Property is located in one of the best sections of Alfama. You have shopping and restaurants all over. Beautiful views of the city and lots to explore. Trams run and stop right by the hotel and will take you all around the sightseeing stops you can handle. Hotel staff is wonderful! Diogo at front desk was awesome and recommended a lot of local spots to visit and food to try. We spent a week at this hotel and did a lot of sightseeing around Alfama, Belém, Sintra, Cascais. Hotel has good quick breakfast options, great drinks at night. Loved this property and would return again and again. If you want a local boutique hotel experience, look no further.

The rooms are amazing! The decoration is so tasteful and creative. Each room has a theme, and decor details match the theme.The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Alfama. The breakfast is delicious, everything is made fresh... and they have pasteis de nata!!!The personnel is super attentive and helpful.Im looking forward to staying at Dalma again!

Nice rooms and decor. Location too noisy could hear lots of noise on street. It was a Friday night so maybe not always like that. Hotel situated at top of steep hill not so convenient for walking.

Depending on what you are looking for regarding the location, for us it was great, restaurants, bars and shop are all just steps away, but with that it is a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. Tram stop right at the door. We would absolutely stay there again.

The location was the best feature of this property — right in the centre of Alfama and close to the famed 28 tram route. The room was clean and well appointed (no BBC on the TV, though). Nice restaurant downstairs, though you fon’t Have to use it as there are literally hundreds of eating options within east walking distance (if you’re OK with lots of hill-climbing.

Ich kann mich auch nur bei den positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Es ist eine Toplage in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Kochnische im Doppelzimmer. Man wird mit Wein und Pastel de Nata begrüßt. Das Bad ist schön, aber eher offenherzig. Man hört alles und einmal hat es aus dem Abfluss bei der Toilette gerochen. Daher ein Stern abzug, aber ansonsten stimmt einfach alles. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

Situation idéale au coeur de lAlfama Accueil personnalisé Coin cuisine dans la chambre.Le site expedia parle dappartement lors de la reservation mais nous avons eu 1 grande chambre ...Le coin toilettes et douche nest pas suffisamment isolé de la chambre La salle petit déjeuner etant petite il y a souvent de lattente et le buffet nest que peu réapprovisionné en cours de petit déjeuner. Il faut donc y aller pour louverture si on veut avoir le choix Cafetière a dosettes présente mais dosettes a demander pour chaque café, agaçant.Merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité

Logés dans une chambre-appartement tout confort, c’est très pratique avec des enfants.Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les hôteliers font tout pour que nous soyons à l’aise. La décoration est originale et soignée et la propreté est au rendez-vous. Le quartier est superbe et très vivant. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

We were very pleased with our stay: Our room (The Garage) was spotless and The service was exceptional and accommodating. The attached restaurant serves very good food. The location was just on the edge of the Alfama neighbourhood. We highly recommend Dalma Old Time Suites

Sehr gepflegtes kleines Hotel in toller Lage für alle Unternehmungen in Lissabon. Egal ob zu Fuß oder mit der kleinen Bahn direkt vor der Tür, Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit unkompliziertem und schnellem Check-In.Das Zimmer zeigte sich extrem sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das große bequeme Bett sorgte für die totale Erholung nach den Besichtigungen. Das Badezimmer war mit Regendusche und Wasserfall ausgestattet - Klasse! Es gab eine vollausgestattete Kochnische mit Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kapselmaschine ausgerüstet -Toll! Es wirkt alles sehr wertig.In der kleinen Lobby gibt es eine Bar, in der auch gefrühstückt wird. Alles wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail präsentiert. Man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen. Die Ruhe im Haus gilt es auch noch hervorzuheben. kein Türknallen am Morgen!!5* für den Auenthalt - bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal.

The rooms which were themed and described in the reception area were Spacious and modern with views from a small balcony over the hustle and bustle below. They were decorated like you would your own home and that’s just what it felt like; being at home. Relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A young fine team and Everyone encountered made me feel welcome.?

Great location.The room on the first floor was small and a bit noisy. Asked to be moved , and they give as a room on the second floor, much bigger and quite at no extra cost. The staff was great, especially Gonçalo e Rita. Would stay here again

This is THE PLACE TO STAY in Lisbon. Very comfy and cozy rooms, very spacious and the bathroom is so beautiful. The staff is incredibly service-oriented and always smiling. Located in the centre of old town you can reach many sightseeing point within 15 minutes of walk. They have international channels, wifi is really good and everyone speaks perfect English. I highly recommend booking a room here.

Observando os comentários de possíveis clientes "satisfeitos" com este hotel fiz uma reserva para 4 noites. Infelizmente ou felizmente fiquei apenas uma noite porque este hotel é o pior hotel dentre todos os hotéis os quais ja me hospedei. Para mim é "propaganda enganosa" porque as fotos no site mostram que os quartos são aconchegantes e confortáveis mas na realidade o que foi atribuído pra mim foi o "Garage" Pra quem quer se hospedar numa garagem esse pode ser apropriado. Mas não é o meu caso porque estou acostumada com hotéis de boa categoria e este não e nada disso. O quarto é pequeno, não tem nenhuma ventilação. Tem apenas uma janela que se abrir o barulho da rua é tão grande que ninguém consegue dormir. Se deixar a janela fechada o quarto fica muito escuro porque as luminarias não são boas. O banheiro é muito pequeno e estava sujo. O quarto não tem espaço pra nada, nem pra colocar as malas que tem que ficar no meio passagem por falta de espaço. Não tem guarda roupa e nem sequer um cabide para pendurar as roupas. A área do café da manhã não é das melhores. Por sorte eu nem tomei café lá. Em resumo é um local que pode ser classificado como uma pequena pensão e não como um hotel de alta categoria como está qualificada no site.

Fantastic two night stay @ Dalma Old Town Suites. Our room named ‘Garage’ on the ground floor. Modern furnishings, impeccably clean, extremely safe & secure, perfect size considering it was solely for sleeping & getting ready in. We opted to pay the additional charge for continental breakfast each morning, for convenience considering we had early morning starts. Reasonable price considering this included meats, cheeses, yogurts & scrambled eggs, as well as the normal entities.Although we never ate in the cosy restaurant on a lunchtime or evening, it was always popular when we walked by and the food looked to be of the highest quality.Location is at the highest point of the Old Town in Alfama. We explored all the little cobbled side streets, and tackled the steps/ banks to & from the accommodation. On a couple of occasions we took the beautiful Tram No.28 route back to the top, which stops within a two minute walk from Dalma Suites.Reception organised a taxi back to the airport for us, although this was a couple of euros more than the taxi from the airport, the car was spotlessly clean & the driver was very pleasant.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé .
Nous avions la chambre / appartement au 4ème étage, donnant sur le fleuve et la ville. Très bon équipement. Très bonne literie. Vitrages de bonne qualité.
Seul bémol ms gênant : toilettes et salle de bain ouvertes ds la chambre.
Pour nous qui sommes 3 , cela représente un inconvénient.
Par ailleurs, nous aurions apprécié qques dosettes de café en supplément de l unique donnée à notre arrivée. Peu de contact avec le personnel.

Passamos 4 noites neste hotel, a verdade é que se ouvia um pouquinho o barulho do outros quartos mas gostei imenso da experiência, quartos muitos giros e diferentes e o serviço da recepção extremamente simpático e prestável e está também muito bem localizado.

Pasamos dos noches. La habitación no está del todo mal, el baño es transparente, lo que hace que no tengas ni gota de intimidad ya que se ve todo desde fuera. Por la zona del aire acondicionado hay un ruido ensordecedor aunque éste esté apagado, para colmo no nos podían cambiar de habitación porque supuestamente no había libres. Por último,pedimos factura y Gonzalo, de recepción, no nos la quiso proporcionar.

Tolle Lage, alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer selbst war gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Klasse fand ich die kleine Kochecke mit Kühlschrank und zwei Herdplatten. Nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler gab es in meinem Zimmer nach hinten raus: Das Bad ist am Eck verglast, d.h. wenn man am Waschbecken steht, können die Leute im Hinterhof einen beobachten, und es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit, die Ecke abzudunkeln. Dusche und WC sind zum Glück nicht einsehbar.

Die Lage ist einzigartig; ganz nah am Castello.Wir hatten das Garage Zimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Bett war superbequem und es gab jede Menge Kissen. Fuer jeden etwas.Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und geraeuschlos. Das Fenster ist enorm gut schallisoliert. Wir waren zur Zeit der Feiern der Heiligen dort und draussen kann es dann schon mal laut werden- drinnen hoert man nichts. Das Fruehstueck war prima, der Service sehr gut. Lediglich das Bad ist ein wenig klein im Toilettenbereich. Dafuer ist die Dusche dann wieder geraumig und es kommt jede Menge heissen Wassers.

Great position, lovely rooms, fabulously friendly and helpful staff. The beds were really comfortable with lovely linen, and great 3 head option showers.On site breakfast was really good value . The attached restaurant and bar was a bonus and a great place to people watch at night.

Positiv: Sehr frisches Frühstück mit leckerem Obst. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Blick vom Fenster auf das Meer gerichtet (3. Etage). Praktisch auch, dass man eine Zahlenkombination bekommt und keinen Schlüssel. Negativ: Der Kaffee zum Frühstück (lnstant), nach der nespresso Kapsel muss man fragen. Leider roch es aus unserer Toilette, insbesondere in der Nacht. Dadurch dass man nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnte (Lautstärke zur Straße raus), war es besonders unangenehm...

Positiva: La habitación era muy cómoda y linda. La ducha fantástica y el staff muy amable. Muy buena ubicación.. Negativa: Sobre nueva habitación vive una familia muy ruidosa que nos despertaba a las 7am todos los días. Pusimos un reclamo pero no cambió nada. El staff era amable pero no estaba en las mañanas mientras servían desayuno. A pesar de que el baño era muy moderno y la ducha fantástica, era de vidrio completo sin mucha privacidad.

Very centric location in Lisboa. Nice views, big and clean rooms with a lot of details in for the guests, even a little kitchen in our room. The cons it have is that it cannot be access easily for a wheelchair, and they said it was a sofa for two persons but that was impossible because it was to little. Anyway is a cozy and great hotel.

Positive: Location in old town, just below castle with tram stop good. Friendly, helpful staff. Apartment one room (bedroom, shower & kitchen areas) good size, modern, interesting and a little quirky. Breakfast continental + scrambled eggs, good & fresh + reasonable at 8 euros each.. Negative: Location good as previously described, however hilly, narrow busy cobbled streets & pavements + lots of steps. All interesting, but not suitable for all.

Positief: Moderne kamer met een groot bed.
Ligging is ok voor het oude stadsgedeelte.. Negatief: Bedlinnen niet opgemaakt bij aankomst. (Moeten vragen om dit op te lossen)
Oude vieze handdoek in badkamer bij aankomst.
Kleine badkamer met inkijk van op een aangelegen pand.
Ligging is aan een drukke baan in het oude stadsgedeelte op een heuvel. Verder van de meer bruisende binnenstad.
Taxi geregeld bij vertrek naar luchthaven met host die niet is komen opdagen. Aangezien er niet altijd iemand aanwezig is 's ochtends zelf het probleem moeten oplossen.

Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, man erreicht fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, auch Lokale und Geschäfte sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Straßenbahn Nr. 28 hält direkt vor der Türe. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen.. Negativ: Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön gestaltet, jedoch die Beleuchtung müsste optimiert werden. Wlan funktionierte nur sporatisch auf dem Zimmer.

Positiivinen: Sijainti oli oikein hyvä; raitiovaunupysäkki oli ihan hotellin edessä ja lähistöllä oli monia hyviä kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Tilava huone oli siisti ja hauskasti sisustettu, ikkunasta näkyi joelle. Viinipullo huoneessa oli mukava tervetuloyllätys!. Negatiivinen: Aamiaishuone oli todella pieni ja ahdas.

This is a brand new place. It is tiny, but super clean and nice. Breakfast was very good, both for vegetarian (my wife) and non-vegetarian (me). Location is excellent - you are in walking distance to all key places in Alfama
The room we stayed in had a very peculiar design with shower located outside of the bathroom. It was right next to the bed and TV. The bathroom itsefl had enough room to place this shower cabin there, yet for some reason they decided to put it in the room :) Another not so cool thing was paper-thin walls. On our third night another couple moved into the room next door. It felt like that snoring guy was sleeping in my bed :)

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Kochnische und waren total begeistert. Als wir das Hotel betraten fiel uns sofort ein herrlicher Duft auf, auch im Zimmer roch es sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sehr sauber, wir sind da ja pingelig ;) das Interieur ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht und wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. In der Kochnische fanden wir alles vor was man so braucht, ein geräumiger Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, sogar eine mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Nespresso Maschine, Töpfe, Pfannen und ausreichend Geschirr. Die Dusche ist schön gross und hat die Funktionen mit Regenwasser- und Wasserfalldusche. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, kurz um: man kann sich auf die Bilder wirklich verlassen. Das hotel lag für uns sehr praktisch, gegenüber gibt es kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe und ein paar Aussichtsterrasse um die Ecke um den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen. Alfama ist ein sehr schöner Stadtteil. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und auch Freunden das hotel empfehlen. Zum Essen können wir nichts sagen, da wir uns selbst verpflegt haben oder unterwegs essen gingen. Ich kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass im Dalma Old Town nicht gut gekocht wird. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub bei euch! Es war die Reise wert :)

Положительный: Стильный отель рядом с двумя смотровыми площадками. Удобная кровать. Тихо.. Негативный: Отель находится далеко от центра. Путь в отель из города занимает 20-30 минут по очень пологому склону. Очень скудный завтрак. Отвратительный растворимый кофе. Скрембл (омлет) всегда был холодный, разогреть негде. При заселении на постели были волосы. Очень неудобный санузел. Отделен от спальни лишь стеклянной дверью. Однажды ночью начала работать пожарная сигнализация, проснулись все постояльцы. Так как ночью в отеле отсутствует персонал, мы примерно час не могли её выключить.

负面: 环境非常非常舒适，重点是离风景区特别特别近。房间里的东西一应俱全，有自带小阳台，风景非常好。 离地铁有一点距离但可以接受。就是门有点小不好找，红色的房子从外面看有点像咖啡厅

Great surprise! Clean, modern apartment with a full kitchen. Not that you will be using it with so many restaurants in Lisbon, but still cool. Only complaint is that the room had a strong smell of perfume.

Positiv: Mycket fin miljö på hotellet och utanför.
Hotellet låg uppe på en av kullarna i gamla stan mycket trappor. Kanske inget bra läge för personer med handikapp fast det fanns gott om taxi att anlita
Toppen stad!!!. Negativ: Hotellet saknade utrymme att hänga upp kläder. Ett stort klädskåp fanns med enbart hyllor.Lägenheten hade köksutrymme men inbjöd inte till att laga mat. Koka kaffe och tea

Het was een prettig verblijf. Ook al zat ik er maar twee nachtjes. Ik heb er van genoten. Als je binnen komt in de lobby, ruikt het al heerlijk. Ik had op de vierde verdieping, een heel mooi uitzicht op zee. De bedden lagen heerlijk.

What a lovely boutique hotel / suites! Rooms are very stylish and luxury. The hotel is brand new as well ;) Excellent location, its 10 min walk (uphill) to the Castle. It is perfect for a city break ;)

Pozytywna: Świetnie zaprojektowany apartament. Każdy detal przemyślany, gra świateł i kolorów, użyty materiał i jego faktura, pomysłowe rozwiązania pozwalają na delektowanie się przestrzenią. W zasadzie to można stamtąd nie wychodzić i poprostu cieszyć się samym byciem:) Pozdrawiam projektanta - świetna robota! Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni gospodarze.. Negatywna: Sprawdza się na krótki pobyt - brakuje tam miejsc na ubrania. Choć pomieszczenie cieszy okiem mogłoby by być bardziej funkcjonalne. Okolica głośna. Żeby mieć jakiś komfort snu trzeba było zamknąć okna wychodzące na ulice. Nie ma gdzie zaparkować auta.
