Sehr überraschend aber toll fanden wir, dass im Appartement Service jeden Tag Milch, Wasser Saft und Brot sowie Kaffee und Teebeutel aufgefüllt worden sind. Super.

The place was so quiet far from the city
We have received a message from the property 2 days before our arrival to let us know the pool is not functional!
The booking team also contacted us regarding this matter but said that it ll be only for 3 days (our stay was for 5 night /6days )
We said no big deal the place looks nice let's give it a try !
The receptionist was kind and the place looked spacious
but he told us that the pool will be closed for our whole stay !
There was also construction work for what it seemed phase 2 of the project !
We asked for a house not facing the construction field but the hotel owns only few apartments in the project so wasn't able to fulfill our request !
The next day we asked for housekeeping, they said ok we will send only to discover that they have cleaned only the bathrooms(not so well though, I could still see my hair on the floor and soap inside the shower from last night) and fixed the beds (the rest of the appartment wasn't touched)!!
I called and expressed my dissatisfaction and the receptionist said he will send the lady tomorrow because she already left !
The next day I was checking out !!
Overall experience wasn't so bad !! We just expected more from what's so called a 4 *"resort" !
They can call it whatever they want but not definitely a "resort" ..I think "serviced appartments" is the right and fair description here !

Still under construction, both pool and right oiurside our room. It is a private property, so you need to know that you go to C block to check in and apartment is D block. Parking is unclear also.

Location is great. No expensive. The little town is beautiful. The people are attentive in the town and have a lot of excellent tabernas, bar and restaurant. We are only few hour because we return to our country but the apartment have 2 bedrooms (with the best mattres that I try), big balcony, 2 bathroom, kitchen, leaving and dinning room. And we have bread, mermelade, butter, milk, orange juice, apple and oranges fir breakfast. The hotel have Spa, sauna and turkish bath. We only regret that we only stay 8 hours in the apartment.We recommended that hotel.

Los apartamentos están bastante bien. Son cómodos. A nosotros nos han hecho la habitación todos los días, algo que algunas personas han echado en falta. Y al llegar teníamos una cesta de bienvenida con pan, zumo, leche, frutas... Pues bien, la han ido reponiendo, así que muy buen trato el que nos han dado. Solo un pero. La zona aún está en construcción y está un tanto desangelada. Pero eso pasará pronto.

To be able to check in I had to leave my family in the car, while I walked to the reception, because they couldn’t open the car gate. It happens at 11:30pm. Room was tidy and comfortable. Next morning we did wake up very early with the noise from the building right next door, which is under construction. Biggest disappointment after all this, swimming pool closed due to maintenance. When I was asked about a feedback at checkout, I did say how disappointed we were regarding the pool. The answer from the reception was: you can comeback and try the pool soon. As you can imagine that won’t probably happen.

Swimming pool was not open despite the pictures showing the swimming pool and also when we spoke to a member of staff before booking she said that the swimming pool was not heated when asked. At no point did she mention that the swimming pool is not even completed.

Espléndido lugar, hermoso, excelentes vistas y panorámicas, ubicado a 25 minutos del aeropuerto o de la estación de oriente de buses que conecta con el metro de Lisbon, nada que envidiar le a un hotel de 5 estrellas, muy hermoso Resort!!! Súper recomendado!!! La zona está en desarrollo y ubicada en un lugar cómodo y un barrio tranquilo con excelentes restaurantes a corta distancia para ir incluso caminando!!! Muy hermoso

Traumhafte Anlage in toller Umgebung, welche sich in den kommenden Jahren sicher noch weiter entwickeln wird. Skyline von Lissabon einfach nur traumhaft gerade bei Nacht.Lissabon mit Fähre 45 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten zu erreichen!Schön ruhige Lage direkt am Strand. traumhafter pool. Excellenter Bar-Service direkt am Pool (danke Carlos!!!). Restaurants grösstenteils fussläufig (5-10 Minuten) erreichbar.Handtuchservice könnte noch verbessert werden, funktioniert aber. Jeden morgen gabs frisches Brot, Saft, Milch, Butter und Marmelade. toller Service.Weiter so, wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Dieser schöne Resort liegt gerade 15 - 20 Minuten vom Flughafen LIS entfernt auf der anderen Flußseite direkt am Strand. Eine völlig andere Welt in der Natur, am Rande des Fischerdorfes Alcochete, Ruhig und dennoch in fußläufiger Nähe zum Ortskern und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Resort hat mehrere Pools mit diversen Wasserspielen, Kinderbecken in einem grünen Garten. Der kilometerlange und breite Sandstrand lädt zu Spaziergängen ein und man kann den Fischern und Muschelsammlern bei der Arbeit zuschauen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Kitesurf-Schule. Erholung und Sport kombiniert.Der Sonnenuntergang hinter der Stadtsilhuette ist atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind vollausgestattete Apartments für mehrere Personen! Besser als jedes Luxushotel in der Stadt.

Direkt am Strand Praia dos Moinhos gelegen, perfekt für Spaziergänge und im Sand liegen. Hat einen großen Pool mit Jakuzzi, und vielen anderen Wasserspielereien, einen kleineren Kinderpool separat und großzügigen Garten mit Poolbar. Carlos der Bartender macht hervorragende Drinks, es gibt auch alle anderen Getränke.

Les appart sont très bien équipés, les équipements sont modernes, la décoration design.Piscine et personnel agréable. Petit panier daccueil (lait, beurre, confiture, pain, café, jus dorange).Présence dun lave vaisselle + lave linge : top ! Mise à disposition de serviette, ménage fait tous les jours.Seul bémol, la plage face à lhotel est pas top... plein dalgues, pas sympas pour se baigner.Il faut compter 35/40mn pour se rendre à Lisbonne.

Très beau complexe avec tout ce qu'il faut. Tout est neuf. Une petite salle de sport même. Une très grande piscine. Très reposant. À quelques minutes en voiture on y trouve un grand centre commercial avec l'un des plus grands magasins d'usine de lisbonne.

Prachtig nieuw appartementencomplex met een ongekend uitzicht op de Taag en Lissabon! Mooie tuin en geweldig zwembad met zoutwater. Zo mooi als op de foto is het ook in het echt! Appartementen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en zijn heel smaakvol ingericht. Er is een sauna en Turks stoombad en wat ik heb begrepen komt er volgend jaar een uitgebreidere spa :-) Je kunt nu echter al kosteloos van deze faciliteiten gebruikmaken. De meeste dames aan de receptie spreken goed Engels, zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideale ligging dichtbij Lissabon en mooi plekjes zoals Sintra, Arrabida beaches, CasCais enz.

El lugar está excelente ,el trato de la gente es de diez ,el departamento está nuevo y con todo lo que hace falta y sino te lo consiguen ,tiene una piscina hermosa con una vista al río espectacular ,tiene parking privado ,hay un silencio en la zona excelente para desconectar ,todo perfecto !

Clean, tidy, welcoming staff, spoke english well after i gave up trying to speak Portuguese, on site restaurant was excellent, appartment fully kitted out with everything you could need. Right next to beach, all eound excellent we had a great time highly recomend if irs your first time in Portugal and you want ro relax would come back again.

Outstanding !What a stay... All services on site (gym, spa, hammam, sauna, massage, inside & outside swimming pools, bikes, etc...), friendly people. We had an appartment with breathtaking view on the river, Lisbon and the bridge. Only 30 mn (by boat | 3 euros, great trip) from central Lisbon. A hidden gem !Lovely village of Alcochete walking distance.Best and unique apartments are the ones with view on the river in building A.

The hotel is super nice. We, 2 adults and 2 children 4 and 10 years old, had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Asked via Facebook for an apartment with pool view. How nice that we were upgraded to an even bigger Premium apartment. Thanks to Migual, he was very helpful and polite.
The rooms are very large, even without an upgrade. The kitchen is of excellent quality. Oven, cafe machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and freezer are built-in. The Premium apartment had 2 bathrooms. Bathrobes are available. For the first need, there is fresh dark bread, jam, butter, fruit, milk, apple juice, cup cups and dishwasher cubes. Bread was supplied every day during cleaning. Each apartment has a spacious balcony. Near the hotel is almost ready for the new construction.Here is a swimming pool and restaurant. Until the restaurant is opened, one receives the bread for compensation. Then we have the spa, the sauna, Turkish bath and fitness room. These facilities, although not large but modern, are (still) free. The outdoor swimming pool, saltwater, is definitely an eye catcher. So beautiful with the palm trees. Unfortunately not heated, but accessible all year round. The hotel is located on the beach of the Tagus river. beautiful location with view on the other side, 10 km far, Lisbon and the Great Vasco da Gama bridge. In 40 minutes you can be in the center of Lisbon by car via the big bridge. Note, toll road. Under the hotel is a large parking garage, but for a fee. But street parking is free. The village of Alcochete is within walking distance. Nice to visit once. The only minor flaw we have experienced are the mosquitoes when it rains. Then everything in the rooms must remain closed.

Luxurious apartment hotel, with large salt swimming pool and sauna. Very kind staff. Complex is still in development, but the building under development is separate from the one where you stay (Oct '19).
Entrance is not indicated very well, it is after the car garage, you have to ring at a small wooden gate.

It is very far away from Lisbon, across the river in Alcochete, so it is misleadind that they advertise themselves as being in Lisbon. I ended up spending a lot of extra time and money each day getting from here to Lisbon and back.

A localização, mesmo para um residente de Lisboa, é muito surpreendente, um cenário com a cidade de Lisboa em pano de fundo, a ponte Vasco da Gama à esquerda e um pequeno porto à direita, enfim fantástico!!
Os apartamentos estão bem dimensionados e organizados, confortáveis e funcionais.
O atendimento cumpre mas não encanta e existe pouca visão cliente, a palavra não está por todo o lado, parece que estamos num campo militar com regras para tudo..
Vale a pena pela vista!!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartementhaus. Sehr freundliche Rezeption, sauber, mit wunderbarem Pool. Die besten Zimmerlagen mit Balkon zum Pool sind in der Regel nicht verfügbar und auf der einen Seite wird kräftig das Zwillingsgebäude gebaut. Wir bekamen aber ein schönes Appartement mit Seitensicht. Gut! Angenehm auch der Saunabereich. Klein, aber auch wenig frequentiert. Fitnessraum ist winzig, aber besser als nichts. Lage am Tejo mit Blick auf Lissabon ist toll, im Umkreis kann man gut und sehr günstig essen gehen. Auto ist Pflicht, in die Innenstadt fährt man etwa 25 Minuten.

Amazing place. Nicely located at the river. Very well equipped, super friendly resort stuff and a stunning pool. We actually liked the lack of restauranrts. Alcochete is in walking distance (15-20 minutes) and offers many superb places to eat at affordable prices. We also liked that you can go to Lisbon via a ferry from the close-by Montijo.We stayed there for vacation as a family with one kid (13 years old) and are 100% sure that we will come back.

The staff here is amazing . They are so proud and eager to show you around the beautiful property . The staff is small like a family and will treat you as such. The staff greeted our children literally with open arms. We arranged a transfer to the airport and our driver was courteous and relatable . We definitely will be back . Don’t be alarmed by the construction on other half of property .. they are building for bigger and better

Lappartement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes et était très spacieux. Le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. La résidence est très calme en journée comme le soir, peut-être pas idéal avec des enfants pour profiter de la piscine par exemple car on nous stipule bien quil ne faut pas faire de bruit. Lisbonne se situe à 30mn en voiture ou un bus passe à quelques rues de lhôtel. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Un sitio tranquilo y nuevo para descansar. Magnifica piscina una zona muy tranquila pues está en expansión. Cerca está un maravilloso outlet en el pueblo de Alcochete, desde dice se pueden hacer unas fotos increíbles de su puesta de sol al lado del mar.
El hotel no dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero todos los días nos dejaban una caja. Con leches, zumo, pan etc..... Lo dicho totalmente recomendable, seguro que este hotel doblará su precio cuando la zona este totalmente finalizada.

Apartamento estupendo, moderno, limpio, muy bien decorado y equipado. Está en construcción un complejo residencial gemelo, al lado, que tendrá cafetería (ahora no hay ese servicio; pero te dejan en el apartamento pan, leche, etc. para que puedas desayunar). Experiencia muy grata.
