Hotel très bien situé, point de départ idéal pour se balader dans tous les quartiers de la ville, principalement celui de l'Alfama. L'hôtel n'est pas grand luxe, mais la literie est très bonne, l'équipement suffisant et le prix abordable. Pour trois à cinq jours il sera très bien. Prenez le petit déjeuner hors de l'hôtel sur les nombreuses terrasses qui bordent l'etablissement.

The service was horrible! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with hostility and sarcasm. Specifically by Jaime. He seems to be the hotel owner/manager, and he is not a happy camper. Any question you ask he rolls his eyes and answers briefly and sarcastically. Both the sink and shower fills up very quickly with water so you can only take 5 minute showers until it starts to overfill. The property is clean and not too outdated. Very small room, me and my husband has 2 twin beds pushed together which was fine. On the second last day of our stay, we returned to our room around 4pm and found our door open. $40 canadian was missing from my husbands carry on bag. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values customer service and pleasant atmosphere. It’s just a place to sleep, but be sure to lock your belongings.

Hotel LX Rossio was a major disappointment given its photos and reviews. It doesn’t have much going for it other than location though, having spent 5 nights at the hotel in the Baixa neighborhood, I would advise against both. Yes, it’s close to some sites but it’s also tourist central where you’ll be hasseled by restaurant touts on all the streets. The hotel is old and dirty and the desk staff is indifferentat best. Seriously keep looking for another place.

Hotel en el centro de Lisboa , calle peatonal al lado de muchos bares , restaurantes y tiendas . Por las noches con la ventana cerrada no se oye el jaleo de la calle . Al lado del metro y tranvias . Personal agradable , habitaciones correctas y baños renovados . Y muy bien de precio . 100% recomendable .

The hotel was fantastic. Newly renovated, good sized room and not too noisy. We had a fridge in the room which was very convenient and the power shower was just soooo nice and relaxing. Loads of toiletries in the bathroom that get refreshed every day if needed. A good hotel even if it is only one star, which is superior to this

Le finestre non sono ben isolate con entrata di spifferi d'aria, di conseguenza la sera e al mattino la stanza era fredda.
Una piccola stanza che si affaccia nel cortile del ristorante situato a fianco, quindi tra gli impianti del ristorante e i motori del condizionatore si fa un bel concerto.
Prima di partire ho chiesto se le camere fossero come da descrizione oppure c'era la possibilità di alloggiare in camere datate come scrivono nelle recensioni.
Mi è stato risposto che tutte le camere erano state rinnovate e che corrispondevano alle immagini sul loro profilo booking...beh a me non sembra così.
Nota positiva è che l'opzione più economica con posizione centrale.

Comfy bed and in excellent location right in city centre. However, the rooms, especially the bathroom were very small. My boyfriend is 6ft 5 and really struggled using the bathroom as it was just too small!

Hotel al centro di Lisbona molto comodo da raggiungere da qualsiasi direzione e altrettanto comodo per spostarsi facilmente da un quartiere ad un altro anche a piedi! Camera essenziale con tutto ciò che serve per un viaggio in una capitale,ben pulito giornalmente con personale gentile.Noi ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene e lo consiglierei a chi non necessita di particolari comfort ma vuole godersi a pieno la città!!!

La struttura è vecchia, ma la posizione è ottima.
Camera abbastanza piccola, ma in due persone va più che bene. La pulizia niente da dire.
Il bagno rinnovato è l'unica nota positiva, porta a parte (è di vetro trasparente e nei laterali ci si può vedere e sentire tranquillamente...insomma non adatta ad un bagno!). Finestre con spifferi d'aria e rumori di motori (non auto) proveniente dall'esterno, oltre che il freddo.
Ps: Prima di prenotare, tramite mail, volevamo accertarci che le camere fossero tutte come le foto che si possono vedere su Booking; ci è stato risposto di sì...abbiamo due concezione diverse di "rinnovato", allora!

A recepcionista foi encantadora a todo momento. Mas infelizmente o quarto não é muito aconchegante e os banheiros são assustadores. Tem uma péssima infraestrutura e muito mal iluminado, quase desisti de me hospedar lá quando cheguei no quarto!

As this hotel was just rated a 1 star we were apprehensive but it far exceeded our expectations . It was in a perfect location for restaurants shops and all sight seeing activities . It is in a pedestrian area so taxis have to leave you off just a few minutes walk away but it means there is no street noise at night . The check in was easy and as we arrived early it was no problem for them to keep our luggage. The rooms are small but our bathroom was obviously brand new and sparkly clean with a powerful shower. Shampoo soap, toothbrush and even a razor were all provided. The bed was really comfortable with lovely crisp white bed linen and good pillows .The rooms have fridges, safes (free) TV with English speaking channels and great free wifi. The rooms seem to be well sound proofed as I didn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms . The lift is very small as is the norm in old hotels. I would really recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon .

Es muy céntrico. La pena es el mal estado de conservación de los baños. Grifos rotos, portarrollos de papel higiénico viejos y oxidados. Estado general del baño: como si hiciera 40 años que no se reforma. La habitación doble con cama de matrimonio es pequeña pero cómoda, si tu intención es sólo ir a dormir. Para esas expectativas, cubierto. A excepción del baño, que ha sido francamente mejorable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist innerhlab weniger Minuten (5-10 min) an der Strandpromenade. Das Hotelzimmer selbst ist enttäuschend, wenn man mehr als eine bloße Unterkunft zum schlafen sucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und weist extreme Abnutzungsspuren auf. Auch sollte man die Bettdecken und das Bad nicht zu genau bei Tageslicht betrachten, da dies eher abschrecken kann sich danach in Bett oder Dusche zu begeben.Das Frühstück ist absolut ungenügend und selbst die € 7 nicht wert ist, da außer Brot und merkwürdig schmeckender Marmelade nichts geboten wird. Das WLAN ist halbswegs brauchbar, die Verbindung bricht selten ab.Fazit: Für einen Kurztrip für kleines Geld aufgrund der guten Lage empfehlenswert. Erwartet man jedoch nur einen Mindestmaß an Komfort, sollte man um das Hotel einen großen Bogen machen.

Très décue.
Hotel viellot voir même carrement delabré. Une seule carte d accès permettant de faire marcher l electricité donc la clim entre autre dans la chambre n est donnée par couple. Ce qui veut dire evidemment que lorsqu il fait 45 degres à Lisbonne comme ce week end, on revient et il y fait très chaud. Ne comptez pas non plus avoir de l eau fraiche du frigo car celui ci ne fonctionnera pas sans clef non plus... en plus de celà s ajoute, une télecommande de clim qui ne fonctionne pas (clim à fond et à 16degres), un bac de douche avec de la moisissure et qui s evacue très mal, une colonne de douche qui se decroche du mur, une mini TV sous verre avec de gros reflets et une chambre pas très grande.
Evidemment, celà ne s arrete pas là... Une isolation phonique et thermique très mauvaise, un acceuil decevant mis à part un seul réceptionniste avec qui nous avons pu discuter sans avoir l impression de lui faire perdre son temps.
Si vous pouvez l'éviter, fuyez aussi le petit dej... vous trouverez mieux dans les café de la ville... ouvre à 7h30, pas plus tot mm si un vol est prévu et que vous l ayez déjà payé ou non et d autant plus ça manque cruellement de choix et les boissons sont de mauvaise qualité.
D ailleurs, si vous souhaitez un café pensez aussi à prevoir des capsule style nespresso ou avoir l appoint. La machine à dispo ne rend pas la monnaie...

Avantages poche des transports en commun. Inconvénients accueil laissé à désiré, petit déjeuner limité peu de chose et de choix la taille des chambres sont correctes pour un couple sans enfant. Ont nous donne une seule carte d'accès à la chambre donc des que l'on quitte la chambre la climatisation s'éteint ainsi que le frigo ce qui cause un problème en cas de forte chaleur. La climatisation n'a pas sa télécommande d'origine ce qui ne marche pas nous nous sommes retrouvé avec une climatisation bloqué à 16 degrés ventilation à fond. La colonne de douche nous tomber dessus en permanence pendant la douche et l'eau s'evacue très très mal. Voila pas terrible du tout.

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstad von Lissabon Damit ist eigentlich alles gesagt.Man muss mit einem Geräuschpegel leben. :) Zimmer sind recht klein (Aber man möchte ja auch nur dort schlafen ) Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist völlig OK so. Sehr freundlich . Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Zum nächsten U-Bahnhof sind es 200 Meter .

Hotel is right downtown. Its 20 min walk from the cruise ship. Your close to everything. The Air condition is great. It gets really cold in the room if you want it that cold.The bed is ok? my only complaint is the safe did not work. The shower is very big. It was clean. We did not eat there but you could. Everything is right out your door for you. They book our cab for us to get us to the airport for 4 in the morning. The the guys were help full but one that was there most of the time. I would stray here again if I went back there.

El personal muy simpático. El hotel con una localización impresionante. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. Hay 4 enchufes en la habitación. Tienen muchos panfletos con diferentes formas y sitios para ver Lisboa dependiendo del tiempo que vayas a estar. Yo sí lo recomendaría.

Aimé . Petit déjeuner correct mais on s'attendait à mieux. La dame de cuisine qui prépare le petit déjeuner est très gentille. L'hotel est bien placé pour rayonner dans le centre touristique de Lisbonne. le lit est confortable.
N'a pas aimé · La chambre : la chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qui sont sur le site c'était la 204. Grosse surprise à notre arrivée, chambre sombre (lumière jour et nuit), une fenêtre qui donne sur le mur d'un autre immeuble donc pas de vue. Le papier est vieux et se décolle dans certains endroits, marques d'anciennes infiltrations dans le plafond. le sol est propre mais il ne faut pas regarder sous le lit, là c'est autre chose. il y a un frigo mais vide et non allumé, d'ailleurs en le laissant ou il est , il nous a été impossible de s'en servir en l'absence de prise, (frigo placé sous la fenêtre). Aucun fauteuil, aucune chaise, aucune possibilité de s'asseoir en dehors du lit si ce n'est un petit pouf pour deux. La position de la TV est situé en hauteur au mur sur la gauche du lit, donc difficile de la regarder depuis son lit (mauvaise qualité de réception). La salle de bain est correcte mais lorsque l'on prend une douche, il faut surveillé le niveau de l'eau pour éviter le débordement et l'inondation car l'écoulement se fait pas correctement. Problème signalé en début de séjour, à notre départ c'était toujours non résolu. Quant aux services : tout est payant y compris la clé du coffre à 1,50 euros par jour, aucune bouilloire pour se faire un café ou autre, même le pèse valise est payant (1 euro), Alors que nous avions le petit déjeuner compris dans notre réservation, le jour du départ après avoir informé la veille au matin la réception de notre départ à 04h30, on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait rien de prévu, qu'il y avait le distributeur de café payant dans le hall.
Donc je déconseille.

Je met cette note car l’hôtel est très très bien placé, les chambres sont simples et très petite mais il y a ce qu’il faut. L’accueil très bon sauf une vieille personne pas aimable du tout je pense qu’il est temps pour lui d’arrêter. Petit déjeuner très moyen pour le prix .

Tiene una muy buena ubicación pero no se puede acceder en coche al hotel al ser zona peatonal. Un problema para descargar y cargar el equipaje. Los aparcamientos cercanos son carisimos. Más económico el parking de la avenida de la libertad junto al Hard Rock Café.

Although very well located I didn’t enjoy staying in this hotel. The room was very small, dark and smelled TOO MUCH of an air freshener (it felt like they are trying to cover up some other smells). The bathroom is ok size and looks renovated at first sight, but actually is falling apart... The holder for the shower head couldn’t be adjusted and the drain got cloged right away... plus some black spots of fungus on one side of the shower wall. Breakfast was ok.
Would not recommend for more than one night.

Situato nella parte centrale di Lisbona , si trova in una traversa del corso principale che porta a Praça do Comércio. Questo hotel in via di ristrutturazione, l’ambiente è abbastanza pulito se non fosse per l’odore un po’ sgradevole delle tende della stanza. Affacciandosi sulla strada piena di ristoranti se si apre la finestra si sente puzza di cucinato. Di positivo c’è che la pulizia e il cambio di asciugamani è giornaliero . Nel complesso essendo una viaggio in cui in stanza si sta poco e avendo una posizione centrale lo consiglio !

The location of this property was can’t beat. We were right off one of the main tourist roads but did not experience any trouble with noise as a result. We were about a 15 minute walk from the “going out” district, so if nightlife is a big priority, it is something to consider. However, we were minutes away from restaurants, shops, and major sights.The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The safe and hot dryer in our room were not functional. We did not really need either, so we did not alert staff so I️ can not speak to what their response would have been.The room was very small in minimal floor space, but it was very clean. Maid service every day was great.Overall, I️ would Recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again. It was basic, but was clean, in a very safe area, and in a great location.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The location is convenient to so much of what we wanted to experience while visiting Lisbon. The person at the front desk was friendly, the rooms and facilities were as clean as we would expect, and the breakfast that was part of our hotel package was convenient and provided a good, although basic, selection. There was some street noise at night, due to the central location, but it didnt bother us much....we were still able to sleep. All in all, a good experience!

The room was compact, but comfy and clean, and the location could not be better. The hotel staff was also very friendly, with Teodor being especially helpful and informative as we checked out and arranged airport transit. The only hesitation Id have about returning is the Wifi, which was absolutely terrible. But if you dont need to rely on Wifi and are planning a couple nights in the city (room might feel too cramped for a longer stay), this place couldnt be better!

Comfortable bed, bathroom is much better than expected (large shower cabin with 2 shower heads; the actual bathroom is quite spacious, washbasin has a small cabinet with space for toiletries); air condition, wardrobe and even mini fridge which was absolutely fantastic.
Small inconveniences: TV is located above the bed so it's rather hard to position yourself outside the bed or even on the bed to watch it. Use of safe costs money so we just carried our passports with us.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and kept the hotel very clean. Bathroom was modern and the room had a balcony, fridge and air conditioning. The room we stayed in was probably one of the older rooms which hadn’t not been updated yet.The hotel is location on a busy street and it is noisy late into the night but that just comes with the location as it is right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants.

The hotel was perfectly fine in a Motel 6 kind of way. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. The beds were comfortable enough. The location was terrific and the elevator was a big benefit to our family. The neighborhood is kind of noisy until around 11 pm, so be prepared, but thats why we stayed there. Know that the hotel is on a pedestrian only street so that the Uber driver had to drop us off a couple blocks away. As we were very tired and new to the city, that was an unwelcome surprise. Once we settled in, the stay was fine and the location is in the heart of everything and walking distance from everything else. Wifi was bad.

This hotel had the best price for the location as it was in the best location possible in Lisbon! It was less than 5min walk to Baixa chiado metro station, Rossio square, the famous rua Augusta and the tagus river. That being said it was worth going to this hotel just because of the location! The price was decent as compared to other places around.The breakfast was complete and it had everything that you would expect for breakfast (boiled eggs, cold cuts, bread, cereal...)The room was clean and had a fair amount of space, very modern room and nice bathroom. I didnt like how the safe wasnt included but we didnt keep any valuables in the room so it was fine.The other thing I was dissapointed about was the fact that we were on the 4th floor and we didnt catch the wifi and the tv had a bad connection. However when we were on the 2nd floor (where the breakfast room was) we were able to catch the wifi.

O lugar é muito bonito e agradável.Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis( além de ter um aquecedor muito bom)
Os funcionários, muito simpáticos e atenciosos, no café da manhã há uma grande variedade de comidas.A moça que serve o café da manhã é realmente simpática e se esforça para atender ás necessidades dos clientes. Só acho que o valor da pousada é alto.Mas, fora isso, é perfeito!

Very central but only one power point in the room worked. We had to unplug TV to charge devices. The coffee are breakfast was appalling. Easily the WORST COFFEE I have ever had in Europe. Absolutely shocking.

Very old and smelly rooms. Room window opened to an under construction building and was very noisy. Had a reservation for 4 days but the conditions were so bad that I checked out after one night, but the hotel refused to refund the rest of my reservation even though the conditions were horrible. Avoid at all costs!

Overpriced, you pay for the location. For more than 100€ per night we got a room the size of the bed. The walls are thin and you can hear the phones vibrating in the next room. The breakfast is a joke, strictly bread, butter, jam.

Don't even think about booking at LX Rossio hotel.The room was cheap for a reason. Needs urgent improvement and care. It looks like a room that got stuck in the 70s. We were given a room that wasn't the room we booked for. Take a look in the pictures, you'll see that the reality was completely different from the expectation. Basically the hotel has only renovated 4 rooms and used those photos to show costumers how the hotel looks like, which is a lie. Here's some math about the hotel: the hotel has 32 room, which 16 are standard double rooms (the room type we booked for). 4 of those 16 are renovated. So if you do a quick math you can see that more than 75% of the customers are being fooled by the pictures. The first room we were put on was very old, run down, horrible smell, beds were hard, walls with cracks, old smelly carpet (the old stained carpet was around the whole hotel).The wifi couldn't be detected anywhere apart from the lobby. When we went to speak to the employee in the lobby about the situation, and the fact that we were given a room completely different from what we booked, the employee showed no will to try to help or or do anything for us. He told us to fill a complaint and that they would take care of it later. The hotel actually gave me an allergic reaction. Breakfast was terrible. Just bread and jam. The only good thing was the location, although quite noisy, so just book another hotel in the same area, you'll get better than this.

Era um antigo estabelecimento com o nome de albergaria Insulana que apresentava uma boa qualidade/preço/localização. Os donos alteraram, mudou se o nome e os preços subiram 100% mas as alterações nem velas à excepção da sala dos pequenos almoços. Quarto a cheirar a bebida, quartos muito precários, porta do WC partida, alcatifa imune. Enfim, desta maneira perdem se clientes mas o mais importante é ganhar se dinheiro.

The location is super excellent in the centre of Lisbon. The view from our rooms was amazing.
I would like to thank all the staff: the receptionists, the cleaners and the persons in charge of the breakfast. They were all nice, kind and friendly to us.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, come ha detto il titolare è nel "centro del centro". Staff disponibile e cortese. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma arredate con gusto e molte erano in ristrutturazione quando eravamo qua. Unico neo le prese della corrente in camera, soltanto una, che.ci ha costretto a fare a rotazione e senza il poeer bank che avevamo con noi forse avremmo avuto dei problemi con le batterie dei telefoni. Nel complesso consigliato.

Bardzo miła obsługa i komunikatywna. Czyste i sprzątane codziennie pokoje. Hotel i pokoje utrzymane starym stylu. Śniadanie w cenie, chodź małe. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra pod względem bliskości komunikacji miejskiej oraz atrakcji turystycznych. Wokół bardzo dużo restauracji i barów.

ロケーションは本当に素晴らしい！非常に便利！朴訥とした受付のおじさんも何気に親切＾＾お兄さんは笑顔が素敵。歯ブラシがないのは仕方ない（ポサーダに泊まった時にもなかった。ポルトガルではないのが普通なのでしょうか？）にしても、シャンプーがないのはちょっとショックだった。朝ごはんはパン2個にCafeかお茶。あとミルク。シンプルでこれはこれで良し。

Rooms were adequate size, cozy, comfortable and clean. Mine had a balcony window to the pedestrian street. The staff was super friendly! The breakfast was more than adequate to get your day started. The location is the winner here! You are in the middle of everything this glorious city has to offer!

it was a nice place, great location, etc. room was super hot, air pump was essentially ineffective. this may have been a problem particular to my room, but good lord i sweated my sweet cheeks off. felt great in the morning once i replenished my depleted agua supplies.
but yea it was all jazz.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the staff very helpful. On the downside the rooms was below averagr and the breakfast was a huge dissapointment. But the location should overide everything else.

・11年5月時本サイト申込で49ユーロ。宿に掲げてあった宿泊費は53ユーロ。
・帰国時、最寄りのﾛｼｵ広場よりﾊﾞｽ乗車の際、南ｱｼﾞｱ系のスリが近寄ってきて スリの鞄下より手を出し自分の貴重品を取ろうとしたが、未遂に終わった。
・宿近辺の治安は悪い感じではなかった。

great rooms, good showers, good internet (though only in the lounge area in reception). close to the sites, aerobus and hop on and off buses are only 1 street away.
breakfast is good, but basic, though around the corner is a great italian place that do great breakfast for only 7 euros. also nearby is a great seafood restaurant with good prices for lobster, shellfish and other yumminess!

Beaucoup de Français, un des prix les plus bas pour ce quartier central. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un grand luxe,loin de là!! mais réceptionniste très disponible pour des explications.
