L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione e vicino ai mezzi; le camere , anche se un po'datate, sono pulite e comode. La colazione e'compresa e abbondante. Di fronte si trova lo splendido parco Eduardo VII da cui si gode il panorama della citta'dall'alto.Con una passeggiata attraverso i giardini si giunge al Museo Calouste Gulbenkian.

Good value for money, next to the main park, a short walk (5 minute) to the street markets (but longer to the river: a 30 minute walk).Breakfast very good. Most staff very helpful and pleasant but a couple have had personality bypasses and hadnt redone the PR course!Despite what other reviews said the lift was fine.

Good comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, but the choices for snack meals in the bar in the evening were limited. Room was clean and comfortable, but there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room or the common area, only via the bar or room service. This would be a welcome addition. Staff very helpful and all with a good level of spoken English.

I stayed here for 8 nights in April 2019. It was constructed when the hallways were still very narrow, but everything is modern and updated. The staff was excellent, and there is a great breakfast every morning that includes everything you could want. I will definitely be back. The location is very central. It is quite and safe.

Hotel położony w centrum, piękny widok z 10 piętra, bardzo dobre śniadania, bogaty wybór owoców. Pewne braki w pokojach, np jedno gniazdko, brak w łazience kosmetyków, cieknący kran, cena nie adekwatna do jakości, jedynie w promocji :)

Não gostei da estadia. Pontos positivos: a localização. Pontos negativos: quarto demasiado pequeno; casa de banho demasiado pequena, a porta da mesma passa resvés perto da sanita; os lençóis tinham cabelos e pelos de outras pessoas; apesar da localização, eu e o meu companheiro fomos dar um passeio à noite e em cada canto, perto do hotel, havia bastantes prostitutas (isto às 21h da noite!); o elevador parece que vai falhar a qualquer momento de tão velho que é e, ainda, vimos graves falhas no design do hotel. Na minha opinião, precisa urgentemente de algumas obras. Não estava à espera que um hotel com esta categoria, de 3 estrelas e a 60€ por noite, fosse ser assim.

The hotel was away from the historical centre, but had good transport links including buses and the metro. It was close to the hop-on-hop-off buses at the place where you could swap from one line to another. Opposite the hotel there was a park and the covered greenhouse which was worth a visit. The buffet breakfast offered a good range of food and drink and was in what looked to be an old part of the hotel - possibly an old building which was there previously. The AC in my room worked very well, the outside temperature during my stay was 42C. There was a fridge in the room and a good bathroom with a bath though no plug (I carry a universal one). The room was cleaned every day. There was a bar, but I didnt use it. The hotel staff were helpful, I often asked for suggestions on where to go in Lisbon and how to get there. There were cafes and restaurants nearby and El Corte Ingles was within walking distance.

En la noche que llevo hospedado alli, todo ha estado bastante aceptable. La chica de recepción fue muy agradable con nosotros. La única pega de momento es que se olvidaron de colocarnos toallas limpias cuando al arreglar la habitación se llevaron las sucias.

Todo bien hasta el ultimo dia cuando pedimos en la recepcion un TAXI y nos enviaron un coche de un particular el cual nos cobro 30 euros por 8 km en un taxi habria costado sobre 10 euros un TIMO

I would not come here again or recommend this hotel. The rooms are not spacious. Quite claustrophobic. I have to walk side ways to go pass the tv which is facing our beds. The bathroom is tiny and the balcony is bigger than the bathroom. Bad experiences for me when staffs do not knock before entering. I had this experience the day I checked in. No apologies from anyone. I was literally naked. And again this happened while in the shower. Maybe it's my fault for not placing the tag to say I'm relaxing however I though if your not sure if anyone is in the room the common curtesy is to knock.
The breakfast is excellent hot and cold fruits and slice tomatoes and cucumber. Oh and they only have one socket for each room. Yep just one socket. They hide the rest behind the bedhead.
Larger rooms are given to single people too. They also give you the option to a larger room but without a balcony. Air conditioner is ok if you are next to it.
. Cleaning is good but can be better.tiles need a good bleaching as there some black moulding in some parts of the bathroom tiles near the shower They put a bide in bathroom however it's so tightly positioned that it would be possible to use it. It's like it's a must to see it but never to use it. Fat people or slightly over weight like my self will struggle here. Single line size hallways. Only one lift for the whole hotel of more than 3 floors.and it's small too fits two people only.
Phone is in the bathroom and not in the rooms.weird very small flat screen tv.but it is a 3 star which is overly priced. The area is very beautiful facing th Edward the 5th and botanic gardin. Nearer station is parquet.
If not for the size it would of been pleasant. Door man is bonita!!!

Average hotel, good for its price range. We had a suite with park view on the 7th floor which were in fact two small rooms with a shared bathroom. Both rooms had a small balcony facing the park. The bathroom was quite small, felt a bit claustrophobic. The staff was helpful and courteous, both at the reception and the breakfast room. Breakfast had some choices, again, pretty good for the hotel's price range. There is also a bar in the lobby. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, there's a subway station about 5 minutes away. My only complaint is that one elevator is not enough when the hotel seems to be full. Being on the 7th floor with 2 small children we had to take the elevator on the way up. In the mornings there was always a line and we would have to wait quite a bit to use the elevator.

Decent hotel for the price. Good location if up a bit of a hill. Noise from.the street is a bit annoying but better to have a view over the park than the back of the building. Clean but small room. Bathrooms are quite tiny, not for larger people.

Albergo che si presenta molto "old-fashioned". La camera suite che dicono essere per quattro persone (come eravamo noi) ha spazi molto ristretti, con un bagno estremamente piccolo (per non parlare dell'odore perché senza aspiratore.. Decisamente il punto più negativo del soggiorno). Il quarto "letto" è un materasso sul pavimento... inaccettabile. La colazione è misera, servita in uno spazio chiuso, senza finestre. Il cibo a colazione è terribile, frutta fin troppo matura e brioche datate. Con un totale di 11 piani e 60 camera circa, un unico ascensore per cinque persone è stato terribile per la lunga attesa. Infine, il personale è sembrato poco amichevole e accogliente. Se potete, Sana REX Hotel a Lisbona da evitare.

Room wasn't clean, cigarette ash in the window, cleaning products left in the room the second day of stay, toilet had left over marks from the last guests, hair were in the bed on the second day. And a wine cork left in the drawer. No soundproofing of any sort, could hear every word from the adjacent rooms and loud noise of aircrafts. The only good thing about the place was is location.

Rooms are small and pretty tired. You can hear everything, that happens in the next room. All the rooms that ends with number 8 have a huge post in the middle of the room, that makes it even smaller. On the positive side I can state the breakfast.

Muy muy normal. Es un lugar acorde con el precio que se paga. Se escuchan los coches de la calle perfectamente aun con la ventana cerrads y el ruido de la gente en la calle. La atencion al llegar es muy rudo y poco amable. Al recepcionista parece que le cuesta hablar agradable y con empatia, me parecio muy poco profesional. El desayuno no esta mal, normal. No tiene restaurante para comidas ni cenas, tiene unicamente unos pocos platos que deben estar preparados o te hacen algo muy sencillo tipo sandwich, tortilla frances y una sops y poco mas, esto fue un chasco porque ibs con niños y pense que tendrian algo mas en el comedor para cenar. En resumen, um lugar para dormir y ducharse al visitsr lisboa. Eso si he de decir que todo estsba super limpio y cuidado? Eso hay que destacarlo porque he estado en hoteles mas caros dondenla limpieza no se estilaba mucho.

Hôtel atypique portugais, propre et personnel agréable.
Je mets 3 étoiles en raison de l'équipement de la chambre par rapport au prix de 200euros la nuit. Pas d'échantillons de toilette, juste un " pousspouss" qui fait cheveux et corps, robinet qui fuit, pas de tisanes ou thés. Un peu sommaire par rapport au tarif à mon sens !!
Bonne situation géographique avec métro à proximité et centre-ville à 25 min de marche.

Had no choice as out flight was cancelled and TAP Portugal put us on Sana .
No tooth brush or any toiletries. List bed and towels .Since the airline jas cancelled the flight and we didn't have our luggage with us we couldn't even brush our teeth or cb our hair .
Just one small bottle of water in a small double bedroom room .

View is non existent in some rooms. Reception and the bar was nice but really small. Dinner is served, but do not expect something special. It was a good soop and a good pasta. Some snack beer and salads also available. As a 3 star hotel goes it is quite good for the price. Naiborhood is ok, park next to the hotel and a metro on the other side of the park. Room was clean and AC worked, thou it is not working when you leave the room. WiFi is there but limited access no gaming or YouTube allowed. I had a good sleep. And the airport is not too far also 15min by taxi. Have a pleasant stay

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel 5 días. La verdad es que el personal de recepción del hotel es altamente apático. Tuvimos un problema de goteras en la habitación que solucionaron mandando a un técnico, cosa que yo vería normal que nos hubieran cambiado de habitación. Como punto positivo su limpieza y dentro de lo que cabe, su ubicación, cerca de la parada de metro. Decoración antigua y de mal gusto.

Pontos positivos: funcionários muito simpáticos, educados, prestativos, seu Manuel (um senhor que fica durante o dia é simpatississimo e vale uma conversa com ele, aproveite e peça dicas de tour), o café da manhã é muito bom, os quartos e a cama estão sempre limpíssimos. De negativo está o banheiro que é muitíssimo pequeno, o chuveiro fica dentro da banheira que é muito alta, me machuquei. O hotel tem carpete. A localização é excelente apesar de ser em ladeira. Fica perto do bustur, da praça marquês de pombal

Aunque la ubicación es buena, el hotel deja mucho que desear.Necesita una reforma completa, el personal es poco amable y la atención algo escasa...
Contratamos una habitación estandar y nos dieron una, que ademas del mal olor, el inmobiliario era viejo y roto, muy poco espacio y las vistas lejos de dar al parque, tal y como lo anuncian en su web, daban a un patio con un muro enorme a escasos 3 metros...la sensación era agonica!!!

Muy buena relacion precio calidad. El hotel esta muy limpio, pero es antiguo el.estilo. el desayuno es americano y super abundate. Todo el personal muy amable. Algo para mejorar es que no hay shampoo en la ducha, sino que ofrecen jabon para el cuerpo pero no es lo mismo....

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel verlief ruhig und reibungslos. An der Rezeption wurde mir sehr gut geholfen, nicht nur beim Ein - und Auschecken. Auch das bestellte Taxi zum Flughafen war pünktlich - sogar vor der Zeit - da. Das Frühstückspersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück war für mich vollkommen ok- es gab neben Brötchen, Toast und Müsli auch noch Rührei mit Bacon und Würstchen - also bin ich gut gestärkt für Touren durch Lissabon gewesen. Mein Zimmer lag ruhig nach hinten raus, so dass ich auch bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen konnte.

The hotel is rather dated, the rooms are not very big, but OK to sleep and the view from the balconies is stunning. Only the bathroom is tiny and cramped with utilities, which means that you are sitting against the wall when going to the toilet. Breakfast is as usual in big hotels, the service is almost invisible unless they get breakfast for themselves. The front office is correct, but not more then that. 1/4 stars is solely earned by the bell"boy" Jaoa, 43 years with the hotel and part of the furniture (his words). He speaks English perfectly, likes to communicate and looks all the wishes from your eyes and when you are lucky he shows you the conference room on the 11th floor with an even better view of the sunrise.

Lovely food. But I found SOME of the staff were very unfriendly. Rooms were a bit low-budget as well. But for the price, I suppose it's OK for Europe.

Very small room, No iron board and not possible to lend one. The want to sell their expensive pressing services. Breakfast is sad with bad coffee, stale bread and cold bacon. Only stay here if you have to.

Beaucoup de déceptions, la chambre est minuscule, nous nous déplaçons en crabe pour passer devant le lit !
Le personnel n'est vraiment pas souriant... Le petit déjeuner est très moyen dans la qualité.
Les chambres sont propres c'est au-moins cela mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard à lhôtel mais notre chambre nous a été gardée. Nous étions au 7eme étage, la chambre donnait sur larrière de lhôtel où la vue effectivement nest pas des plus jolies. La chambre est elle même était bien confortable néanmoins nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir (ascenseur, personnes bruyantes...) cest dommage, les portes sont vraiment très fines. Lhôtel est bien placé mais laéroport nétant pas loin nous entendions les avions dès le petit matin.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines zentralen Platzes, von dem man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt ist.Es empfängt einen eine heimelige Lobby mit Bar, die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr sauber, ordentliche Bettwäsche und Handtücher überzeugen.Insgesamt gepflegt, das Personal höflich und immer serviceorientiert.

Apesar de ser um hotel 3 estrelas merece pelo menos mais uma. Por não ter estacionamento proprio perde uma estrela, mas ao mesmo tempo encontrasse facilmente estacionamento público, até em frente do hotel. Quanto ao hotel: nota dez.

Chambres de taille ridicule , moquette usée jusquà la corde , en plus pendant notre séjour une canalisation a claqué , inondation de 2 étages et du coup arrêt de lascenseur et coupure deau ... le soir de notre arrivée . Donc 10 étages à monter à pied et pas de douche le soir !!!

Ideally situated in Lisbon, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy though could do with a couple of minor repairs, (couple of broken tiles in the bathroom). Breakfast was delicious with good choice of food. Only thing the hotel lacked was tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The hotel is close to the downtown, pretty rooms, nice stuff. The weak breakfast is the reason for the 4 star. The fruits are delicious, but the other foods and drinks are not so rich and get boring after 2 days.

Cet hotel est situé en plein centre ville et au bord d un tres grand parc, avec une station de métro qui se trouve à environ 500 m.Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, bien que la nôtre ne soit pas très grande.Le personnel est sympathique et souriant.Bon et copieux petit déjeuner sauf le jus de fruit.

Ville mythique avec son tram 28, ses ruelles en pente,ses quartiers aussi surprenants les uns que les autres.Flâner dans le plus vieux quartier lAfuma et vivre au rhytme des habitants un vrai délice et une belle expérience.Un petit bémol pour la navette qui nous ramène à laéroport.Attendre plus de 3 heures rien que pour embarquer est exagéré. Arrivés à 8h10 au terminal pour embarquer à 11h10 pour prendre seulement son avion à 11h40!!!!!!!!

Hotel is well located. Beds and pillows a little uncomfortable, too hard. Breakfast okay, not as extensive as some buffet breakfasts, but it was sufficient. Overall, a good hotel for the price and location.

sie werben nur mit den großen Zimmern, aufpassen!
Frühstück geht so - man wird satt, Sonderwünsche werden nicht erfüllt - z. B. gekochtes Ei - ist nicht vorgesehen - sie haben kaum Service, Freundlichkeit bei der Bedienung muss gesucht werden. Rezeption war nett. Die Entfernung geht - man sollte zumindest gut zu Fuß sein.
Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Ist insgesamt ein nettes Hotel, welches ziemlich zentral gelegen ist. Das Frühstück ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Auswahl ist sehr klein, was bei einen etwas längerem Aufenthalt nach paar Tagen nicht mehr zu genießen ist.

Sehr enges, extrem hellhöriges und abgewohtes Zimmer. Erster Eindruck: dreckig. Sand auf dem Teppich, Haare im Bett, unter den Kissen sowie in der Dusche (wurde auch in den drei Tagen im Hotel nicht beseitigt). Alle Zimmertüren im Hotel schließen lautstark. Kein Hotel zur Erholung! Die Matratzen (Federkern) und das Frühstück waren gut. Insgesamt aber ist dieses Hotel nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr schmales, 7 stöckiges Hotel mit eher kleinen Zimmern. Unser Zimmer war zum Hinterhof, der wirklich nicht schön anzusehen war, ohne Balkon, dafür ruhig. Hellhörig wenn das Badezimmer benutzt wurde. Badezimmer sehr klein mit überflüssigen Bidet, dafür mit Kosmetikspiegel, Badewanne und Fön. Sehr wenig Steckdosen z.b. keine für Rasierapparat, keine am Bett (nur wenn man das überflüssige Telefon herauszieht). Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut, die Betten wurden sogar gemacht wenn man erst nachmittags das Hotel verließ. Sehr zuvorkommend auch der Portier, der uns sehr freundlich schon morgens begrüßte und sich um das Taxi zur Abreise kümmerte (die übrigens fast immer vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung stehen). Das Personal spricht sehr gut englisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nicht weit von einer Metrostation, abends, nach einem anstrengenden Besichtigungstag, aber nur zu Fuß bergauf zu erreichen.

A little over priced for what you get. Aged, small bathroom in suite, but clean and plenty of towels. Air-con was excellent. In a very nice area. Taxi rank outside, and lots of local transport links nearby. Walk to the top of the park for a great view.

This hotel is located near Edward VII Park,just 3minutes walk from Avenida Liberdade (Liberty Avenue).Our room was on the fourth floor,view to the park.clean and tidy,air con,tv channels in english language,free wifi!this time we just stayed only a night,but next time if we back to Lisbon,definitely come back here!absolutely worth that price!

The hotel is about 30 minutes walking from the historic center. Our room was very small (12 m2; 130 sqft) with back-yard view. The bathroom designer deserves severe punishment, since he crammed a bath tub, full size sink, toilet bowl and a bidet in 2 m2 (21 sqft). There is no space to turn around, or sit on the toilet unless you anorexic. The single elevator (nominal capacity 6) is slow and be prepared to wait a long time in peak hours. Breakfast doesn't change, but is ok. Dining room staff speaks sub-rudimentary English only. Lisbon is great, but I won’t bother with this hotel the next time.

Hôtel de catégorie moyenne mais très bien situé dans Lisbonne et propre. Alors que les avis sur lamabilité du personnel était mitigé sur le net, nous navons jamais été déçu. Tous les réceptionnistes et personnels était agréables et ont toujours cherché à répondre à nos demandes.Notre chambre était un peu petite mais en rapport avec le prix très accessible. Lisbonne est une capitale et la situation géographique de cet hôtel est parfait pour la visiter. De plus, en demandant une chambre sur le parc, on peut avoir une vue superbe.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sehr klein und eng, jedoch für einen Kurztrip nach Lissabon durchaus ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, wenn auch die Lebensmittel nur bedingt wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Das Hotel liegt oben auf einem Berg und daher ist der Weg dorthin sehr steil und etwas mühsam nach einem langen Tag zu Fuß in der Stadt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert.

Quarto muito pequeno. O menor que já fiquei na vida! Apesar disso, o banheiro é bem legal! Localização um pouco distante do metrô, apesar de estar localizado numa rua muito agradável e cheia de táxis! Próximo ao shopping e, para quem tiver disposição, é possível caminhar até a parte baixa de Lisboa!
Ponto positivo, o café da manhã!
Resumindo, custo benefício bom. No geral, recomendo!

Chambre très bien , confortable mais, à mon avis, trop exiguë: à déconseiller pour couples en léger sur-poids! Dommage.Par ailleurs grande déception à larrivée (22H30 ) car pas de chambre disponible ( problème informatique = raison donnée ) et transfert ; à leurs frais dans un autre hôtel sana avec chambre bien plus confortable. Retour le lendemain matin dans notre Hôtel Sana Rex. Par ailleurs tout a été parfait: accueil sympathique et courtois, français parlé à la réception, petit-déjeune, .9ème étage avec balcon...

The location was excellent: with the downtown in a long but walking distance. The breakfasts were excellent with a good assortment of foodstuffs. The staff was helpful in directing us to the places we wished to visit.This type of hotel is not as touristy as more luxurious hotels, but allows you to interact more easily with the natives of Lisbon. This exactly what we wanted.
