As per the name of this place, they are for sure stuck in 1987. Credit or debit cards are not accepted. Multibanco either. Unbelievable. 0 stars.

Don't know why this place is so popular, probably because the are few bars... Cars drive very closely to the entrance so every time, everyone needs to find another spot outside. Drinks are fine and reasonably priced. The crowd tends to be a bit older than at the inner city bars (eg Tubo) and varied between late twenties and 40.

Dreadful!!!!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in Portugal. The house wine is just dreadful, and overpriced, and when you ask them to replace it, they give you a lecture on manners.....zero, sub zero, customer service. Do not waste your time or money...there are many places in Ericeira way way superior, and grateful for your custom and money. I wish I could give this place a minus star. A total disgrace. NEVER AGAIN.

+ many different alcoholic drink options, good live music sometimes, also snacks to eat (at least a handful vegetarian options)
- smoking allowed, only a few non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. juice for 4€), vegetarian dishes are good but 4€ for a bit of sautéed mushrooms is way to much (especially compared to the other prices)

This is a really cool bar located in the heart of Ericeira. We had an amazing time here, the barman’s are attentive and friendly and they serve some delicious food, the grilled chorizo was especially good!

One of the two main spots for night life in low season.
Good drinks and decent beers, including the owl-based Coruja. Service is fine and prices are a bit high but reasonable. Unfortunately the locale is cash only.
Pretty cool are the pasta straws they use instead of plastic or paper ones.

Food is fine and cheap so wouldn't recommend for dinner, but would definitely go here again for drinks! Great atmosphere and live music the night we were there.

Very nice music and food! The chef cooked pasta for my child (not on the menu) which was the best pasta I have ever tried! The music was great and later on we even had live music…how lucky!

Very nice bar with awesome personnel. In summer a lot of tourists come here after surfing. There's live music quite often, and sometimes a DJ. Definitely try the tapas, they are delicious!
