I have used this shop several times over the last few years. I do not use wet film but whenever I have submitted items to be processed I have experienced courteous and efficient staff. I have had no problems with the quality of the prints I have requested, or of the picture frames I have purchased from the shop. The prices also seem reasonable. No complaints.

Film development: bad. After about 20 rolls 120 medium format and some rolls 135. Can I say that Lab which they use leaves stains of chemistry and other residues and transportation marks that you clearly see when scanning. The staff simply furl the films one of each other without any protection and even without gloves. Today, they told me that with dry hands nothing will be seen. To proof that she touched several times my negatives which of course are all full of fingerprints now. Thanks, but no thanks.

Hoje dia 29 de julho de 2019 ao vir revelar umas fotos perto da hora de fecho a 1a informação antes sequer do tradicional boa noite foi ja vamos fechar 22h50.... a loja fecha as 23 comecei a revelar as fotos novamente a mesma informação fechamos as 23.... 22h55 começou a fechar a grade e com a maior cara de pau perguntou se o carrinho das compras era meu e mandou desobstruir para poder baixar o gradeamento antes da hora para n atender mais ninguem....reina a falta de educação....
