I cant tell enough how much I loved Villa Laura! I was one on the best states of my life. The building is gorgeous, the sea view is breathtaking, and above all, the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. I will definitely go back. The building and its decoration is a sight itself, it has been designed by a hotshot architect, its very clean, sleek, calm, and simply fantastic. Thank you Villa Laura!

I cannot say enough great things about Villa Laura. We booked at the last minute as a redirect from Lisbon while we were on our honeymoon, as we had spent too much time in cities and wanted to go relax somewhere. We were slight concerned by the limited number of reviews, but took a small risk based on the positive words of others. Immediately upon arriving we knew we had made the right choice.From the location, to the amenities, the design, and the details, everything we more than we could have hoped for. While that would have all made for an unforgettable experience, what really truly made it special for us was the staff. This is a very small place, with a very small staff; over our few days here we got to know each and every one of them. They are all wonderful people with a caring nature and a true passion for hospitality; they took personal pride in ensuring that our honeymoon was perfect.I travel frequently for work, and as a result my wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay at many world class establishments. I can say that, without question, Villa Laura is a step above the rest. Book while you can before word gets out. We will be returning as soon as we can.

Villa Laura has been beautifully restored and redesigned. The Villa, and it’s super-friendly and kind hosts, oozes class and refinement. Villa Laura is very well located, overlooking the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. The rooms, breakfast and wine selection were exceptional and I could not fault my stay there for the week.

Ein Traum vom Haus am Meer direkt am Strand. Ruhig und doch so nah an Lissabons Zentrum. Mit dem Zug braucht man etwa 25 Minuten.Eine sehr sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtete neu renovierte Villa, die optisch von innen und außen sowie durch ihre Lage Einen vollkommen den Alltag vergessen lässt. Man befindet sich hier wie in einem Traum. Das unheimlich sympathische, überaus freundliche und professionelle Team liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Kleine überraschende Aufmerksamkeiten erfreuen den Gast mehrmals am Tag. Das Frühstück (geht gerne in Brunch über) ist sowohl optisch als auch kulinarische eine extravagante Vollkommenheit. Es fehlt an rein gar nichts. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist hervorragend. Um local de grande paz e tranquilidade onde o murmurar do mar nos preenche os sentidos num diálogo calmo que convida à meditação. Os pormenores fazem a diferença e na nossa estadia na Vila Laura foi possível perceber o quão importante são. O local perfeito para descansar com um pequeno almoço fabuloso. Voltarei.

From the moment you enter this spectacular property, you are greeted warmly by hotel staff & treated to incredible views of the ocean. The property successfully integrates the gorgeous traditional architecture with a modern aesthetic. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable, overlooking breathtaking scenery.Throughout my stay, the staff were proactive in ensuring that my time both in the hotel and exploring Cascais were enjoyable. Espresso & fresh pastries were always provided in the shared areas and thoughtful treats awaited me when I returned to my room. The breakfasts are magnificent - meat & cheeses, breads, jellies, fresh fruits, house-made granola & yogurt, and chef-prepared courses (my favorite was the smoked salmon with poached eggs & Hollandaise).I cant say enough about the beauty of this property & the hospitality of its staff.

We absolutely loved this amazing hotel. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday. The breakfast every day is to die for and the staff are amazing. They even baked a personalized cake for my birthday and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. We would come back to Portugal just to stay here.

Never have I ever stayed in such a beautiful place that has made me feel like an absolute princess. The villa is amazing, with every detail being carefully selected - the design & interior is fabulous, and the bedroom is unreal. The staff are very friendly and kind, and feel like friends by the end of the stay. I read about Isas breakfasts before staying there and can understand why they are a thing - gorgeous way to start the day! Youre right above a beach but youre also welcome to spend your day lazing in the sunny garden. This stay was more than I expected and we are already planning our return trip! Thank you Pedro

We stayed here for 6 nights in July 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a small boutique hotel in a beautifully refurbished old house (we were told it took 2 years to refurbish and the standard of accommodation attests to this). It opened in February 2019. The staff here are so helpful - they can’t do enough for you. Breakfasts here are *so* good; granola and yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, freshly squeezed smoothies, warm bread and croissants, a small cheese and meat platter, AND your choice of eggs. We didn’t need lunch most days. Plus, there aren’t any fixed times for breakfast, it’s done just for you when you want. We loved that. We had a garden view room - which actually had a balcony with views of the sea from the side, where there was a thoughtfully positioned table and chairs to enjoy the views from. If taking the garden view room, you might want to consider that it does face the main road which is very busy, and the room doesn’t have air con, so it might be better to take the sea view rooms on the other side of the house in peak summer if you might need to have the windows open at night. Our room was gorgeous - every decorative detail was clearly well thought through. Minimalist, tasteful but cosy. Even the bin in the bathroom was pretty!!It’s such a stylish hotel - the bathroom was dreamy. Yes, you get bath robes too. We would have liked tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but you can order by a smart phone they leave in the room (you just send a text message and someone replies). I did notice on the last day that housekeeping hadn’t changed the bed sheets from the previous night, which I’d expect as standard from a hotel of this price point - but this was probably the only real “fault” I noticed in our almost week long stay and I fed this back when we left. Finally - the setting is lovely too. A lovely garden with (obviously) stylish lounge furniture. They do have a very small pool but it wouldn’t be big enough to swim in, in my opinion. The garden overlooks the sea and you can access the beach via private steps (they have a hand rail on one side). We’re so glad we got to enjoy this place - it was really special and such a gorgeous hotel to relax in.

We stopped at Villa Laura for some rest and relaxation after 5 days in Lisbon. We were greeted by Marco and the staff with fantastic warmth and hospitality. We were hosted royally and luxuriously with every creature comfort met. It was like living in an architectural beach home surrounded by the sound and scent of the sea. The staff and Mrs. Anna, the owner, served up the right balance between friendly connection and opportunity for privacy. Villa Laura is a gem! We will return for more pampering. If you are seeking a little designer solace then you will have come to the right place.

It was an amazing stay in a special place, a home away from home! The way I was treated, the cleanliness of the room, the decor, the magical views, an insane breakfast experience and best of all just a wonderful vibe and energy in this place. I recommend this place a million times and I look forward to my next stay!
