Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht mitten im Touristengebiet, aber man kann wunderbar die Prachtstraße Liberdade 15 Minuten entlangflanieren bis man zum Rossio kommt. Ansonsten nimmt man einfach die Metro. Das Hotel ist offenbar frisch renoviert (Stand 06/2019), die Zimmer machten einen hervorragenden Eindruck, nichts wirkte abgeranzt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Frühstücken braucht. Sowohl deftiges (Würstchen, Bohnensuppe) als auch Süßes (Pancakes, Crêpes) und die für Deutschland üblichen Frühstückssachen wie Wurst, Käse und Eier waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Speisesaal hat ein wenig etwas von Kantine, war aber sehr sauber. Das Internet ist kostenfrei, könnte allerdings etwas schneller sein. Die Wasserabflüsse im Bad funktionierten nicht richtig. Im Waschbecken, Bidet und Waschbecken stand immer Wasser, wenn man die Dinger benutzte. Nach 10 Minuten war allerdings alles abgelaufen. Alles in allem stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Nice modern hotel. Great room, friendly helpful staff. Possibly one of the best breakfasts you could hope to encounter in a hotel. Only negative was lounge drink prices which are intended for those living on generous expense accounts.

Super Verkehrsanbindung, tolle gemütliche Zimmer, sauber, gutes Frühstück, Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag inklusive :) wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Me hospedé en julio del año pasado solamente por 2 noches en la habitación ejecutiva en el piso 11 con una vista soñada. Este año lo he reservado por 6! El servicio de primera desde que cruzas la puerta hasta que te vas.
Da ganas de quedarse a vivir en ese sitio.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, large rooms well equipped. Breakfast and lunch offers a good choice. Coffee is bad, but you can order one from the machine. Meeting rooms with no windows, equipment ok. Walking distance to Rossio Square, old Town, many good restaurants, try also the Club do Fado.

Hotel localizado no centro de Lisboa a 5 minutos da estação Marques de pombal e do largo Marques de pombal e avenida da liberdade. Hotel 4 estrelas mas com atendimento de 5 estrelas. Óptimo serviço de quartos, Wi-Fi gratuito, frigobar e vistas magníficas. Funcionários muito simpáticos e profissionais no atendimento. Voltarei de certeza.

Profissionalismo ao mais alto nível. Cama confortável, pequeno-almoço variado, higiene... Gostei de tudo. Têm parque subterrâneo e o funcionário estaciona o carro, se o desejarem (o que a mim me deu jeito, pois evitou que andasse às voltas em ruas de sentido único que não conheço).

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Amazingly comfortable bed! It was the best sleep we got during our whole 6 weeks in Portugal. Clean spacious room, well lit hallways. Very well equiped gym with every detail and need provided. Friendly, professional, warm staff who made us feel like we were the most important guests in the building. The breakfast was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Every breakfast food imaginable was available. We are very happy that we chose Sana lisboa and we are so looking forward to returning to lisbon and staying here again.

There was so much noise from the construction, and the jacuzzi was out of order. Not a good place for a relaxing visit. The breakfast is outstanding and restaurant staff are great, so if you are only in the hotel early in the morning and late at night then it is okay. It is quite a walk to the city centre or you can take the bus.

Super Lage für Besichtigungen, verschiedene Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Diese muß man allerdings selber herausfinden, ein Netzplan von Carris ist hilfreich. Bus-Direktverbindung zum Hieronymus Kloster oder Friedhof Prazeres. Zum Gulbenkian Museum oder Rossio geht man auch leicht zu Fuß.Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet und aufmerksames Personal.- Der Badewanneneinstieg ist für kleine Personen sehr hoch

Very nice hotel, well trained staff (especially the breakfast team ! They are awesome).+ nice view+ team is great+ overhaul the hotel is very nice and clean++ employee are very helpful and polite. The two downside : - this hotel is part of the Expedia VIP program but no sign of it until you ask specifically. No room upgrade. - bed confort is not on the latest European standard. But acceptable.

I stayed here overnight because my flight got canceled by TAP Air Portugal. Staff was very polite and efficient in providing a room. The room was super new and clean. We had to leave 5 a.m. to catch the flight next morning and, even though the included breakfast would only start at 7 a.m., they were so kind to provide us orange juice croissants, muffins, and coffee.

Excelente hotel. Dispõe de um quarto espaçoso com muita atenção aos pormenores e aos hospedes, senti me muito bem tratado. Para alem dos quartos dispõe de um wellness center excelente com jacuzzi, sauna, banho turco e ginásio. Uma excelente experiência por um preço muito acessível. Por fim a localização é de excelência, a 1mn a pé do Marquês e da Avenida da Liberdade.

Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP und auch das Frühstück ist wirklich jeden Cent wert!Das Hotel liegt gleich um die Ecke zur Metro Station Marquês de Pombal (Linien Blau und Gelb) und ist nur 3 Stationen zu Baixa und Alfama entfernt.Kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen der eine gute Preis/Leistung erwartet.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed for me. Not hard not soft. Just as I prefer.
Absolutely superb service and really helpful staff.
Breakfasts offer varied food. From vegetarian to meat lovers. I suggest you make coffee from the coffee machine not from the pot, which is offered by the staff.
In the lobby you can have a glass of fruit water, which perfectly refreshes you when hot outside.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier chic de Lisbon où laccès au centre historique se fait aisément en 5 minutes à pieds.Double vitrage avec vue sur le Parc Edouard VII, ou vue sur la rue intérieure (très calme). Vaut 5* sans hésitation.Petit déjeuner en buffet exceptionnel dans les variétés et la qualité. ça fait 5 ans quon réserve avec Expedia pour 2 voyages par an environ, et cet hôtel est le meilleur quon ait eu depuis! business center en libre accès avec un poste dordinateur et imprimante à votre disposition pour imprimer vos cartes dembarquement gratuitement. nous avons fait notre check out à 5h du matin et donc navons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner avant de partir. eh ben, on nous a fait 2 breakfast boxes pour emmener ça avec nous à laéroport. les conseils de la réception sur les meilleurs moyens de transport sont dune grande valeur. personnel très professionnel à la réception, restauration, service propreté des chambres....ultra rapide, on répond à votre demande dans les minutes qui suivent. literie king size ultra confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

Estive neste hotel por um período de 7 dias, com entrada a 9 de outubro. Uma das coisas que muito me chamou a atenção foi a limpeza do quarto. Adorei! Pois já estive em vários hotéis de Lisboa e a minha grande dor de cabeça tem sido a fraca limpeza dos quartos, Ou seja, limpam à frente só para Inglês ver. Nesse hotel, estive no 12.andar e foi impecável! Higiene, simpatia e educação dos funcionários principalmente os do pequeno almoço. A qdo da minha chegada foi brindada com um prato de fruta e muitos sorrisos. Coisa linda. Até ao momento foi o hotel em que me senti melhorem Lisboa.

Nice place. Came for a work trip so didn't use the facilities but it feels nice. Rooms are lovely.
Big thing to note is the restaurant. It looks terrible - no atmosphere, bad lighting, dull decorating, HOWEVER, the food is fantastic! Not a huge selection but every meal is beautiful. The meats are perfectly cooked, the sauces are rich and everything is presented impeccably. Obviously a talented kitchen but the room itself is very off putting.

El servicio, desayuno, ambientación en un poco en general todo bien, el problema es el baño, es el peor balo que vi en mi vida. No hay alfombras para la bañera ni para salir, con suerte me entraron los 2 pies, se me llegaba a caer el jabón y tenía que salir para agarrarlo, y seguramente tropezarme porque no había alfombra. Las cortinas me encantaron (nótese el sarcasmo) es muy cómodo que una ventana te esté pegando en las caderas ( la cual no retiene el agua). En fin, creo que dentro de todo el hotel es aceptable, pero el baño es realmente incómodo. Saludos

Très bel hotel, situé à 100 mètres du premier métro qui vous transporte rapidement dans le centre ville. Très bien situé, avec un bon petit déjeuner, de belles prestations et un surclassement avec chambre sur le château sur simple demande. Équipe très aimable et disponible. A recommander.

Luci e ombre. Ci hanno accolti con dei pasticcini, ma il nome nel biglietto di benvenuto era di un'altra persona. Camera abbastanza grande e letto molto comodo, ma con moquette scura e mobili scuri, che a me personalmente non sono molto piaciuti e non hanno fatto pensare a gran pulizia. Bagno ahimè con vasca, ma almeno qui ho trovato il bidè. Finestra bloccata. Non molto simpatici alla reception, per contro il personale che sta all'entrata o che si prodiga per i bagagli sempre molto disponibile. Albergo comodo alla metro. Ha un proprio parcheggio e di fronte ha quello pubblico.

Hotel antigo, instalações bem conservadas, limpo e organizado, atendimento rápido e muito bom, recepção sempre pró ativa e atenciosa, existe uma academia com equipamentos bem equipada, e bem cuidados, não tem sauna seca nem úmida que funciona, os quartos são amplos e encarpetados, mas muito funcionais e confortáveis, corredores pouco barulhentos e acústica boa, tem uma decoração antiga e diferente, a internet é muito boa, a localização e muito boa, perto de tudo que se imagina no centro. O café da manhã é excelente com produtos de extrema qualidade e variedade imensa, o jantar também muito bom em qualidade e quantidade pelo valor cobrado. O estacionamento é coberto com manobrista. Vale muito a pena a experiencia!!!

Hier stimm wirklich fast alles.
Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und mit geräumigen Zimmern ausgestattet. Im näheren Umfeld finden sich kleinere Läden und Restaurants und die Altstadt ist auch fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Das Hotelrestaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Service ist erstklassig.
Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind ein wenig laut, der Gesamteindruck bleibt aber sehr positiv.

Tem uma ótima localização, as Senhoras da recepção, foram simpáticas, cordiais e sorridentes. Por motivos que não é necessário expor, voltei a recepção, onde encontrei um Senhor, muito pouco disponível e simpático que até deu indicações erradas dentro do hotel!
No piso em assisti a minha formação, esteve uma funcionária do hotel, numa secretaria, que deveria ser para dar alguma assistência (julgo), mas esteve sempre ocupada ao telefone!

The best stay of my whole trip. I’ve been in my honeymoon for 28 days with my wife for the first time in Europa and I have visited over 7 or 8 hotels. Aunque los taxis, son bastante económicos.
Todo el personal muy amables y la habitación ejecutiva, estaba muy completa.
Lo mejor la cama y por decir algo negativo, la bañera algo alta y incómoda para salir de ella.

I've been staying in hotels for the last two weeks between Portugal and Spain. This hotel was the best one in terms of price-quality ratio. Staff always available at the reception (this wasn't always the case in another 4* hotel in Madrid, where I had to stay sometimes in the queue for 15-20 minutes because there were only 2 people at the reception serving all customers), impeccable room service, very close to the metro station. If I ever go back to Lisbon, I would probably book here again.

I booked a room with breakfast where my check in voucher clearly stated so. I had to repeat the same thing over and over to the receptionist who checked me in, 2nd time was the hostess at the morning breakfast coffee shop and again upon check out. Though i got a confirmation / acknowledgement from the reception when i checked in but clearly the same did not communicate with other department or not update in their systems? It was quite annoying, in the end i wasn't charged for breakfast. Room is clean and location is good, the reason why i booked here because it's near to Hert Rent a car company (700 meter away). Surprising there was no famous Portugese custard tart served at breakfast?

Os colaboradores estão sempre bem dispostos, seja às 5h da manhã, a meia noite, ou durante o dia...São de uma gentileza sem igual para todos os clientes....sejamos nós pretos, amarelos, asiáticos, ou brancos. Tem muito a ensinar às outras unidades hoteleiras lisboetas...a limpeza é espectacular ...e um dos melhores cartões de visita, são os colaboradores que nos recebem à porta... ah e outro detalhe, nao desaparece nem um cêntimo do quarto...sinto-me segura.

Nous étions 3 français avec un enfant de 3 ans le service était plus que long (1h) donc avec un enfant c’est juste pas du tout satisfaisant mais très bon cependant. Nous avons demandez si nous pouvions profitez de la piscine en Rooftop et la nous avons juste été stupéfaits de la saleté de l’eau qui était trouble avec des personnes buvant et mangeant dans l’eau « juste écœurant »pour nous qui sommes une clientèle exigeante (si propreté rime avec ce mot ). Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette établissement de 5* qui as que le nom.

Hotel 5 étoiles avec une piscine sur le toit aux services digne d'un camping ! On vous demande de venir faire la queue à 8h50 pour espérer avoir une place que vous n'aurez sûrement pas ! J'ai eu le malheure de laisser mes affaires sur le matelas et aller travailler dans ma chambre et à mon retour mes affaires avaient disparu et des personnes étaient sur mon Transate. Le comble de cette mésaventure c'est que c'est le personnel de la piscine qui a estimé que je m'étais absenté trop longtemps sans les avoir prévenu !! Et ils n'ont même pas chercher à me joindre ... on est donc loin des services d'un 5 étoiles. Ne pas prendre cet hotel si vous comptez profiter de la "piscine"

La cadena Sana es una referente para mi. He pernoctado en 3 de sus hoteles y siempre han sido experiencias maravillosas. El trato del personal es perfecto, la comida una auténtica maravilla y las instalaciones de 5 estrellas. Seguid así Porque sois un faro en Portugal

Excellent staff. Clean and modern room. Slightly expensive food and drink, but plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Sehr gute Lage und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wird auch bei großem Antrang schnell aufgefüllt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen !

Mazing hotel but they had people there that abused kids and conned vulnerable people out of there hard cash. If I new that there where there on the 30th of June I would have asked for my money back and went to another hotel.

Hotel espetacular. Staff super atencioso. Café da manhã super completo. Quarto grande. Localização excelente. Sempre que estamos em Lisboa esse é o nosso hotel.

Super hotel, pyszne śniadania, pokój i łazienka dobrze wyposażony, bardzo wygodne poduszki :)
Mała uwaga za sprzątanie: brak opróżnionego kosza na śmieci w łazience.

Este hotel de cinco estrelas é o pior de todos os hotéis de cinco estrelas que eu já vi. O chefe do serviço de recepção é muito pobre. O estacionamento não pode parar por mais de 5 minutos. Este hotel deve ser classificado como um hotel estrela, não Deve ser um hotel cinco estrelas

No kettle in the room or I would have have them a 5 star rating. Bed is a little hard, service friendly but not super prompt. Breakfast is awesome.

Hotel molto grande e frequentato in pieno centro, confortevole ed elegante, dispone di wi-fi gratuito, aria condizionata e ristorante discreto. Buona la colazione e personale cordiale ed efficiente. Prezzi non eccessivi.
