Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmern in einen Innenhof. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, das es in diesem Innenhof viel zu laut durch Klimaanlagen war und es unangenehm gerochen hat.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen, aber sehr feinen Zimmer. Sehr sauber, sehr netter Empfang. Alles Top, kann ich für eine Städtereise nur Empfehlen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super.

Très bel hôtel 4 ⭐️ , très bien situé proche de Marquês de Pombal et derrière l’avenue de la Liberdade.
Proche du métro, des bus et du point de départ de certains bus Hop on hop off.
L’hôtel est très agréable avec un bar, un service de bagagerie, un restaurant italien à la carte, une salle de sport, un hammam, un sauna, une piscine et une terrasse sur le toit...
Le personnel est agréable et disponible.
Des parapluies sont à disposition des clients.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec des grands lits, un coffre-fort, une tv, un mini bar ( payant) le nécessaire pour se faire du thé ou du café.
Nous avons eu 2 grandes chambres attenantes pour nos 2 adolescentes et nous.
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix tant en salé ( œufs brouillés, au plat, du bacon des saucisses, des haricots, du fromage, de la charcuterie, des concombres...tant en sucré : des fruits, des jus de fruits, des céréales, des viennoiseries, du pain des confitures....
Très satisfait de notre séjour de 3 nuits.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de la ville de Lisbonne, proche des métros, bus et des départs des bus Hop on Hop off.Chambres spacieuses et tres confortables.Lhôtel possède un restaurant italien à la carte, un bar, un service de bagagerie, une salle de sport, un hamam, un sauna, une piscine avec une terrasse sur le toit et une terrasse devant lhôtel.Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.

A great hotel in the heart of Lisbon just off the trendy and beautiful Avenida de Liberdade and right around the corner from Marquis de Pombal metro station. Personally I think Avenida de Liberdade is the most beautiful main avenue in Europe. All the staff at the hotel were very personable and outgoing. I made requests for an ironing board and iron, and face cloths and they were promptly met. You can definitely tell thisbhotel is well managed.

Schon bei unsere Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen !! Unsere Zimmer wurden up graded !Das Hotel ist super gelegen , mit dem Metro in 3 Min. erreichbarund trotzdem sehr ruhig! Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!Die Lisboa Card sollte man nur nehmen , wenn man nicht mit dem on and off Bus unterwegs ist! Sons würde ich eher eine Tageskarte nehmen !Für Shopping, das Zentrum Colombo nicht verpassen ! Mit dem Metro erreichbar!

Heel mooi en modern hotel. Op 20 minuten lopen van het bruisende centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij kregen een gratis upgrade en de kamer was echt heel mooi en schoon. Kleine fitnessruimte, waar we dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. In diezelfde ruimte ook een sauna en Turks stoombad. Het zwembad op het dak is om te chillen en af te koelen. Om er baantjes te kunnen zwemmen is het te klein. Al met al is zou ik dit hotel zeker aanraden. Wij hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad!

È alle spalle di Avenida de liberdade, credo una delle strade principali di Lisbona. Assolutamente consigliato per la posizione strategica di assoluto silenzio. Camere belle, ampie, luminose e soprattutto con bagno grande e pulitissimo. La sala per la colazione è accogliente, pulita e ben fornita con pietanze dolci e salate per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Dispone di uno sky bar, sauna e piccola palestra. Il personale è assolutamente preparato e disponibile sempre pronto e gentile. Consiglio assolutamente

Among the hotels I've traveled to this year, Hotel PortoBay has made the bottom of the list. I've emailed the hotel way prior to my check-in advising I will need early check-in (even at a cost) plus twin beds. Upon my arrival to the hotel neither requests were met and instead I would need to upgrade the room for an additional 30 euros per night to get twin beds? and in terms of early check in, they advised the hotel is at capacity which is definitely not true because all the hotel lobbys, bar and restaurant are always empty. Bell boy took care of our begs till we came back to check in, then he told us the bags are already in the room. Great! - they he proceeds to give us a tour of the hotel/walk us up to our room? at this point we had a really long day traveling and walking around this was extremely unnecessary. We're grown up we know how to put the room key in the slot for the lights to turn on. I appreciate the gesture but we should've been asked if we need one. I understand they work on tips as well which I'm fine with, I was going to give it anyways, minus the tour. I've never seen this among all my traveling but definitely would not want to again either. Breakfast was alright, limited options, same food everyday. Staff was very friendly and attentive there. Nice establishment, just missing the warm, comforting feeling other hotels are able to offer. Would definitely switch hotels if I planned to stay longer than 3 days. Prime location next to metro and busses.

Da och win Rollstuhl benutze, dauernd, IST es immer wieder eine Frage ob die Zimmer ausreichend Zugänglich sinds obwohl solches für jeden Verhinderen wieder anders ist. Dieses mal war alles da. Die Toilette sollte Aber nicht in der Ecke gequetscht sein aber mehr freistehend und für vielen wäre ein kleines Waschbecken gleich daneben erforderlich.

Excellent breakfast (though service was a bit aggressive). Clean, well kept hotel. They offered a free bottle of water in the room. Bathrooms are nice sized. There are overhead showers. Rooms featured plenty of options for lighting which is great when you're jetlagged (which we unfortunately were). Great beds. No view, but that's ok. They gave us a wake up call on the day we needed to go to the airport and also booked us a taxi. You can borrow full size umbrellas in the lobby. Overall, the hotel is very centrally located and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay.

All hotel staff spoke English and were very courteous with regards to all requests including recommendations for dining nearby and calling for airport shuttle. During our stay the amenities used included the restaurant, hotel bar, sauna, iron/ironing board and rooftop terrace all of which were top notch. Hotel is in a great location too. Metro station is around the corner as was an ATM. Highly recommend staying at the Marques de Pombal.

Hotel muy bien ubicado aún a unos 15 minutos andando de la Plaza del Comercio y a unos 100 metros de una estación de metro.
Habitaciones amplías y limpias.
A destacar la profesionalidad de todo el personal del hotel.

por poner una pega y por eso no le pongo las cinco estrellas es que la información que te facilita el hotel está en cualquier idioma menos en español siendo vecinos como somos portugueses y españoles echo en falta esto.

Maravilloso hotel situado en una zona estratégica para visitar Lisboa.
Me ha encantado el trato. Los desayunos están muy muy bien. Las camas comodisimas y tienen una terraza en la parte superior en la que se puede estar tranquilo.la piscina es pequeña pero viene bien los días de mucho calor. En general el servicio es muy correcto y el hotel es silencioso.

El servicio al cliente excelente, Filipa, Caroline y en especial Ricardo Lorenzo, amable y dando la milla extra. Siempre sonriente. La comodidad y limpieza de ambas habitaciones son admirables. En la segunda ocasión estuvimos en una junior suite sumamente cómoda. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Visitamos otra ciudad y guardaron nuestro equipaje.Estábamos tan complacidos que extendimos dos días adicionales. Regresamos al hotel nuevamente cuando visitemos Lisbos sin lugar a dudas.

Very good hotel in a convenient location. Our room was perfect in every way except for the noise of air conditioning and other machinery outside. The hotel made a lot of fuss about getting a 10% discount on purchases and I was told I had got this but the check out bill had no discounts on it whatsoever which was very disappointing.

El baño nos pareció pequeño, con poco espacio para dejar las cosas, pero con toallas suficientes y albornoces y zapatillas. El armario absolutamente pequeño y viejuno. Botella de agua, un par de caramelos y cafe/infusiones de cortesia. La recepción bonita y cuidada; las habitaciones no tanto.

Very nice property! The junior suite was very spacious and nicely appointed! The staff members were super kind and made us feel welcomed. They even offered us free dessert in the restaurant and free drinks from their sister hotel nearby.

Personal sehr freundlich und hillfsbereit, ein großes Lob !! Das Frühstücksbuffettt ist zwar ausreichend aber wenig abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag die gleichen Wurst- und Käsesorten. Außerdem kein einziges Mal frischer Fisch im Angebot, für eine Stadt am Meer ein ,,no go''.Ansonten würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen, auf Grund des guten Service und der Sauberkeit, da mit 2 Kindern unterwegs sind die beiden wichtigsten Kriterien erfüllt.

Freundliches Personal. Grosszügige Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Das Bett war etwas unbequem vorallem der Matratzenspalt, da es 2 Einzelbetten waren, die zusammengeschoben wurden. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

We stayed here on the second half of our honeymoon trip. This hotel is very nice the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. We had a bit of an issue when we first checked in but the staff was able to get it sorted out for us. We only had one issue with our room with water coming up through the floor but there was nothing that could be done while we stayed there, we didn't let it ruin the trip. When we come back to Portugal we woukd stay here again for sure.

Bom hotel bastante acolhedor e bonito Tanto por dentro como por fora. Os quartos são bastante acolhedores. O maior ponto a favor é assim a localização do Hotel bem perto da Avenida da Liberdade na baixa de Lisboa. Bastante comércio em volta como também é possível se movimentar sem carro perto do hotel. Pequeno-almoço bastante variável, dentro do hotel. Bom staff do hotel. Um obrigado ao Porto Bay.

Comfortable and spacious. The staff were very lovely. I would have said that it was an excellent experience but unfortunately there were let downs. The restaurant staff were too slow and the portion size was far too small compared to the price we paid. Although it was somewhat reasonable depending on what you order it still could have been generous.Also the cleaning in our room was lazy as I could smell aftershave on my sheets yet we were all women in our room. The sheets had not been changed the next day and the sauna/ steam rooms had not been cleaned, just the towels added. Other than that is is a few minutes away from town but you do have to spend a few euros to get to certain monuments.

Hotel and services was all excellent. Location terrific for tourists new to Lisbon. Great value fof the price.BUT: One negative comment : Bathroom shower had very slippery floor without any non-skid surface; and also there was no grab bar mounted to the shower wall. This made for a dangerous situation if anyone should accidentally slip and fall. We did not slip and fall, but that could easily have happened.

My room was on the first floor, comfortable and decent bathroom & shower. Didn't have a view but booked last minute so didn't expect more.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
Well located, could walk everywhere I need to go in Lisbon and not too far to the airport.
Didn't try the food as went out.

I’d give this a five except that the most of the rooms look out on a wall. Now I’ll give them credit for painting the wall but it makes the rooms seem dark. Everything else about this place is wonderful. Great staff and service in a central location.

Atendimento bom, boa localização, quartos confortáveis, bom café da manhã. O destaque negativo é o serviço de arrumação e limpeza dos quartos. As funcionárias não respeitaram o descanso dos hóspedes e, em todos os dias pela manhã, bateram insistentemente na porta até que o ocupante do quarto, que estava a dormir, atendesse. Faltou bom senso para perceber que não era o momento de limpar o quarto. Também não trocaram os lençóis sujos, nem recolheram bandeja com restos de alimentos consumidos no dia anterior.

I absolutely love the PortoBay hotels. We stayed in Lisbon for 4 nights and our stay was perfect. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the local attractions. The reason we picked this over the Liberdade hotel was due to the roof top pool. It’s quite small but if you are able to find a spot then it makes for a very relaxing break from the city. Not many hotels boast this feature so it was great to have this option.
We had a junior suite room which was perfect for two people. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rooms are furnished to a high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff were all fabulous and nothing was too much trouble.
This was our second time in PortoBay hotel and were already looking to book a third stay in the Algarve next year.

Au global les prestations sont très bonnes avec un rapport qualité/ prix moyen pour la Suite en raison notamment de la taille de la piscine, de la surface de la suite qui reste satisfaisante à 3 (mais pas de toilettes séparées) et du besoin de rafraîchir un peu les chambres et sanitaires.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff! Due to an error with our travel agency, the hotel did not have our reservation. They went above and beyond to work with us and the travel agency over the course of our stay to accommodate us and help clear up the error. Top class place. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Loved the rooftop bar! I would stay here again on my next trip to Portugal!

Hotel bien situé, personnel jeune dynamique et très accueillant. Ne parlant pas un mot de portugais nous nous sommes très bien entendu tout de même (plusieurs personnes parlent français, sinon anglais). Chambre propre et literie confortable. Bon restaurant italien dans l'hôtel et buffet petit déjeuner très correct.

Enjoyed my stay. Majority of the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful, however, many of them very young and inexperienced and could be a bit rude at some point. For example, when I called and asked them to turn on the sauna, they forgot. These are small things but the reason for a lower grade.The hotel made a mistake upon check in but they made sure to make up for it and apologized. For the rest, the hotel is nice and a great plus are the rooftop facilities. It’s small but more than enough. Breakfast is good considering it’s only 15 euros. They also have plenty of gluten free options. I would recommend it and I would probably come back.

Accueil attentif et chaleureux, bonne ambiance . Nous avions loué trois chambres. Deux pour une personne, et une pour un couple.Pour deux personnes, la chambre (la même que celle pour une personne) est trop petite. Lit de 140cm, cela fait 70cm par personne pour dormir. Salle deau, belle douche, mais lavabo avec en tout et pour tout 16cm de largeur pour poser sa trousse de toilette. Et si on veut utiliser le sèche cheveux, on ne sait pas où le poser. Il faut déplacer la trousse de toilette, aller la poser sur le lit, pour trouver un endroit (16 cm) où poser le sèche cheveux. Cest inconfortable. De même un seul endroit pour une petite valise (une grande empêcherait daller aux WC) (et où met-on la 2ème valise?) seulement 4 cintres pour deux personnes... Cest le point faible de ce séjour. Autrement, bon équipement, matelas confortable.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (Nähe einer Metrostation). Wir haben eine Juniorsuite gebucht und waren von der Grosszügigkeit der Räumen positiv überrascht! Das riesige Bett war sehr bequem. Das ganze Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig.

Hotel staff would not honor my Orbitz VIP amenity of 10% off food and drinks. Even after I showed them my email stating that it was confirmed by the hotel directly, all I was told was, Sorry, but youll have to take this matter up with Orbitz. In order to get the 10% discount off food and drinks, you need to make your reservation directly with us and not Orbitz. When I got home I contacted Orbitz regarding the matter and all I was told that they were sorry, but VIP amenities are subject to availability. Huh? Subject to availability? How can a 10% discount not be available? At that point I gave up. Even though the hotel was nice, I do not appreciate the way this matter was handled by the hotel and I would not stay there again.

Een fijn hotel! Erg goed bed. Mooie kamer, niet heel ruim. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet met lekkere dingen. Sauna, stoombad erg fijn. Een zwembad met ligstoelen op het dak. Een aanrader voor zowel zakelijk als privé.

Hotel buen situado al principio de la avenida Liberdade, el centro histórico a 10 min de agradable camino, muy buenas instalaciones, limpias y funcionales. Personal muy amable, tiene parking de pago aunque algo estrecho. La habitación un poco pequeña pero bonita y limpia. Recomendable para escapada a Lisboa

Equipes sorridentes, atenciosas e dinâmicas às solicitações dos hóspedes.
A ressalva vai para a banheira que não dispunha de piso antiderrapante. Perigo de cair e levar tombo sério Fato deve ser visto pelo Htl com urgência .

Nice hotel but remember this : 4 stars in Europe = 3 stars by American standards. If you want a 4 star hotel you need to book a 5 Star.
Pros:
Location : near the subway and 20 minute walk into old town. Quiet street
Cleanliness - perfect. Very clean
Rooftop - it was nice to use the pool on the rooftop. It’s heated fairly well. Never thought I’d be in an outdoor pool in Europe in late November
Cons:
Location - It’s a pro and a con. You can’t just walk outside and find lots of restaurants as you can in old town or if you stay farther down Liberdade but if you like to be away from the tourist zone but easy access to it then the location is great.
Restaurant Service - Food was decent but Service in the restaurant as others have noted is horrendous and even offensive. I was dining by myself and couldn’t finish my food. I asked to take leftovers and they said no! I have been all around the world and dined in everywhere from holes in the walls to 5 Star hotels and I have never been told no to take my leftovers in fact it’s almost always offered proactively . What a shame. The principal of this ruined my perception of this place. I expect terrible service In European restaurants. I think sometimes it’s a cultural difference but this was bad and the food takes forever. Weird they offer room service but you can’t have your leftovers.
Rooms - I thought a 4 Star hotel would have proper beds but that is not the case. They have 2 beds pushed together , it was not the most comfortable. Air conditioning was very weak. If you like it cold you’ll need to open the window and it’s NOISY with the fans running downstairs
View - I don’t mind not having a great view. Most small hotels in Europe don’t have a great view. Half of this building faces an interior of others buildings and it’s an UGLY view. Nothing the hotel can do about that but just don’t count on a good view.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour à l hôtel, le personnel à la réception très professionnel, ils ont répondu à nos attentes pour l organisation de réservation, restaurant, sortie. La petite piscine sur le toit permet de se reposer & détente après les visites de la ville. La chambre était parfaite.

Construction récente avec des impasses pénibles pour ce type d'établissement : canalisations d'évacuation d'eau bruyantes, portes qui claquent (réglez les groom svp), interrupteur d'un seul côté du lit, idem pour les prises électriques
Côté piscine il s'agit plutôt d'un bassin, terrasse petite

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel , qui grâce a son emplacement ( nord de la vielle ville et métro à 5 min) nous a permis de découvrir la jolie ville de Lisbonne ! Très belle chambre de haut standing! Nous avons pu aussi profiter de la petite (mais suffisante) piscine sur le toit ainsi que le bar invitant à boire un dernier verre avec vue sur les toits de Lisbonne ! Personnel prévenant et très agréable ! Seul bémol , nous aurions préféré avoir un restaurant portugais plutôt que italien dans l hôtel ! ;)

Lovely hotel in a great location - close to bus stops and underground - in a side road so nice and quiet. Very helpful, chatty staff who can recommend places to visit. We were upgraded on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Will def come back.

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich uneingeschränkt. Ich habe dort 5 Tage verbracht. Sehr freundliches und stets hilfsbereites Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Zentrale, für Lissabon ruhige Lage an einer Sackgasse. Moderne, hochwertig eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Hotel ist neuwertig und auf dem Stand der Technik (AC, Wlan etc.). Tolles Badezimmer und alles sehr sauber. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Das Servicepersonal spricht teilweise Deutsch (neben vielen anderen Sprachen). Bar und Pool auf dem Dach waren sehr gepflegt. Kurzum - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind leider schon teilweise abgewohnt. Klimaanlage ist wirklich laut.Man hört den Straßenlärm mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Frühstück ist für den Zimmerpreis leider nur mittelmäßig.Auf Details in den Zimmern wird kaum wert gelegt. ( Risse in den Fliesen, Spiegel hat Flecken, Wasser wird nicht nachgefüllt, aber Flasche leer stehen gelassen, Badtür von innen dreckig, nicht verzehrte Bonbons auf Schreibtisch wurden wieder aufs Bett gelegt, Schrank lässt sich nur schließen, wenn Bügel schräg hängen, usw. )Alles nicht schlimm, aber für 400€ für 2 Nächte in Superior Room kann man mehr erwarten finde ich.Die Lage ist gut. Man läuft ca 15 min und ist direkt in der Altstadt. Es fährt Bus vom Flughafen direkt bis zu Platz vor Hotel. Der Service ist gut ( sowohl Frühstück wie auch an der Rezeption)

Hotel was gorgeous, in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shops close, and a lovely scenic walk into city centre. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and very informative! We were upgraded on arrival, the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and roof top terrace was gorgeous, great views! Would recommend highly!

The location is great, at the Avenida Liberdade,
with a lot of taxis, near to the Praça Marquês Pombal. The service is excellent, the employees were helpful full-time.
the breakfast is delicious with a huge variety.
My experience there was incredible. Near subways.

Emplacement pratique et proche de tout, tous nos déplacements ont été effectués à pieds (restauradores, bairro alto à moins de 15 min). Hôtel intimiste, chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable à l'image des lisboetes. Le petit plus: la terrasse sur le toit avec petite piscine et une vue panoramique sur lisbonne et au loin le Tage . Nous le recommandons

Trop de chichi pour pas grand chose!!!!!
Avec le service on se croirait dans un étoilé Michelin sauf que dans l'assiette c'est plutôt la cantine du coin !!!!!
J'ai payé chère pour ce que j'ai mangé(de la 5 eme gammes )
Vous trouverai franchement mieux en face.
