Locatie hotel fantastisch, personeel vriendelijk, kamers elke dag schoongemaakt. Elke ochtend een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt .dus helemaal top.

Very expensive for the room we were allocated. It was at the back of the hotel and surrounding clubs made it impossible to sleep because of the loud music until 0200 in the morning! You pay for the location which Is perfect if you're stay in Cascais.

Nice room, friendly People, great location, very nice view frol the room.
Lots of nice restaurants just around the corner. 40minutes by train to Lisbon.
Not 5 stars because there was no choco (nutella or...) available at breakfast!

Beautiful view and the pool was nice! Rooms we're spacious but pretty basic and didn't have a fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful and their included breakfast was delicious.

스탭이 썩 친절한 편은 아니지만 조식도 알찬 편이고 위치가 좋아요. 방도 넓고 방에 큰 창이 있어서 좋았어요. 다소 오래되어보이긴 하지만 욕실도 널찍하고 깨끗하게 관리된 호텔이예요. 다시 카스카이스를 방문한다면 이 호텔에 또 묵을 거예요. 유명한 아이스크림집 santini와도 가까워요.

Ein richtig schönes Hotel im Herzen von Cascais. Viele der wirklich fein eingerichteten Zimmer bieten einen Ausblick, der selbst bei schlechtem Wetter, atemberaubend ist. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und das großzügige Frühstück runden alles ab. Highlight für groß und klein: Die Dachterrasse mit Pool, der das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden kann!

Las habitaciones están limpias, la comida y el hotel no están mal, pero no tenía wifi en la habitación (algo imprescindible) ni tampoco gel para la ducha. Pedí una plancha y tampoco tenían.

The hotel is well located on Cascais beach easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, shopping centre with a food court and a couple of Catholic Churches. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel management should be very proud of their staff.

Personnel fort sympathique.
Le point fort de cet hotel: la parking sous-terrain (10€/jour pour les client de l'hôtel) et l'emplacement central! Mais d'autre part en fin de soirée c'est le point négatif.
On entend la circulation constante des voitures. Les jeunes qui font du bruit.
Le buffet au petit-déjeuner est rudimentaire. Trop loin des tables en terrasse.
Disposent de chaises bébé.
Les chambres supérieurs se trouvent face à la mer. La terrasse est petite. Chambre petite avec le lit bébé.
Les chambres ne disposent pas de frigo, le coffre-fort est payant.
Le ménage est un peu bâclé. L'ascenseur n'est pas des plus rapides.

Positiv: La vue!
Chambres: trop bruyantes/fenêtres pas isolantes.
Jusqu'à 21hrs, pas de bruit! Après 21.00hrs de l' autre côté de l'hôtel sur la plage les jeunes se défoulent, musique, cris etc...La police n' intervient même pas.
Chambres trop petites avec 1 enfant/bébé, mais modernes celles avec vue mer, pas de frigo...les chambres ont quand même été renovées.
Nettoyage laissant à désirer.
Sdb sans accessoires comme dans d' autres hôtels.
Petit-déjeuner de moindre qualité, pas grands choix.
Personnel pas trop symphas.

Hotel muy cómodo y tranquilo. En primera linea del mar. Vistas espectaculares. El hotel tiene piscina en la planta de arriba con vistas al mar. Y con parking en la misma puerta. Lo reservamos con zafiro tours de San Javier ya que incluía la media pensión por un precio muy bueno! Perfecto para pasar un par de días o para visitar Lisboa y pasar la noche en un pueblo más tranquilo ya que sólo está a media hora.

Talvez seja um dos melhores hotéis de Cascais. Em frente a praia, os quartos da frente oferecem uma vista linda logo ao amanhecer! Pequeno almoço (café da manhã) muito bom, sem exageros. Almoço bem preparado! Experimentem o bacalhau e os vinhos da casa!

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, vistas al mar excepcionales. Las habitaciones muy básicas y obsoletas, la que me asignaron, daba a la parte de atrás, que por cierto, se oía la música de algún Night bar, nos costó dormir. Los detalles del baño, cero, ni siquiera había champú. El agua de la piscina está demasiado fría. Del trato del personal solo puedo opinar de recepción, atentos. El desayuno tipo Bufet, es bueno y con unas vistas estupendas en algunas de sus mesas. Pero yo tuve un percance con respecto al idioma: la última noche, decidimos quedarnos a cenar en el hotel, y en qué hora… el camarero que nos atendió, no hablaba nada más que portugués, la carta en portugués, tampoco ponía mucho interés por llegar a entendernos, a mi marido no le sirvió el primer plato, a mí tampoco me sirvió el segundo, total que pagué 28,60€ por una diminuta sopa, una ensalada que solo llevaba rúcala y canónigos y a mi marido dos cachitos de pescado con mucha salsa y espinas sueltas en el plato y agua. Me enfadé, pedí la cuenta, y en vez de tener una atención, tuvo la desfachatez de decir que faltaban 0,60€, Me volví y le dije a ahora si sabe español. Sobre la limpieza, no me gustó que la cama solo constaba de sabana bajera y edredón con funda, yo vi algo en la funda de edredón por la parte interior que tuve que limpiar, puf, no sé si la funda es cambiada cada nuevo cliente La dirección debería de cuidar más estos detalles y percances, porque particularmente, con mi experiencia, no volveré a este hotel.

Para a Baía de Cascais, merecia melhor, hotel remodelado, mas com vestígios de humidade no tecto do quarto, varandas ainda com vestígios da passagem de ano, e melhor é o estacionamento pago pelos clientes.

Chegamos no hotel as 9 horas da manhã e imediatamente nos deram um quarto, localização e vista perfeita, pequeno almoço muito bom, falta um frigobar no quarto, ficamos hospedados 7 dias e não foi trocado a roupa da cama.

Hotel céntrico con la contraprestación que hay que pagar el parking por horas o 10€ si lo dejas en el público ya que tienen un acuerdo con el hotel. Todo cerca del hotel. No está preparado por si vienes a trabajar porque aunque tiene WIFI, en la habitación no hay una mesa para poner el portátil. Que no os den habitaciones con vistas a la plaza (o sea, que no tienen vistas a la playa) porque por la noche hay música en vivo en los locales y se oye como si estuvieran en la habitación.

Рекомендую. Ввічливий персонал, гарний вид з номерів, хороші номери, хоча був здивований відсутністю витяжки в туалеті. Тв канали є різними мовами: знайшов 1+1 інтернешнл (український канал), також був один російський. Наявність радіо в номері теж непогана опція. Загалом лишились задоволені та маємо бажання відвідати знову.

Habe nur die Terrasse besucht und ein alkoholfreies "Cockteil" getrunken, " San Francisco" war sehrt gut und das Hotel macht ein sehr GUTEM Eindruck.
Bedienung freundlich, tolle Lage.
Das Restaurant könnte wir leider nicht besuchen, vielleicht haben wir eine zweite Chance...

A 3 star hotel that punches above its weight. It's in an amazing location, has incredible views from its rooftop pool and patio, and is reasonably priced. The rooms are a bit dated, but service was friendly and it's clean. Would stay here again in Cascais.

Llevamos 2 días en este hotel y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. El 1°día en recepción el sub-director nada más llegar nos habló muy mal, cúando vimos la habitación nos llevamos una decepción, sin nevera, el baño sucio con 2 pastillas de jabón 1 gorro de ducha y 1 único medio rollo de papel higiénico que les sobrara de los anteriores clientes, el 2°día no dejaron reposición en el baño (se lo tuvimos que pedir, nos lo subió el chico de recepción, hoy seguimos en el hotel y con la de polvo que tenemos en las mesitas podemos escribir en ellas que se lee perfectamente lo que pones, y no vayas con idea de comer o cenar en la terraza que lo tienen siempre reservado y no tienes cúando, del parking mejor no hablar porque lo pagas por adelantado y tienes el mismo derecho que los que no.
Muy mala experiencia, muy mal trato, penosa limpieza, penoso desayuno....

Location perfect. Rooms are in really bad shape, you can really smell the mould. We stayed 5 nights and they didn’t clean the room besides of course they changed clean sheets. Terrace and pool is not as good as in pictures.

My husband and I spent almost three weeks at this wonderful hotel back in June . It is located across the street from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea and enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evenings watching people playing on the beach across the street and the sail boats coming and going. Although there is a busy street outside, the rooms are soundproof. Breakfast has everything you could want including perfect fried and/or scrambled eggs and plenty of fruit and cereals. I even enjoyed pancakes one morning.
The pool on the top floor is really just a lap pool but it is good to cool off on a hot day. It is a delightful place to spend a morning or afternoon and you can enjoy lunch. In the evenings the bar has music and they make a dynamite gin & tonic with orange slices and juniper berries in a large wine glass. Lovely place to end an evening enjoying the spectacular view.
We'll certainly be back next year.
My only criticism is they do not provide a fridge or mini bar in the rooms. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near the beach, and very well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Our biggest issue was the the breakfast could be vastly improved. Nothing changed from day-to-day, it was always the same assortment of foods.

My sister took me to Cascais for my birthday and we stayed at Hotel Baia in a sea view room. It's a gorgeous hotel and our room was stunning and spotless! The view was incredible and we both adored our time here.
The location is perfect and the staff were all so lovely.
I'll only stay here whenever I'm in Cascais again, it's a wonderful hotel!

Hotel Baia is a traditional hotel in cascais that had going through some modern renovations. The location can’t be better, right in the center of the historic district of cascais, in the front line of the ocean. The sunrise during early breakfast, is something amazing that no one should miss!

Sauberes, schön (und geschmackvoll!) eingerichtetes Zimmer, schöner Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und das Treiben am Strand, unschlagbares Frühstück und man brachte mir als Geburtstagskind eine Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer. Die Lage ist natürlich absolut perfekt. Zentraler geht es nicht. Would book again!

This hotel is wonderful. It’s in a perfect location right near everything in Cascais and it overlooks the bay. The rooms are really comfortable and the view from the rooms at the front spectacular. Awesome location. Friendly staff and superb breakfast. The rooms was clean with comfortable beds. From the hotel you are in the heart of Cascais. Nearby are shops, restaurants and ofcourse the ocean.

We had a room with the sea view. Room #307 . The room was amazing with an incredible view, we used the pool on the rooftop, the view from up there was breathtaking. The breakfast the next day was delicious with alot of selection. The staff were very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel, we will for sure stay again .

Hôtel un peu vieux mais pas mauvais. Très bien placé en plein centre. Par contre, le soir on entend du bruit dehors à cause des bars et touristes. Mais c'est qch de normal quand on prend un ôtel en plein centre. Le petit-déjeuner étais bien et le service également. La piscine avec la terrasse et le bar en haut sur le toit sont de vrais plus.

Traveling by myself first time to Portugal and arrived at 11:30 pm. I was grateful that the hotel offered to book me a taxi. I went through customs and was not greeted by a driver with my name. I went back and forth up an down the ramp for an hour looking. I was exhausted and wanted to her to hotel. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes I’m the taxi line to pay $65 and when I arrive the HotelManager blamed me and let me know he was charging me $65 for the taxi driver who didnt either show up or find me. I assure you I wanted a ride to the hotel. I travel a lot and this was the worst service I have received. The hotel was also under construction and the WiFi was awful. I would not stay there again

The mattresses at this property were old and HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The coils poke you all night long. Also, they only have single beds, not true double beds- if you ask for a double bed, all they do is wrap the 2 singles in a band and put on large sheets. Terrible. This just tells me they havent updated the beds in decades :(Great location, however, great views from the rooftop terrace. Worth getting a balcony room if you do opt for this place. Breakfast was very good and included!

Positives: Amazing location, just across from the small beach. We stayed in a family room which worked out really well for us, and we liked that the rooms dont share walls with other guests. Breakfast buffet was good. Negatives: The pool was less appealing than we hoped (and a bit cold in cold weather - we had been hopeful since it was an indoor pool). Surprising not to have a hot water heater and coffee provided in the rooms.

Très belle chambre, rénovée avec goût, vue sur mer magnifique. Mais... manque ventilation dans la salle de bain et surtout nuits très bruyantes, trafic, jeunes qui parlent fort sur la place, travaux sur la route, les restaurateurs des environs vident les bouteilles jusqu'à 1 ou 2h du matin dans les containers et les camions poubelles les ramassent à partir de 4h du matin! Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine en Roof top, espérant nous détendre après une journée de visites, malheureusement elle ferme à 18h ! Avis mitigé...

We booked this hotel at the very last minute and got a great deal on the price. It is in a great location, close to the train station (35 minutes to Lisbon) and right in the middle of a great walking path, restaurants and directly across from the beach. We had a room with a view of the sea, which also had a delightful patio. The room was very clean and nice, and included an excellent breakfast.

The room faced the back of the hotel with view to the city. We booked this hotel for a special date thinking that they could at least offered us an upgrade but this was not even offered. It is low season and I don’t believe that all rooms were booked facing the sea front. We booked for two nights. I am a traveller and stay in hotels all over the world. Every month I tend to stay at least in four different destinations in 3/4/5 star hotels. I work for an airline and standards for me are utmost important. Small details make wonders for a guest. Customer service is truly important. Staying at this hotel with fantastic location made me wonder that I could actually write a report on what could be done to upgrade and bring this hotel to today’s expectation. I was truly disappointing.

Отель оставил двойственное впечатление.
Плюсы: Прекрасное расположение, близко к пляжу и центру города.Станция городской электрички недалёко, хороший завтрак, дают сменные пляжные полотенца. На крыше отеля есть крытый бассейн с прекрасным видом, там есть бар.
Минусы: нам достался номер на 1 этаже с видом на стену и вытяжку. Много всяких муравьёв в номере и всего 2 розетки. В бассейне получилось поплавать один раз-сильно воняет хлоркой. Так что, лучше берите номера с sea-view- с гарантированно прекрасным видом.

Location couldn't be better for this hotel as it looks out over the harbour in the centre of Cascais. We stayed here during the Festas do Mar and it was like having front row seats! The rooftop bar was very cool also but a pity that the pool was indoor instead of outdoor! The rooms were nicer than we had anticipated, very clean and pretty spacious. The breakfast had plenty of choice but nothing was amazing. We had minimal interaction with the staff but found them friendly at check in and out

I went back and forth on this - it's really somewhere between 3 and 4.
Some good things: the location is pretty decent - you can walk everywhere. Rooms are pretty decent, but smallish with a balcony on the water. Rooms were updated but they certainly didn't splurge. Breakfast was nice - plenty of food and options. Rooftop bars and pools are always cool.
Cons: I was very underwhelmed by the staff from behind the desk. They were not overly helpful when asked for food suggestions (the suggested their own restaurant, not once, but twice), or travel to Sintra (they pushed us to buy hop on/off tickets from them, which you really don't need). Stick to being a hotel not selling my tourist trap BS.
Asked for the restroom and we were rather rudely asked if we were guests - which I get, but we had just talked to the guy an hour before. Try to remember your guests - or at least figure out a way to ask without offending. Your issue with random people coming from the beach to use the restroom isn't MY problem.
Don't use the rooftop bar/pool area to screen movies. It's a waste - we are there to use the bar, not eat popcorn and watch a movie.

Okay hotel in CasCais. Definitely a 3star and nothing more. Rooms were nice and modern, but communal areas and dining area needed more tlc. No iron i room which was amazing. I travel alot and rarely do i find that no iron os available. Had to hand clothes for pressing which was expensive not convenient at all. Breakfast was basic and the usual affair. Coffe was really bad. All in all, there is alot of room for improvement, but location was superb, right on the beachfront.

Localização estupenda (excelente).Propriedade de uma Família Tradicional de Cascais escapa á massificação das grandes cadeias hoteleiras. Gerência Nacional, equipa dedicada e atenciosa composta por elementos com elevado sentido profissional. Frequentado por estrangeiros que se surpreendem por ali encontrarem frequentemente o Presidente dos Afectos. (Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa). A vista do quinto andar sobre a Baia de Cascais é um dos pontos "altos" do Hotel.
No Restaurante a sopa de Ameijoas é de um raro sabor Gourmet. O bife Wellington vai ao encontro da forte presença Britânica no local e a Direcção do Hotel tem outras actividades (piscina aquecida) e entretenimentos ( esplanada de cinema) para brindar os seus hóspedes.Passam-se ali bons momentos. Recomendo vivamente.

Hotel is very nice, location is just great!Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning have limited choices, but you definitely will find something you will like. Overall CS is fine, we had some issue with the room we 1st moved in and the issue was resolved in the morning in a very quick manner. Parking was easy, but it was a bit of a hassle to figure out how we will be charged for it, still at the end of the stay we learned that there are more charges we need to pay besides just parking fee. Anyhow, Id suggest this hotel for my friends to stay.

J'ai été épaté du rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel j'y retournerais bien. Je ne trouve rien a dire. Surtout que dans le général on peut ressentir dans la décoration un vouloir rester dans le contexte de l'ancienne ville. Puis certains détails nous rappellent le coté médiéval de cette partie la de la périphérie "Lisboeta" et son histoire si personnelle. (toujours dans l'air du temps et pourtant en restant fidèles aux racines...)

Das Hotel Baia ist ein gutes und preiswertiges Hotel.. Es ist kein Farol oder Oitavos aber für den verlangten Preis super! 1 Gehminute und man hat einen kleinen Strand und weitere 5-10min findet man diverse andere Strände. Am Abend kann man ohne schlechtem Gewissen was trinken gehen und danach ins Hotel trudeln ohne ein Auto oder ein Taxi zu bestellen.

Hotel perfecto. Esta en pleno centro de Cascais. Habitación para tres personas muy amplia y con el baño en perfecto estado. Buffet del desayuno muy completo. Existe un parking debajo del hotel con precios concertados para los huéspedes y son a 10 euros por dia. Nada caro, si recordamos que los parkings en Lisboa son muy caros, de entorno a los 30 - 45 euros por dia. Detras del hotel hay zona de restaurantes con mucho ambiente por las noches. Otra cosa, en cuanto cruzas la acera y ya estas en una de las playas de Cascais y en el utlimo piso piscina con increíbles vistas de la bahia. Recomendable, si vuelvo a Cascais, seguro que repito en este hotel.

Fim de semana de 3 dois dias para matar saudades, O hotel é óptimo, bom serviço de quartos, bom pequeno almoço e vista sobre a baía espectacular. Voltarei de certeza.

Ett fint hotell med med lysande läge. Frukosten är bra men rummen har sett sina bästa dar. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och professionell. Städningen är också helt ok för ett hotell av den här klassen.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Ortschaft mit Hallenbad. Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Personal sehr nett. Tiefgarage zum Parken ist vorhanden. Nach Lissabon sind es etwas 30 min. mit dem Auto.

Gostei muito da estada neste hotel. A limpeza do quarto foi impecável, toalhas limpas, com vista para o mar. O pequeno almoço é muito bom com imensa variedade e o atendimento é excelente!! É uma excelente escolha.

Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt, weil wir 4 faule Tage mit Meerblick und kurzen Wegen in das Zentrum verbringen wollten. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Cascais an einem großen Platz, zum kleinen Sandstrand ist nur eine Straße zu überqueren. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Meerblick. Der kleine Balkon bot einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auf das Treiben vor dem Hotel. Ab ca. 13 Uhr hatte man Schatten auf dem Balkon, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Wer die pralle Sonne mehr mag, sollte auf das Sonnendeck (5. Etage) gehen. Dort befindet sich der Pool, mehrere Liegen und Sitzgelegenheit. Der Ausblick von dort ist einfach nur schön. An der dortigen Bar gibt es Getränke und kleinere Gerichte. Am Abend kann man dort bei einem Glas Wein oder einem Cocktail den tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht genießen.Das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber für uns ausreichend. Der Balkon war sehr gut nutzbar. Das Bad erschien relativ neu und hatte eine sehr große Dusche. Der Zimmerservice war wie üblich in derartigen Hotel und völlig ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot genügend Auswahl und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Qualität 3*-Niveau.Wir hatten das Glück, dass in den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes ein bekanntes Musikfestival stattfand und jeden Abend zwei Musikgruppen auftraten. Die Konzerte am Abend waren laut und gingen bis Mitternacht. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, da es auch unseren Musikgeschmack traf und wir auch von unserem Balkon aus den besten Blick hatten.

El hotel está al frente de la playa, buen ubicado. Cascáis es un lugar precioso. La única queja del hotel es la limpieza de las ventanas de la habitación que estaban muy sucias, el resto bien. Las puertas de las habitaciones tendrían que ser cambiadas. El baño impecable. El desayuno lo mejor del hotel y la terraza también.

- No minibar, no free safe, you can't open the windows wide, the rooms look old, breakfast isn't that good, pool only inside (but on the roof)
+ the bathrooms look very good, the cleaning service did a good job, very nice view from the rooftop, very nice restaurant and reception.

Situación inmejorable, la piscina en la azotea es un lujazo, unas vistas impresionantes. La habitación era amplia y en bastante buen estado. Algo a destacar es la cocina del hotel. .. incluso los menús de media pensión son platos muy bien preparados y presentados. Muy recomendable en general para pasar unos días de en Cascais

Au départ nous avons eu la chambre 124 côté toit mais une véritable catastrophe moquette tachée de partout, murs sales et pleins de traces noires et cerise sur le gâteau les fenêtres en hauteur donnaient sur les moteurs des climatisations de lhôtel.impossibe davoir une nouvelle chambre car lhôtel était complet mais en cherchant avec un supplément de 75€/par jour on nous a proposé une suite avec vue sur la mer, malgré notre budget nous lavons prise car nous navions pas dautres choix

Se tem dinheiro para tal e procura um Hotel de luxo e central, este é o Hotel para si

Hôtel très bien situé, en bord de plage.Parking au pied de lhotel pratique mais cher surtout hors saison (10€/jour).Petit déjeuner très bon, chambre propre et confortable. Seule bémole, linsonorisation nest pas géniale. On entendait les personnes passer dans le couloir et parler dans les chambres à côté.
