Hôtel situé à côté du métro, 5/7 minutes environ. Il est mal situé ça sent l'urine sur les trottoirs, pas grand chose autour.
Grande chambre. Voilage très poussiéreux, tapis du couloir très sale, etc.....
Campo Peqenos à 10/15 minutes est une place très animée avec des petits restos très sympas.

Hotel fraco em todos os aspectos, 2 a 3 estrelas seriam a categoria adequada. Staff não tem qualquer atenção com o cliente, instalações e quartos antigos, pequeno almoço básico e pobre em oferta. Em relação à limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Não aconselho.

VORSICHT!!!
Einer Reisegruppe von über 20 Personen wurde in diesem Hotel am 20.05.19 während ihrer Abwesenheit in den Zimmer eingebrochen und jegliches Geld entwendet. Das Hotel übernahm dafür keine Verantwortung im nachhinein!

ATENÇÃO Brasileiros não se hospedem neste hotel existe uma quadrilha que abrem os apartamentos e roubam todos os seus objetos. Recentemente um grupo de 25 pessoas do Brasil foram roubados, administração do hotel não tomou nenhuma providencia.
Atenção agências de turismo do Brasil não ofertem esse hotel aos seus pares.

The hotel is as such good but please be careful about your belongings from this hotel (-personal experience). We had a very bad experience as my wife's handbag was stolen from the breakfast area of this hotel. The hotel management do not have any working in-house camera system to detect such incidents. I don't know if there's a racket working behind this, or it was an isolated incident which happened to us. But the incident and the response of the management left us in bad taste. The rooms as such were good. Police case was registered and we hope at least my wife's documents would be recovered, as we have lost hope with 800-odd euros and mobile phone etc. Other than this incident, I would have given a 4-star rating.

Eu não sei o que se passou com estas pessoas que foram ou dizem roubadas. Mas eu não posso falar mal desse hotel. Nunca tive problemas em Portugal . somos um país seguro mas também há gente que atua de má fé. Em qualquer parte do planeta há gente que rouba. Sei que as pessoas estão revoltadas mas não deviam denegrir uma empresa por achar que foi alguém de dentro do hotel. Abraços.

Hotel somente de aparência. Pessoal do meu grupo de excursão foram roubados e o hotel tratou a situação com descaso. Fora que já tem reincidência de outros roubos. A internet não funciona nos quartos e as pias entopem. Não recomendo hospedar.

Você faz a reserva ainda em seu país de origem para um grupo de 25 pessoas faz check in e em menos de 24horas TODOS são ROUBADOS dentro do hotel e nenhuma providência e tomada. PÉSSIMA conduta, péssimo hotel, péssimo gerencialmente!
Do not come to this place, suddenly a group of 25 people who booked in advanced do the check in and in less then 24 hours all the 25 people got robbed and the hotel management didn’t take any responsibility for it! Simply disgusting!!

Nice hotel to stay, room very spacious, friendly staff, food was great for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. But slightly noisy from the passing aeroplanes. Great position, closed to all amenity.

Not worth their 4 stars! Where to start?
The beds where way too hard & the quilt never even had a cover on it, just sheets. There was a glas wall between the bedroom and bathroom which meant every time you turned the lights on in the bathroom, the bedroom was alluminated in light, not fun in the middle of the night if you need the toilet and someone else is sleeping beside you. As for the bathroom, the bathtub is tiny and the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been washed in many months. Because of the glas wall the paint on the wall had become damp, resulting in peeling paint and a general damp smell.
The pool which I was looking forward too was ok in size although the water was foggy which kind of put me of. The sauna & gym were nice but unfortunately there was no hot water in the showers, so for a hot shower I had to go back up to my room.
The staff were very hospitable so can't complain there and the breakfast had everything you would hope for. Shame that the rooms were such a let down.
Outside the hotel looks like there are renovations going on so no great views but hopefully in the future that will change.
Probably won't be going back.

Habitación amplia, pero poco limpia, había pelos en lavabo y la moqueta está muy manchada, y la cortina del baño es súper molesta, se te paga todo el rato y las toallas de hotel de ** .

De modo geral gostei, espero que este hotel não se deixe cair na monotonia da não renovação/inovação....
Talvez seria interessante fazer um refresh de algumas coisas.... Nada de muito grande, basta alguns pormenores que podem fazer a diferença....

On a surtout été enthousiasmés par le petit-déjeuner très très copieux
En sous-sol également une salle de sport, une piscine et un sauna ! Un jacuzzi qui avait l'air en travaux par contre
La chambre était très spacieuse, un peu en décrépitude par contre, mais très propre.
Une partie de personnel, assez sympathique dans l'ensemble, parle français. Beaucoup de services sont proposés et ont à été contents de l'emplacement qui est proche de l'aéroport (5 minutes en voiture).

Bien en general. Pero MUY MAL en cuanto a la moqueta de los suelos. Necesitan una URGENTE renovacion. Un 4 **** no admite el estado de la moqueta.Tambien seria bueno renovar las duchas, incluyendo la substitucion de las cortinas por mamparas

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen mit Blick auf die anfliegenden Flugzeuge - Geräuschkulisse inklusive. Nachtflugverbot sorgt für guten Schlaf. Zimmer grosszügig geschnitten, sauber. Ein wenig abgenutzt. Für Lissabon wahrscheinlich die 4 Sterne wert.

This is a very, very average hotel. Looks great on the outside, but has all the markings of a 2/3 star hotel on the inside: dirty carpets, tiny showers, very average beds. Don’t pay any attention to the reviews that say either 1 star or 4 stars. This is 2.5 star hotel. Out of the goodness of my heart, I’m assigning it 3.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Lediglich das Schwimmbad und die dazu gehörigen sanitären Anlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig.Durch die zentrale Lage, 200 Meter zu Zug, Metro und Bus, ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

This hotel is old and not very well maintained and severely understaffed.
Pool is poorly maintained. Cold. Floor is a plastic patchwork that's come undone so you feel pockets of water under your feet. Also With no staff around.
Turkish bath is not operational.
Sauna is on but that's about it. The bucket leaks
Lets hope their other hotel 100m down the road isn't any worse?

Habitaciones sucias, moqueta manchada por años sin limpiar, humedades en las paredes, en fin la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Lo único bueno la cama y las almohadas. El desayuno variado. No volvería a este hotel y no se merece las 4 estrellas. Una decepción.

The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable, they don’t provide robes and sleepers. The room was great! The spa area is nice however there was no towels available but we called the reception and they bought them very quick, the staircase of the pool was broken.

Comfortable hotel stay for two nights conference. Quiet and safe area just a short walk to Entre Campos metro station and Continente supermarket. I enjoyed the swimming pool, fitness room and sauna.

1. No checj-in mandou-nos para o quarto errado.
2. Ligaram 6h da manhã no dia srguinte e nos acordaram só que era dia de folga.
3. No último dia, no restaurantes hotel pedimos e pagamos por um suprema de frango e recebemos frango grelhado com arroz branco contestamos mas disseram que era isso mesmo.
Recebe uma estrela pois é a menor nota que Podemos dar.

It had a beautifull room with an almost see through wall to the shower, there was a weird smell in the hall way called the reception 5 min later it was gone!, sadly when i left tp get some food i came back to find my room being cleaned and my stuff was removed from the room, few things got thrown away but i got almost everything back luckily. i still recommend going here.

Pool Boden-Plane defekt, Whirlpool ausser Betrieb, Kraftraum für Fitness kaufm geeignet, Dusche defekt, Löcher in der Badewanne, Klospülung funktioniert nicht und die Aussicht nur auf Abrissstelle einer ehemaligen Fabrik.
Positiv: Nettes Personal, schöner Empfang und Zimmer werden zuverlässig gemacht.

Not really near the city's center but you can make it in half an hour if you like to walk. Otherwise there's the metro nearby.
Good hotel although, in my opinion, it's not worth its 4 stars. I'd rather give it 3,5 although the place is ok, especially if you need to be in the university area.
One great advantage is the adjacent restaurant for a quick bite or a light supper. The also have great wines by the glass so you can taste several ones without having to buy an entire bottle.

O hotel fica num local próximo a uma estação de metrô, fácil acesso e perto do aeroporto. O café da manhã é bom e variado. Achei a diária cara pelo padrão. A edificação é ultrapassada, tapetes descolados aqui e ali, sujos e encardidos. Os banheiros contam com uma constrangedora visão de mais que uma silhueta por causa de um grande vidro jateado no box, que divide a parede com a cama. Parece uma espécie de aquário (???) Quem imaginou algo dessa natureza???Falta muita manutenção.

Très déçu piscine chauffée mais le sol est bizarre, le hammam fonctionne pas, le jacuzzi fonctionne pas, pas de clé pour casier de la piscine, les toilettes dans "vestiaire femmes" ne se ferme pas. La chambre pas digne d'un 4 étoiles fenêtre très sale et vu sur un chantier, pas de bouilloire ou de cafetière, frigo à du mal à faire du froid, table pied légèrement plier, moquette tachée. La salle pour le petit déjeuner est gloque, elle se situe en sous-sol. Très déçu d'avoir payé pour des prestations que je n'ai pas.... Et en plus se n'est vraiment pas correct de ne pas prévenir que le jacuzzi et le hammam ne fonctionnent pas et cela depuis plusieurs mois, viens de lire un commentaire en date du 17/08/2018

The staff was a bit "cold" without a smile on their faces (considering its a really good hotel), the sheets, blankets and even the pillows were smelly.....-_- worst thing ever, and also the room wasn't really warm, they need to check again their air conditioners! Other than that it was nice, clean, didnt try the breakfast but for a hotel of its category i expected better.....pity!

Impresiona lo sucias que están las moquetas del corredor y de la habitación. Revestimientos de muros en corredores, bastante deteriorados. Cortinas blackout con muchas roturas que dejan pasar la luz. Sensación de descuido de largo tiempo. Personal amable pero servicio un poco desorganizado.

The worst experience ever. I was the victim of a theft in the hotel room. Someone stolen some money while i was actually in the bathroom taking a shower. They don't have CCTV on the corridor, so the police couldn't identify the thief and the staff was very rude about the situation. They were acting like i was lying. Also the furniture is very old and the carpet is very dirty. Definitely not a 4 starred hotel, very overrated. They have ruined my New Year's Eve holiday. No one deserves such a treatment, especially when you are paying an overpiced amount of money. They are a shame for the accomodation bussines. They don't deserve not even a half of a star.

Hôtel excentré, un peu vieillo mais les chambres sont confortables propres mais elles n offrent pas une belle vue. Il est Assez proche d une bouche de métro pour rejoindre le centre. La Connexion Internet est gratuite. L'hotel ne dispose pas de Parking. Les rues avoisinantes peuvent faire l affaire. Pour une nuit ça peut faire l' affaire vu qu il y a à proximité quelque commerces qui restent ouvert tard dans la soirée spécialement deux bars à étudiants. Le rapport qualite prix reste raisonnable.

Bonne établissement très bien situé proche des transports en commun ( métro ) .
L'hôtel étant proche de l'aéroport les avion passe assez bas mais aucun avion vol la nuit
Donc très calme
Tres bonne literie. Concernant l'etat de la chambre on pourrai faire un peut mieu (peinture abimé moquette avec petite tâche et les joint de carrelage a revoir )
Et pour finir le restaurant, nourriture très bonne et serveur agréable même si ils comprenne pas trop le français . Pour ma part j'ai dû parler espagnol et anglais

I give this hotel zero.. It is totally unacceptable in this superior city LISBON, to have a hotel that is of such inferior quality!!! " DONT STAY THERE. . my room was not clran.. THERE was fungus on the bath curtain.. The outside windiw of the room had not been cleaned god knows since when... Terrible.. Brekfast very basic.. Old school... Staff in breakfast area never smile. Not helpful. . And to makes things worse Coffee was not good... Bacon was burnt!!!!. Terrible! My room Was 802..They DONT even have a PC in the lounge . I asked reception . They were rather indifferent to my request.. I was attending a business
meeting and had to check my email to see the program. I insisted and they recommended i go to another hotel..400 metes down the road.. To be fair, when i complained for the room they Changed it and gave me room 101, at the front which was far better.. But why shouid i go into this trouble? Not happy at all.. My advise: Lisbon has so many hotels. Choose another hotel! ...

No quarto que eu fiquei a parede do banheiro era esfumaçada e quase transparente e dava de frente pra as camas, dando pra ver a silhueta de quem tomava banho, causando uma situação de muito constrangimento.

As senhoras que trabalham no restaurante ao lado do hotel são excepcionais, carismáticas, educadas e prestativas( 10 estrelas). ( Deveriam estar na recepção do hotel )

Fiquei chateado, pois cheguei 6 horas da manhã no hotel com crianças no carrinho e foram incapazes de nos ajudar com as malas e nem se quer abriram a porta e ainda me cobram a taxa de turismo de imediato, não deixaram eu nem respirar .
Quarto limpo , cama confortável, apenas 1 travesseiro para cada hóspede, mas solicitei o segundo me deram .
Bem espaçoso e ótima localização.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Looks like it could be from the outside but rooms aren't that great. Bathtub doesn't drain during shower. The shower curtain seemed dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and in the grout. The only thing is that it was close enough to the stadium and the airport for our purposes.

L'hotel est vieillissant, triste et sale : moquettes sales, baignoire abimée, mûrs sales, carreaux jamais nettoyés. La salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est triste. Le jardin n'est pas entretenu, et les avions passent juste au dessus avec une isolation phonique moyenne. Je ne mets pas une seule étoile juste parce que le personnel est gentil. Je déconseille

Um hotel de 4 estrelas que mais parece de 2. Nos corredores e quarto as alcatifas estavam todas sujas, as toalhas velhas , banheira encardida . Pequeno almoço muito rodimentar, com fruta enlatada, sumos de pacote , muito fraco.

Fast WiFi, hot water and friendly service. Good sized rooms are a plus and it is close to several great restaurants and a grocery store (all walking distance from the hotel). The towels were yellowed with blood stains and we had to ask for new ones. There were hairs in both the bathroom sink and the shower. Carpet needs replacing as they are covered in NUMEROUS stains and there are no irons in the rooms. When I called reception asking for an iron, they stated they are an outside service and not available.

Tutto bene e tutto pulito e ben organizzato ma il ristorante ha un menù povero e bisogna aspettare molto ( abbiamo atteso oltre 45 minuti, ma ci avevano avvisato). Meglio il self service annesso all'albergo ma i giorni di festa è chiuso. Nei dintorni c'è solo un ristorante cinese, per altri bisogna fare una piccola passeggiata, intorno all'Hotel non mancano i parcheggi liberi

El hotel no está cerca del centro y aunque la limpieza deja mucho que desear como se puede apreciar en las fotos , tiene cosas positivas como grandes espacios,habitaciones amplias y tiene piscina cubierta , gimnasio , jacuzzi (aunque cuando fuimos el jacuzzi no funcionaba) sauna turca sin tener que pagar más.

Отель вполне себе обычный, хотя название солидное. Довольно близко находится хороший супермаркет и станция метро Энтрекампос (желтая ветка). С ее помощью с пересадкой на синюю ветку можно добраться до популярных мест - Подьемник глория(трамвайчик), Лифт Санта Хуста и многое другое. Завтрак хороший, а вот номера на любителя, мне непонятна идея сделать стеклянную стенку туалета которая находится в номере, хорошо что хоть не прозрачная, но слышен шум воды и виден силуэт человека который моется, а еще ночью через стекло виден свет..неужели нельзя было сделать обычную стену.
Вид из номера был на какую стройку, точнее на пустырь, впрочем это не страшно, мы ж не в окно приехали смотреть но все же.
Для меня довольно весомый минус это отсутствие чайника в отеле 4 звезды, сделать чай или кофе - бегите вниз в кафетерий и просите официантку налить вам водички..не очень удобно. Очень мало розеток в номере, я нашел только одну свободную, ну или отключайте светильники и заряжайте телефон. Кровати странно заправлены, вместо простынки какие то лоскуты наложеные слоями на матрас, подушки тряпочные и неудобные. В номере на троих человек две обычные кровати а третья наподобие раскладушки, это неприемлимо.
P.S.
Лиссабон прекрасен. Был там пару дней в оргтуре, оставались в этом отеле в том числе.

Tive uma situacao muito humilhante neste hotel.
Me informei com a recepcionista onde eu poderia jantar, que me deu algumas opcoes de cafes perto do hotel no qual nao havia me interessado. Voltei para o hotel e perguntei se teria restaurante dentro do hotel. Fui informada que teriam dois um descendo as escadas do hall principal e outro bem ao lado da recepcao. Preferi ir no debaixo pois me parecia mais aconchegante. Cheguei la e me servi, era self service. Ok, ao sentar na mesa um garcon veio me perguntar se eu pertencia ao " grupo" ( visto que haviam varias pessoas no restaurante que pareciam estar todas juntas) eu respondi que nao e ele me disse que eu nao poderia comer ali. Porem eu ja estava na mesa e comendo. Ele saiu apressado e voltou com um outro senhor que comecou a falar alto comigo : A SENHORA NAO PODE COMER AQUI, TEM QUE SAIR DAQUI" e tirou o prato da minha mao bruscamente. Eu fiquei chocada com a cena. Me senti um cachorro sendo tocada do lugar.
Eu ate o indaguei: mas vou pagar pela comida e ja estou comendo.
Qdo percebi que ele nao estava querendo falar comigo e me deu as costas eu disse que faria uma reclamacao e ele respondeu : FIQUE A VONTADE. Por esta razao estou aqui dizendo que este hotel pode ter boas referencias mas eh um lixo em termos de atendimento ao cliente. Fui desrespeitada e tratada como bicho. Nao recomendaria nem para um inimigo e mesmo tendo reclamado na recepcao ninguem se desculpou. Este senhor que me tratou desta forma, nao tem qualificacoes nem para trabalhar com animais quem dira em um restaurante atendendo pessoas.

Ter sido integrado no grupo VIP, como seria de esperar trouxe uma enorme degradação do hotel.

我們原本入住九樓的房間，冷氣非常吵雜，向飯店反應之後，竟然把我們換到一樓的房間，窗外就是鐵軌，火車經過時，不但聲音很大而且地板還會震動，真的很誇張！再次向飯店反應，櫃檯人員態度不佳，表示如果不住一樓的房間，就只能再住回九樓原本的房間，我們只好又搬回去原本的房間，然後整晚不能開空調，否則根本不能睡。飯店表示隔天會將我們的房間換到九樓的另一間，結果根本沒有，隔天還是把我們安排在一樓的房間，真的是一間非常差勁的飯店，給一顆星都嫌多！

Sehr schönes Hotel in gewöhnungsbedürftiger Lage. Leider sind die angekündigten deutschen Sender im TV nicht zu finden. Es wurde auch nicht geschafft eine zweite Bettdecke ins Zimmer zu bringen. Aber sauber, cooles Schwimmbad mit Sauna und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 25 min mit der Bahn zu erreichen.

Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Air conditioner did not work. Open window not adequate to stay cool in November. When we discovered that the air conditioner was broken the second night, we were offered to move. Just too much trouble. The open window let jet noise in. There is a large translucent glass window between the shower and bedroom. Turning on the bathroom light will light up the whole room. Bad if someone is trying to sleep. The shower curtain is light and attacks the person in the shower when the water is turned on. Hate that. The halls need refurbishing. Too few recepticles. Convenient to the airport and decent places to eat. Staff very nice. Breakfast was decent and the bacon better than most of the European bacon I have eaten. Como é possível que um hotel destes tenha 4 estrelas!?
Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade e apenas com produtos de baixa qualidade (ex. fruta enlatada, etc...). Quartos, pelo menos o que fiquei hospedado, de boa dimensão, contudo aparenta uma limpeza muito deficitária e a necessitar de remodelação urgente. Um dia cheguei ao quarto perto das 19:00 e não tinham feito a limpeza do mesmo, isto quanto tinha saído de lá às 08:00...Muito fraco, não recomendo!!

自分の英語がつたないため思うような会話もできませんが、どことなく厳しいアタリをその時のスタッフの方から感じるので、英語が苦手な方には薦めません。
フライトが午前5時と早かったので、チェックインから大した時間の滞在もしてませんが、特別なにかを感じることもなくチェックアウトしました。
可もなく不可もない割には高いかも。
立地は空港から近いので、夜遅く着いたとか、朝早いフライトのときに使用するなら使いやすいです。

Вполне приличный отель. Оценка по букингу - 7.4, даже ниже кошмарного "Черного тюльпана" в Порто. А оказалось очень неплохо. Номер был довольно большой, нормальный шкаф с полочками, очень приличный санузел, пустой холодильник-минибар, два кресла, стул и отдельный столик, в дополнение к большому основному. Завтрак - без излишеств, но вполне достаточный. Порадовала розетка рядом с кроватью. Персонал доброжелательный, уборка хорошая.

Experiencia lamentable, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación hasta cuatro veces y nos enseñaron hasta 7 habitaciones diferentes. Las habitaciones estaban llenas de humedades donde el olor era tan fuerte que apenas se podía respirar. Las que no tenían humedades tenían un ruido insoportable que hacían imposible el descanso. Moqueta sucia, sillones con manchas, pasillos con humedades y pintura levantada, etc... El desayuno con poca variedad pero aceptable y el personal correcto y servicial. Este hotel está muy lejos de ser un cuatro estrellas.

Sadly this hotel is not 4-star. Its 2-star at best. The service was excellent - the staff are friendly, polite, and very helpful. Unfortunately they are excellent staff working in a shabby, run-down hotel. My room was not what I expected. Stains on the carpet, grubby windows overlooking an atrium of dead plants, minibar unstocked and unplugged. There wasnt even a kettle or coffee sachets. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but mouldy and the bath had no plug. Everything just seemed worn-down, tired, and badly out of date. I couldnt find the gym or swimming pool, and when I asked I got a shrug. The bar was only open one night. Breakfast was very nice, but overpriced considering the shabby state of the hotel. I chose this place for its location next to the university, but unfortunately I wont be coming to this hotel again.

Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 20h00 para fazer check in e fui impedido de o fazer porque o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tive de aguardar cerca de 20 minutos pelo quarto.
Finalmente foi entregue o quarto e além das camas mal feitas com lençóis meio soltos, o lixo estava cheio do cliente anterior e cheirava terrivelmente mal.
O hotel não tomou qualquer posição em relação a isso. Serviço péssimo.
Arrived at the hotel around 20h00 and wasn't able to check in because the room wasn't ready yet. Had to wait in the lobby gor about 20 minutes.
Finally when i got the room the beds weren't that good and the bin was full of garbage and smelly from the previous guest.
The hotel not even apollogysed.

We booked a one night stay here as it was in close proximity to the airport and was a 4 star at a reasonable price. This hotel is disgusting!!! I’m not even sure how it has a 4 star rating when the condition of our rooms and the halls are so dilapidated. We arrived and the lobby area looked decent. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival on the floor, we were aghast. The carpet down the dark, dingy hall was filthy (despite being dark red) and the wallpaper down the hall was all ripped off with damage all over. When we got in our room it was worse. The entire room smelled of mildew and there was literally mould on the walls. The wallpaper was also torn up and the drywall was crumbling off. The minibar fridge was filthy and not working. The bathroom tub had black mould spots around the caulking. It was so filthy. We immediately requested another room. We were again given a room on the 3rd floor. This one was a bit cleaner but still not one I would ever chose to stay in. The fridge worked here but again the carpets in the room were stained, filthy, there was mould in this bathroom too. Also there was not 1 visible outlet in the entire room. We had to disconnect a lamp and crawl under a desk to access electricity to charge our phones. There is no ironing board, iron, coffee maker etc. Basic essentials one would expect in a 4 star hotel. If not for being our last night in Lisbon with limited availability, we would have checked out. Stay away!!

μία εξαιρετικά αγενής υπάλληλος στη Reception, οι κάρτες εισόδου στο δωμάτιο χρειάστηκε να ενεργοποιηθεί τρεις διαφορετικές φορές (άγνωστο τι σύστημα χρησιμοποιούν), το πρωϊνό μέτριο, η reception χρειάζεται βελτίωση, δε γνωρίζουν καν πόσο κοστίζει το μετρό για να πας σε άλλες περιοχές!!!

The check in process was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The first room they gave smelled damp and appeared to have damp on the walls. I was given another room after telling reception. The man from reception escorted me up to the new room to check that I was satisfied. Overall, the rooms really need updating. The carpet seemed filthy. When I had a shower the next morning, the water didnt drain well so I was standing in a large puddle.I checked in around 1am after the chaos of a missed connection at Lisbon airport. So, I had made the booking myself about 15 mins before I arrived. Ordinarily, I wouldnt stay in a hotel of this standard and I definitely wouldnt stay again unless the rooms are refurbished significantly.It was a short distance from the airport (taxi less than 10 euros) and the bed and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality.

The hotel was at a good distance from the Airport. The Hotel served its purpose for the night. But this Hotel needs to be remodelled. The room was O.K. The next morning I saw that the floors in the room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. The staff was GREAT! I slept well. If this Hotel is remodelled and updated, it will be a GREAT PLACE! I hope they do update it. Thanks.

O hotel VIP Executive Entrecampos oferece um bom atendimento, mas é um pouco escuro. Falta iluminação. Os quartos são confortáveis e possuem cama de casal. Precisam melhorar as portas, que precisam de muito esforço para serem fechadas. O café da manhã é bom.

The hotel is very dated. it was selected due to its location being near the University that I needed to attend EURAM Conference.Lack of basic business facilities such as no ironing board, no iron, no hot water kettle. Bed is clean, toilet floor is stained and made me feel uncomfortable. towel is dirty with stain.

Chambre très propre, piscine nickel, hammam en panne, jacuzzi en panne, sur 6 nuit 3 réveils avec des odeurs de remontée d' égoût, en ce qui concerne les renseignements en français il vaut mieux parler anglais.
Par contre hotel très calme et super insonorisation malgré la proximité de l'aéroport.

- salle de bain: sent les égouts, joint de silicone noir de crasse, porte coulissante qui ne coulisse plus, un vieux rideau de douche sur la baignoire en polyester comme dans un formule 1. Cuvette des toilettes inutilisable car trop près du lavabo.
- chambre: la moitié des elairages et/où prises ne fonctionnent pas, moquette bien fatiguée, pas de mini bar, laundry hors de prix et difficile, pas de lampe de chevet, 1 avion toute les minutes qui passe à 200 m d’alttitude Et vous déchire les oreilles méme fenêtre fermée.
- communs: moquette sale, salle de petit déjeuner mal tenue (innombrable relief non debarrasé) deux machines à café pour 100 personnes (20 minutes pour une tasse). Porte d’entree De l’hotel Cassée et inutilisable (belle entrée en matière) parking hors de prix.
En outre ils exigent le paiement de la totalité du séjour à l’arrivée, ça s’affiche comme un 4 étoiles mais c’est une escroquerie. À éviter comme la peste.

Lissabon. Unesie hotel ist knapp 10 min unter 10 eu, vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehenswürdigkeiten Preise sind gut, nur die Wartezeiten leider zu lange. Essen ausser Fleisch, ist sehr lecker gewesen.

Hotel bardzo fajny. Cena do przyjęcia zważywszy na lokalizację i standard. Śniadania takie sobie. Pozytyw za praktycznie zawsze pusty basen i sauny suchą oraz parową. Pokoje czyste i przestronne choć nieco używane :-). Pozdrawiam przemiłą czarnoskórą panią z wiecznym pozytywnym uśmiechem, która dbała o mój pokoik....

If booking reserve the breakfast is amazing. Hotel room for a 4 stars very basic and no mini bar, althought they offer room service 24/7 my biggest disapointment is the room, and bed, quite basic for 4 stars

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Mitarbeiter am Empfang eine Katastrophe. Kein Lächeln, kein Grüßen, nichtmal vom Computer konnten die Herrschaften hoch schauen. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass man lästig sei. Das Housekeeping war gut. Das Hotel war leer, uns wurde aber anscheinend das heruntergekommenste Zimmer zugeteilt. Xum schlafen ok, sonst würde ich nicht noch einmal hin.

First day of my stay at Lisbon at that hotel , my experience is mixed , recap as follows :
Good
- good WI-FI connectivity , account granted for each room can be connected by multiple device , LAN port inside room is functional.
- Breakfast has variety of selection, just hot plate not hot enough
- Room size is good
Bad or could improve
- room cleanness , not as clean as expected , especially those towel
- ventilation is not good inside room or corridor , smelly even at corridor if someone use washroom around
- some tourmate got water leakage at their room , which they should find out before let guest check in
- not all power socket is functional within room

Tem bastantes falhas. Desde autoclismo a falhar, elevador avariado. Porta de entrava avariada. Mesa do quarto partida. Cadeira do quarto partida. Ralo da banheira não funcionava. Serve para descansar e pouco mais se pode dizer.

Hotel un peu vétuste mais la chambre est agréable et spacieuse. Une mention spéciale pour la baie en verre poli qui donne de la chambre sur la salle de bain ! Un mini bar vide et une télé avec peu de chaînes.. la literie est en revanche très confortable A mon goût.
A dix minutes à pied de la station Entrecampos qui réuni train et métro. Une laverie automatique est accessible à 5min à pied.
Le room service est en revanche décevant en ce qui concerne la nourriture. Peu de choix la nuit et une présentation médiocre pour un prix excessif.
Le petit déjeuner à 15e ne vaut pas le coup même s'il propose assez de choix en terme de salé, bacon, saucisse, oeuf. Le choix reste assez restreint pour les douceurs. Le spa et la piscine sont au 3ème sous sol et il faut traverser le parking....
Je dirais que c'est un bon hôtel en terme d'équipement et assez pratique dans un quartier relativement proche et un bon rapport qualité prix mais loin de l'excellence et du détail.

I have had a shirt stolen from my room while I was away, probably when they came to clean it. The staff did nothing to help me. Also, a friend of mine who was staying at the same floor, she found that her bag was opened while we were out, although no belongings of her were stolen, like my shirt. The shower's bathtub is too small, and there is no glass to limit it, only curtains, which keep glueing to your body in a nasty and irritating way, limiting even more the space to have a shower. Should not be considered 4 stars. At all.

Das Hotel ist mehr ein Business- als ein Touristen-Hotel.Wir hatten dort nur eine Nacht wegen eines Stop-overs übernachtet.Es waren nur 10-15min mit dem Taxi vom/zum Flughafen.Dafür war das Hotel ideal zumal wir Dankenswerterweise ein Upgrade bekommen hatten - Zweiraumappartment (Schlafraum+Office-Raum und 2 Fernseher) mit Balkon oberste Etage.Es ist aber wegen der Flughafennähe und der Schnellstraße relativ laut.Um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, braucht man dann schon die Metro, die nur 5min entfernt ist.Angeschlossen ist ein kleines, steril aussehendes Bistro, wo man Kleinigkeiten und Getränke kaufen kann.In Laufnähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt und mehrere kleine preiswerte Cafes und Restaurants, die mehr für die Lisaboner sind, aber auch sehr freundlich mit Touristen umgehen.Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Un hotel muy tranquilo, en una excelente zona de Lisboa, excelente relación calidad-precio. Como todas la personas de Lisboa, personal muy atento y servicial. Desayuno en una sala muy amplia, bastante variedad, aunque el café podía ser mejor (era de máquina). Muy bien ubicado, comunicado con Metro y autobuses que llevan directamente al aeropuerto en 15 minutos por 2,50 euros. Mercados y bares y pastelerías cerca. Muy recomendable

Comfortable, clean rooms, with a large bed, toilet and bath, a city view (currently there is a building site opposite 2018), WiFi and a TV (basic Portuguese channel selection). There is a small supermarket bom dia nearby. Location is good for the University, but not good for tourism. Breakfast had a wide selection: cereals, bread and pastries, yoghurt, and cooked breakfast. I enjoyed most of the breakfast except the cooked stuff, which was not really very hot, and the beans were seemingly not cooked. There is a small fitness area, very small pool (less than 10m?)and sauna in the basement. These facilities are all basic, but can be a bit creepy if you are the only one in there on level -5!

Atendimento péssimo. Se falta papel higiênico e vc pede ninguém entrega; elevador quebrado e em uma semana não consertaram. Fizeram os turistas subirem de escada até o 6o andar sem direito a usar a bagagem (a menos que quisessem carregar as malas de 22kg por 6 andares nas escadas). Muito desorganizado. Banheira e pia entupidas. Falta de estrutura. Jamais voltaria.
