Je ne sais pas si le prix dont j'ai bénéficié (moins de 90€ pdj inclus) est habituel ou pas mais cela en fait un des meilleurs rapport qualité-prix dont j'ai jamais bénéficié dans une capitale Européenne. Emplacement idéal en plein cœur de l'hyper centre piétonnier de Lisbonne (il faudra donc se garer à proximité mais l'hôtel est de bon conseil). La vue depuis les chambres au 5ème est extra. Accueil pro, petit déjeuner raffiné, le restaurant sur place est pratique mais loin d'être la meilleure adresse sur Lisbonne. Chambres simple mais fonctionnelle, silencieuse et correctement équipée. Vraiment une bonne adresse. Séjour recommandé. PS : si vous avez apprécié cet avis alors fendez-vous d'un petit like svp... Pas pour mon flatter mon égo mais juste pour me le faire savoir !

위치가 정말 좋네요 혼자 여행하기에 딱이였습니다. 바이샤 지하철역에서 정말 2분거리에요 그런데 실내 슬리퍼는 없어요 챙겨오셔야되고, 아 밤에 컵라면 먹고싶어서 뜨거운물 요청했는데요 식당이 문 닫아서 안된다고 하시더라구요 ㅠ그런 부분은 조금 아쉬웠지만 재방문 의사 있어요

We were moved into my story Augusta after our original booking couldn’t accommodate us. They were fantastic... really quiet, great service, friendly, great location... on my girlfriend’s birthday we got back to find a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket and treats in our room. They must’ve seen the birthday on the passport... So nice. Highly recommended!

Está bien situado y la habitación está bastante bien. El problema es que hay mucho ruido. No solo de la calle, sino también de la habitación que tenemos encima (los crujidos y las pisadas son constantes, lo que nos hace pensar que quizá es una sala de mantenimiento, de lavar o de plancha, porque esos ruidos están todo el tiempo, tanto por la noche como por la mañana, es lo que nos ha despertado, incluso con tapones en los oídos).

The location is great. As for the hotel: most of the rooms are very small so I would recommend to take a big one. There is only one elevator so its a little annoing to wait for it but the most upsetting thing was that during my last day there weren't warm weather and the reception kept telling me it will be fixed in a few minutes. After 2 hours I took a cold shower

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, the room is a bit small but renovated, comfortable and clean. My only problem was that my room was facing the staircase, and there was someone making noises and talking very early in the morning for three days in a roll, I communicated to the staff and they said it wasn’t anyone of their members so if I would book again I would request a room far from the stairs.

Perfect location and the rooms are just what you need for a good rest. The bed was comfy and the shower head was full and strong. The service was exceptional and you can feel a good vibe ambience. There was no hot water in the morning for three consecutive days. We could not take a shower.That’s unacceptable. The hotel knew for quite some time but management did not do anything to repair the boiler for good. Really a downer

The hotel is centrally located in the old part of Lisbon, just off the Rua Augusta. The hotel is in an older building, but appears to have been renovated recently, with modern decor, furnishings and fittings. The hotel is clean and quiet. One thing to note is that the room I was in was quite small. This didnt bother me, as I basically used it as somewhere to sleep when I wasnt off exploring the city, but if you are the sort who likes to lounge about the hotel room, it may be more cramped than you would prefer. That being said, I presume they probably have suites or larger rooms available. The bathroom was all modern fittings, with all the features you would expect, but the shower was very small. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, which is good because my Portuguese was very limited. One anecdote regarding the staff, to show their dedication: The My Story hotel group owns several hotels within about a five block radius in Lisbon and having travelers show up to the wrong hotel is not unusual. One group did so during a significant rainstorm. One of the hotel employees not only gave them directions, but grabbed an umbrella and braved the rain to physically walk them to the correct hotel several blocks away.All in all, a very good hotel in a good location with great staff. I would stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights and I honestly can not recommend it enough. The staff we excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was gorgeous and even though we were right in the centre, there was no noise from street in the room. They also service amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back and will 100% be booking this hotel again.

Great location just meters away from the Arch and the main square. The room was so small that for me to pass on to the bathroom, my wife had to get on top of the bed. The restaurant at the hotel serve all meals, great food, fair prices, super friendly servers and the front desk very helpful. We loved everything except the rooms

Very centrally located hotel right on the Rua Augusta pedestrial mall, with convenient access to Alfama, Praca do Comercio, Praca Figueira with its Baixa Market, and Praca Rossio. Service was excellent, and if you get the breakfast, the food is very good with great service. The rooms are bit on the small side, but I loved opening the window and looking out on the crowds on Augusta. Sound insulation is excellent. Once you close the window you don't hear any outside noise. I would stay here again.

Abbiamo prenotato il viaggio a Lisbona a meno di una settimana dalla partenza. L'albergo è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, è un 3 stelle ma con il servizio di un 4 stelle. La camera era piccola ma elegante e confortevole e con tutto il necessario. Compresa una grande doccia. La colazione, che abbiamo pagato a parte, valeva le 10 euro. Assortimento medio ma di ottima qualità. Frutta fresca e spremuta d'arancia a volontà. Personale gentile e professionale. Al centro della città, in un posto comodo per poterla visitare. Abbiamo speso poco meno di 500 euro per 3 notti, ma ne sono valsi la pena.

We got a bedroom rhat was so tiny that the luggage had to go on the floor and jump over to go to the miniature bathroom, so tiny that 2 people would not fit, had to close the bathroom door to brush your teeth cause the door is in the middle of the sink, we were told that most rooms are the same except corner ones and of course no availability. When you book with Expedia or any other, they give you the worst room. I wanted to extend my stay 1 more day, they offer me a better rate than Expedia and a larger room, but we end up not staying there. The area is great, shopping and restaurants everywhere, safe and walk anywhere is safe. Hop on hop off is good although they fill up and you have to wait longer. The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and very helpful.

Magnifique hôtel bien situé

Typically when room size is not displayed when viewing Room Information, that is a red flag and this is no exception. Room size is small with no space to place down luggage. I had only a carryon and put on the window ledge. There is padded stool which you can seat on in a corner leaning on the wall and placing your feet on the bed if sitting on the bed all time gives you lower back ache. The hotel is above a restaurant and check-in is the restaurant cashier. There is no lobby, just a narrow hall leading to the elevator. My room was on the 1st floor but with good soundproofing you cant hear the street noise. There is insufficient shelf space in the bathroom. The shower stall is square with sliding doors closing at the corner which screeches everything you close them leaving a gap that shower water will spray onto the floor. Sitting on the toilet your knee hits the paper roll dispenser. No complimentary water is offered. A big tradeoff to be in the Old Quarter. All the restaurants nearby are average tourist restos. To go to the good restaurants you do need to walk 20+ mins. north or west.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, so zentral, alles fussläufig. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und konnte für 7 Euro dazu gebucht werden. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und auch das Bad, aber auch hier absolut ausreichend, man ist ja eh unterwegs.

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Bett ist leider relativ klein, Bad ist auch sehr klein.

My Story Charming Augusta was wonderful! The hotel is located close to everything. It was quiet and very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, metro, trams etc. We enjoyed the Happy Hours each day. The hotel has the most amazing staff who are ALL pleasant and accommodating. They work diligently to make your stay absolutely perfect!

I will start this review by saying I did not stay here personally, but several of our wedding guests did when we got married in Lisbon this summer and they were happy there, especially for the price. My Story Hotels made it easy to set up a special discount code for our wedding guests and when friends had to cancel a non-refundable reservation, the hotel manager graciously agreed to issue a credit redeemable for a future stay at any My Story hotel in Lisbon. I would recommend this hotel chain for anyone trying to arrange accommodations for a large group of people and would also happily stay there myself.

Localizacion perfecta, atención inmejorable. Buena calidad/precio. En nuestro caso habitación y baño algo pequeño pero cómodo. Buena decoración y limpieza. Son detallistas, te obsequian con unos pastelitos típicos, agua, carta y regalito de bienvenida incluido! No me he sentido más a gusto en ningún otro hotel! Volveré!

Booked the hotel for a weekend in Lisbon. The hotel appeared to be a recently developed property. Reception staff were kind, polite and welcoming. Lift was very good. Corridors leading to the rooms were clean and well lit. Even if rooms were slightly small, they were comfortable and very practical. Rooms were equipped with lighting that was intelligently placed so it doesn't cause glare. There was a USB socket in the room which was very handy in this day and age. There were also an ample number of sockets in the room. The TV was equipped with an interesting range of TV channels that captured numerous languages. The bed was also very comfortable (double bed size) and so we're the pillows. The storage space above the bed could be used to store shopping and empty luggage. The window in the room was perfect in the sense that it blocked the noise and light coming from the pedestrianised street downstairs. This guarantees optimal rest. The bathroom size was very small but practical nonetheless. The shower was amazingly good. Toiletries were first class. Hats off to the hotel on this. Best things to note about this hotel:- - Proximity to the metro station, Praca de Comercio, key bus stops and the most vibrant touristic area of Lisbon. - Great to rest. - You are welcome with a pack of tasty Pasteis de Nata. - Drinking water bottles are provided. - Fast WiFi works like a breeze. - Property is new. - The toiletries (Rituals Spa) - Proximity to many landmark areas of Lisbon. - Air conditioning (it was a warm summer). We wish to thank the hotel for their wonderful hospitality and congratulate them on the excellent job they are doing with this hotel. Hope to see you again soon.
