Positiv: Das Bett war gut und überhaupt die gesamte Einrichtung war modern und sehr geschmackvoll inkl. dem Duschbad. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen nett und entgegenkommend. Die Lage war einfach und ruhig. Das Zentrum war zu Füß schnell erreichbar.. Negativ: Es hätte etwas mehr Schrankfläche zur Verfügung stehen können..

Positief: mooi appartement met terras, heel rustig en op loopafstand (10' )van het historisvh centrum. Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenares.. Negatief: Niets.

Positiv: -Sehr sauber -ansprechend und stilvoll eingerichtet -tolle Lage -schöne Terasse -gute Verbindung mit der Fähre nach Troia -Inhaberin sehr bemüht. Negativ: -Für 4 Personen ist das Appartment zu klein. -Keine Putzlappen oder Reinigungsmittel/Müllbeutel.

La casera Teresa es muy amable y deja información sobre sitios que visitar y sobre los establecimientos de la zona de interés para poder disponer de lo que necesitemos..... Para repetir.. Negativa: No tengo ninguna queja del alojamiento.

Positiu: Apartament molt nou, a cinc minuts caminant del centre i una gran rebuda per part de la propietària, que facilita molta informació, plans i consells sobre la zona. En tot moment va ser molt amable, facilitant-nos al màxim tot el podia. L’edifici te una història interessant molt recomonable!.

Positivo: Acomodação é aconchegante e local é bem limpo. Negativo: O anúncio fala que é em frente a praia, mas é bem longe da praia. O preço não condiz com a localização..

Negativa: El apartamento Lirio está muy bien pero para ir solo en pareja. Para pareja con niño resulta incómodo por lo pequeño que es. Solo tiene una habitación y un sofá cama que se ubica en la cocina- salón. Por lo demás, muy limpio y cuco..

Positivo: Da simpatia de todos, boa comodidade e espaçoso,terraço agradável.. Negativo: Senti-se pó no chão, e tinha todos os dias formigueiro em cima do balcão da cozinha....

Positif: Le logement était propre. Négatif: Le logement n était pas celui indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons eu un appartement beaucoup plus petit. Il n y avait aucune" vue" sauf celle donnant sur un mur dans la patio et sur le route dans la chambre. Pas d équipement repassage comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Il manquait pour cuisiner une planche à découper, un épluche légume, une passoire. Aucune communication avec l hôte une fois rentré dans le logement. Une dame est venue nous accueillir mais malgré mes messages aucune réponse de Teresa. Pas de parking gratuit non plus. Juste une rue ou garer son véhicule tout le long..

Positif: Appartement neuf, immense, moderne, calme, propre, terrasse immense, climatisation. Négatif: Le cumulus dans la chambre (mais ça ne fait du bruit que 1mn par nuit), le WC dans la salle de bains (mais rien de génant, l'appartement vaux 10/10).

Positiva: Propietarios muy amables, con muchas sugerencias, muebles muy nuevos, cocina muy completa cuanto a utensilios, piso bien cuidado. En 10 minutos andando se llega a la zona de restaurantes, en 5 min hay supermercado y panadería, aunque el paseo hasta allí no se hace muy agradable. Se aparca fácil en frente al piso.. Negativa: Por las fotos imaginaba el piso mayor, pero creo que ha sido error mío, hemos reservado un studio. La zona donde está el piso está poco cuidada. Echamos en falta pequeñas cosillas que facilitan la vida del viajero como papel higiénico suficiente para la estancia (no sólo para la llegada), una bolsita de basura, un poco de jabón para la cocina. No está mal pero hemos tenido la sensación de haber pagado un poco de más por lo que se ofrece.

Positive: Very nice patio where you can have breakfast under the orange tree Close walk into town where there is a harbour - which is beautiful view Staff were so friendly, they allowed us to check in early and had wine and Portuguese tarts as a welcome gift for us We were visiting Setubal for a conference at the hotel up the road, so only used the apartment to sleep in. We stayed for 11 nights and the apartment was cleaned and all towels/sheets were changed after the 1st week.. Negative: The apartment needs towel hangers... there is nowhere to hang the towel.

Positivo: O apartamento é excelente. A limpeza, o conforto e a organização são fantásticas. Destacamos ainda a amabilidade e simpatia da Teresa, nossa anfitriã. Deu-nos boas dicas de restaurantes e sítios a visitar na região. Com certeza que voltaremos!. Negativo: Absolutamente nada a apontar!

Positiv: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr schön sind die Terrassen mit Orangen- und Zitronenbaum. Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.. Negativ: Leider keine Weitsicht von den Terrassen. Das Bad ist sehr modern, aber recht klein. Zu einem ordentlichen Restaurant oder einer Gaststätte muss man recht weit laufen. Die Nachbarhäuser sind teilweise sehr heruntergekommenen. Der nächste Strand ist nur mit dem Wagen zu erreichen.

Positive: La struttura è nuova, curata e molto pulita, la consiglierei. Negazione: Nell'appartamento DUPLEX mancava un po' di attrezzatura in cucina e il divano letto è scomodo e ingombrante, piuttosto aggiungerei il terzo letto nella camera da matrimoniale che è molto spaziosa

Positive: Really clean, well located. The apartment is totally new and well equipped. Nando and Teresa, the owners are super nice and kind. I would only suggest a small towel to get out of the shower in the bathroom. Really lovely.

Positivo: Gostei do sitio muito calmo, com ambiente familiar uma patio muito acolhedor. A dona simpatica.. Negativo: Apenas deixo uma sugestão que seja colocado um espelho atras da porta do quarto faz falta.

Positiv: Das Apartment war klasse ! Sehr schön sauber und fast alles wie neu !. Negativ: Die Vermieterin hat das Apartment ohne unseren wissen betreten, als wir sie darauf angesprochen haben würde sie sogar frech und meinte ob wir Wüsten wieviel Leute das Apartment mieten möchten Elektronische Geräte wie Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine dürfen laut der Aussage des Vermieters nicht zur gleichen Zeit angestellt werden da sonst der Strom einfach weg ist !? Völliger Unsinn bei Familien die dann vielleicht noch tv anhaben und kochen ! Wir werden aus diesen Gründen da nicht mehr buchen ! Haben auch andere Gäste unzufrieden erlebt ! Schade !!!!

Positif: L’accueil de l’hôte, appartement neuf et propre avec une petite terrasse très sympa. Proche de tous très bien situé.

Positif: Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes, des gens charmants et prévenants. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement paisible et très propre. C'est un très beau lieu. Setubal nous a enchanté. Pas trop envahie par les touristes et principalement animée par les portugais. Le front de mer est très bien aménagé avec des espaces de verdure et ses plages. Idéal pour les enfants. Nous vous recommandons notre restaurant favori, la tasca de Fatinha et les patisseries que l'on trouve partout. C'est divin. Notre retour à Lisboa, ville plus tumultueuse a été dans un tout premier temps un choc après les instants zen que nous avons passés à Sétubal. C'est un coup de coeur !!!. Négatif: Ce qui pourrait être amélioré peut-être c'est de laisser des choses de 1ère nécessité dans la cuisine ( farine, huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre) et un produit d'entretien multi-usage... Mais franchement ce n'est pas essentiel.

Positive: Dall'esterno mi sono preoccupata. Non c'era molto di rassicurante. Poi appena entrata dal portoncino ho scoperto un'altra realtà. Mi è piaciuto tutto. A cominciare dalla disponibilità della padrona a darci la camera migliore quando ha visto che la nostra non era ancora stata pulita. Arredo nuovo raffinato e superpulito. Un patio esterno con piante e un grosso albero di limoni hanno dato una meravigliosa sensazione di vacanza.. Negazione: Il non riconoscimento dall'esterno di una struttura per turisti.
