzeitige öffentliche Nutzung für die Hotelgäste geht nicht. Dazu ist es auch viel zu winzig. Eine kleine Dampfsauna und eine kleine Sauna, das war's. Nicht mal ein kleines Schwimmbecken oder ein Whirlpool. Nach zwanzig Minuten kommen schon die nächsten, da muss man raus sein. Lage ist nicht perfekt aber gut. Zur Innenstadt muss man die Öffentlichen nutzen, zum Laufen etwas zu weit. Aber es ist eine große Zugstation in der Nähe, außerdem die Metro, mit der man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt/Altstadt ist. Es ist sehr laut dort. Es sind nicht nur die Flugzeuge, welche ich am wenigsten schlimm fand. Schlimmer fand ich den permanent in der Luft liegenden Dauerlärm, teilweise durch die viel zu lauten Züge, teilweise scheinbar aber auch durch die vielen Lüftungs-Anlagen auf den ganzen Hotels und Bürotürmen. Ich bin als Frankfurter Flugzeug-und Verkehrslärm gewohnt, das dort war aber eine völlig andere Hausnummer. Wenn die Fenster zu waren, ging es einigermaßen aber wer bei gekipptem Fenster schläft, hat wirklich schwer gelitten. Das Personal war hervorragend freundlich.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus sehr leicht mit dem Bus (Direkt) aber auch mit der Ubahn (1x Umsteigen) erreichbar (ca. 5 Min Fussweg entfernt). Dadurch das sich der Flughafen in stadtnähe befindet hört und sieht man vom Hotel aus die Flugzeuge an- und abfliegen.

nice mid level with higher standard hotel with soa access. The pool is during off season not accessible, the spa is operated by a third party but due to an agreement with the hotel, a limited access is allowed free of charge. Do not know why but the spa personal lies to us. We wanted to relax after the show and wanted to go to the sauna around 9 PM I believe. we called and were informed that " no open appointment' available we need to CV ome at 8 pm. we rushed back, taking a taxi vs free bus and found nobody was in the spa area at all, giving g us the impression that someone wanted to go home early....not the service one expects who can define service....lol. Plus she had a snippy entitled attitude, once experiences from ensteanged entitled gate keepers. Otherwise, the hotel gave us some fresh fruits delivered to the room, feeling sorry for that person's attitude. We respected this, but unringung the bell is impossible, but we forget quickly, but we are here to inform and help to prepare for others to come here.

O Hotel em si é bom, mas diz que tem Spa e o dito cujo pertence ao salão de cabeleireiro ao lado e quem está no hotel e vai lá não tem direito a entrar sequer nos balneários. E só pode usufruir do banho turco, o jacuzzi nem vê-lo, literalmente, pois nem me deixaram ver o jacuzzi para não incomodar os clientes... pois para eles eu não era cliente (do cabeleireiro) mas sim do Hotel por isso não tinha direito a não ser que pagasse ao cabeleireiro. Pois uma pessoa que reserva um Hotel com Spa onde num raio de cerca de 1km existem alguns bons hotéis embora não tenham Spa é porque se quer utilizar o dito Spa. Mas este é mesmo só dito ( no nome) porque na verdade este hotel não tem Spa, mas sim o cabeleireiro ao lado e tem que se pagar por ele!

朝食が美味しい。 スタッフの対応はいまいちだが、朝食は素晴らしく種類(エッグタルトもある)があり、とてもよかった。 また闘牛場が近く、闘牛場中には、小さなモールや、スーパー、フードコートもあり、お買い物も便利だった。今回は利用しなかったが、駅も近くて便利でよい所にある。

Très bel hôtel, très propre deventure jolie mais le restaurant.... endroit vu sur la route pas très accueillant, sombre, triste,.... Prix un peu cher pour un 5 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas plus que ça, asser loin du centre, il faut prendre le métro, le moyen le plus rapide pour atteindre le centre, prendre la ligne jaune, puis petit changement pour prendre ligne bleu, en gros faut 15 min, a pied il y a un peu près 7 km on l'a fait c'est agréable aussi pour visiter

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. However, the decor is a bit too modern and the hallways look like you're in a mirror maze at a fun house. It's actually nauseating. The room was comfy and well appointed. It was very difficult to figure out how to open my window and when I finally did, it was broken anyway. The large bed was actually two twins pushed together, which was not ideal, and the mattresses were a bit old. The bathroom was beautiful but again, a bit too modern. There was a creepy window in the bathtub that allowed the person in the bed to watch you bathe. There was no free water or coffee and tea in the room. But, there were free slippers. Best part of the hotel, the breakfast. It was difficult to find, but the breakfast was plentiful.

Très bel hôtel non loin du centre. Chambre chaleureuse et propre. Personnel accueillant en revanche attention à vos affaires (vol d'une paire d'écouteurs de marque par les femmes de ménage.) Petit déjeuner cher (30€ pour 2 par jour ) Piscine très froide pour un mois d'août pour causé pas d'exposition au soleil car entourée de bâtiments très hauts.

Room's need updating, furniture for a 5* hotel, is not what I expected, no complement drinks or, dressing gown, teriffiic bad smell from bathroom, bathroom desperately need tlc, no kettle or iron in room, window do not open enough, staff mainly intrested in tips, carpets need cleaning, musty smell from carpets and room, need airing, hence windows need to be able to a open, fully or enough to vent and air tje room amd hotel, felt uncomfortable when bell boy took are suitcases out of view, as like to view my luggage at all cost, cleaners ok, but need more training how to clean thoughly, lobby is ok but room dissapoint. We are here for our wedding anniversary with our Mother, and felt more happier going away from Hotel to enjoy and feel comfortable. Which for the money we spent is disgraceful, as asked for kettle in room on day on checkin and still waiting, would I recommend Nooooooooooooooooo. I would never stay at this hotel again, it's not worth 5* and not worth the price we paid for our time here, very dissapointed.

5星だが、エレベーターがなかなか来なくて、他の国の泊まり客でさえ非常口の階段で登り降りしていましたし、部屋の洗面台や便器などの位置も高く、低い方は使いにくいと思います。 またバスタブの水栓切り替えが使いづらいので、問題山積だと思います。 唯一良いのはラウンジやレストランでのビールやワインが安いことでした。

This hotel needs to renovate. Old cabinets and closets. Some things I didn't like: Complicated shower, no room on sink for my toiletries, no end table, black hallways making it hard to see the number of the room, no complimentary bottle of water.

Confortable hotel close to the airport and transportation. Like others have said, the front desk staff are not exactly the most helpful, but I did have a wonderful Porter (Bruno) on the first day. The room is comfortable- great bed, good amount of light and you can control your own temperature. The bathroom is all marble so it (and the bathtub) can be a bit slippery. Overall, a nice hotel.

Very Bad Hotel. Never a 5 Star Hotel, Maybe 2. We Booked a Package with Breakfast, but they didn't take the Money and now we have no breakfast included. They are not polite, have an incredible bad accounting because didn't take online payment and made us pay more than online because of added taxes. Room is a Desaster, bathroom has no door or wall at the shower. But a window ?!# Then they make you pay 15€ for using the Spa, dirty Bed sheets, not properly done beds. So do yourself a favor and take an Airbnb. We stayed one week in a Airbnb in Lisbon and it was great, each Cent worth it but this 5* Hotel isn't worth anything. Waste of money and time. Never in my life I will go to this brand again and tell all people who I know that this is a bad Hotel.

Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen; es ist zwar ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, aber leider nach südeuropäischen Standard. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlte die Toilettenbürste die wir am nächsten Morgen dann bekommen haben. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, ca. 350 m zur Metro und zur Busstation (Nr. 736) in Richtung Innenstadt optimal. Sauberkeit allgemein (es wird immer irgendwo gereinigt) und Freundlichkeit des Personals zeichnen das Hotel aus.

Buen buffet de desayuno y habitaciones que disponen de todos los enseres necesarios, quizá un poco descuidado el mobiliario pero en buenas condiciones, el personal muy bien con excepciones puntuales. El spa tiene Calderum, sauna, duchas frías y fuente de hielo que no funciona, pero en general muy correcto. La piscina correcta.

Enjoyed my stay as it was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Safe for solo women. Choose 5th or 6th floor rooms if you want a kettle. I made oatmeal in my thermos. Location close enough to transit. They want payments in advance.

Hotel lontano dal centro ma vicino alla stazione metro. Stanza pulita e spaziosa, letto comodo. Bello il bagno con tutti i confort ( unico elemento da hotel 5*). Colazione nella norma, da segnalare la bontà dei dolci. Il personale della reception non è adeguato ed è piuttosto scostante

Nosotros hemos recorrido por un circuito por Portugal, y este ha sido el hotel que menos nos ha agradado por las siguientes razones -En primer lugar el hotel en sí tiene un aire moderno, que a mi me ha encantado, pero el gran problema es que no es nada práctico, como el baño, el lavabo.... -En segundo lugar las habitaciones estaban incompletas ( no era una bañera sino un cristal, parecía un acuario), además la ducha tenía suelta la tapa del sumidero, los demás estaban mal, no había secador( fuimos a recepción para que nos lo dieran y no nos lo dejaron) - Cuando fuimos a la piscina teníamos que depositar 40€ de fianza por una toalla, me pareció vergonzoso, además que en la piscina no había ni socorrista, solo un teléfono para llamar a recepción En conclusión este hotel no nos ha agradado del todo, pero si hay que destacar que los desayunos estaban impresionante, y el personal muy amable

First, I marked all the answer above excellent but doesnt show. This hotel is located in the center of Lisbon. To get to the heart of the city it takes 20 minutes walking beautiful avenues. Next to the hotel are a few very good and inexpensive cafes serving also meals.The hotel really deserves its five stars for the reception area, restaurants and bar, rooms (comfort and cleanliness) SPA etc. Above all for service. The staff is friendly and willing to help with all needs like arrangements for excursions, transportation to the airport, taxi, suggestions of best restaurants and night clubs with traditional music, walking directions etc. I would recommend it strongly and without any reservation.

For a 5 star hotel, this was a disappointment. The hotel is okey, but the restaurant is mediocre at best, the pool wasn’t open (we were there at the middle of May), no outdoor sitting area, only two very slow elevators, just to name a few things.

So looking forward to spending a lovely weekend in Lisbon for the first time but I guess like many many others my plans were forcibly changed because of the virus and understandably so. The hotel looks lovely and was a prefect base for me as i was planning to run the Lisbon Half Marathon for charity. I know things are extremely difficult for everyone but just a shame I wasnt allowed to move the dates of my booking to the weekend of 5th Sept, the date of the rescheduled Marathon. I guess that's my fault for booking a non refundable trip but all of us need to be so understanding at the moment. We are all in this together and no one should be penalised, albeit it is just money. Everyone please keep safe and especially look after those elderly and those with health issues. I do hope the hotel managed to use the vacated rooms to support others who desperately need accommodation and help during these coming weeks and months. Martin

Amazing hotel, was only there for one night, but they were very hospitable and located close to the city centre and train station. rooms were large and had all amenities. they have early checkin and late checkout, but only if available and you need to request it.

The Hotel is managed very badly. We told the receptionist that It was our anniversary and we needed 2 glass as we had with us a bottle of champagne. We were required to pay 5 € only for the glasses. there were too many complaints to describe here. Spend few euros more and go somewhere else for a better 5 star hotel.

Estivemos uma hora à espera do almoço, no bar, sendo que para algumas das pessoas o pedido era uma mera sandes. Organizamos uma conferência e o catering do hotel deixa bastante a desejar. As salas são climatizadas e o espaço é confortável.

The location was good and the price wasn't too bad, however this place is certainly not a five star hotel. The service on the staffs part was slow, and not the most friendly. The rooms are dated, and there were cobwebs in the cabinets. If you would like an actual five star the sheraton lisboa is your best bet.

Encontrei pelos e cabelos dentro da cama lavada, liguei à recepção e a solução que me deram foi mudar de quarto. Eram 4h da manhã quando abri a cama e me deparei com a pouca higiene. É facto que os lençois pareciam lavados, mas não devem ter sido bem lavados. Às 4h da manhã depois de ter o banho tomado e pijama vestido não mudei de quarto. Preferia que me dessem roupa lavada que eu fazia a cama de novo.

Would not recommend to travelers during the winter season. Pool was closed, Spa was by appointment only and they rarely had openings. I only stayed one night at this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean and well run. Every member of the staff that I had contact with was extremely polite and professional.I also liked the convenience of having a restaurant and fitness center at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with multiple food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Buongiorno, sono stata di recente x circa 10 giorni in quest hotel ...5 stelle?? X me ne vale 2.. pulizia molto molto scarsa...personale indisponente e molto staccato dai clienti.. in reception nessuno parla italiano Ogni volta che veniva effettuato il rifacimento camera..al nostro rientro mancava sempre qualcosa( crta igienica ecc ecc...).. I mobili rovinati o addirittura rotti...x un hotel "5 stelle" nn dovrebbe esserci tt cio'! Da noi in Italia, nei nostri HOTEL 5 STELLE..il personale parla quasi tt le lingue..cm e' giusto che sia.. Miei cari receptionisti...imparate l' italiano..ed anche in fretta...cmq concludo.. x il prezzo che abbiamo pagato( senza la colazione) nn li vale x niente ..voto complessivo 4. CORDIALI SALUTI.. ANNA DA MILANO .

Experiência muito má. Passo a vida em hotéis por questões de trabalho e para o preço / qualidade deixa muito a desejar. Paguei 100 euros por uma noite que já estava reservada com antecedência e na receção tinham dito que tinha pequeno almoço, quando vou para o ver fazem me sentar dizem que sim tenho direito sirvo me é depois querem me cobrar 15 euros à cabeça por uns ovos mal feitos e umas tiras de bacon salgadas preferia ir ao molha o bico em picoas e gastar o mesmo. Quarto super pequeno sem isolamento de som porque ouvia todaos a tomar banho a falar a andar. Banho não dá para temperar a água e para além do mais a banheira não tapa o que acho genial. Para além dos funcionários nos tratarem consoante aquilo que acham que a nossa carteira tem. Preferia ter ido ao América Dimond em picoas mesmo sendo um hotel de menos estrelas tem muito mais qualidade de serviço

I was lodged here by TAP in the middle of the night, because of flight delays. Close to the airport. Very friendly service, they took care of everything extremely smoothly. The rooms are very nice and quiet. Inviting breakfast selection.

I loved this hotel. Simply loved it. It's in a nice neighborhood, and it's got all comforts expected of modern luxury. The rooms are more Spartan, but you won't be disappointed by the furnishings. The walls are well insulated so you maintain your privacy and quiet relaxation time. Do be aware that the design is dark, black stone with gold accents, and the halls, particularly the downstairs bathrooms may appear dim and intimidating.

Seria de esperar um hotel 5 estrelas mas efectivamente está longe disso. Apesar da estrura exterior nos remeter para uma percepção de requinte efectivamente não acontece. Quartos pequenos, ar condicionado barulhento e sem hipotese de desligar, mini bar com duas aguas apenas, wc com notas de pouca higiene, pequeno almoço parco e demasiadamente industrial. Enfim ... são os tempos que se vivem en Lisboa.

High prices, low quality. The hotel is not worth what they charge. Room cards frequently stop to work. Some of the breakfast staff are really unfriendly. At the reception counter are queues to the moon. The elevators are busy like hell. Rooms do not get maintained as they should.

The Good:1.Hotel is centrally located, quite near to the airport. 2.The property is impressive with very nice lounge and bar. 3.Rooms are nice and tidy. 4.Breakfast options are plenty and fresh.What could be improved:1.Staff service attitude. I felt they were doing me a favor in listening to my reasonable requests like Iron, Coffee etc.2. Iron board is a must, and if youre not providing one how do you justify asking 40 Euro deposit to request one? You are expecting the guest to come down to reception and pay 40 euro and then get iron board after 30 minutes? - appalling. 3. Tea and Coffee flasks are far too small, and not refilled. many guests were waiting for it for a long time during breakfast. Its unacceptable to overlook such small but vital things.

Spa = only gym + steam room off-season.Sunday = spa closed! --> tricky for conference stay with only free time Sunday morning. Early closing hours: 8pm Mon-Sat --> difficult to find time to visit spa area. Room personal mostly DO NOT KNOCK! Strange aggressive behaviour by front desk staff without apology for NOT INFORMING about Sunday SPA CLOSED. 2nd day: face tissues and room wash cloths removed. Room service expensive: 5€ tax payment even for 1 cup of coffee.Rooms are a little run down. Building site noise all night was unpleasant. Positive: Friendly check in, great looking foyer.

웬만하면 코멘트를 남기지 않는데 이 호텔은 꼭 남겨야한다는 의무감이 들어서 글을 남깁니다 5 star 호텔이라는 점을 믿고 예약을 했는데 서비스, 시설 등이 기대에 전혀 미치지 못합니다. 무엇보다 프론트 데스크에 있던 직원들은 매우 사무적이고 신경질적이기 까지 하더군요. 그 흔한 good morning 인사도 없습니다. 포르투갈과 포르투갈 사람들에 대한 매우 좋은 인상이 이들 때문에 망가졌습니다. 정말 이들 리셉셔니스트들은 바뀌어야합니다. 절대 다시 이용하지 않을 것입니다.

The hotel is not a five star hotel but a maximum of three stars. The hotel is a spa hotel, but the pools are closed during the winter season. There are pictures of the indoor pool, but when we asked about the pool, it does not exist. Rooms clean but worn and old fashioned. The hotel spa staff was friendly but the reception was not. I thought they could speak several languages, but they couldn't say good morning, good evening, or forgive in any language. The door opening card stopped working several times and was never regretted. And when I got to the hotel, I couldn't get in because my male friend had booked a room. He should have emailed permission to get in. I couldn't contact him because he was flying here at the time. So I had to be outside for 5 hours. I do not recommend this hotel.

Architectural features, decor and seating in lobby area and Cenario restaurant were visually pleasing. Room did not look or feel like a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The sliding door of the en suite could not close/open properly, because the rubber edge was detached at the bottom. It looked terrible and was not fixed during our stay. Bed sheet and towel and chair at the desk in our room had stains. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent, many options. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Staff member at reception who checked us in was not welcoming at all, quite rude, needs to learn basic manners. The staff who checked us out also lacked basic manners and the ability to understand the concept of customer service. So disappointed.

Hotel certamente non da 5 stelle anche se vero che il prezzo non è tale. La mia era una camera molto ampia con salotto grande come la camera da letto Carente nelle piccole manutenzioni che danno un senso di trascuratezza. La camera veniva rifatta una volta al giorno e mai rassettata. Una volta rientrati alle 17.30 non era stata ancora rifatta e quel giorno vista la nostra presenza non è stata rifatta. Personale di reception distaccato. Nel complesso discreto anche se c'è molto da migliorare.

Belated review I ought to share. I had a good nights sleep in this hotel which is located in a convenient location with a wide variety of good restaurants. The hotel parking lot is pretty spacious. Check-in staff were attentive and courteous. Rooms clean with excellent sound proofing. Can't fault anything.

Da wir nur einen kurzen Städtetrip gemacht haben, waren wir eher selten im Hotel. Das Spa Angebot konnten wir leider nicht wahrnehmen. Frühstück haben wir für einen Tag in Anspruch genommen, welches sehr üppig und lecker war. Ansonsten war das Hotel einwandfrei und wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen.

We actually stayed one day extra after our tour ended. The buffet is adequate but runs out of food and takes along time to refill. Staff not very friendly. For being a 5 star hotel we were surprised the condition of the room, in our room the furniture, wood was warped and scratched.The internet was terrible

Hôtel com baixa relação qualidade/preço. A localização é muito boa. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A piscina em pleno mês de Julho estava abandonada. O spa é à parte e consideramos muito caro para o tipo de serviços.

I honestly can't really fault this hotel, apart from the fact that I expect that little bit extra from a 5 star hotel. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and no noise from neighbours or the corridor. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, just as expected; they happily helped my fiancé surprise me with a cake and champagne on my birthday. The pool is small and in a lot of shade, but I enjoyed it. The location is good, we strolled into the city centre one day, but its also 5 minutes away from the metro. We didn't eat in the hotel because there are just so many good options nearby. I'd love to return and would be happy to recommend. BTW, there are city taxes of €2/day/person in lisbon.

Eine Frechheit das 5 Sterne zu nenne. Max würde das 3 bekommen.Alte Möbel enge Zimmer. Alte Badewannen mit Umständlich Wasser Regler. Flug Lärm. Das beste am Zimmer war der 55zoll tvDer Pool ohne Worte. So was runterkommendes habe ich lange nichts mehr gesehn. Alte Holz Boden wo teilweise die Schrauben Raus schauen und nur 10liegen. 3 davon komplett defekt.Lange war voll ok. Gut 3min von bus und bahn.

Te venden como hotel&spa y el spa es de pago, las calidades y servicios no se corresponden a las de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La habitación era bastante pequeña y tenía un pequeño armario para dos personas y el mini bar estaba vacio. La limpieza podría mejorar mucho. La tapa del retrete estaba rota y tuvimos que avisar para que la cambiaran.

Je ne suis pas une cliente difficile mais cet hotel n a rien d'un 5 étoiles . Chambre moyenne et pas de mini bar. Salle de bains succinte sans peignoir . Personnel pas souriant . Piscine mal entretenue avec transats cassés . Et petit-déjeuner loin d un 5 étoiles. Pour un café au bord de la piscine on vous l'apporte dans un gobelet plastique Et les soins du spa sont à des prix exorbitant ... le sauna et le jacuzzi en panne depuis des mois donc non accessible Point positif la localisation metro a 2 mn

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved every minute. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless every day after the cleaners attended to it and I had the best massage ever at the Spa by Mathalda. I have stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world including The Marriott in Dublin and The Bauer in St Marks Square, Venice so I know what I am talking about. Pros- amazing, if expensive, massage treatments and staff. The only 5 star experience on offer. Cons- too many to list in this short passage but to name a few: 1. Unfriendly disinterested bar and Reception staff- nearly all made us feel like we were an imposition to their day. 2. No spa or sauna for the entire duration of our stay- this was our purpose for choosing this hotel. 3. Restaurant staff were excellent but food was low grade. 4. Checking in and out was fraught with impossible stress. Failure to accept all charges had been paid, almost made us late for taxi to the airport and still charged our cards after we left. 4. Charged for city tax twice even though it was pre-paid in the booking online. 5. No changing facilities or pool side service. Pool is very small considering the size of the hotel. 6. Charged for pool towels - forced to sign them in/out at general reception daily. 7. Rooms didn't feel 5 star standard on any level. I could go on!

I was here for 4 nights with my friends, we explored the city, there are many restaurants opposite the hotel, a supermarket nearby, and a shopping centre 7-10 mins walk away. Taxis are easily available for transfer or even the metro can be used to explore Lisbon. Its 1.5 € for one way travel on the metro. The hotel is nice, continental breakfast, the spa is also worth going, the steam sauna were not working when i visited, but the spa was very good.

El baño poco cómodo,bidé súper pequeño,lavabo diminuto y poco utilizable,bañera muy alta y estrecha ,wc demasiado alto por lo que se te quedan las piernas colgando si no mides más de 1,80 y al tirar salta agua hacia afuera .Por la noche ruido de tuberías de otras habitaciones,la cama muy mejorable y almohadas,sinceramente le sobra 1 estrella ,quizás 2,hay mejores hoteles zona plaza de figueira (centro )por el mismo precio.

Overall its not a bad hotel. I believe that its more of a 4* other than a 5*... the entrance to the hotel is promising and one cant tell that in the past it mustve been great. Now it feels a bit scruffy. Staff is lovely and extremely helpful..the rooms are a bit battered - scratches and dents everywhere, electric blinders barely working, the air con wasnt 100% but the worst part was definitely the swimming pool area...no lifeguard meant kids were running around recklessly, the vast majority of the beds and tanning stations were in a terrible and unusable state.

Incrivelmente DECEPCIONADA com o serviço desse hotel . Dizem ser 5 estrelas mas estão longe disso ! Quartos cheirando a umidade , cheio de poeira , mofo no banheiro !! Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e nos propuseram outro tão fedido quanto. Sinceramente só não cancelo minha estadia pois já está pago . NUNCA mais .

Hotel 5 stelle xché c'e' piscina e spa. Hall di effetto. Colazione internazionale buona scelta. La camera (suite € 250 n. 2 notti) di giuste dimensioni ma un po' datata. TV di grandi dimensioni, marmo macchiato, parquet rovinato, abbastanza pulita nell'insieme, lavandino otturato e scomodissimo anche solo x lavarsi le mani. Un po' sotto le aspettative.

Hotel 5 stelle molto molto molto scomodo! La porta della camera era piuttosto dura da aprire, se c'è una emergenza è pericoloso! La mia era una suite ma invece di disfare il divano letto che c'era hanno messo una brandina in entrata. Non c'erano dei tavolini accanto ai letti per posare gli occhiali, ho usato la poltrona! La porta del bagno era molto dura da aprire! Ci hanno lasciato una saponetta solo per 3 persone!

5 stars my boot. Service is abysmal and everything costs money up front. I have never experienced anything like this before. They treat everyone as if the are going to rob the hotel of precious towels and parking. Most facilities are currently broken down too. If you crave a sauna or steam room don’t bother showing up. Only one elevator works so it takes minutes for it to show up. They advertise smoke free facility but that is inaccurate. They have a smoke box in the bar area and the entire ground floor smells like smoke. In addition the staff smokes by the garage so that also smells like death. Definitely not recommended.

No es muy céntrico, pero tiene medio de transporte cerca. Es grande y el salón de desayuno enorme. Tiene piscina y spa aunque no los usamos. El aeropuerto debe estar cerca porque pasan constantemente aviones. La habitación muy amplia . En general muy buen hotel. Lo único que no me gusto fue la poca luz que hay en los pasillos y la moqueta pero supongo que la tienen puesta para no molestar a los clientes con el ruido de las maletas

Hotel muy limpio, buen buffet de desayuno y muy bonito. Estuvimos de Miércoles a Viernes alojados y uno de los dos ascensores no funciona, con la consecuente incomodidad en un edificio de, al menos, 11 plantas. Otro huésped nos explicó que estaba sin funcionar desde el Viernes anterior...

El hotel es de estilo moderno y amplio las estancias comunes. La decoración es un poco estresante pero si no haces vida en el hotel te da igual. Las habitación un pelin pequeñas pero bien, limpias y completas. Las almuedas para mi gusto demasiado duras y el bañera da grima, demasiado moderna. La atención de la gente del hotel es muy buena. Es una zona financiera pero al lado tenemos metro y autobús, nosotros cogimos siempre el metro que funciona muy bien. PAra desayunar hay sitios alrededor (ojo que los festivos es casi todos cerrados).

La verdad que le sobra una estrella, en mi opinión comparando con hoteles de 4 estrellas ofrecen mayores ventajas y son más cercanos. Algo absurdo aunque necesario, si tienes una zona de fitness requiere de tener toallas para los clientes i agua para hidratarse. También he tenido la mala suerte que en mi llegada en el ascensor informaba que el Spa estaba cerrado. A la vez la persona que me hizo el check-in me dio llave sin explicar ni horarios de las cosas ni ubicaciones de los sitios. Por cierto a la piscina solo tendréis sol por la mañana. Punto positivo es la comodidad de la cama. Obrigado por la estancia.

The hair dryer in my room was blowing only cool air so I asked for another one. The staff came to check and he said “This is normal for all our dryers.” and refused to change it. I have long and thick hair and had to sleep with wet hair. I don’t see why this is a 4+ hotel.

Rummet. Det höll riktigt bra standard. Personalen gav även bra service. Frukost priset var för dyrt för oss. 20 euro/pp per dag är för mycket pengar. Speciellt när man kan köpa frukost på en padaria till två personer för 10 euro.Priserna för maten på menyn var dyrt. Den enda gången vi åt på hotellet var vid poolen då köpte vi en club sandwich och en toast, ham & cheese och det kommer vi aldrig göra igen till dem priserna. Maten var inte god.

Very lousy 5 star hotel. There are so many things wrong with this hotel. The rooms are dirty, sheets have lots of stains, shower has hair in it, sink won't drain. There's hardly any lights in the room making it very dark at night. The staff here clearly don't like working here. Everyone from concierge, restaurant waiters, to house keeping. Very bad lazy attitude. Also, the restaurant is a joke with a bunch of trainees and lack of service. Don't recommend staying here.

There was few rude staff at this establishment , 2 different front desk female employees and another women at the gym in which might I add is pretty dismal and dirty. These was an awesome bell boy Paolo who was very helpful and nice. Overall it was decent for the price and they did give us a courtesy upgrade due to us complaining about the sauna and steam room being out of order.

Some of the facilities (such as the sauna) didnt work at the time of my stay. The lobby was very noisy due to semi-construction works. The elevators could not accommodate all people and waiting time was more than should have been. The staff was OK, but not extremely helpful or nice. The room was fine and clean.
