First of all, they will concern with our documents. They will ask the features and location of the House/Apartment/Shop that we want to buy/rent. After some days, they will match the criteria and informed us to visit the place. The workers are very energetic, polite and sincere. Most of them can speak English very well. If we do not have time to find the place, this is the best place where we need to visit. Although this is a growing business in Lisbon, it has some bad aspects too. In some cases, the agency can not fulfill the customer´s attention. And they need at least one Guaranteed Citizen to rent House. I have no idea how the Customer will manage to find those Citizen here in rush hours. In overall, we can not neglect that this is the organized way to serve Citizen. In future, I hope they will resolve these problems. In addition, I know they will grow their business very well. :)
